We spent a nice week of holiday here with my wife in August. The location and the view, just breathtaking, wonderful, amazing. We booked through Travelzoo at a great saving so we were wonderfully surprised at how beautiful the hotel actually was on arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hospitality, welcome and impeccable cleanliness are just some of the characteristics of this place, where I have been spending summer weekends with my mom for several years now. The rooms are functional and well air conditioned, as well as perfectly sanitized. Relaxation is guaranteed, given the presence of the two thermal pools at our disposal at any time of the day! Have just spent 4 days at the Hotel, within its lovely setting, relaxing by the outdoor pool or enjoying the indoor thermal spring pool. There's plenty to see and do in the area. No resturant but u can go have dinner in a nearby resturant.. service is not good .. receptionnists dont speak english which made the communication diffeicult .. also they started to knock on doors since 7 am to wake peoplw i dont know why. We stayed at this property for a week. Although the furniture and something else are not exactly four-star, it is definitely a good quality hotel with discreet and courteous staff. The meals, perhaps not too abundant, are of undoubted quality and class. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel was way above expectations. The food was amazing, incredible. We upgraded to a better room and for a small difference we stayed in a big room with a big bathroom and a lovely balcony. We were there during a wind storm and we enjoyed relaxing around the 5 thermal pools in the gorgeous protected garden. The service was superb. Absolutely wonderful experience.

The location is great with easy access to the main shopping street and to the beach. The hotel grounds are lovely and peaceful. The bar staff are amazing and so accommodating. The food served is good with a good range of even meal options. Beach chairs and umbrellas are now free for use.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and we were amazed at the friendliness and hospitality of the staff! They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The building is a bit old for a 5 stars hotel, but the service they offers makes it a 5 stars hotel, 2 warm thermal swimming pool and a jacuzzi outdoor, sauna, steam room other pools inside. Nice staff. They left us using the swimming pool and the shower after the checkout.
