We spent a nice week of holiday here with my wife in August. The location and the view, just breathtaking, wonderful, amazing. We booked through Travelzoo at a great saving so we were wonderfully surprised at how beautiful the hotel actually was on arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hospitality, welcome and impeccable cleanliness are just some of the characteristics of this place, where I have been spending summer weekends with my mom for several years now. The rooms are functional and well air conditioned, as well as perfectly sanitized. Relaxation is guaranteed, given the presence of the two thermal pools at our disposal at any time of the day! An enchanting place, a structure, not large, but where there is everything. Then the restaurant and the descent to the sea are heavenly. The staff is polite and prepared. The owner is a great beautiful person, a great fan of Azzurro and of the unforgettable Diego Armando Maradona.

The hotel is clean .. they have small hot bath inside the hotel. No resturant but u can go have dinner in a nearby resturant.. service is not good .. receptionnists dont speak english which made the communication diffeicult .. also they started to knock on doors since 7 am to wake peoplw i dont know why. This was our second time in two years. Always a great experience. The rooms were very good with comfortable beds. This year we had great views of the sea. The food was delicious. I would like to say a special thank you to Paolo, Mario, Silvanna and Andrea who run the dining room and bar with exceptional service and efficiency. We will certainly return next year.

Excellent location, beautiful setting and beautiful pool area. The service was barely adequate though with reception staff doing the minimum and not very friendly. The main waiter at breakfast twice seated us at the worst table at back away from windows, we had to insist on a different table on third day. Breakfast very average.

About rooms: I loved the relative vintage style. Marmor floors. Spectacular clean. Everything working, wifi somethimes disconneting. It is a very nice island, green and not full of tourists. The hotel is situated in a best strategic place between main street and sea. Outside pool with thermal water, and inside the hotel is termal spa. I recommand for people who want to rest and charging inner batteries

We stayed at this property for a week. Although the furniture and something else are not exactly four-star, it is definitely a good quality hotel with discreet and courteous staff. The meals, perhaps not too abundant, are of undoubted quality and class. Absolutely recommended.

The staff were wonderful, food was good but repetitive, AC would not cool our room well and was hot at night, asked twice to get it fixed, no luck. Internet was too slow and only available near front desk. Hotel pools were full of mold and hard water build up, water was cloudy. No towels for pool or spa, bring your own. Long walk to their beach area. Thermal pools required a $5 per person taxi ride...

Rooms are great, outdoor pools as well, breakfast could be with more varieties. There is no scrambled egg, but you can boil yourself, that seems somehow odd to expect from four star hotel. Staff is very kind, their clients are mostly Italian and German speekimg and it clearly shows in communication. 😊

The staff is so friendly and accomodating! The spa is wonderful and includes a thermal spring, so you can skip the thermal parks on the island if you wish. And the food is amazing as well! The hotel was spotless and the staff all very accommodating. The hotel is up a hill, but they run a free shuttle bus and there is also a public bus stop outside the hotel. The private jetty was a fantastic bonus. I would reccomend eating down at the harbour, Forio, or other areas of the island for more of a feel for the island. The food/drinks at the hotel are a little expensive.

Close to the port & a beautiful view of Naples. The ocean access was great, however the steps were a killer. My only concern with the hotel was the noise from the room throughout all hours, noisy from the room above (possibly the tiled floors).
