Nothing but good things to say about the pool, beach, and thermal spas, as well as the deep tissue massage offered. We had a beach front room and watched the sunset every night and it was a dream

The hotel is pretty nice, the food is very good. Being an island in the Mediterranean sea I was expecting a little better looking beach. The crowd end of June, beginning of July was mostly older folks

Wonderful place, the hotel rooms are mixed with gardens which makes the stay very relaxing! Everyone was kind and helpful, breakfast mostly sweets, definitely take half board, the dinners were extraordinary! Forio is 30mins walk

Situated over the sea, the private beach, the pools and common areas with magnificent views and the fantastic garden that surrounds the entire complex are exceptional

The laundry took 2 days and almost a third day as we got it back late the second day (and we had to pack that night), they said no mention of the extra $35 euro fee (for around 4 tee shirts, 1 pants, 1 shorts, and some underwear and socks) and than when we received our clothes back my shorts were an entire different color, we both hate complaining and dreaded doing so and when we went to inform them...

They quickly got to know us and would have our room key just as we returned to the hotel each day, without having to recite our room number. Our room had a huge outdoor patio overlooking the sea, with chairs and a sunbed

The best hotel on the island with great staff, clean rooms, good AC, plenty of pools (includes thermal spa pool) and its own beach. 7 minutes by taxi from the port (ferries to Naples each 15 min)

So that brings another point in investing to fumigate the place. Housekeeping Nidia and Mimma were great to spray but it isn’t enough. Also no place to dry clothes when using beach or pool

Our third time staying here and we are always pleased. The staff are wonderful and the rooms perfect. There are plenty of facilities to use, including a thermal pool, day spa and private beach

We had a room overlooking the water and a private patio which was beautiful! We cross the street to the sister hotel and took a dip in the thermal bath. The water was very nice but not as hot as I was expecting

Had a massage in a spa which was fine. Breakfast buffet both mornings was wonderful! Huge spread of foods from savory to sweet, fresh juices, prosecco, coffee to order

They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone. Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind

Stylish interior, nice and comfortable rooms, perfect service, delicious quisine, outside swimming pool with warm thermal water! I also enjoyed the whole wellness area, inside pool with changing colours, massage beds with night sky on the ceiling, relaxation music, pleasant fragrance from aromalamps

I have never met so nice and sincere staff, smiling at us all the time. For me it is the best hotel in Ischia, I am really looking forward to come back again

Huge garden with swimming pool The hotel's location, which allows you to visit the center of Ischia on foot, is practically located on the seafront with beautiful, breathtaking sunsets

Spacious rooms, amazing thermal heated pools, piano player every night, the FRIENDLIEST staff (especially Carmen & Giuseppe). All the accommodations you could hope for - Pool, beach, spa, restaurant and more

The hotel has its own beach area. There is a piano bar where a man plays between 9 - 10:30 and we were there every night enjoying the night. We had an amazing trip and look forward to coming back

It's a very nice hotel with several accommodations. The pool is gorgeous and the thermal spa is a treat. Wonderful spa options available to treat yourself as well. Close to lots of great local stuff too.

The dinner was spectacular and the service was above and beyond. The pools are very refreshing. It is everything we expected and more. The spa treatments are very well priced for what you get

I think the hotel is the best on Maronti beach - very cool staff and services, rooms with renovation and excellent taste of furniture, not of course not very large, but enough space

He shuttles us back and forth where ever we wanted to go. There is a restaurant Casereccia very close that has the best menu ever. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

We initially planned to stay at one of the apartments, but they were a bit too far (not a very far walk, but past several restaurants, and far enough that it's inconvenient if you want to have more accessibility to the hotel and facilities), and ended up switching to side-by-side rooms in the main hotel

Having free loungers on the beach and a quick €5 ferry to sant Angelo are all part of the appeal and we will definitely be back!

In our experience, the hotel itself tries to be family friendly (turtle pond and kids lunch menu); however, the clientele are all older/elderly and as the hotel staff mentions, are very particular about having kids near them

In our experience, the hotel is better situated for older kids (12+). Would not recommend for families with younger children - the experience with the other guests definitely took away from our time there

We also took a boat trip with Captain Morgan to St Angelo island which was lovely, small but there’s not much time to spend there looking around the shops, having a drink, let alone sunbathing on the beach

La Querce exceeded my expectations. The view was incredible and I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. Norma was so kind and helpful when she checked me in and assisted me with my questions throughout my stay

I had a recommendation from one to visit Giardini Poseidon Terme and this was one of my favourite days of my holiday, it’s a must see. I took the public bus there and back

I spent half of my visit enjoying the pool, bar, restaurant and relaxing on my room’s balcony. At other times I went to the port utilising the hotel’s free shuttle

Little old but cozy hotel... the sea is... the view from the window is great... what else is needed.

Typical Italian hotel. Good location but interior is shabby. Breakfast is very poor.

About a 40 min walk to the Port, slightly less to the Point. €15 gets you to either place by taxi. I imagine when it's more crowded it's a great place to be, but I'd avoid it during low season next time

they have small hot bath inside the hotel. No resturant but u can go have dinner in a nearby resturant. receptionnists dont speak english which made the communication diffeicult

Breakfast was lackluster and there was a lot of noise due to renovations. Bus service was not running, though there is a stop nearby that I assume runs in peak season

The hotel is a 3-stars hotel in a awesome location: the Maronti's beach. This means you're staying in one of the best beach of ischia island on budget

Food is a nice surprise, they serve only dinner (at least at this time of the year) and despite the initial shock of the fixed menu, you can try simple and really good food: no fancy things, only real and natural ingredients

The only downside is that if you use to travel through the island using the local bus, prepare to invest some time waiting for the bus, because of the traffic, anyway the bus stop is 50m from the hotel

Rooms are OK size, not too big, not too small, clean and simply furnished. TV has few channels, but since the customers comes from different countries you can watch programs in English and German

Three or four pools with real geothermal hot spring water of various temps. Child pools also and nice calm location.

Our sea view room (room 306) was perched right on the cliff and our private balcony offered uninterrupted views across the bay to mainland Italy, stunning both during the day and offered a welcome cooling breeze at night

The room was clean and offered everything we needed. The air conditioning unit worked well and the room was always cool and pleasant. There was a wide range of food and drinks for breakfast with all tastes catered for

I doubt anyone could find cause for complaint! As we stayed bed and breakfast we only ate in the hotel restaurant once, but it was the best meal we had on the island all week, food was outstanding

There is also a pedestrian path from the hotel into town which takes around 10 minutes but it is quite steep on the return. The town is well worth exploring both during the day and in the evening

The hotel is set just outside the town of Ischia Porto but there is a complimentary shuttle bus into town, although it stops operating at 16:30

There is also a small bar menu for informal eating which we made use of several times. The grounds are stunning and immaculately kept

We went 2 hours in the spa. Had it almost for ourselves. There is a smaller spa-area with several pools, sauna and a larger outdoor pool. The Turkish steam bath and waterfall bath did not work. But got a nice discount.

Restaurant was good enough, nothing amazing, but i enjoyed the night i ate dinner. 30 euros for dinner and no drinks might be expensive in most of Italy but Ischia seems to have expensive food everywhere

Near the port, (where to arrive and leave with your own car) in the main street, the shopping of restaurants, the evening stroll, the boutiques, and buses if you want to move by these means

Great value for money - the spa and the location are big pluses. The rooms aren't the best but for the price they're alright, hotel was clean and staff was friendly, would come again

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that is more efficient at daily housekeeping than Hotel Terme Oriente. Close to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the island of Ischia

The pool is very nice, I just recommend adding a few sunbeds. We had lunch once at the hotel and we were very happy. The price, considered all this, is really very very affordable. Leave something to be desired

A little dated but I think that adds to the charm. 2 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and il fungo. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming

Excellent structure, competent and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, near the course of Lacco Ameno, near a panoramic road with frequent passage of buses to reach various destinations on the island. Excellent cuisine.

I don't speak Italian but that never got in the way of friendly conversations. There is a garden, outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, steam room Turkish bath and cold shower

Very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The only complaint I would have is that the mattress on the bed was thin and had no spring

A wonderful little hotel, very relaxed, cosy and lovely hosts, especially Mrs Carmela. The beach and sea here is beautiful with boats regularly taking people to nearby beaches and towns. Simply beautiful!

Spent 5 nights here in July after an amazing week at a resort in Forio. I was worried Hotel Don Felipe wouldn’t measure up, but wow, was I wrong! The view? Absolutely jaw-dropping
