My husband and I spent 5 days at the hotel in October. It was perfect in every way. Very clean, food was lovely and the staff were very attentive and friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hospitality, welcome and impeccable cleanliness are just some of the characteristics of this place, where I have been spending summer weekends with my mom for several years now. The rooms are functional and well air conditioned, as well as perfectly sanitized. Relaxation is guaranteed, given the presence of the two thermal pools at our disposal at any time of the day! Super recommended!

It could have been excellent. Wonderful hotel and faciluties. Not a holiday venue, more a two day spa venue. Food served cold on a number of occasions and had to be returned. Lots of steps everywhere. Not good if you are not fit. Difficult with cases. If English not many speak it. Its an Italian hotel for Italian business people or spa visitors. Not suitable for children. Room was a bit small. Our room was facing the street and windows were so old it doesn't matter if it's open or closed the noise was awful. Streets are full at 5 AM so no sleep after that. Personal was nice. If you have included breakfast - don't rely on it. It's the most basic breakfast for this kind of hotel. Sweets and coffe. Location is fantastic. Pools are great.

My family and I stayed over a four day weekend in September. Everything was very nice, clean and well attended. Good food and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Very charming elegant hotel. Wonderful pool and gardens. Great position for Lacco Ameno and for local restaurants and shops. Rooms were cleaned beautifully every day and we were supplied with fresh towels and soap every day.

We had the most incredible stay here for our anniversary in October. They gave us a room upgrade, and made sure our whole stay was incredible. Daily treats in the room, the most stunning views, delicious food at their breakfast and restaurants - couldn’t recommend this place more!

Luxury hotel with amazing view, and impeccable service. Piano lounge/patio before dinner is my favorite. Very good spa with different pools and massage facilities. Clay tennis court, Gym, (but for me was enough walking up and down the hill 🙂). Salt water pool or deck with a private bay.

Wonderful place, the hotel rooms are mixed with gardens which makes the stay very relaxing! Everyone was kind and helpful, breakfast mostly sweets, definitely take half board, the dinners were extraordinary! Forio is 30mins walk. We went ať the end of Oktober and sea was still ok for a swim.

The staff is so friendly and accomodating! The spa is wonderful and includes a thermal spring, so you can skip the thermal parks on the island if you wish. And the food is amazing as well! Make sure you have at least one dinner at Grifo - a delicious experience of fresh, in season, locally caught dishes.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel and I must say that when I arrived the hotel really met my expectations. The structure is equipped with all covid 19 devices with very specific rules that are followed by the staff. Good rooms, clean and spacious. I like the size of the bedroom..good bed. Very comfortable. The bathroom is good size too. I like the entrance with lots of trees. The green area is espetacular. The swimming pools are good size.and it's very clean. I really enjoyed spending time there.

It was just fine. Unfortunately we had not received our booked and reserved apartment for three days. We wanted to send us to a small room first but we actually wanted more because we had booked a large apartment so we got 2 rooms. The buffet was delicious and also the dinner where you could choose between courses.

This place is okay... They made us spend two nights in a TINY room without any excuse. The food is mediocre and the buffed is completely empty after 30 minutes. They don't re-stock it... The pool is nice! But the area of the hotel SUCKS.

They really need to improve the food they serve and to fix the installations they promise you without having them ready (Fitness)

Very nice place, amazing view and staff was very helpful - especially night shift that saved me with wake up call that was not ordered (only early breakfast), but helped me to get to port on time.

The hotel was spotless and the staff all very accommodating. The hotel is up a hill, but they run a free shuttle bus and there is also a public bus stop outside the hotel. The private jetty was a fantastic bonus. I would reccomend eating down at the harbour, Forio, or other areas of the island for more of a feel for the island. The food/drinks at the hotel are a little expensive.

Close to the port & a beautiful view of Naples. The ocean access was great, however the steps were a killer. My only concern with the hotel was the noise from the room throughout all hours, noisy from the room above (possibly the tiled floors). It would be a great advantage to have information of what to do & see in Ischia upon arrival. The reception staff have little to no understanding of English...

The outdoor pool was large enough to swim, sometimes a bit too warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the view are beautiful.

Most hotels are closed during winter. They are open and the personnel here is amazing. Dinner is only available from 7:30 pm to 9 pm during Winter!

Our ocean view room had not been updated since the 80s, it seemed. The pools had lots of noisy children despite the quiet zone signs. Almost impossible to find a working massage jet. Hotel is situated in a sublime location. Needs investment.

We've booked this hotel for 11 nights in January because of thermal salt water. A few working pools in the area in this time of the year. Unfortunately the big indoor pool isn't working at all. The hotel was very overcrowded and using indoor SPA was nightmare. Outside is perfect. Especially the small one pool. The service is outstanding, the kitchen is must. Beautiful views, good location.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Have Russian speaking staff, friendly. I do not understand why a broken massage water treatments do not heal. So a lot of things I failed to try... Breakfast monotonous. What a stunning hotel within walking distance is Ischia and the castle. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms spacious and well equipped. We had a beautiful balcony over looking the castle and the sea. We were out of season so things like the garden roof and the outdoor pool weren’t in service, but this wasn’t an issue. Fantastic and would highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. They accommodated an early check in, we waited at the pool bar and enjoyed beers and snacks for a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay. Some of the rooms need updating, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good too, lovely pools and spa, where we had some relaxing treatments. I was in this hotel from the 23rd to the 1st of march 2020 Excellent hospitality, beautiful place and staff are always very attentive to the requests, the kitchen very good and varied. We visited the island of Ischia and Procida, we were very well received by all, there is nothing true of what they say on TV, for a single person you can accuse of the island. Surely as soon as I can I will visit again...

We spent the new year in this hotel. The final assessment is positive. The end of year dinner was at a height of 4 stars! Food very good and the service excellent. Sour note is that the rooms are external to the structure, if you need to make use of the swimming pool you can not get the 250 metres, in the middle of winter, even if you are in Ischia, in the bathrobe!!! And the pool is not well organized...
