Hotels with pool in Ischia Town

Nothing but good things to say about the pool, beach, and thermal spas, as well as the deep tissue massage offered. We had a beach front room and watched the sunset every night and it was a dream

We had a bad experience, somebody used the garden going to the swiming pool as a bathroom (number 2), I reported three times, the hotel did not cleaned it. The sector around smelled very bad

Wonderful place, the hotel rooms are mixed with gardens which makes the stay very relaxing! Everyone was kind and helpful, breakfast mostly sweets, definitely take half board, the dinners were extraordinary! Forio is 30mins walk

Absolutely stunning property in a beautiful location perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are beautiful and the pools are amazing. Their wellness with underground salty pools was our favourite

The laundry took 2 days and almost a third day as we got it back late the second day (and we had to pack that night), they said no mention of the extra $35 euro fee (for around 4 tee shirts, 1 pants, 1 shorts, and some underwear and socks) and than when we received our clothes back my shorts were an entire different color, we both hate complaining and dreaded doing so and when we went to inform them...

The services are fast, efficient, but not that attentive or overly friendly, we were overseen or forgotten a couple of times, but it is a large hotel, so we understood things happen

The seatings for meals were only an hour but the service was excellent and the staff were attentive. The facilities included an indoor and outdoor thermal pools

The bar was reasonably priced and you could have drinks by the pool or in your room. The room had a fridge with a mini bar and a safe

Nice swimming pool with hot thermal water. The receptionnists do know your rooms by heart and are available for help whenever needed

it could be so much better ! Food average, breakfast is ok, dinner was small and cheap quality proudce. Most of staff are friendly, some are not so friendly!! Pool area small and needs refurbishment

The breakfast buffer had excellent coffee and a good choice of cakes and pastries, cereals, breads (and toasters), yoghurts and fruit. There were 2 hot items - eggs and sausages or bacon and hard boiled eggs

Wonderful stay at this lovely hôtel. Everything was perfect from the reception to the restaurant, the waiters and the mades. Very well located near the center (10 minutes walk) with a shuttle if needed

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Located near the centre, greasebucket station. The food is very tasty and varied. Great for a family stay of attack for couples. There are 2 pools with thermal water

The room and housekeeping staff are very kind and helpful, with a little girl we didn't have any problems whatsoever

Negative note is the covid closure of the sauna and whirlpool on the solarium, considering that the hotel looks like a wellness and spa center, I find it incorrect not to communicate the disservice during the booking phase

The nearest beach within walking distance is that of the port but I do not recommend it due to the water and the "quality" of the bathers. Great food but bar prices a bit overpriced

Beautiful structure but the rooms and services should be renovated, you can clearly see the signs of aging

This hotel is right on the water and the sister hotel provides a private beach. You can’t get a better location. When you get to the beach you can go inside to the bar and order drinks and snacks

Friendly staff, lovely view (if you can face the ocean), and good breakfast buffet

Last two days A/c wouldn’t lower which led to mosquitoes being active. My son had sooo many bites I was glad to leave , never happy to leave Ischia or Italy overall but it was overwhelming the mosquitoes

So that brings another point in investing to fumigate the place. Housekeeping Nidia and Mimma were great to spray but it isn’t enough. Also no place to dry clothes when using beach or pool

Room was nice looking but then discovered its flaws - super hard bed they really need to invest in this. I asked housekeeping to assist with a “topper” but again an investment is needed

We stayed here for 6 nights and could not have been happier. Small, boutique hotel with the friendliest staff. The larger pool was not heated and still too cold in May. But the smaller pool was thermal and lovely

We had a room overlooking the water and a private patio which was beautiful! We cross the street to the sister hotel and took a dip in the thermal bath. The water was very nice but not as hot as I was expecting

Had a massage in a spa which was fine. Breakfast buffet both mornings was wonderful! Huge spread of foods from savory to sweet, fresh juices, prosecco, coffee to order

They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone. Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind

Vacationing at Christmas, loved the four pools with thermal water ,hotel is on the mountain a great view of the sea ,the food is very tasty, all very much will come again highly recommend.

We stayed a week at this hotel and we had a great time, from every point of view! The room was equipped with everything you need and had an amazing sea view! The common areas, both internal and external, were large and varied, very pleasant both during the day and in the evening

However, as I said before, the experience was positive, the room clean and daily change of towels. The beautiful location, overlooking the harbour. And then the island is magic!!!

Meals were served in a large common room, where you easily made friends with the neighbors! A special and heartfelt thanks goes to Maitre Paolo D'Orio: he managed the room in an impeccable, professional and empathetic way, despite being around 300 people

I am staying with my wife Lucia at the Hotel Cristallo Palace Casamicciola. I have to say that we could not hope for better. Perfect for the kitchen, clean and comfortable

Sour note is that the rooms are external to the structure, if you need to make use of the swimming pool you can not get the 250 metres, in the middle of winter, even if you are in Ischia, in the bathrobe!!! And the pool is not well organized for people who arrive the dress

Best pool and sea swimming ever.

The pool facilities are simply stunning, but the basic rooms leave a lot to be desired. See picture of door that must have been punched by a previous guest. The walls are paper thin, and the mattress was poor

Very nice location! I recommend to book with half-pension as the atmosphere in the evening in the restaurant is simply stunning and the food tasty! Ischia is a nice spot, however well-known to be expensive (just as most places in southern italy nowadays)

Magnificent place to stay on Ischia. We had a great time on the island thanks to the kind, competent and motivated staff who took their time to point out the best places to visit (really felt like having a concierge)

The only downside is that the pool and private beach weren’t available during my stay since I visited in the off-season. But everything else was perfect!

I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews—this hotel absolutely deserves 5 stars. Everything was spotless, my room had all the essentials like a fridge, TV, hairdryer, and even a private terrace

They are very flexible with food - with Half board we could everyday choose if we come for lunch or for dinner. Very close to sea, but majority of beach is with paid umbrellas/sunbeds (only cca 30m of beach is public)

Nice hotel of middle category situated cca 20 min of walk from Forio centre. Friendly stuff, simple air conditioned rooms with balcony, indoor thermal pool

Little things didn't work in the room - shower had low pressure, toilet didn't flush properly, a/c was not too cold but the staff was very nice and always helpful, treating guests like a family.

The views of the castle are spectacular, wonderful pools, affordable cocktail menu and delightful breakfast buffet (freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly baked croissants) We were greeted with smiles and helpful staff from the moment we stepped into the hotel

It has 3 swimming pools (1 of which is indoors with a sauna too) and 2 tennis courts (8 euro p/h) and a great pool bar. Lots of sun beds spread out around the main pool all accompanied by a reclinable deck chair

Breakfast is free and includes many freshly baked pastries, fresh bread and other continental items with 2 coffee machines alongside. Reasonably priced in a good location!

Raphael who works on reception went above and beyond for us, he helped us to try find an available scooter and gave us lots of local information and a very detailed map

Hotel has a termal swiming pool, what is GREAT! You can spend time there from 8 am till 20 pm and enjoy great water

I've traveled extensively in Italy, and I find that the hospitality on Ischia is unmatched in quality. Hotel Sant'Angelo was no exception! We met Giuseppe and Sanni, the father and son proprietors of the hotel

Each night, Giuseppe baked delicious homemade treats for the morning. We enjoyed a cake made with chocolate and Ischian citrus (one with orange, one with lemon) as well as a delicious Nutella + jam crostata

The hotel offers a hearty breakfast of fruit and pastries baked by Nonno himself (he deserves a medal for his various crostatas). We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would certainly return in a heartbeat

Another highlight was the breakfast, prepared by the owner’s father. The freshly baked crostata was to die for! They were very welcoming and kind, I would happily come here again!

There is also a small but lovely beach at 3 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel hosts were the best, they had plenty of suggestions for food and activities

I returned again this year and I found improvements starting from the kitchen !, well renovated restaurant, abundant and tasty dishes with continuous surprises during the week with aperitifs and music

Cleanliness of the rooms for 10, the location is strategic both for the sea and for the historic center of Forio and they also offer a shuttle service. In short, everything perfect to definitely go back

Among the staff there was one who was very unpleasant, I had booked a room with a terrace or balcony I found myself in a hole with a very small window, as a positive instead there was some nice and helpful staff then the food even if repeated was good, in the room there was air conditioning, the room was disinfected every day, but only on the floor and towels

I have heard people at the reception complaining about absurd things and with the same assumptions I assure that 90% of the negative reviews you read are absurd, so don't trust too much

For the value for money there is no better on the island. Beautiful, clean and comfortable room. Full board with really good and satisfying meals. Nice and quiet staff, great location

I have read too many unfairly negative reviews for this I wanted to review and recommend everyone to stay in this hotel giving top marks

In conclusion, the 5 stars are the highest rating to urge everyone to come, highly recommended!

There were positive and negative things, negative that the fridge didn't work, and we couldn't use it, the food was always the same in a week, we found cockroaches, they didn't change the sheets

Elegant and comfortable hotel with 3 swimming pools, solarium and spa

It has 3 pools and lots of areas for the kids, as well as a mid-night bar for the adults. Well balanced, and nice attention. If you're in this part of Italy and need to crash a few nights, this might be your best choice

but the pools both outside and inside itself is worth the stay! The breakfast was the worst of all hotels we stayed on. and dinner was to late and really boring

Given the size of the Hotel, you'd expect it to be expensive, but it is not. It has all the comforts you need to spend a nice vacation with your loved ones

Breakfast is basic, no warm food, and fruit juce is not drinkable. They speak great german but english could be improved. Bus stop is 5m from the entrance, supermarket 10m, pizzeria in front

Rooms are ok, no foreign TV, no Wifi in the rooms, bathroom are a little bit old schools and the cleanliness is not at the top (black hairs around, my wife is blond)

I stayed at this tree with my partner and after various experiences I can confidently say that it is one of the most beautiful on the island! Besides a beautiful structure (with thermal pools), we found tranquility, crystal clear seas, guests chosen for their education and privacy, the kindness of the owners and good food

The last day (unfortunately for us !!!) we were in the enchanting wellness center, where between a herbal tea and a whirlpool, with the background of sweet music, we were able to totally relax before returning home
