Great boutique hotel overlooking the castle. I have been staying here many times with family events hosted. The staff and warmth is always amazing. You can just sit here all day enjoying sun sand and the italian hospitality that no kne can match.

Our third time staying here and we are always pleased. The staff are wonderful and the rooms perfect. There are plenty of facilities to use, including a thermal pool, day spa and private beach. The best hotel on the island with great staff, clean rooms, good AC, plenty of pools (includes thermal spa pool) and its own beach. 7 minutes by taxi from the port (ferries to Naples each 15 min). 10 minutes to the main island walking street. There are many good restaurants around.

One week at this wonderful place is simply not enough! We will definitely come back. The service was wonderful from everyone in the hotel and everything was always that little bit extra that makes the experience go from good to great! The hotel is in a good location. It is a short walk to the beaches and not far from the main port which has plenty of options for food/drink. Hotel reception was great for booking tours, transfers to the port, ferry times etc. All staff were friendly and helpful. Pool loungers were busy/full at times but the hotel has a private beach area which also has loungers.

Beautiful hotel, terrific service in an unbeatable location. Breakfast was also delicious and the sea platform was wonderful as well. You do need to take a golf cart to the pool and spa but it is not much of a hindrance. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Miramare. The staff were all lovely and our room was beautiful - we said it was more seafront than sea view! We loved it. The buggy service to the nearby thermal park and pools was a great value add. We’ll be back!

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The room was a stunning suite with a sea-view with 2 separate outdoor areas. As a solo traveller, the hotel staff put me completely at ease and really made me feel special as it was my birthday during my stay. Incredible location.. rooms not especially clean.. dirt in corners, doors to balcony couldn't open without kicking and pulling in it with all my bodyweight.. but the pools both outside and inside itself is worth the stay! The breakfast was the worst of all hotels we stayed on.. and dinner was to late and really boring.

Nice family Hotel. Given the size of the Hotel, you'd expect it to be expensive, but it is not. It has all the comforts you need to spend a nice vacation with your loved ones. Excellent location&breathtaking view and friendly staff. We staying for 5 nights and I must say that every team member including manager was trying to assist and accommodate any requests we had! Amazing experience, stunning location, and superior service. We took one of the suites with infinity pool access, where enjoyed the tranquillity of the sunset after spending the day through the 11 thermal pool and whirlpool. The restaurants are great, and the staff is highly committed to make the guests experience a “want to come back”. And I definitely will!

Amazing little paradise. Exquisite hotel with beautiful grounds and private beachfront. We had an amazing and relaxing time. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. There is even a clay tennis court next door which we used.

The hotel and staff were lovely and beautiful however there was a wasp/ hornet nest on the rooftop next to the pool and we could not enjoy the pool area as it was completely impossible. Nice hotel in an uninspired location. The breakfast service and selection were poor. The staff were easily overwhelmed by only a few tables. This wasn't due to a lack of effort or care on their part. The bar and pool service were good.
