We were out of season so things like the garden roof and the outdoor pool weren’t in service, but this wasn’t an issue. Fantastic and would highly recommend!

My friend and I really enjoyed our 5 days at Villa Durrueli. Not only was it a beautiful hotel with a large pool, great tanning spots and a cafe by the pool together with lovely location

What a stunning hotel within walking distance is Ischia and the castle. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms spacious and well equipped. We had a beautiful balcony over looking the castle and the sea

Great small hotel, very friendly personnel, delicious breakfasts near the pool (lots of fruits, cheese, juices, cakes etc. The rooms are clean and well furnished in white-blue colours

Location is great, 5 min walks to the beach and absolutely not a noisy street. Cannot comment spa since did not use it except for good hammam

The hotel is very pleasant and offer a very pleasant service. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed a lot the roof terrace restaurant which from my experience counts as one of the best of Ischia

The pool and private beach are great. The water is perfect and the scenic backdrop could not be better. The staff are very respectful and accommodating and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant day by the water

The beaches and layout areas are on cement piers. At first I was a little surprised, but have grown to love it and the cleanliness of the sunbathing experience

This place is absolutely amazing!!! A great resort with a phenomenal location. My family has received excellent service from the minute we arrived. So good in fact we extended our stay for another day

They have a one star Michelin restaurant on the premises (Indaco). The food and staff were phenomenal. One of the best meals I have eaten. I had the Vegetarian tasting menu and it blew me away

San Montano was incredible! The views are magical, the pools were relaxing, our dinner was superb (try the lobster with linguini and the cheesecake), the pizza by the pool was great, but even better than the food was the service! Their team was welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond

I had wonderful stay at San Montano! The staff are very nice & welcoming. The service is 5 stars! They have an amazing panoramic view all around the hotel *cocktails on the pool area needs improvement

The bathrooms and mattresses seem a bit outdated indeed, but we did not spend much time in the room anyways, so it did not matter to us. The big pool area, the views, the food, the service

Been here with my wife. Top Hotel, location and staff wise. Wonderful the sights from the infinity Pools. Highly recommend this magical place.

They have a shuttle service as well to forth and back from the beach and from Lacco Ameno

We were flying back to the US following our stay here so it was also a bonus that we could do our covid test on site. We were very pleased and will be referring the resort to our friends and family!

Wonderful location to relax. Great spa. Signature restaurant on the roof. I'm surprised that they are not Michelin rated. Employees are over the top.

They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone. Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind

Situated over the sea, the private beach, the pools and common areas with magnificent views and the fantastic garden that surrounds the entire complex are exceptional

Located about a 20-minute walk from Forio and also very close to other attractions, such as the La Mortella gardens and the Poseidon and Negombo thermal parks, it also has fantastic restaurants just a few meters from the hotel

It's a very nice hotel with several accommodations. The pool is gorgeous and the thermal spa is a treat. Wonderful spa options available to treat yourself as well. Close to lots of great local stuff too.

The hotel has its own beach area. There is a piano bar where a man plays between 9 - 10:30 and we were there every night enjoying the night. We had an amazing trip and look forward to coming back

Gala dinner is fun, but - beware - the truly awful table wine is not complimentary (18 euros for a 'vintage' less than a year old) and other charges (water with dinner and daily tourist tax) do pop up on your bill

Nice hotel. Decorated in a vintage style. The thermal Spa. Relax in the hotel mainly older Italians. 10 minutes from the sea. Next to a small supermarket.

Not too far from the port, the castle and many shops. Staff are good but not used to saying hello every time you go out in the morning. Breakfast is really good and filling

Wide selection of desserts at breakfast, but the other food is limited. Large breakfast area with plenty of seating, but not much space to move between tables, and there are some traffic jams at the buffet

There are many massage rooms and two pools about 4m by 4m in dimensions on floor „-2”. The sauna, steam room and thermal pools and swimming pool are only open 7:30-19

The outdoor pool is a small children’s pool, not a lap swimming one. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach from the parking lot at the back of the hotel

Have just spent 4 days at the Hotel, within its lovely setting, relaxing by the outdoor pool or enjoying the indoor thermal spring pool. There's plenty to see and do in the area

You need a cap to be allowed to swim in the pool

Brilliant so far. One night approaching

Sadly let down by poor food, Repetitive, cold, lack of vegetables and salad. No hot water on 2 days whilst we were there. Some staff surly and unhelpful. No drinks or snacks available onsite outside of mealtimes

The hotel is lovely ,clean and tidy, great views, good location. Some lovely, pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. Mini bus shuttle to town, and has pleasant rooms

Little old but cozy hotel... the sea is... the view from the window is great... what else is needed.

About a 40 min walk to the Port, slightly less to the Point. €15 gets you to either place by taxi. I imagine when it's more crowded it's a great place to be, but I'd avoid it during low season next time

Breakfast was lackluster and there was a lot of noise due to renovations. Bus service was not running, though there is a stop nearby that I assume runs in peak season

Hotel pools were full of mold and hard water build up, water was cloudy. No towels for pool or spa, bring your own. Long walk to their beach area

Nice and clean, good atmosphere. More for elder persons, swimming pools are nice and clean and so is the sauna. The food is ok, not great- Italy is known for the coffee, this one is not good

Rooms are great, outdoor pools as well, breakfast could be with more varieties. There is no scrambled egg, but you can boil yourself, that seems somehow odd to expect from four star hotel

Lovely hotel for a relaxing vacation, clean sea, a few thermal pools with water temperature ot18 to 42 degrees, clean rooms, polite staff, varied menu in the restaurant. The holiday was a success!

Staff are friendly and service is very good. The hotel offers a great sea view. The nearest village/ town, San Angelo is a 10 -15 minute walk away where there are numerous restaurants and pizzeria's

The thermal pools at the hotel are worth a visit. However, the hotel advertised a gym which didn't exist. Numerous other activities such as yoga classes were mis-advertised

The hotel was way above expectations. The food was amazing, incredible. We upgraded to a better room and for a small difference we stayed in a big room with a big bathroom and a lovely balcony

I stayed here for six nights in April 2018. The location is perfect : close to the pedestrian area but not on it -about 100 meters. as well as being near to the interesting Ischia Ponte with its Castello Aragonese

The hotel is located in an excellent position that allows you to easily reach the bus station from which you can reach all parts of the island and is very close to the center of Ischia Porto where there are the best clubs

Amazing location with a full view of the sunset from their restaurant terrace. Mostly indoors with one outdoor smaller pool. Better than most spas I’ve seen in hotels before
