I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel La Marticana during my recent visit to Ischia and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The location of the hotel is simply perfect: central and very convenient, a few steps from the bus terminal and the lively center of Ischia Porto, making it easy to explore the beauty of the island.

The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and the rooms are bright and spacious. Speaking of tranquility, the hotel is an oasis of peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, ideal for those looking for a bit of relaxation.

The breakfast offered was good, with a variety of options for all tastes: the perfect way to start the day with energy and good mood.

Finally, I cannot fail to praise the courtesy of the manager, always available and attentive to every need. It is clear that customer satisfaction is an absolute priority for Hotel La Marticana.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ischia and looking for a comfortable, convenient and relaxing experience.

perfect base to visit the island

The hotel is located in a strategic position, near the port and the bus station and this allows you to visit the island in extreme comfort and ease. The outdoor area is surrounded by a large garden and the room assigned to us was very spacious and above all well equipped and easily accessible (since it was located next to the entrance). The cleanliness was impeccable and every day they were delighted by a hearty breakfast with a wide choice: homemade cakes, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, rusks or sandwich bread. Overall our stay was pleasant, given that the environment was very quiet and peaceful, we had a great time and the hotel managers were very friendly and helpful towards us, also suggesting itineraries to follow and shores to go to. reference to spend our days on the beach. I highly recommend the place and hope that one day I can return.

The first thing you notice when entering the rooms is the extreme cleanliness which is honestly difficult to find in other places. The owners are kind and helpful and even if at the moment they complain of lack of staff they manage not to make you miss anything. Both sweet and savory breakfast with classic baked goods and homemade products. The structure has large outdoor spaces where you can rest and maybe read a good book in the quiet of the place away from the noise of cars. The location is very central, in two minutes you arrive at the port and its streets of restaurants and clubs. Too bad it does not offer the possibility to enjoy meals but it is a choice that basically makes you enjoy the many restaurants on the island. Absolutely recommended.

Structure a few steps from the port of Ischia, a few steps from the bus station. Punctual and accurate service, breakfast made with homemade products and their production, very healthy and good. Mrs Anna very helpful and kind. The room has all the comforts needed to stay in complete tranquility and comfort. The garden is very nice, fresh and gives a great sense of tranquility. I will definitely go back, very good experience.

Friendly owner, near the port/bus stops/restaurants and beach. I stayed in a budget room which was very small but clean, but it did have very thin walls so you could hear everything outside the room. Was very functional though - perfect for a short budget stay. No pool but nice garden area.
