Very friendly, extremely helpful staff

We stayed in this beautiful property, excellently located in the Municipality of Lacco Ameno, in the period from 09/24/2023 to 10/08/2023. Our room, although small in size, was well kept and the toilets were all new and very efficient. It was very convenient as it was located in an area relevant to the central structure, near the large outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast, with buffet service, was very rich and abundant while the lunch meals and the second courses in particular, at times, left a little to be desired. Nothing to say about the very kind and professional dining room, spa and reception staff and in particular Mrs. Giada who was always available and smiling. A small sore point is the cleanliness of the swimming pools, rooms and spa which certainly needs to be improved.

We arrived a little worried reading the negative reviews, in my opinion unjustified. The hotel is beautiful, in style with its island, the room adequate, above all clean, fresh and the air conditioning in perfect working order. The added value of the structure is the staff, Dario with his boys attentive, kind and always ready to satisfy our needs. Anna who cleans the room, very attentive, fresh linen every day, followed us and supported us in our movements, silently learned our schedules and adapted. Giada's smile, Maria's sweetness at the spa, Alessio's sympathy. I can only thank you for the pleasant stay.

The facility is beautiful and welcoming. Located in a strategic position, 200 m from the sea and with the front bus stop, it allows any movement on the island. Good breakfast in the morning, with fresh and good quality products. The spa service should be enriched with brighter and more predisposing furnishings. However, the systems are well maintained and fully functional. The swimming pool and the holiday atmosphere that surrounds it are pleasant. We did not like the "regardless" inhibition of the air conditioner by recalling the current decree law. The law speaks of temperature values ​​to be respected, not NOT TO USE AIR CONDITIONERS "tout court". In fact, we tried to turn on the machine supplied in the room and dust and a bad smell came out, a clear sign that the machines have not been maintained and/or sanitized. We didn't suffer excessively from inhibition thanks to the climate of the island that has been kissed by God. A very small piece of advice to the management: plastic cups must be absolutely avoided. Glass is a great substitute. We must love the planet!

We stayed in this hotel at the end of September, we received a great welcome, always helpful and efficient staff. The rooms, we chose the superior, were not bad, perhaps a little maintenance needs to be done. Unfortunately the kitchen did not impress us, there is room for improvement. All in all it is an acceptable solution. It is not possible to put 3 and a half stars so I put 4, I think it is the rating that best describes our experience.
