Quiet and cheap hotel with a "private beach" (but see below). Breakfasts are OK, however the choice is limited. Rooms are small but clean.
Service could be improved. The most irritating point, which made me furious in fact, is that we have been treated as second class guests on the beach. The reason is that the guy, who is supervising the beach, accepts guests outside of the hotel, likely for extra money and those guests in his eyes have priority. In any case, we have been asked twice to vacate our places because of the arrival of those more valuable guests. Just disgusting.

Hotel located in Lacco Ameno, central location, opposite is the factory, excellent for its proximity. Especially suitable for children and people who are no longer children. Family run, excellent for a quiet holiday, in a human dimension. The beach is looked after by the lifeguard Mr Carlo, an exquisite, helpful and kind person who welcomes you as if you were a special person. I recommend having this experience, in life we can find luxury, but here we find a family.

Very...Too vintage, suitable for the elderly. Terrible breakfast but the location is really good and the view is of the sea.

I stayed in this hotel for two days. Very pretty and in perfect harmony with the local buildings.
Pros: excellent location, on the main street of Lacco Ameno and right in front of the sea. The beach is also in front of the hotel although we had to struggle a bit to get an umbrella and a deckchair.
Cons: hotel without lift, and this is definitely a problem for elderly people or those with reduced mobility. The food is absolutely not up to par with everything else. In the two days I stayed, a fish first course was never included despite being able to choose between three different first courses. In short, for short stays it's fine, for long ones I think I can opt for other hotels

The location was perfect. Hotel had its own beach outside and lounge chairs were included. The first day we got there we arrived in the evening and layed in the loungers, we asked for some white wine while we relaxed. It was amazing taking it all in just a couple steps from the hotels entrance. We had the best view from our room with its own private balcony and sun chairs. Truly an amazing place and the staff members were very kind, helped with everything we needed. We will have to come back again.
