Hotel Terme Park Imperial

Absolutely loved our stay in Ischia! The owner and staff at both the reception and restaurant make this hotel special. Nothing was ever too much for them and they went above and beyond to help us explore the island. The owner even managed to get us boat tickets to Capri when all the tours were sold out.

The food is absolutely amazing, especially the Sunday celebration night under the stars with an abundance of seafood. We had a half-board stay and the 3-course seated dinners along with the veggie buffet ( grilled veggies stacked in olive oil - yum) were always delicious. I’ll be dreaming of their terrace with its stunning sea views for many rainy cold months to come and the relaxing hot thermal baths were what I needed for my skin and muscles. Every sunset from the terrace is magic - not to be missed with a cocktail treat!!

The place is spotless, peaceful and perfect for those looking for a more mature and tranquil vacation. It’s dominated by loyal Italian visitors. Highly recommend!

The experience is exceptional, staff is kind and very open to any request you may have.

Food. Absolutely stunning experience. The chefs here are very skilled, this place should be a restaurant on its own.

You have pool, beautiful and well equipped rooms, spa and termal pools. Beach is also close, about 80 stairs down the island.

Overall, I can say definitelly that i will be returning here soon.

Very friendly family ran hotel, staff always very helpful. We stayed halfboard, food on the evening was great - always fresh, very tasty and portions were just right. Good variety of choices. Breakfast was great too, always fresh - exactly what you'd expect, Continental style - so won't appeal if you're hoping for a full English Breakfast. Ate lunch at the pizza bar a number of times, great views and not outrageously priced. Tuna Bruschetta was a lunchtime favourite.
Hotel well located the for local town with a frequent shuttle bus, the bus would also take you to the main local beach (adjacent to Poseidin Gardens).

On the negative front the shower in our room struggled to maintain a constant temperature and the restaurant on an evening suffered from insufficient cooling too.

The few negatives didn't distract from a great holiday and a very nice hotel.

Great family run hotel for a relaxing Island Break. Showed around by the owners on arrival. Our room was 207 with a massive Balcony, Went on trip to the owners house Santa Maria which they do once a week for any guests interested there was about 12 of us from UK, Germany, Italy, and Russia lovely mix. it was very high up at there Winery. Told all about how the family came by the hotel and the Thermal waters. Along with there very own wine and brushet great evening as long as you dont mind the very bendy road up the hill. The hotel is fully equipped, good housekeeping and very helpful reception. Only thing I would mention as with many hotels in Italy there is no Tea and Coffee making facility in the room, which for us British can be missed. Its a 20 min walk to the town of Forio but the Hotel offers a free shuttle if needed. If we get chance to go back to Ischia will quite happily stay at this hotel again.
