The hotel is in an elegant aristocratic mansion in art Nouveau style, built in the early twentieth century. Located near the main attractions and museums of the city.
Location: near the Central railway station of Santa Maria Novella, near the Congress Palace Business centre and the exhibition Centre Fortezza da Basso, 6 km from Peretola airport.
Consists of one 4-storey building.

I would definitely return to this hotel which was in a perfect location near the train station. I had a nice room which was kept spotlessly clean. The owner and his family are very helpful and attentive

Close to the train station and an easy walk to all the sites, Constantino took time to orient us and make the best of an afternoon walk to Ponte Vecchio and Statue of David with the Duomo as a point of reference. 3 generations of his family are doing a great job welcoming guests.

Rooms were nice, although the shower was a bit tight for me (6ft, 220lbs)
The one thing my wife and I didn't like was that we needed to leave the key with the front desk if we left the hotel. I'm sure there is a valid reason, but it didn't sit well with us.
The elevator is bit slow so you may opt to use the stairs, keep in mind the hotel is on the 3rd floor so you will be walking up a few steps. (Or maybe second floor, there were several half flights we climbed)
Location was great, right next to the train station. We wanted to use a "Stow your bags" which was down the street. The front desk did offer to hold on to our bags for free, so that's an added bonus.
My biggest peeve was the internet. I needed to get some things done, but the internet kept dropping in and out which made it impossible to do my work. If you might need stable internet, this isn't for you.

What an exceptionally top service! Family hotel with heart. We chose this hotel after the car had to be repaired. The hotel sorted out the challenges we had with the car workshop. Next time Florence, then it has to be Hotel Beatrice ❤️

Excellent place; well located, very clean, good room, nice bathroom. Constantino, the owner, stays there all the time and helps in every possible way. No doubt I recommend it!

The hotel is family owned and very nice. Service over the top. They booked a last minute tour for me and then pointed to the best shops were I could buy true Italian leather not imported. Would highly recommend this hotel. Close to the train station and accessible.

Super nice family hotel! Very nice clean rooms with a cery good AC in the hot summer of florence. Well located close to the train station and a 10 mn walk to the mIn attractions

Very very unexpected excellent service, people there are very nice and warm, they supply common area and free tour guidance😉(map and advice), they help customers to carry their luggages which is very rare for a hotel at this price. The room is very clean and completed in traditional style, the bed is comfortable. Thank you very much, I’ve got a really good experience at ur place in Florence🥂🥂🥂❤️

Right next to the railway station. Really easy to find. Is walking distance to all attractions. The manager is super friendly and helpful
