I travel a lot for work but in this case I treated myself to a weekend in Lucca with my family. Excellent structure, just outside the city but reachable with the bikes made available or a convenient shuttle. Extremely clean and well-kept, spacious and comfortable room with parquet, attentive to children with a small welcome gift. Large free parking. Breakfast with buffet served due to covid but more than satisfactory. The internal restaurant which we used one evening is also good. We will return!

Far from town. Large rooms but very moderate decoration. Clean but very low quality breakfast.

Nice hotel, ok room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of parking.

Hotel fairly modern, but lacked facilities, like a swimming pool with spa and bar to relax in after a hot day in town. Rooms are fairly spartan in terms of decor and comfort. Not much in area to investigate. Probably ok for single night business users, but could do better for holiday makers, which we were.

Theres a supermarket but a long walk, and a very good pizzaria nearby. Good service and attitude from the staff of BW, surprising from Italians. Fluent in English and more than happy to assist. Please take that as a compliment. One of the best hotel i've stayed so far in Italy.

Incredible dinner restaurant service ! We prepay for dinner, but one of the guests didn't feel well. Logically, her friend can take her meal, right ?

A very comfortable hotel situated about 2kms east of Lucca town centre on Via Romano.. Rooms were spacious, a huge king sized bed and a spotless bathroom with shower and bidet. The reception are was light and airy with various sofas. Only criticism was that my room was unbearably hot overnight so I opened the large windows and that remedied the issue. Very polite staff and a nice bar area to relax in. Food was typically pasta as you might expect and rather too al dente for me but that's no doubt how it's served here

Hotel is in a quiet suburb. Very well appointed, modern. Large rooms. Bath is perfect. Closet and safe and shelves. Good lighting. Breakfast was good in a lovely dinning room. Bar and terrace are lively for the evening. Good service English speakers and helpful.
Many groups and busses co.e and you need to make reservations for dinner. We didn't know the procedure and on Sunday we could not get in until late. So the restaurant mngr gave us room service. Nice . 😃
