Nice little B&B. Rooms are small and nothing fancy, but the location is perfect -- very central, and incidentally, located just on the back of Saint Gemma Galgani's "house of the stigmata", which you may be able to visit. (I suppose that's the reason for the name?). Cheap. Breakfast was surprisingly good (I wasn't expecting much being such a small place, but it beats that of bigger hotel chains I've been to).

Wow. What a great team of staff. They were so helpful and went over the top with their comments to help me and my disabled mom. The food they made for breakfast was delicious. The room was super cute and had working air!!

Very nice bed and breakfast in the old part of Lucca. It's a very unique experience to stay here near beautiful historic buildings where there are few cars.Many shops and restaurants nearby and it's a very short walk to the bus station and taxi stand. The train station is nearby too, which makes exploring Tuscany and Italy easy. Lucca, itself, is a beautiful and charming city with many attractions and it's very central to Florence and Pisa. It's close to the seaside and the mountains.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and charming. A great way to get a feel for Italian life and Tuscany .

The hotel is located in the center. It’s easy to visit different attractions by walking. The hotel rooms are also spacious and clean. The cars can be parked in the dedicated places behind the hotel. The breakfast is fine too. It’s a pity to see The old staircases are damaged(see photos ). We were arranged in another address than the booked address. It’s a bit uncomfortable.

Very friendly service and comfortable mattress. Rooms a good size and perfect location for visiting Lucca - near Porta Santa Maria and Via Fillungo.

Great location, lovely host (who rushed off to get her stamp for my Via Francigena credential); we had the apartment which was spacious and well appointed. Good location & of course a gorgeous town

I had a stunning stay here. Gianluca was the perfect host - kind, professional, and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean with a beautiful view and large windows. Wry comfortable beds as well. So conveniently located - central however still quiet at night. Beautiful location for exploring. I loved it and will definitely stay again. I was starting my Tuscan route of the Via Francigena - a great place for any visitor. Grazie mille!

Nice rooms (ours was really spacious) in a small b&b-like hotel, in the middle of the centro storico. We felt very welcome. Two lovely ladies, Claudia and Anna, take care of us as if you we were family. Parking round the corner. Very reasonable prices.
