Worst experience!
Although some of the staffwas very nice, the experience was horrible and I would not recommend it ever.
It really ruined our first day and staying there was a painful thing (staff proposed to cancel the reservation to get reimbursed but during a bank holiday it was impossible to find something, so we had no choice). The rooms did not correspond at all to the pictures shown during the reservation. We asked to have a better room (we checked previously if the hotel had availabilities and they did) but did not want to give us anything, even changing rooms to have 1 double bed (as asked during the reservation but they marked twin beds ). The bathroom had a shower curtain that was growing mold.

🛑Worst thing what ever happened to me during traveling.!
First room was full with mug got other room "better one" and it ended there.
And tok a nap, woke up bitten by bed bugs!!!! It was couple of them.
Left this Hotel fast as I could , staff offered other room but I think all this place is with bugs!
The lady in resepsjon was nice and professional.

I didn’t like hotel because of following points :
1) shower was not working properly
2) Heater was controlled by hotel

But yes it’s very Close to bus stop and Lidl was a few minutes walk away.

It’s not very good but prices wise it was okay.

Extremely bad customer service. Hot water was not working on 31st December and can't shower to go spend New Year's eve, and instead of treating customers good, i was told exactly that I don't stink, just put a jacket on and go enjoy my time.

Made a reservation on booking.com and ended up getting a way smaller room than advertised, a tuna can room.

The heater is controlled by the hotel and only runs few hours early morning and night, you have 0 control.

Shower has a power plug inside it which is straight safety hazard.

Given all the issues we faced, we tried to get a refund to find another place and they kept wasting time and at the end they said they can refund the last night, which was only 30€ out of the total 300€.

A totally diasppointing experience.

First! The room is completely different thn from booking.com we selected standard room then booking gave us 4 pictures we got a tuna can. Old pain old furniture dirty the shower and the toilet next to each other,a hair drier that looks like a vacuum. a tv probably the size of an ipad. Very ridiculous. We couldn't even walk around the bed because the bed was 30 cm from the wall . Second they offer heaters on booking what they dont say is that they control it and they only turn it on from 7 pm to 11 pm thats it. We went for new years temperature was super cold raining most of the days. Very ridiculous as well. Third. There was no hot water for 2 days specially on New Year's Eve i was waiting until 530 pm to shower and go out and enjoy my holiday. We complain the receptionist was very rude and a guy who idk who is he told me you dont look dirty just dress and go! Like are you serious? How about washing your parts daily and feeling clean to go and explore the city. Their attitude was so rude like if we didnt paid three hundred euros for 3 nights and we were begging for the minimum. They scam people! pictures are not even close to what they offer. Make ur self a favor and stay somewhere else. I was very depressed in this place,they were not even polite at all and didn't even try to solve the issue. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!

I have reviewed the reception, and we found that the receptionist on duty yesterday was absent, and he was supposed to replace your room. I was informed this morning that the room would be replaced today after 2 PM, but when I arrived after 2 PM, I was told that the rooms were full, even though they were empty according to the other receptionist.

This hotel lacks credibility with dishonest employees, and the rooms are not good. I will inform all my friends and share this on social media in Jordan, advising against dealing with this hotel. I also request compensation from Booking for our financial and emotional losses as necessary.

The employee Peter is very bad and does not serve customers. He yells and I do not recommend him to be at the reception at all...
