Hotel stuff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is normal. I noticed my water boiler is dirty . The hotel rooms have air conditioners . Location 25 minutes far from central. The car park is bad . Very small And narrow parking . I have my van . The hotel stuff should give me parking out side the lobby because of size of my van . I got my blanket sheet very dirty . They replaced it with one new . Very kind stuff Hotel is a good value. Has microwave inside rooms . Rooms are little bit big . The toilet door is slide . The toilet need renovation

The location definitely felt a bit sketchy but once we got to the hotel it was fine. The staff were excellent and even at 11pm when we had trouble finding food they were very patient and loved to help us. The rooms were standard. 4 STARS

i stayed in the hotel over the weekend and unfortunately discovered that our rooms were dirty, broken and moldy. The first night we stayed in room 608 and it was terrible. There was no door to the shower cubicle and so all the water came into the room. We had to get up in the middle of the night to dry the floor. The walls, the sink - actually almost everything was covered in mold. The toilet seat was so broken that you had to fear that it would break completely as soon as you sat down. There was hair all over the floor from previous guests and some of the towels/bath towels had stains on them. The next day we got another room (601), but it was just as dirty and moldy. The only difference was that the toilet seat was intact and there was a door to the shower cubicle. Water still came out of the shower cubicle.

I’d call it 3 star but the breakfast was perfect, it was very quiet, and the front desk was very cordial. Great restaurant recommendations within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Hotel deserves to be 3 stars not 4. Rooms are not clean, bed sheets seems dirty, pillow uncomfortable. It’s not possible to lock the door from the inside. We have booked superior room through Booking but the room we got looked completely different from superior one. Also prior to our arrival hotel asked to send them number of credit card in email which is totaly unsecure and against Booking policy. We already had booking confirmation and payment was defined to be in hotel. Despite this they asked for credit card otherwise they will cancel reservation. I called the hotel immediately and said I’ll report it to Booking and then they accept to keep reservation without sending credit card. Only positive thing is location near metro station which goes directly to Duomo, though it’ s 9 stations to get there. Overall avoid this hotel, mainly because of unsafety and low hygienic standards

I stayed at the hotel for one night the last week of May.
I booked on the same day and when I arrive to the hotel the staff was extremely nice and had my reservation.
I checked in and went up to the room.
I found a very clean room and I loved the style of the rooms, contemporary and with all the necessary amenities.
The mattress was very comfortable and even if the room was facing the street and we are very close to major traffic area, the hotel is in a very quiet street.
For breakfast we went down to the buffet area and had a great breakfast - they have eggs, croissants, ham, cheeses, yogurts, fruits and different type of breads.
The service was great and you can order your coffee as you pleased.
Check out was easy and fast.
My only comments for future improvements to the hotel management:
In the rooms there is a phone but is noted nowhere the number of the reception, it would be nice to have it written or to have a button in the phones which goes straight to reception.
It was not a problem as in the end I asked what I needed when I went out for dinner, still it would have been nice to have it in case of emergencies.
Also, I booked thru Airbnb and it’s a little confusing the description as it seems like the breakfast is included. Maybe it would be nice to specify there that the breakfast is excluded.
I have to say that I checked the hotel website and on their website is very clear and you can also book the room and the breakfast forfeit.
In my case I had to pay 10€ per person for the breakfast but the reception team explained it to me and I paid it at checkout.

very good hotel in the Affori district of Milan: with the yellow metro (line 3) you can reach in few minutes the central station, is the piazza del Duomo
