I recently stayed here during a trip to Milan, drawn in by the 4-star rating and seemingly positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Rooms: The state of the rooms was appalling. The floors were dirty, there was a persistent bad odor, and the lower areas of the bathroom were visibly filthy. Many fixtures, such as plugs and handles, were in disrepair. If this were in the UK, it wouldn’t even qualify as a 3-star hotel.
2. Staff: While the staff may seem polite at first, their attitude quickly changes when you raise any concerns. They were dismissive, rude, and lacked any proper process for handling issues. The customer service was chaotic and unprofessional, leaving me feeling like nobody cared about resolving problems.
DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND HIGH RATINGS! This hotel completely ruined the start of my holiday. If you’re considering booking here, save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.
"We booked two rooms through Booking, and the description clearly stated 'all taxes included.' However, upon our arrival at the hotel, we were required to pay additional taxes around 40 euros for four guests."
the room is big but under maintained, the door was hard to open and the shower knobs were stiff.
the service was excelent, staff halped when needed and gave information about the area.
the loocation is good, next to the metro and a big superstore.
