Great location, great staff, great property. I revived a very warm welcome upon my arrival off a red eye from Johan. He expedited my room to be ready, walked me to grab breakfast and welcomed me as if it was his home

The property is stunning w a lovely restaurant and very beautiful bar (2 different venues). The rooms are beautiful, updated and clean. The pictures in the website of the gym are a bit misleading

Checked in by Luca, very kind and professional, I asked for a quiet room and was given exactly what I asked not to mention room was huge! Service was excellent, detailed, courteous

The gym is rather small with old equipment. I have to remind myself Americans are use to a different type of gym than in the rest of the world. If this hotel updated the gym it would be perfect

Everything was great! They sent us up a free bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was so sweet. The room service was excellent, the breakfast and bar were both delicious. The room was spacious and clean

There was perhaps a bit more noise than expected for being on the eighth floor, but the views of the city were lovely, and the staff were always very kind

In addition to the noise we got a rather old room, but the bathroom fortunately was renovated. Furthermore we got a room with connection door, which was open at first so that we could see into the room next to us

We only stayed for one night, but the room was very spacious and cosy

on the lower floors you will hear always the trum that is passing every 10 mins and the cleaners that laughing and taking every time near your room. The position of the hotel is amazing

The rooms are very old and need to be renewed as soon as possible. As well please take into consideration that the party on the rooftop is every day

You will find a lot of bar, grocery shop around The breakfast is simple amazing. The food was very nice, fresh and a lot of choice

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out

The pillows were also good and the bed was soft. The only funny bit was that the aircon does not operate all day

They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy

There’s a nice Chinese restaurant nearby called the Shangri La - would recommend that also

Space was very tight fitting but functional. It was for an overnight stay - fly in and drive away in the morning so it suited us. We don’t hang in a room it’s just to sleep. Always presentable, clean and friendly company

We had an issue with our room, and the changed it. The air con in this room was far better. Do wish they did cater to HALAL 😢. The room size was quite small but clean and nice

Modern Location, rooms, meeting, comfortable, and excellent video and audio system. Friendly and helpful staff

I spent a month in this hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The premises are overall clean, they have some good amenities and even a spa on site. The staff was always friendly and helpful

It could have been much better, but objectively it lacks little. The food at breakfast is plenty and done well. But the furniture and layout is “cold”. Some carpets would go a long way

We had a dining table yet were not able to make any or simply warm up our food. Even to drink a glass of wine, we had to use coffee cups or get them from the bar downstairs

However I asked them to bring water (complimentary) to the room and they did it once only (they should bring it daily when they clean the room but I don’t need them to clean it daily)

In short, it’s great! The room I booked was clean, spacious, modern and nice

So, outside of the issues with AC, broken toilet seat, dangerously cracked floor tile, broken wall outlets, etc. This really is a lovely hotel, with excellent staff. What lets it down is maintenance

The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

The space of the rooms is perfect. I loved it and definitely would like to come back to it again

5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. A bit of street noise from our 2nd floor location but not enough to really bother us

This is my favorite hotel in Milan, its all about the location. Their grand rooms are really good. I reviewed this place few years back. Pros: Of course Location, close to all shopping spots

Wonderful location 5 minutes to Duomo. If you go for the more "upscale" side of the hotel (which I believe costs more) you get access to a lovely eating/relaxation area with its own concierge

Marriott Milan is nicely located close to Wagner (Metro Line 1) and Bolivar (Metro Line 4) stations. Even though as of December 2024 the hotel is under renovation, the service is good and there is no major noise

We stayed at this hotel back in August. They served a full course buffet, and custom made breakfast. This was the best breakfast I ever had. They were very nice at the front desk

Great stay at the Marriott in Milan. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it is all contained and does not disturb guests. Lovely breakfast buffet with continental and hot options

The lounge is closed, so they offer eligible guests wine and beer and some snacks in the bar near the lobby. The staff is very nice and efficient. Just like being at home, I highly recommend it

Of the L-shaped hotel, one complete block is under renovation, so if needed you can be on the other side far from dust and noise

I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi

Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train to Malpensa

The cable machine and dumbbells are enough for me. At the weekend a lot of football related events take place. If you are a fan of certain football clubs you might be lucky to meet the players in the gym or in the lounge

The location is a little remote. However, they offer a shuttle bus to the city centre. Limited capacity… a reservation in advance is necessary. Breakfast has all the necessary continental elements

But to get a cappuccino can be challenging as they are quite busy and ordering take some time. I would expect that they come to your table and take the order for eggs and coffee in time

It's good but i wouldn't say 4 stars good especially since the price isn't the cheapest in Milan

Overall a lovely stay this past weekend with my two best friends. It wasn’t hard to find the city centre as the train is a 2 minute walk from this hotel

We asked for more pillows and towels and they were happy to accommodate. The location doesn’t provide nice views and there’s not much around, you do have to use public transport to go anywhere

Additionally, part of the first floor appeared to have unfinished bathrooms, which gave it an abandoned feel, and there were significant security concerns since outside visitors could freely enter the building and access the elevators

Here is my feedback regarding my recent stay at Da Vinci Hotel. While I appreciated the location, I must express my concern that the rooms did not meet my expectations in terms of value for money

I stayed here for a week and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the suburban line, and the room was spacious and clean

The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options to start the day- thanks a lot to the host, they made this even more great with their excellent services

My waiter, Sherif, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about both the food and wine, making excellent recommendations

We had a lovely stay here, I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends! The staff, including the door men, were lovely and super friendly, always ready to help (special thanks to Francesco for all the recommendations on our first day)

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, the bar is busy and has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are really nice – comfy beds (though the pillows could be better)

The bartender and chefs were equally impressive, delivering top-notch quality and hospitality. They even went out of their way to prepare something for me after the kitchen had already closed upon my arrival

Paulo at the front desk and Vavina from Guest Services went above and beyond, calling me an ambulance (even though I insisted on just a doctor) and staying with me until it arrived

Great Location in city centre, Rooms are Small but Clean. Overall good experience. Food is great with plenty of options in Breakfast ( compared to other hotel I stayed during my trip to Italy)

Got to be honest, I think this is much more of a business hotel than leisure and if you are in the latter category, there are better situated luxury hotels in Milan

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability

My room had a cute balcony which I didn’t expect and loved. Room service was fast and convenient. Every staff person I interacted with was lovely and helpful

We stayed for three nights and were delighted with the hotel. We started with a glass of Chianti Classico which was one of the best reds we have drunk for a long time

King deluxe room Nice room, amazing italian shower and comfy bed. Only point here : toilet position : Just in the way of the door making it a bit inconvenient. Staff was welcoming and available

We checked in at 3pm and we got our rooms at 4pm because the rooms were not ready, which was not acceptable and the lady in the reception was not as professional with dealing with customers and that was my biggest concern

The hotel is beautiful and unique, but as soon as we arrived no one helped us with the luggage, me and my family had to carry the bags ourselves even though I asked the receptionist to send someone for help

We only had 1 bottle of water for all 5 days and when I asked why they said this is their hotel policy and I had to buy it from them if I wanted more. And the bathroom is not as clean as it should be

The room was clean and beautiful. There are few details that I noticed that makes me know why its a 4 star hotel. But their location is very nice and its close to all shops and coffee shops

Quality of the scrambled eggs was really bad, fried eggs ordered over-easy came undercooked sunny-side up and the hot beverages came out cold

The location is perfect a supermarket near by and the station is too , service is fast , but rooms are very difficult to find it took me 5 mins to find my room , the beds have stains on it , but either than that the hotel is good

The orange cake delighted my taste buds, The interior design gives joy, as well as the chef's signature, which is reflected in every dish and on every presentation table, The selection of tea and coffee, there is even an Orzo drink, champagne and a mimosa cocktail, salmon sandwiches, pizza, nuts of all kinds, superfoods, berries...

Trendy hotel in the heart of Navagli in Naples. Staff were super attentive. Room had a bit of a European feel to it, and we were able to sleep on a comfy king sized bed.

We had six wonderful nights at the Art Hotel, we can only describe it as a five star experience and we are looking forward to returning in the near future

This is a very old hotel which deserves 3 stars at best. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both of which the shower were in bath tubs with space so tiny it would probably just about fit a midget

A brilliant hotel, very close to the Metro station which takes you into the centre. The staff were fantastic and the room was absolutely amazing. It was my girlfriends birthday and the chocolates were a lovely touch.

The hotel itself was lovely, and I honestly think it deserves a better review than it currently has. The room key was quite heavy and bulky. A key card system would be more convenient for guests

Even with such a wide space, they kept the shower/tub to a minimal area which is just silly. The cheaper room my colleague stayed in even had a “prison-like” barrier dead center in the middle of the window

There’s no buffet for breakfast due to corona so the staff is stressed by the amount of „orders“ they get. There’s not a big variation for breakfast but the food and drinks they have are good
