Best Hotels in Milan

Good location, close to the city center, 10 mins walk to popmart store, 30 mins walk to duomo. Some restaurants around the hotel too. Nice hotel ambiance feels like new hotel. But sadly the room is small.

Good option to stay if the price offer is attractive. Location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. But the room is very tiny, both suitcases should be kept only up, otherwise you cannnot walk in the room

The room was just nice for us. The toilet was not functioning but the staffs changed us a new room immediately. Overall was good.

The making up the room one day surprised us very negatively, the sample of the face oil was (kind of not cheap one) left by the maid upside down and almost all oil was on the dusty table in the toilet when we came back

The rooms are a bit small, and i could hear the guests in the next room 🤦‍♀️ there was no view, as my room window was on the emergency exit staircase, other than that the breakfast was full range and the location was absolutely perfect! 2 minutes walk to the doumo! Which was amazingly convenient and comfortable for me and shopping! The hotel concierge was absolutely delightful and veeeeeeeery helpful...

We stayed at Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan, which is located just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo, a truly unbeatable location. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways

Very comfortable hotel with separate lobbies and sound proof rooms. The rooms are very spacious with lots of the best amenities. The showers and restrooms were really clean

The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.

The Staff need training on how to be friendly and give good service. Never felt a warm welcome, had to think twice to ask a question, got very straightforward answers

Milan Marriott Hotel is an excellent property with friendly and professional service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable

The service and the good nearby amenities made up for the minor inconvenience of the construction and the slightly distant location. There was nothing I found to fault, and I would consider staying here again

Breakfast is good — they offer three types (express, continental, and American), priced between €16 and €22. The only downside is that the rooms are a little cramped

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability

Great location less than 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale station. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a new room on the 4th floor that had undergone a recent renovation

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food although some of the hot items were room temperature. The main dining room and restaurant had great options and was our favorite

I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi

Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train to Malpensa

Special shoutout to Asiana who, along with the other staff, provided excellent service during breakfast! The staff was also extremely helpful when it came to arranging transport

I was apprehensive about my first visit to Milan, but choosing to stay at the NH Hotel (superior double room) turned out to be the best decision

Hello, Just stopped by the front desk asking why no one was answering the phone from 11pm to 1am last night when I was calling the front desk about the AC issue in our room and "Alvin" who was the front desk agent last night told me "I was busy checking in one family"

I asked for a business card and he gave me a card for the hotel which has the info@ email address. He said I cannot talk to a manager because it is against their "policy" to give out "employee's private information"

I need a manager to contact me ASAP. I honestly hope this is not the case and what Alvin told me is not true and most importantly this is not how you guys treat the guests. Couldn't sleep from the heat

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and we loved the hotel for the friendly staff, location and the room, which was excellent. Comfortable beds and nice amount of space. Nice window that opened for fresh air too.

I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro

When you want something other than sleep, the photo worthy bar and restaurant have great prices for delicious food, and amazing staff- I had the pleasure of meeting Fabio and Giacomo last night and they even helped me grab a quick plate to go just before the kitchen closed

This hotel is a short walk away from the city center - 20 minutes to Duomo. Which makes it just quiet enough, just cozy enough and perfect for relaxing and getting rest

Good location next to the train station. Rooms are abit tiny for the price though so overall a 4 star cos of location and proximity to metro and pricing .

Wonderfully appointed, super clean, wonderful staff. As we were only in Milan for one night we wanted to be centrally located, this was perfect.

(Yes that’s including me asking them to bring water) The reception staff were pretty nice, they spoke good english so I had no issue regarding the language barrier, they answered all my questions to the fullest!

I spent a month in this hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The premises are overall clean, they have some good amenities and even a spa on site. The staff was always friendly and helpful

The price was not bad, the view was good, when I booked, 2 months ago, I asked them for something specific in the room and they did it! The restaurant they have downstairs is extremely nice, they have tasty cuisine

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1

I asked them twice the day after but they did not bring me the complimentary water, The telephone was not working so every time I had to ask for something I had to go down to the reception myself which was pretty annoying

However I asked them to bring water (complimentary) to the room and they did it once only (they should bring it daily when they clean the room but I don’t need them to clean it daily)

Nice hotel, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, good plumbing, helpful staff. Near the hotel there is the metro (lilac line) and two shopping centers and a Lidl store. The red metro line is within walking distance

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants

Loved the shuttle service to the town center (book ahead on site). Terrace food was SO good!! Convenient access to the train station too. Loved the amenities including the pool, sauna and salt room

Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time

Amazing rooms, breakfast is a buffet style and you can order omelette or other eggy things. They offered to make us a packed lunch for our coach tour to Como but we declined as we were leaving at that moment

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning

We stayed at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia Milan for four nights. Chiara, Gabriel at the front desk have been super friendly and helpful. Veronica from Guest Services was amazing

Didn’t really know how to use the ice room. Spa services needed reservation days ahead such as manicure pedicure massage so didn’t get any (also quite expensive)

As such, I most definitely understand that the condition of my room did not get that way overnight, and therefore was surprised that a room in that condition would even be in service and allowed to be rented to guests; 2) I do not recall hearing any mention of "wish you had told us earlier", but regardless, there could/should have been a better response and solution to this issue once it was brought...

Westin Palace Milan is one of the best hotels in Italy for Marriott Bonvoy members (we live in Italy)

The two little black spot would be that it’s bit far of the center of Milan, and the subway is not near the hotel. And the view from my room, wasn’t really nice. Over that, everything was perfect !

Swimming pool and sauna facilities were wonderful! Room was incredibly spacious and the tram station is just a stones throw away from the hotel to get easy access to central

Good location, convenient travel, clean and comfortable interior, medium-quality food, no merits or demerits, I chose this place mainly because the cost-effectiveness and travel meet my actual needs

The other way is from the lobby, no steps, but a short distance outside and the back way into the restaurant. Meals in the restaurant are very nice, and again the staff is very helpful

The sofa bed with the sofa folded open feels more comfortable to sleep on than the big bed 😌. The big bed is too soft and the mattress at the waist can be seen to have collapsed a bit

They offered to stored away my luggage until then, but the employee forgot to hand me the ticket number attached to my baggage. That caused a little confusion later, when I went to pick it up once the rooms were prepared

It seemed like, there was some sort of construction going on in the room next door. Besides that, I could also clearly hear my neighbors phone VIBRATE at night and naturally also their alarm clock in the morning

As I've read in other reviews already, I can confirm that the sound proofing of the walls is truly terrible. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise around 11 to 12pm at night

But luckily that could get sorted out quickly and I got my things back. My personal single bedroom was very small, but had everything I'd expect it to have

They are true to their name, having lots of pieces of art on display. When we arrived, the two rooms we've booked, weren't ready yet

The second booking, a premium double bedroom, had a non-functional shower, that couldn't get fixed in a timely manner. That made it necessary to relocate to another room two days in a row
