Best Hotels in Milan

Good location, close to the city center, 10 mins walk to popmart store, 30 mins walk to duomo. Some restaurants around the hotel too. Nice hotel ambiance feels like new hotel. But sadly the room is small.

Good option to stay if the price offer is attractive. Location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. But the room is very tiny, both suitcases should be kept only up, otherwise you cannnot walk in the room

The room was just nice for us. The toilet was not functioning but the staffs changed us a new room immediately. Overall was good.

The making up the room one day surprised us very negatively, the sample of the face oil was (kind of not cheap one) left by the maid upside down and almost all oil was on the dusty table in the toilet when we came back

Additionally, the half screen design (for the shower) caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, making the area even more slippery and further increasing the risk of injury. This is an unacceptable safety issue

Lake Como is not too far and the city centre can be reached at by public transport or hotel shuttle The public transport ticket costs 15 euro for 3 days in Milano. The hotel is close to the stadium btw

I stayed at the Sheraton San Siro from 22–25 November, 2025, and was assigned Room 1203. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, but the drainage was extremely slow

First and foremost the outstanding service from the staff, specially Simone. His companion and professionalism are of the highest level. The rest are nothing but excellent as well

Located outside the city center, the Sheraton Milan offers a stylish, modern appearance with spacious, comfortable rooms. The conference facilities are excellent and perfectly suited for interactive meetings or events

Good business hotel but location is a bit remote

The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.

The rooms are quite large, comfort, clean and cosy decorated. Beds are sufficiently comfortable and sized. Everything was well prepared and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional

The Staff need training on how to be friendly and give good service. Never felt a warm welcome, had to think twice to ask a question, got very straightforward answers

The waiter was nice, the cocktails were good. The surrounding of the hotel feels like you are in the middle of the crime scene with all the empty buildings

Considering that is a 4 star hotel- it does not provide tea, coffee, glasses or cups on the room. Besides restaurant there is nothing else to do at this hotel. Room service is charged at an extra

The rooms are a bit small, and i could hear the guests in the next room 🤦‍♀️ there was no view, as my room window was on the emergency exit staircase, other than that the breakfast was full range and the location was absolutely perfect! 2 minutes walk to the doumo! Which was amazingly convenient and comfortable for me and shopping! The hotel concierge was absolutely delightful and veeeeeeeery helpful...

My experience at Hilton Milan was not the best. Upon arrival, we parked on the ground floor. At check-in, the front-desk agent (I believe her name was Eleorena) welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service

We have stayed in Melia Milano for our stay in the town. Location wise is very good as you have a Metro station around the corner and around 30-minute walk to the Sforzesco castle

There is a metro station nearby and a convenient road to the center. But the hotel itself is old and needs renovation

The hotel is close to the lotto subway station. Although it is not close to the cathedral and the Last Supper, you can take the red line subway to get there directly

Milan Marriott Hotel is an excellent property with friendly and professional service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable

We chose the InterContinental outside Milan due to driving, and it met the usual international chain standards. Free parking was a big plus, and it was convenient to get to the city center by bus

Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time

Amazing rooms, breakfast is a buffet style and you can order omelette or other eggy things. They offered to make us a packed lunch for our coach tour to Como but we declined as we were leaving at that moment

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning

Didn’t really know how to use the ice room. Spa services needed reservation days ahead such as manicure pedicure massage so didn’t get any (also quite expensive)

I think the prices in Milan are too high for some basic facilities. During the stay, we witnessed how the staff at the reception were mocking Asian tourists behind their backs

The staff at reception were cordial and accommodating at check in. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The shower is walk in which is a plus for me rather than bathtub

Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items) 7. The best part was the room has a large balcony

We had booked a Premium apartment with a balcony and a bathtub, expecting a queen-size bed as we were a couple. However, we were given a room with two single beds and no bathtub

My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it

They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage

A brilliant hotel, very close to the Metro station which takes you into the centre. The staff were fantastic and the room was absolutely amazing. It was my girlfriends birthday and the chocolates were a lovely touch.

SERIOUSLY hot bedroom! We phoned because we thought the air conditioning was broken and was told by reception “it’s turned off because it’s winter” it was 4th April and in the 20s outside, plus I think they know the rooms are hot because it’s only a sheet on the bed with no blankets, the beds were comfortable

Wouldn’t stay again because of the heat in the bedroom being so awful. Also the room keys are terrible, massive heavy things that you couldn’t carry around and so you have to hand in if going out

A truly unique hotel, though not for everyone’s taste. The hotel is conveniently located in the city of Milan, very close to a tram stop that makes it incredibly easy to get to any part of the city

As a hotel, it really stands out—especially in terms of its decor, which, for me personally, didn’t match my taste. You won’t find the typical style of a four-star hotel here

I also expected to find a bathrobe in the room, not just towels, and in my particular room, there was no pair of slippers provided. Additionally, the rooms were really cold
