I have long chosen this hotel for my stays in Milan. Everything corresponds to the stated level. Excellent breakfast, a robe, slippers, hairdryer, shower accessories in the room

The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

The service was good for the main part, however there is a 10 Euro charge to order up to your room

The location is far from the city center but a 20 minute walk to the train station and from there about another 20-30 minute ride from center to duomo/galleria locations. Recommend for anyone on a budget!

I found it extremely annoying! Because this is a convention type of huge hotel!!! They have never had someone with a charger problem? How come nobody can help! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere!!! I went back to the room and used whatever battery I had left to write down how to get to the places I needed to go that day

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out

The pillows were also good and the bed was soft. The only funny bit was that the aircon does not operate all day

They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy

There’s a nice Chinese restaurant nearby called the Shangri La - would recommend that also

Space was very tight fitting but functional. It was for an overnight stay - fly in and drive away in the morning so it suited us. We don’t hang in a room it’s just to sleep. Always presentable, clean and friendly company

We had an issue with our room, and the changed it. The air con in this room was far better. Do wish they did cater to HALAL 😢. The room size was quite small but clean and nice

The beds are somehow not very comfortable, maybe it’s just me , I found the mattress to be a bit hard. Sound proofing is not bad but not 100%, bring earplugs if you sleep like a cat

I have had various experiences in more luxurious hotels in Milan but I will happily return to the Marriott for the location and modern feel

While I was there, hotel was still under renovation, no noise but some amenities closed like the gym, and they did let me know ahead of time

Free toiletries and air con in the room. Would definitely stay there again

I stayed 8 nights for a business trip. The location isn’t very central but it’s not bad either, 15 min taxi ride from most tourist spots

The food was served at the table itself as a tapas plate. The prosecco they served at happy hour was good. Gym was just one room - which means one treadmill, one cycle, one bench and dumbbells - all in one room

Special shoutout to Asiana who, along with the other staff, provided excellent service during breakfast! The staff was also extremely helpful when it came to arranging transport

I was apprehensive about my first visit to Milan, but choosing to stay at the NH Hotel (superior double room) turned out to be the best decision

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, the bar is busy and has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are really nice – comfy beds (though the pillows could be better)

The bartender and chefs were equally impressive, delivering top-notch quality and hospitality. They even went out of their way to prepare something for me after the kitchen had already closed upon my arrival

Paulo at the front desk and Vavina from Guest Services went above and beyond, calling me an ambulance (even though I insisted on just a doctor) and staying with me until it arrived

It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.

Nice hotel, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, good plumbing, helpful staff. Near the hotel there is the metro (lilac line) and two shopping centers and a Lidl store. The red metro line is within walking distance

I was surprised that the buffets were so good and generous for Milan

In general, it is a very comfortable and cozy place to live. Cons: no toothbrushes or toothpastes. There are no bathrobes (although I’m not sure they should be in 4 stars). There are no shower gels, only shampoo

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Amedia Milan! From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, making us feel like we’d just arrived home

The room was okay and cleaned although it was small and without a wardrobe. Breakfast was reallly good and its personnel was kind and helpful

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability

Great location less than 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale station. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a new room on the 4th floor that had undergone a recent renovation

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food although some of the hot items were room temperature. The main dining room and restaurant had great options and was our favorite

The room was of adequate size and updated to modern standards. The breakfast was excellent--fresh eggs, bacon, various breads, fruits, and terrific coffee. My wife and I really enjoyed this place!

It was a short walk to and from the main station. They upgraded our room to a Junior Suite. The hotel has an old world charm and is very good value for money, a buffet breakfast was included

They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan

Great Hotel. The only thing is that this is the first hotel where there was no coffee in the room . But the hotel was awesome. Great location. Staff was absolutely friendly and therefore 5 stars

I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi

Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train to Malpensa

The cable machine and dumbbells are enough for me. At the weekend a lot of football related events take place. If you are a fan of certain football clubs you might be lucky to meet the players in the gym or in the lounge

The location is a little remote. However, they offer a shuttle bus to the city centre. Limited capacity… a reservation in advance is necessary. Breakfast has all the necessary continental elements

But to get a cappuccino can be challenging as they are quite busy and ordering take some time. I would expect that they come to your table and take the order for eggs and coffee in time

It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect

Hello, Just stopped by the front desk asking why no one was answering the phone from 11pm to 1am last night when I was calling the front desk about the AC issue in our room and "Alvin" who was the front desk agent last night told me "I was busy checking in one family"

I asked for a business card and he gave me a card for the hotel which has the info@ email address. He said I cannot talk to a manager because it is against their "policy" to give out "employee's private information"

I need a manager to contact me ASAP. I honestly hope this is not the case and what Alvin told me is not true and most importantly this is not how you guys treat the guests. Couldn't sleep from the heat

They offered to stored away my luggage until then, but the employee forgot to hand me the ticket number attached to my baggage. That caused a little confusion later, when I went to pick it up once the rooms were prepared

It seemed like, there was some sort of construction going on in the room next door. Besides that, I could also clearly hear my neighbors phone VIBRATE at night and naturally also their alarm clock in the morning

As I've read in other reviews already, I can confirm that the sound proofing of the walls is truly terrible. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise around 11 to 12pm at night

But luckily that could get sorted out quickly and I got my things back. My personal single bedroom was very small, but had everything I'd expect it to have

They are true to their name, having lots of pieces of art on display. When we arrived, the two rooms we've booked, weren't ready yet

The second booking, a premium double bedroom, had a non-functional shower, that couldn't get fixed in a timely manner. That made it necessary to relocate to another room two days in a row

Good location next to the train station. Rooms are abit tiny for the price though so overall a 4 star cos of location and proximity to metro and pricing .

Special mention goes to Lorenzo at reception, who, in addition to his kindness, helpfulness, and good nature, impressed us with his efficiency and speed at work. It has been a pleasure staying here

Wonderfully appointed, super clean, wonderful staff. As we were only in Milan for one night we wanted to be centrally located, this was perfect.

(Yes that’s including me asking them to bring water) The reception staff were pretty nice, they spoke good english so I had no issue regarding the language barrier, they answered all my questions to the fullest!

I spent a month in this hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The premises are overall clean, they have some good amenities and even a spa on site. The staff was always friendly and helpful

The price was not bad, the view was good, when I booked, 2 months ago, I asked them for something specific in the room and they did it! The restaurant they have downstairs is extremely nice, they have tasty cuisine

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1

I asked them twice the day after but they did not bring me the complimentary water, The telephone was not working so every time I had to ask for something I had to go down to the reception myself which was pretty annoying

However I asked them to bring water (complimentary) to the room and they did it once only (they should bring it daily when they clean the room but I don’t need them to clean it daily)

awesome and warm environment, maybe the rooms need a little bit of reorganization, for example ventholes should not impact the room design that is very good. it was a great night there!

we recently stayed at Crivi's Hotel in Milan and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close to many of the city's main attractions

Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small

The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The only slight downside was the noise from the street, which could be heard in my room at times

The hotel is in a good location, downtown. It's very easy to get there, just walking distance. The hotel room was small, the bed was small, and the stay was not very comfortable

Good location and nice old style neat hotel

Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time

There was an issue with complementary breakfast (which was good, especially the a la carte items), where staff apparently had not talked to each other so we were told we didn't have it

The rooms clearly need renovation. Carpet and bathroom junction are worn out, old. That being said, the rooms were clean and the service was excellent

But the staff handled it well and we had no issues. We were celebrating our anniversary and a bottle of prosecco and lemon pie were waiting for us (i had emailed). Overall, very nice experience! I would come back

Great 5 stars hotel just next to the central Milan train station. I highly appreciated the shuttle bus services back and forth to the city centre which solving all my transportation issues.

Fabio checked us in, explained a map of Milan beautifully, upgraded our room twice (we only had Gold status). And even gave us complementary breakfast

Great location, great staff, great property. I revived a very warm welcome upon my arrival off a red eye from Johan. He expedited my room to be ready, walked me to grab breakfast and welcomed me as if it was his home

The property is stunning w a lovely restaurant and very beautiful bar (2 different venues). The rooms are beautiful, updated and clean. The pictures in the website of the gym are a bit misleading

The gym is rather small with old equipment. I have to remind myself Americans are use to a different type of gym than in the rest of the world. If this hotel updated the gym it would be perfect

Everything was great! They sent us up a free bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was so sweet. The room service was excellent, the breakfast and bar were both delicious. The room was spacious and clean

Nice, cozy, clean rooms but very small (reminded me of a dorm room (LOL). Small shower is a challenge for a 6' 2" person. Restaurant is ok. Breakfast is good. Note that the restaurant is closed on Sunday after breakfast

Convenient location, 6 mins walk to Milan Central Station. Reception service can improve, especially the night shift. I was check in late after midnight, it took around 40mins to finally settle in
