The hotel itself was lovely and staff very pleasant. However, if you stay there, be aware that your room may have the same issues ours did (see pictures). Boscolo Milano is perfectly located near the city center. The metro station is only a few blocks away. The rooms are huge and there is a great spa with steam room, sauna and pool.

The location is good, but the facilities are not that great. If it's not a gallery view, it's a bit too noisy during construction and there was no word of apology. Only a female employee wearing glasses was kind enough to respond.

Don't book the presidential suite, the layout is weird. A square room is good enough. Check-in requires a password. Breakfast is 30 euros, average. The main attraction is the environment.

The quilt and bedding are made of synthetic fiber, and the toilet paper is very thin like the ones used in public toilets. The bed sheet is torn. After turning off the lights at night, I found that the door of the room was open, and the wind and sound from the corridor blew into the room. This hotel cut corners on details everywhere. Maybe this kind of fashion hotel is more fake five-star.

Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy.
