The spa facility is very elegant, the spa manger was very friendly and attentive.. and i had massage with the therapist Juila , she is one if the best masseuse if not the best.. my experience is excellent and definitely i would come whenever i’m in Milan 👍🏻

This place is straight out of a Wes Anderson film. A utopian paradise. The staff are ridiculously kind and welcoming. Facilities are spectacular and clean. The massage was divine and the masseuse communicated with me throughout the entire massage. The face masks are a great touch too! Hands down the best spa I've ever been to. Great hotel. All details are there. The area is not that great. Parking could become an issue, but there is a parking garage next to it that is fairly reasonable. Rooftop has breathtaking views, and the food is good. Take the hotel out of the surroundings and you will get a five star hotel all day long. From an accessibility point of view, is close to the main Venice corridor.

Pool is a bit smaller than on the picture :-) Otherwise awesome. Try the Uncut Diamond drink at the bar in the lobby. Not the best drink ever, but the coolest presentation. No business rooms, so if you have to work and you don't wanna sit in your room all day it gets a bit difficult.

I experienced four luxury hotels this past week while traveling in the Lake Como region as a single 70 year old traveler. The Grand Hoel Milan was by far the most welcoming and enjoyable. Beautifull hotel nice comfortable rooms . Personally I don't like the bathroom open to the room but I can understand the design approach. The highlight is the rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Good choice. Close to the center and the train station as well.

The location is perfect a supermarket near by and the station is too , service is fast , but rooms are very difficult to find it took me 5 mins to find my room , the beds have stains on it , but either than that the hotel is good

At just a few steps away from the underground, next to San Siro (a plus for me) and quite astonishing. We stayed for a night and it was a pleasant experience, buffet was full of nearby fresh products. I liked the classy vibes and the quietness. We also had a little annoyance with our car and the staff helped us so much without even having to ask. Nice place to choose if you are staying for a few days...

Attended a conference at the convention center and had the chance to stay here. It was beautiful, rooms were big, clean and modern. Service was very kind, professional and attentive. Breakfast was so delicious and wide variety. Will def be back and will be recommending to others
