We absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms are clean and the location is very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel. We purchased the breakfast option and we were glad we did. The breakfast had a grand variety of options. I will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan, which is located just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo, a truly unbeatable location. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the furnishings were modern and elegant, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, offering a wide range of...
Everything is good as standard.
Very comfortable hotel with separate lobbies and sound proof rooms. The rooms are very spacious with lots of the best amenities. The showers and restrooms were really clean. Parking was easy and not bad with the valet service. The staff are all very anxious and helpful to quickly assist with anything. It was easy to check in & check out. The breakfast was very well prepared as well. Thank you for the...
I have long chosen this hotel for my stays in Milan. Everything corresponds to the stated level. Excellent breakfast, a robe, slippers, hairdryer, shower accessories in the room. In the evening, a compliment in the form of a chocolate bar and a rug laid out by the bed)) It's nice. The hotel has a small gym, an open terrace overlooking a piece of the Duomo. There is a taxi rank next to the hotel, the...
It's located in the center of Milan, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. I was wondering whether to stay at Spadao or this one, but I think I made the right choice. The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of hot water. The only downside was that there was a service room next door, so we could hear noise at times, which was disappointing. However, taking into account the location, price...

The rooms are quite large, comfort, clean and cosy decorated. Beds are sufficiently comfortable and sized. Everything was well prepared and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. They are multilinguals and can communicate easily. Recommended for all kind of visits and could be for singles, groups and/or families.
Unfortunatelly i had a bit of unpleasant experience in this hotel. The rooms were dated, the doors and walls were all scratched. I had two beds in a room.. one was so unconfortable it felt like it was from 70s. You could hear all the noise from the other rooms. And i do not understand the decor with all the mirrors… everywhere you look you see yourself. The restaurant was decent, but i wanted to order...
Considering that is a 4 star hotel- it does not provide tea, coffee, glasses or cups on the room. Besides restaurant there is nothing else to do at this hotel. Room service is charged at an extra. The Staff need training on how to be friendly and give good service. Very unfriendly lot. Never felt a warm welcome, had to think twice to ask a question, got very straightforward answers. I saw reviews where...
I arrived very late to this hotel. I chose it because it was close to a train station. It would have been fine if I had arrived on time as I could have taken the train from Malpensa, but flight was severely delayed, and by then, there were no trains. So I had to pay €140 for a taxi. It's not the fault of the hotel. However, once I arrived, I asked for the wifi and was told instructions were in the...
The rooms were very nice however could use some touching up. Scratched chairs and restrooms hardly had enough toilet paper or towels, we had to ask a lot. The service was good for the main part, however there is a 10 Euro charge to order up to your room. The location is far from the city center but a 20 minute walk to the train station and from there about another 20-30 minute ride from center to duomo...
The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained — there’s a sense of peace and quiet despite being close to the city. Breakfasts are delicious and varied: fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, hot dishes — there’s something for everyone. ⠀ The staff is very polite and helpful — they assisted with the transfer and quickly resolved any questions we had. ⠀ Getting to the city center is easy — there’s a metro...

Really well located in front of central train station if you are traveling with train, very modern and comfortable beds to sleep well and amazing breakfast and good service! Always my first choice to stay in Milano when the rate is normal! Definitely will come back again!
Most convenient and perfect amenity in room and good service.
Location is excellent. Service is friendly. The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. I had to flip the mattress over which improves only a little bit. Had backache when I woke up. Every amenities have to be requested including the kettle. Air conditioning has to be adjusted centrally from the front desk. Breakfast is ok. Pay at check in...
The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.
The room was spacious with two bathrooms, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. My only minor complaint was that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.
Beyond the good location, there isn't much to write home about, good or bad. Although it's a four-star hotel, it felt pretty average for its category, and surprisingly, lacked a sauna. The front desk staff seemed rather inexperienced. I doubt I'll be returning.
Nice location, close to metro, close to Central Station Room is good, the only problem is very wide border of the bath - just almost impossible to get inside. Very clean. Nice hotel

Check-in was a long and very frustrating process. I was repeatedly asked how many nights, how many people, etc. I thought that would be obvious from the booking I made. For three adults she asked if I want two or three beds. I thought two beds means one queen and one single. Apparently not so. Two beds meant two single beds. We had to talk to them again and wait for them to set up the additional bed...
The location is fantastic in terms of amenities. There’s an Esselunga grocery store right across from the hotel, along with a pharmacy and a self-service laundry. The metro station is a bit of a walk, but if you top up your ticket or have a day pass, the bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good — they offer three types (express, continental, and American), priced between €16 and...
Milan Marriott Hotel is an excellent property with friendly and professional service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable. During our visit, the hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise and disruption during the daytime. However, the rooms have already been upgraded and now feature smart, modern designs with high-tech controls...
I stayed 8 nights for a business trip. The location isn’t very central but it’s not bad either, 15 min taxi ride from most tourist spots. The hotel was just renovated, it’s qualitative and much better from what you would expect from a Marriott in the US. The rooms are large enough, bathrooms are nice. Service is ok. Food from room service was good. The beds are somehow not very comfortable, maybe...
I believe the hotel is being renovated but it didn’t really affect me much. I’m guessing I was in a new room - ok size. Clean with everything I needed. Tea/coffee, stocked mini bar that worked well and actually chilled things! Gowns, slippers and amenities. Only a shower though - I prefer a bath and no shelve to put your things on in the shower. Very convenient grocery store across the road.
We chose the hotel mainly because of the price point and we were a bit apprehensive due to the negative reviews. Fortunately, our experience was mostly positive. Good things first - our room was ready on our arrival which was vert useful given i was a bit unwell and had flown over 10 hours. The room allotted to us was the renovated one - so we were happy about that but I understand that older rooms...

Hospitality service and very good location
Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Breakfasts is great as per Hilton standards and I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone in the staff is
My room had a cute balcony which I didn’t expect and loved. Room service was fast and convenient. Every staff person I interacted with was lovely and helpful. Super convenient location, 5 min walk from the central train station. Would stay here again— grazie a mille!
Great location less than 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale station. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a new room on the 4th floor that had undergone a recent renovation. Wow...very nice rooms, very modern. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food although some of the hot items were room temperature. The main dining room and restaurant had great options...
Perfect location closed to everything, the room is a bit old fashioned but the bed is so comfy. Breakfast is so terrible. Overall is good
Have a bit of an interesting stay of 5 nights. Hotel definitely need to update their rooms. Fixtures are old and very used. Even though I got upgraded, the room seems like it has been unused for a long time. There was dust on switches and the hot water took forever to get hot. Good business hotel but location is a bit remote
Very good hotel, the quality is worth the price, but you have to drive to the location. I saw many flight attendants staying here
Cool hotel for price/quality/location. Clean and modern rooms. Good restaurant. Breakfast is delicious. Own paid parking.
I stayed here to watch the Milan game, but for this price, the air conditioner didn't work. The touch panel of the central air conditioner was broken. I also encountered a system problem when checking in and waited for nearly half an hour. Breakfast and minibar drinks and snacks are all charged. Generally speaking, if you are not a tourist, there is no need to stay here
Modern and clean hotel with nice public spaces. Good lounge, breakfast and happy hour for elite members. Rooms are loud. I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi. Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train...
Nice hotel. The location is a little remote. However, they offer a shuttle bus to the city centre. Limited capacity… a reservation in advance is necessary. Breakfast has all the necessary continental elements. The staff is nice. But to get a cappuccino can be challenging as they are quite busy and ordering take some time. Certainly, not a walking distance from the city center (Duomo et al). Check-in not very fast, there is also nobody to help you with the parking (which is quite expensive btw - 35 euro per night). Room was ok, although we missed a balcony.
Very nice hotel , clean with good breakfast and near the metro station 6 min from duomo !
It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect. Overall , nice hotel and neighborhood and not far from important landmarks and tourists centre.
Hello, Just stopped by the front desk asking why no one was answering the phone from 11pm to 1am last night when I was calling the front desk about the AC issue in our room and "Alvin" who was the front desk agent last night told me "I was busy checking in one family". I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible.
Thanks to Fabio, the bartender, I had a wonderful experience at the NH Collection hotel in Milano. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. His colleagues also provided exceptional service, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the company made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, just a short walk from the Duomo and main shopping areas. However, service and breakfast were quite average. If you are vegetarian, note that options are limited… apart from few fruits, there’s not much else.
Wonderfully appointed, super clean, wonderful staff. As we were only in Milan for one night we wanted to be centrally located, this was perfect.
A super clean hotel, close to everything, supermarket too. They have 2 sessions, definitely has to stay in the "new wing". Breakfast room is crowded after 9am, so go early!

We had a great view of the city on 6 floor. Great clean room even if it smelt like cigarettes. Very 80’s Wall Street feel almost like a gold Casio calculator watch but in hotel form. Excellent breakfast service!!!
As you see others review, the location is great. Right in front of Central Station. Front staff were not that friendly.... No smile either. Almost always short staffed. Only one or two so you have to wait. When I checked in, I only got a room key without any explanation. I had to ask the check-out time and breakfast venue. Efficient service. Clean rooms. Useful for the purpose of my stay (work meeting). Been there over the years, rooms could use some restyling. Yet, its location makes the place almost unbeatable for small conferences or group meetings if coming by train.
Very convenient location. Rich breakfast. Nice staff. But needs some renovation.
Excellent location & value. Steps from Milan Central Train Station and numerous restaurants. Rooms are large, beds firm, wonderful pillows and room darkening curtains assure good sleeping conditions. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Huge jacuzzi bathtub, double sinks, small frig; free water, soda snacks. If I ever have the good fortune to return to Milan, I'll stay at The hotel Michaelangelo.

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1. Breakfast is reasonably good. The hotel seems modern and very clean, everything in the room was nice and functional. We would definitely return.
Perfect for an overnight stay. Kids’ bed large enough, quit rooms. However, we had to evacuate at 03:15 due to a fire alarm. But that’s not an issue of the hotel if guests smoke in their rooms …

This is a hard review to make, as there is a big split between the objective and subjective experience. This hotel has everything, but as if done on a check list. Very good quality hotel. Easily accessibility via central station or Metro line. Excellent breakfast and staff service. Highly recommended.

Great location. Close to metro station. Nice big room. Clean.
The hotel looks nice for the shared area but the room is more like a 2 star hotel instead of 4. It’s located 10mins away from the metro station, a decent walk away. If you just want somewhere to sleep for the night, this might be the place but if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy, look elsewhere.
