When we arrived we were very happy, that we got a Room on the 9th floor. Unfortunately nobody told us that the Roof top Bar (which is actually a cool place) is right above our room and that we will hear the bass and moving of chairs until 01:00 AM (open every day)… This is not acceptable for the quite high price of the room. In addition to the noise we got a rather old room, but the bathroom fortunately...
The rooms are very old and need to be renewed as soon as possible. As well please take into consideration that the party on the rooftop is every day. So if you would like to go to the nap early you should ask for the lower floors. But...on the lower floors you will hear always the trum that is passing every 10 mins and the cleaners that laughing and taking every time near your room. The position of...
The hotel is beautiful. We only stayed for one night, but the room was very spacious and cosy. There was perhaps a bit more noise than expected for being on the eighth floor, but the views of the city were lovely, and the staff were always very kind. Special mention goes to Lorenzo at reception, who, in addition to his kindness, helpfulness, and good nature, impressed us with his efficiency and speed...
Excellent hotel - beautiful inside, great central location with public transport stops right outside. Great bar restaurant on top floor with city views. Particular mention to superb reception staff who quite literally couldn't do enough to help - absolutely brilliant.
**Review:** We chose this hotel solely for its location and only saw the reviews afterward. Initially, I was worried because many of the reviews were quite negative. After staying here for five days, I find those reviews puzzling. Our experience was very positive. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were extremely friendly. There was a small queue at check-in, but that was expected since...
The hotel is very well located, staff really nice, rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is amazing, very well sorted and excellent quality. Bed was not that comfortable, mattress and pillow could be better. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop with great views but we couldn’t use it as we were told no table was available… didn’t seem to be the case so not sure why they would not let us in, probably...

I spent a month in this hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The premises are overall clean, they have some good amenities and even a spa on site. The staff was always friendly and helpful. However, as the hotel is not cheap and is on the higher end, I have to say some things were definitely missing. I had a suite and having a kitchen space yet absolutely no kitchen appliances, dishes or cutlery...
In short, it’s great! The room I booked was clean, spacious, modern and nice. The price was not bad, the view was good, when I booked, 2 months ago, I asked them for something specific in the room and they did it! The restaurant they have downstairs is extremely nice, they have tasty cuisine. However I asked them to bring water (complimentary) to the room and they did it once only (they should...
We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1. Breakfast is reasonably good. The hotel seems modern and very clean, everything in the room was nice and functional. We would definitely return.
Perfect for an overnight stay. Kids’ bed large enough, quit rooms. However, we had to evacuate at 03:15 due to a fire alarm. But that’s not an issue of the hotel if guests smoke in their rooms …
I spend 3 nights there. Very kind and helpful front desk team. Exceptional breakfast One of the best hotels in Milan The hotel restaurant for dinner is perfect. Very recommended for families. Parking available but you have to pay for it
This is a hard review to make, as there is a big split between the objective and subjective experience. This hotel has everything, but as if done on a check list. It could have been much better, but objectively it lacks little. The food at breakfast is plenty and done well. But the furniture and layout is “cold”. The hotel lacks warmth. Some carpets would go a long way. It’s also a bit far from the...

Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. I loved it and definitely would like to come back to it again.
We had a wonderful 2 bed/2.5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. A bit of street noise from our 2nd floor location but not enough to really bother us. Wonderful location 5 minutes to Duomo. Very helpful staff. If you go for the more "upscale" side of the hotel (which I believe costs more) you get access to a lovely eating/relaxation...
Central location, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent service. great breakfast with a wide choice of dishes, and high quality of products. Very clean, with a pleasant perfume all around. Recommended!!
The Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan is nothing short of exceptional! This was our third time returning, and it continues to impress us every time. From the moment we booked, the concierge team reached out to assist us with reservations and recommendations—even before we checked in. Their exceptional customer service and attention to detail truly set the standard. The location is unbeatable, right in the...
We had a great stay here - the staff are great. The only thing I would note is that I paid for a Junior Suite for one night. It wasn’t cheap by any means means ($1k) and the room was not what I reserved. Completely different layout and the shower smelled like sewer backup. Also, they offer valet parking. However when I asked about this, they told me their garage was full and that I needed to park...
Fab location. can't get any better for Milan Duomo. Room was beautiful, and clean. Service excellent. Only very small downfall was classic room view was a wall. For the price a wouldn't have expected that. Granted I wasn't in enough to be too worried. Would stay again

The Marriott Milano exemplifies excellence, delivering unparalleled customer service and superbly appointed room facilities. Under the visionary leadership of Pippo Russotti, the hotel exudes a remarkable ethos of positivity, reflected in the cheerful and proactive demeanour of its staff. Their unwavering commitment to assisting guests in any situation is truly commendable. A stay here promises a sophisticated...
Marriott Milan is nicely located close to Wagner (Metro Line 1) and Bolivar (Metro Line 4) stations. Even though as of December 2024 the hotel is under renovation, the service is good and there is no major noise. Of the L-shaped hotel, one complete block is under renovation, so if needed you can be on the other side far from dust and noise. The lounge is closed, so they offer eligible guests wine and...
This hotel is amazing. We stayed at this hotel back in August. The room was very clean. They served a full course buffet, and custom made breakfast. This was the best breakfast I ever had. They were very nice at the front desk. I like the location, situated near restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, gelato bars, and cafes.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly. The room we got (family room) was large and well maintained. Breakfast was great. However, the AC wasn’t working properly and we had an unpleasant night. Hotel is 5 min from subway stations and in a few minutes you can reach most places in Milan.
Great stay at the Marriott in Milan. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment but it is all contained and does not disturb guests. Lovely breakfast buffet with continental and hot options. Free toiletries and air con in the room. Polite and attentive staff. Would definitely stay there again.
Hotel is currently being renovated so doesn't really offer much. Elevator from garage doesn't work so you have to walk back outside the same way you came in with your car. No staircase either !? Rooms are average and the only thing really great is breakfast

Modern and clean hotel with nice public spaces. Good lounge, breakfast and happy hour for elite members. Rooms are loud. I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi. Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train...
Nice hotel. The location is a little remote. However, they offer a shuttle bus to the city centre. Limited capacity… a reservation in advance is necessary. Breakfast has all the necessary continental elements. The staff is nice. But to get a cappuccino can be challenging as they are quite busy and ordering take some time. I would expect that they come to your table and take the order for eggs and...
I stayed at Sheraton San Siro for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were extremely courteous and always willing to assist, which really enhanced the stay. The air conditioning in our RV broke and we’ve been driving for hours in the heat. So we decided to check into this hotel. And it was the absolute best choice ever. The hotel is located 20 min drive from downtown or 45 min by public transportation. Luckily, the hotel provides shuttle services in the morning at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and return shuttle at 6 PM. It's better to book it a day or two ahead, but even if it's fully booked, you can still try to get on because some people may not show up at the last minute. Clean Rooms and Friendly staff. It's close to a train station and has a Privet Paid parking lot. Also you can park for free right outside of it. A friend of mine stated "I asked for shampoo and got 5 bottles so they are generous with it". However the Pillows weren't too comfortable. And you can't really control the air-conditioning. It's good but i wouldn't say 4 stars good especially since the...
Here is my feedback regarding my recent stay at Da Vinci Hotel. While I appreciated the location, I must express my concern that the rooms did not meet my expectations in terms of value for money. However, I would like to commend your staff for their exceptional service. Their professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience during my stay.
I stayed here for a week and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the suburban line, and the room was spacious and clean. However, there were several drawbacks: there are no nearby restaurants or entertainment options, the soundproofing was poor, and the bed was small while the room was quite cold. Additionally, part of the first...
Overall a lovely stay this past weekend with my two best friends. It wasn’t hard to find the city centre as the train is a 2 minute walk from this hotel. We asked for more pillows and towels and they were happy to accommodate. The location doesn’t provide nice views and there’s not much around, you do have to use public transport to go anywhere. I would recommend this hotel though, the room was clean...
Good budget hotel with excellent access to Madrid. We used it for Stray Kids concert and site seeing in city. It only takes 15 min by train to centre. Rooms spacious and clean. Did not try breakfast. I would use it again.
It's a bit out of the way from centre Milan, but the hotel is nice and the staff was friendly enough. The rooms are spacious, with nice beds and great lighting. Bathroom also more than adequate. If I do some nitpicking, the wall next to my bed was quite dirty, with a lot of scratches and black marks. But other than that I liked my stay here.

I had a wonderful stay here, and I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Viviana for her outstanding support. Her professionalism and care truly made my visit special. The hotel’s offerings and atmosphere were exceptional. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
We had a lovely stay here, I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends! The staff, including the door men, were lovely and super friendly, always ready to help (special thanks to Francesco for all the recommendations on our first day). The only downside was that the room got a little too warm and we were unable to regulate it! Thanks for a great stay in Milan!
The service and food were outstanding! The staff were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, the bar is busy and has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are really nice – comfy beds (though the pillows could be better). Breakfast was also very good. I am familiar with “NH Hotels” and i usually always have a great experience. I ate at the restaurant, the food and the service (in particular the waiter “Sheriff”) were very good. Great location. Spacious room with fridge and safe. View from window towards Milano Centrale was fantastic. Soundproof windows were good at minimizing the loud noise of trams. However, low water pressure. The decorative colored lights outside the windows were too bright at night. AC could be loud. Bring your own toiletries for better shampoo.
The rooms are nice, it’s located very close to Central Station which makes it very easy to move around, but also it’s a quiet part of the zone which is great. The attention from the manager could be better, not very nice. Everyone else was ok.
Located close to train station and metro for convenience. Duomo a 10 Euro taxi ride away. Asked staff a number of questions, etc over my stay and received very courteous and helpful replies.

The room was nice in both standard and clean. Service at the front desk was stellar also. Breakfast experience was a big detractor. Pastries, bread and fruit was on a buffet line - but all other things (coffee, eggs etc) had to be ordered from the table. Quality of the scrambled eggs was really bad, fried eggs ordered over-easy came undercooked sunny-side up and the hot beverages came out cold.
The hotel is beautiful and unique, but as soon as we arrived no one helped us with the luggage, me and my family had to carry the bags ourselves even though I asked the receptionist to send someone for help. Freshly renovated, with modern and contemporary style. Perfect bar , excellent service and good location. This is a very old hotel which deserves 3 stars at best. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both of which the shower were in bath tubs with space so tiny it would probably just about fit a midget. Even with such a wide space, they kept the shower/tub to a minimal area which is just silly. The cheaper room my colleague stayed in even had a “prison-like” barrier dead center in the middle of the window....
The room was spacious and clear. Lobby and entrance were even grander than I had imagined. Although it takes some time to get to the hotel from the city centre. The metro station is nearby. It is acceptable. And the factor have been reflected in the price. Breakfast was good too.
Me and my group had a wonderful time. All the hotel stuff from the housekeeping personal to the front desk and bar (specially Matteo main maitre) were absolutely fantastic! ,kind, respectful and extremely helpful. Also very attentive, communicative, and willing to make our staying as pleasant as ot could be. I will definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Milano I will definitely stay...

Milan, Piazza Gerusalemme 6 🧭 Map
This is an average hotel. The hotel is located right next to the subway station, which is nice to have. I traveled around the city by metro and the good thing was that the station was right next to the hotel. The rooms are ok. But all the time you feel like you are in an old hotel. The elevators are claustrophobically small. You can't fit two adults with bags inside. They do not offer...
Hotel Mozart Milano offers a cozy stay in the heart of Milan, Italy. During my visit in May 2019 for a few days of work, I found the hotel to be conveniently situated and suitable for a short stay. The hotel's compact size lends itself to a more intimate atmosphere, which can be appealing for travellers seeking a quieter environment. However, the rooms are notably small, which may be a consideration...
Really friendly staff at the reception. The room was rather small but still nice and modern. Maybe bring a Amazon fire tv stick or something like that with you it’ll make working with the tv a lot easier. The bathroom looks really nice with a really big shower which can easily fit two people. There’s no ventilation which leads to a smelly room as soon as the bathroom is used. The AC is pretty noisy...
Nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms with a touch of luxury. Very comfortable beds. Good location being situated near the metro but also walking distance to the centre in about 45 minutes. Its a nice walk too with some sites on the way. The customer service was very good. We would stay here again. Breakfast was ok
We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults + 1 baby. The hotel was decent, location a bit outside of the center but not a problem for us - the metro station literally across from the hotel, count 20/25min to Duomo. There is a huge playground as well which was perfect to let our daughter play before heading to town. The room was ok, big bed, enough room for clothes, clean and quiet. The shower however is not...
Feelings are quite normal. The pricing policy is clear and acceptable. But places with Parking a huge problem. Do not have them. On the next street, which sent the receptionist, there is a Parking Meter, but only for a trifle Skunk works. Do not use your card to pay, it is useless.

It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.
My 3rd visit at the same hotel. The service is super. I had few issued but they immediately made sure to fixe it. The room was clean. Breakfast was perfect. I will again return back.
Stayed here for the football a few years back when visiting with my Father Amazing trip and comfortable high standard accomidation Recomeded
Nice hotel, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, good plumbing, helpful staff. Some staff speak Russian. Near the hotel there is the metro (lilac line) and two shopping centers and a Lidl store. The red metro line is within walking distance. An excellent choice for visiting the city. Price/quality - excellent! I recommend!
The hotel is very wonderful. I was surprised that the buffets were so good and generous for Milan. In Italy, there is one rule, of course, that is worth remembering: if you take more than you can eat at the buffet and leave a lot of waste, then you will be required to pay an additional fee at this hotel: 10 euros. On the plus side: very comfortable rooms, modern, clean. They clean up very well. The...
the hotel is modern, but not comfortable!" room facilities are very modest, a maximum of 3 stars. no kettle, tea supplies, even drinking water is extra. Mold in the bathroom, General cleanliness of the room 3 on a 5 point scale. the staff is polite and helpful, complaints about service at all. the Breakfast is good!

Milan, Corso di Porta Vigentina 46 🧭 Map
we recently stayed at Crivi's Hotel in Milan and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close to many of the city's main attractions. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the cleanliness...
Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small.
Great price-performance ratio in comparison to other hotels in Milano! (150 euros per night) Sure, the rooms are old-fashioned, but that can feel like time travel (in a positive way) and everything except for the soap in the bathtub worked. Our room was relatively clean and we really appreciated the indoor parking (a closed-off garage within the hotel which costs 30 euros per car/night and 15 euros...
I spent my 2 nights in Milan in this sophisticated hotel. From check in to check out, everywhere went smoothly and perfectly fine! The room has a beautiful vintage touch and great balcony view. Breakfast was included too. I highly recommend!
We were lucky to book this Hotel, although not exactly at the center but it is almost 10 to 15 minutes away walking from all major attractions in Milan. The rooms are good, could do better with an extra electric kettle and some bath slippers, but never the less they were good. The breakfast buffet is decent and has a collection of salads, scrambled eggs, cheese, fruits, sweet pastries, coffee and...
Rooms is small and TV is almost same size as a laptop screen. Bed is very hard and pillows also. However the breakfast and the staff is great. They do not have wheelchair access which also mean you have to carry your own bag to the entrence up the stairs. They have a man hired to help you but he is never at his stand. For the 3 days I was staying I was carrying my own bag up and down those stairs.
