I had a wonderful stay here, and I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Viviana for her outstanding support. Her professionalism and care truly made my visit special. The hotel’s offerings and atmosphere were exceptional. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
We had a lovely stay here, I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends! The staff, including the door men, were lovely and super friendly, always ready to help (special thanks to Francesco for all the recommendations on our first day). The only downside was that the room got a little too warm and we were unable to regulate it! Thanks for a great stay in Milan!
The service and food were outstanding! The staff were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. My waiter, Sherif, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about both the food and wine, making excellent recommendations. The bartender and chefs were equally impressive, delivering top-notch quality and hospitality. They even went out of their way to prepare something...
I had a fantastic stay at this NH Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options to start the day- thanks a lot to the host, they made this even more great with their excellent services. The service was top-notch – the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and...
Stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, the bar is busy and has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are really nice – comfy beds (though the pillows could be better). Breakfast was also very good. What stood out most was the staff. I fell ill during my stay, and they were incredible. Paulo at the front desk and Vavina from Guest Services went above and beyond...
I am familiar with “NH Hotels” and i usually always have a great experience. I ate at the restaurant, the food and the service (in particular the waiter “Sheriff”) were very good. The service of the hotel in general was very pleasing and everybody is friendly. Sadly on my stay here, an unpleasant smell came out of our bathroom. But in general I would not advise you against staying here.

It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.
My 3rd visit at the same hotel. The service is super. I had few issued but they immediately made sure to fixe it. The room was clean. Breakfast was perfect. I will again return back.
Stayed here for the football a few years back when visiting with my Father Amazing trip and comfortable high standard accomidation Recomeded
All liked it. New modern hotel. Closed parking.
Nice hotel, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, good plumbing, helpful staff. Some staff speak Russian. Near the hotel there is the metro (lilac line) and two shopping centers and a Lidl store. The red metro line is within walking distance. An excellent choice for visiting the city. Price/quality - excellent! I recommend!
The hotel is very wonderful. I was surprised that the buffets were so good and generous for Milan. In Italy, there is one rule, of course, that is worth remembering: if you take more than you can eat at the buffet and leave a lot of waste, then you will be required to pay an additional fee at this hotel: 10 euros. On the plus side: very comfortable rooms, modern, clean. They clean up very well. The...

I arrived very late to this hotel. I chose it because it was close to a train station. It would have been fine if I had arrived on time as I could have taken the train from Malpensa, but flight was severely delayed, and by then, there were no trains. So I had to pay €140 for a taxi. It's not the fault of the hotel. However, once I arrived, I asked for the wifi and was told instructions were in the...
The rooms were very nice however could use some touching up. Scratched chairs and restrooms hardly had enough toilet paper or towels, we had to ask a lot. The service was good for the main part, however there is a 10 Euro charge to order up to your room. The location is far from the city center but a 20 minute walk to the train station and from there about another 20-30 minute ride from center to duomo...
The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained — there’s a sense of peace and quiet despite being close to the city. Breakfasts are delicious and varied: fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, hot dishes — there’s something for everyone. ⠀ The staff is very polite and helpful — they assisted with the transfer and quickly resolved any questions we had. ⠀ Getting to the city center is easy — there’s a metro...
We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly...
Good hotel, but the location is very far from the center and you need to take the bus to get to the subway
The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom were all perfect. The only people was the distance from the city center which wasn’t a big deal for us because it gave us the opportunity to explore the city
Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on. My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station...
If you stay on the right time with right price it would be a perfect option. Hotel was good on every part…
My flight arrived early morning and the receptionist let me check in early, this was greatly appreciated after 32 hours of flights! The breakfast buffet was also pleasant.
Overall stay was good. No complaints.

Everything is good as standard.
I have long chosen this hotel for my stays in Milan. Everything corresponds to the stated level. Excellent breakfast, a robe, slippers, hairdryer, shower accessories in the room. In the evening, a compliment in the form of a chocolate bar and a rug laid out by the bed)) It's nice. The hotel has a small gym, an open terrace overlooking a piece of the Duomo. There is a taxi rank next to the hotel, the...
It's located in the center of Milan, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. I was wondering whether to stay at Spadao or this one, but I think I made the right choice. The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of hot water. The only downside was that there was a service room next door, so we could hear noise at times, which was disappointing. However, taking into account the location, price...
Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. I loved it and definitely would like to come back to it again.
We had a wonderful 2 bed/2.5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. A bit of street noise from our 2nd floor location but not enough to really bother us. Wonderful location 5 minutes to Duomo. Very helpful staff. If you go for the more "upscale" side of the hotel (which I believe costs more) you get access to a lovely eating/relaxation...

Far from airport but good place to stay on business trips. One asian (may be indian or Pakistani or bangladeshi staff was little rude in the breakfast area) despite me being an India. Some cold staff in the reception but most of them were sweet and helpful. Overall a decent stay as it was business and I wasn't in room except for the time to sleep.
The room was okay and cleaned although it was small and without a wardrobe. Breakfast was reallly good and its personnel was kind and helpful. However, in our late afternoon arrival at the hotel we met an unkind receptionist. Additionally, when the next customers arrived she told them "Please wait to finish with THEM", which I found it really unprofessional. Lastly, she asked us to paid in advance...
I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Amedia Milan! From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, making us feel like we’d just arrived home. I stayed 8 nights for a business trip. The location isn’t very central but it’s not bad either, 15 min taxi ride from most tourist spots. The hotel was just renovated, it’s qualitative and much better from what you would expect from a Marriott in the US. The rooms are large enough, bathrooms are nice. Service is ok. Food from room service was good. The beds are somehow not very comfortable, maybe...
I believe the hotel is being renovated but it didn’t really affect me much. I’m guessing I was in a new room - ok size. Clean with everything I needed. Tea/coffee, stocked mini bar that worked well and actually chilled things! Gowns, slippers and amenities. Only a shower though - I prefer a bath and no shelve to put your things on in the shower. Very convenient grocery store across the road.
We chose the hotel mainly because of the price point and we were a bit apprehensive due to the negative reviews. Fortunately, our experience was mostly positive. Good things first - our room was ready on our arrival which was vert useful given i was a bit unwell and had flown over 10 hours. The room allotted to us was the renovated one - so we were happy about that but I understand that older rooms...
We stayed in a renovated rooms and it was amazing and modern design but the shower area has no water stopper or either shower door everytime you will use the shower area the water goes out to the bathroom floor and the rooms smell was smell painting. Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. My room had a cute balcony which I didn’t expect and loved. Room service was fast and convenient. Every staff person I interacted with was lovely and helpful. Super convenient location, 5 min walk from the central train station. Would stay here again— grazie a mille!
Great location less than 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale station. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Modern and clean hotel with nice public spaces. Good lounge, breakfast and happy hour for elite members. Rooms are loud. I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi. Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train...
Nice hotel. The location is a little remote. However, they offer a shuttle bus to the city centre. Limited capacity… a reservation in advance is necessary. Very nice hotel , clean with good breakfast and near the metro station 6 min from duomo !
It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect. Overall , nice hotel and neighborhood and not far from important landmarks and tourists centre.
Hello, Just stopped by the front desk asking why no one was answering the phone from 11pm to 1am last night when I was calling the front desk about the AC issue in our room and "Alvin" who was the front desk agent last night told me "I was busy checking in one family". The hotel is not too far away from tram-, metro- and train stations, all in very reasonable walking distances. Upon arrival I had a mixed first impression of the outside, because the building is looking fairly dated, but contrary to that, it was looking very modern on the inside. I will choose it next time I go
While the hotel overall is nice, the service is bizarrely inconsistent. The first person to greet me and check me in was very nice. But one night, around 4a, I woke up and went down to ask for a bottled water as my (non-working) mini-fridge was out. The water was provided, no issue. But when I asked for some ice for my own water bottle(they have an icemaker at the bar in the common room), I was snapped...
The hotel is well located in the trendy area of Milan, with plenty of local bars & restaurants. Although the room was well equipped and quite large, we found it not to be particularly clean (what you would expect from a 4-star hotel) and a little dated for the price. In addition, the walls and sound proofing leaves a lot to be desired, which made it difficult to sleep some nights. Having said that...

Efficient service. Clean rooms. Useful for the purpose of my stay (work meeting). Been there over the years, rooms could use some restyling. Yet, its location makes the place almost unbeatable for small conferences or group meetings if coming by train.

Excellent location & value. Steps from Milan Central Train Station and numerous restaurants. Rooms are large, beds firm, wonderful pillows and room darkening curtains assure good sleeping conditions. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees). I’m only rating the amenities at 4 because the rooms are a bit small, even for a solo traveller, but you’re not here to watch tv in the hotel room, so it doesn’t really matter. Staff is friendly...
Super boutique hotel , in a great area in Milan, with some great bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent, the staff extremely helpful.
The room was nice in both standard and clean. Service at the front desk was stellar also. Breakfast experience was a big detractor. Pastries, bread and fruit was on a buffet line - but all other things (coffee, eggs etc) had to be ordered from the table. Quality of the scrambled eggs was really bad, fried eggs ordered over-easy came undercooked sunny-side up and the hot beverages came out cold.
