Location is excellent. Service is friendly. The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.

The room was spacious with two bathrooms, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. My only minor complaint was that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Beyond the good location, there isn't much to write home about, good or bad. Although it's a four-star hotel, it felt pretty average for its category, and surprisingly, lacked a sauna. The front desk staff seemed rather inexperienced. I doubt I'll be returning.

It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible.
