I am familiar with “NH Hotels” and i usually always have a great experience. I ate at the restaurant, the food and the service (in particular the waiter “Sheriff”) were very good. The service of the hotel in general was very pleasing and everybody is friendly. Sadly on my stay here, an unpleasant smell came out of our bathroom. But in general I would not advise you against staying here.

This hotel is amazing. We stayed at this hotel back in August. The room was very clean. They served a full course buffet, and custom made breakfast. This was the best breakfast I ever had. Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious, the service was fast, kind and polite. We arrived earlier and were checked-in rather than made to wait until the correct time. They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan. Very clean, helpful staff, and close to the airport. On a staff members advice, we walked the first evening until late--we felt completely safe, which may reflect the character of the city. Had an overnight here due to plan train cancellation. Considering in is a 4 star, I found a great deal on Agoda - something like 150€ for 3 people. Service and reception is good, helpful. Wouldn't stay longer than 1 night; the area is close to the train station so not the best. All good in any case.

Great hotel! Walkable from the train station, very friendly staff. Couldn’t figure out the shower and literally 2 minutes after I called the front desk, the engineer was at my door to help me. We also asked for a bucket of ice and it was to us right away. Rooms are big, modern and very comfortable.

The hotel is located 2 min walking to Milano Centrale. This is a very convenient as you can take tube or get to the airport Malpensa in 55 min.

Overall excellent for me. The food served is great. Dolly’s service in their restaurant is delightful. Location is walking distance to Lidl in case you need to buy something in grocery, easy access for taxis and uber.

Rooms are very clean and the room service is very prompt. The person at reception was very cooperative. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and delicious in taste. The menu covered all aspects and different tastes. The location is perfect. It's just beside Bignami metro station and on the main road. The hotel is distinctly visible as soon as we come out of Metro station.

When we arrived we were very happy, that we got a Room on the 9th floor. Unfortunately nobody told us that the Roof top Bar (which is actually a cool place) is right above our room and that we will hear the bass and moving of chairs until 01:00 AM (open every day)… This is not acceptable for the quite high price of the room. We had a great view of the city on 6 floor. Great clean room even if it smelt like cigarettes. Very 80’s Wall Street feel almost like a gold Casio calculator watch but in hotel form. Excellent breakfast service!!!

Efficient service. Clean rooms. Useful for the purpose of my stay (work meeting). Been there over the years, rooms could use some restyling. Yet, its location makes the place almost unbeatable for small conferences or group meetings if coming by train.

Excellent location & value. Steps from Milan Central Train Station and numerous restaurants. Rooms are large, beds firm, wonderful pillows and room darkening curtains assure good sleeping conditions. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Huge jacuzzi bathtub, double sinks, small frig; free water, soda snacks. If I ever have the good fortune to return to Milan, I'll stay at The hotel Michaelangelo.

It is old but nice hotel. They have really nice decorated clean rooms , nice breakfast and perfect location in the center of the city. Especially if you stay up floors (mine was at 17. floor) you will have amazing view.
