I stayed at the Sheraton San Siro from 22–25 November, 2025, and was assigned Room 1203. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, but the drainage was extremely slow.
By the time I needed to step out, the water had still not drained, creating a hazardous and slippery situation. I had to exercise unnecessary caution just to exit the tub safely.
Additionally, the half screen design (for the shower...
Located outside the city center, the Sheraton Milan offers a stylish, modern appearance with spacious, comfortable rooms. The conference facilities are excellent and perfectly suited for interactive meetings or events. The restaurant serves very good food, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, though prices are on the higher side. Overall, a professional and comfortable stay ideal for both business...
Came here as a group I booked 3 rooms for us, arrived late in the afternoon gladly the rooms were ready, check in was fast and smooth, we received great support from the reception to modify our rate to the proper one which was cheaper for us so big thank you for that.
The rooms are spacious compared to most European hotels — very clean and comfortable. Our reservation included breakfast, which was...
Good business hotel but location is a bit remote
First and foremost the outstanding service from the staff, specially Simone.
His companion and professionalism are of the highest level.
The rest are nothing but excellent as well. From the front desk to the housekeeping and the food area. All are extremely nice and professional.
We had an issue just outside the main gate of the hotel and the members provided top notch support despite the fact they...
Very good hotel, the quality is worth the price, but you have to drive to the location. I saw many flight attendants staying here

We absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms are clean and the location is very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel. We purchased the breakfast option and we were glad we did. The breakfast had a grand variety of options. I will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan, which is located just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo, a truly unbeatable location.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the furnishings were modern and elegant, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, offering a wide range of...
Everything is good as standard.
Very comfortable hotel with separate lobbies and sound proof rooms. The rooms are very spacious with lots of the best amenities. The showers and restrooms were really clean. Parking was easy and not bad with the valet service. The staff are all very anxious and helpful to quickly assist with anything. It was easy to check in & check out. The breakfast was very well prepared as well. Thank you for the...
I have long chosen this hotel for my stays in Milan. Everything corresponds to the stated level. Excellent breakfast, a robe, slippers, hairdryer, shower accessories in the room. In the evening, a compliment in the form of a chocolate bar and a rug laid out by the bed)) It's nice. The hotel has a small gym, an open terrace overlooking a piece of the Duomo. There is a taxi rank next to the hotel, the...
It's located in the center of Milan, so it's very convenient to go anywhere.
I was wondering whether to stay at Spadao or this one, but I think I made the right choice.
The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of hot water.
The only downside was that there was a service room next door, so we could hear noise at times, which was disappointing.
However, taking into account the location, price...

The rooms are quite large, comfort, clean and cosy decorated. Beds are sufficiently comfortable and sized.
Everything was well prepared and clean.
Staff are very friendly and professional. They are multilinguals and can communicate easily.
Recommended for all kind of visits and could be for singles, groups and/or families.
Unfortunatelly i had a bit of unpleasant experience in this hotel. The rooms were dated, the doors and walls were all scratched. I had two beds in a room.. one was so unconfortable it felt like it was from 70s. You could hear all the noise from the other rooms. And i do not understand the decor with all the mirrors… everywhere you look you see yourself. The restaurant was decent, but i wanted to order...
Considering that is a 4 star hotel- it does not provide tea, coffee, glasses or cups on the room.
Besides restaurant there is nothing else to do at this hotel. Room service is charged at an extra.
The Staff need training on how to be friendly and give good service.
Very unfriendly lot. Never felt a warm welcome, had to think twice to ask a question, got very straightforward answers.
I saw reviews where...
I arrived very late to this hotel. I chose it because it was close to a train station. It would have been fine if I had arrived on time as I could have taken the train from Malpensa, but flight was severely delayed, and by then, there were no trains. So I had to pay €140 for a taxi. It's not the fault of the hotel.
However, once I arrived, I asked for the wifi and was told instructions were in the...
The rooms were very nice however could use some touching up. Scratched chairs and restrooms hardly had enough toilet paper or towels, we had to ask a lot. The service was good for the main part, however there is a 10 Euro charge to order up to your room. The location is far from the city center but a 20 minute walk to the train station and from there about another 20-30 minute ride from center to duomo...
The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained — there’s a sense of peace and quiet despite being close to the city. Breakfasts are delicious and varied: fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, hot dishes — there’s something for everyone.
⠀
The staff is very polite and helpful — they assisted with the transfer and quickly resolved any questions we had.

Really well located in front of central train station if you are traveling with train, very modern and comfortable beds to sleep well and amazing breakfast and good service! Always my first choice to stay in Milano when the rate is normal! Definitely will come back again!
Most convenient and perfect amenity in room and good service.
Location is excellent. Service is friendly.
The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. I had to flip the mattress over which improves only a little bit. Had backache when I woke up.
Every amenities have to be requested including the kettle.
Air conditioning has to be adjusted centrally from the front desk.
Breakfast is ok. Pay at check in...
The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station
My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.
The room was spacious with two bathrooms, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. My only minor complaint was that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.
Beyond the good location, there isn't much to write home about, good or bad. Although it's a four-star hotel, it felt pretty average for its category, and surprisingly, lacked a sauna. The front desk staff seemed rather inexperienced. I doubt I'll be returning.
Nice location, close to metro, close to Central Station Room is good, the only problem is very wide border of the bath - just almost impossible to get inside. Very clean. Nice hotel

Far from airport but good place to stay on business trips.
One asian (may be indian or Pakistani or bangladeshi staff was little rude in the breakfast area) despite me being an India. Some cold staff in the reception but most of them were sweet and helpful.
Overall a decent stay as it was business and I wasn't in room except for the time to sleep.
The room was okay and cleaned although it was small and without a wardrobe. Breakfast was reallly good and its personnel was kind and helpful.
However, in our late afternoon arrival at the hotel we met an unkind receptionist. Additionally, when the next customers arrived she told them "Please wait to finish with THEM", which I found it really unprofessional. Lastly, she asked us to paid in advance...
I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Amedia Milan! From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, making us feel like we’d just arrived home. Check-in was a long and very frustrating process. I was repeatedly asked how many nights, how many people, etc. I thought that would be obvious from the booking I made. For three adults she asked if I want two or three beds. I thought two beds means one queen and one single. Apparently not so. Two beds meant two single beds. We had to talk to them again and wait for them to set up the additional bed...
The location is fantastic in terms of amenities. There’s an Esselunga grocery store right across from the hotel, along with a pharmacy and a self-service laundry. The metro station is a bit of a walk, but if you top up your ticket or have a day pass, the bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good — they offer three types (express, continental, and American), priced between €16 and...
Milan Marriott Hotel is an excellent property with friendly and professional service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable.

I stayed 8 nights for a business trip. The location isn’t very central but it’s not bad either, 15 min taxi ride from most tourist spots. The hotel was just renovated, it’s qualitative and much better from what you would expect from a Marriott in the US. The rooms are large enough, bathrooms are nice. Service is ok. Food from room service was good. The beds are somehow not very comfortable, maybe...
I believe the hotel is being renovated but it didn’t really affect me much. I’m guessing I was in a new room - ok size. Clean with everything I needed. Tea/coffee, stocked mini bar that worked well and actually chilled things! Gowns, slippers and amenities. Only a shower though - I prefer a bath and no shelve to put your things on in the shower. Very convenient grocery store across the road.
We chose the hotel mainly because of the price point and we were a bit apprehensive due to the negative reviews. Fortunately, our experience was mostly positive. Good things first - our room was ready on our arrival which was vert useful given i was a bit unwell and had flown over 10 hours. The room allotted to us was the renovated one - so we were happy about that but I understand that older rooms...

Nice hilton with a new premium feel. Huge breakfast spread. Good size rooms and gym.
Gym : threadmill, elliptical and recliner bike; cable machine. Good amount of floor of floor space to exercise.
Breakfast is amazing with classic Italian but also plenty of sour options, including Asian.
Rooms are good size, very nice bathrooms with plenty of amenities.
My experience at Hilton Milan was not the best. Upon arrival, we parked on the ground floor. At check-in, the front-desk agent (I believe her name was Eleorena) welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service.
The problem began when we went to the concierge. The concierg which was a tall, bald light-skin man who sometimes wears black sunglasses ( can't recall his name ) refused our request to have...
I had a great week in the suite room. The location is perfect. The room is super cool; it's luxurious yet still has the classic European style. The bar was good; I met nice people. The people at the reception were very kind. Highly recommended.
I had a really lovely stay at Hilton Milan. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was consistently excellent. Fabio & Sheriff were so welcoming & hospitable in the bar. Great knowledge of the cocktails on offer.
We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. A lovely waiter (whose name I didn’t get) on our first night 19th September. He recommended lovely wine to go with our meal.

I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible.
Thanks to Fabio, the bartender, I had a wonderful experience at the NH Collection hotel in Milano. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. His colleagues also provided exceptional service, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the company made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!
This hotel is a short walk away from the city center - 20 minutes to Duomo. Which makes it just quiet enough, just cozy enough and perfect for relaxing and getting rest. Great location, just a short walk from the Duomo and main shopping areas. However, service and breakfast were quite average. If you are vegetarian, note that options are limited… apart from few fruits, there’s not much else.
Wonderfully appointed, super clean, wonderful staff.
As we were only in Milan for one night we wanted to be centrally located, this was perfect.
A super clean hotel, close to everything, supermarket too. They have 2 sessions, definitely has to stay in the "new wing".

Front staff were not that friendly.... No smile either. Almost always short staffed. Only one or two so you have to wait. When I checked in, I only got a room key without any explanation. Efficient service. Clean rooms. Useful for the purpose of my stay (work meeting). Been there over the years, rooms could use some restyling. Yet, its location makes the place almost unbeatable for small conferences or group meetings if coming by train.
Very convenient location. Rich breakfast. Nice staff. But needs some renovation.
Excellent location & value. Steps from Milan Central Train Station and numerous restaurants. Rooms are large, beds firm, wonderful pillows and room darkening curtains assure good sleeping conditions. We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1. The hotel looks nice for the shared area but the room is more like a 2 star hotel instead of 4. It’s located 10mins away from the metro station, a decent walk away. Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on.
My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station...
If you stay on the right time with right price it would be a perfect option. Hotel was good on every part…
My flight arrived early morning and the receptionist let me check in early, this was greatly appreciated after 32 hours of flights! The breakfast buffet was also pleasant.
Overall stay was good. No complaints.
The hotel is good but the location a bit unconventional

Milan, Via Melchiorre Gioia 6 🧭 Map
Check in procedure was clear and quick. There are not many facilities inside only with a basic restaurant and a gym smaller than my own room. Oh well, I guess you don’t need to have very nice restaurant as there are so many out there. Simple short stay for my family
Conveniently located and clean and modern spacious room. Will definitely recommend.
Very nice, very clean, a 10-minute walk to Chinatown, but Milan is sparsely populated, and so is this area. Some rooms can't connect to the wireless network, but the room is large and quite new.
The room was really spacious and nice. I had a comfortable stay. It was nice. The breakfast was also good. It's close to Bamtree, so it's good for taking a walk.
The rooms are spacious and big. It is located a little bit away from the city center, so it is quiet and there are a lot of rooms.
Rooms: they upgraded our room to a junior suite out of no where which was amazing, and checked us in early. Super clean and big rooms. Junior suite was very good
Service: very nice and attentive, front desk even gave us feee water.
Location: very central, easy for ubers to pull up, easy to walk anywhere touristy or cool, close to train stations
Breakfast if not included is 25 euros per person
