The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. Hospitality service and very good location

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Breakfasts is great as per Hilton standards and I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone in the staff is

I am familiar with “NH Hotels” and i usually always have a great experience. I ate at the restaurant, the food and the service (in particular the waiter “Sheriff”) were very good. The service of the hotel in general was very pleasing and everybody is friendly. Sadly on my stay here, an unpleasant smell came out of our bathroom. Far from airport but good place to stay on business trips. One asian (may be indian or Pakistani or bangladeshi staff was little rude in the breakfast area) despite me being an India. Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious, the service was fast, kind and polite. We arrived earlier and were checked-in rather than made to wait until the correct time. They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan. Loved our stay here. It was a short walk to and from the main station. They upgraded our room to a Junior Suite. It was very spacious. Very clean, helpful staff, and close to the airport. On a staff members advice, we walked the first evening until late--we felt completely safe, which may reflect the character of the city. I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Milano a number of times over the last two years. The rooms are clean, comfortable and attractive. Rates are consistently a bit on the high side especially considering this is a Hilton Garden Inn branded property. Hotel staff are very helpful. Had an overnight here due to plan train cancellation. Considering in is a 4 star, I found a great deal on Agoda - something like 150€ for 3 people. Service and reception is good, helpful. We also asked for a bucket of ice and it was to us right away. Rooms are big, modern and very comfortable.

The hotel is located 2 min walking to Milano Centrale. This is a very convenient as you can take tube or get to the airport Malpensa in 55 min.

Certainly, not a walking distance from the city center (Duomo et al). Check-in not very fast, there is also nobody to help you with the parking (which is quite expensive btw - 35 euro per night). Room was ok, although we missed a balcony.

It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect. Overall , nice hotel and neighborhood and not far from important landmarks and tourists centre.

Very much enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Service was good, hotel was nice standard. Pool and spa were enjoyable. Breakfast also substantial and proper coffee as you would expect in Italy

As a 4 stars hotel, necessities like bottled water, toothbrush and toothpaste was not provided. Even-though hotel was located near a train station, it still requires some time to travel to tourists’ hot spots like Duomo etc.
