I had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, and the service was great as far as the cleaning of rooms and having clean towels and such. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit hard so I was having some back pain during my trip. Overall, I would stay here again!
Really great experience! Start to finish, really impressed with both staff assistance, the room itself and the breakfast was outstanding with so many options to choose from! A short stay for two nights as I looked to explore Milan, the location proved really great and everything accessible. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Milan.
I love this little gem of a hotel. It’s old school in a good way. Small and intimate. Jacob in the kitchen is wonderful. Food is awesome. Great breakfast and dinner is worth staying in for! Home made food! The rooms are all ‘80s but comfy. Great towels and toiletries. Bed comfy and rooms are quiet. The hotel gives off classic vibes but is my favourite hotel for the friendly and unpretentious atmosphere...
Nice clean hotel, comfy beds. Only four metro stops from Duomo. But very nice shops in the location of the hotel, staff very nice.
Hygiene, good employees, comfortable bed, decent environment, silence. But slightly warm, ventilation can not cool enough.
Nice hotel . In a great location near city centre

nice hotel and nice room, big and well organized. the problem is: far from metro and the bed is too hard to sleep.
Stayed here during Covid period. Had an amazing stay, personnel was kind and helpful and everything was arranged very well!
Cozy and clean. Dont forget dinner at L'immagine Bistrot Ristorante.
Stayed here when I was in Milan ! Great staff and food..bathroom was really really big man 😂 Overall good.
Very friendly staff, very clean, fancy hotel. great value for money
Amazing stay. Friendly staff. 20 minute tram ride into centre of Milan. Incredible rooms! Lucky to have stayed during off peak prices. But quite expensive.

Walking distance to Portello (M5) and Lotto (M1) stations. Portello is less than 5min and Lotto is about 5-7min away.
Approx 5-10min walk to Milano Convention Centre. Another 5min to CityLife Shopping Mall (food court, supermarket, shopping etc).
Great stay, clean, close to metro
+ The rooms and the bathroom are nice and clean, you will find parking place in the location with direct acces to elevator and the price was 10 euro per day. Easy acces for person with disabilities. Also easy to drive from the highway to hotel. The subway to the center is 10 min away. - Quality of breakfast is poor!
Great location in close proximity to everything. Food is okay. Do your research & you'll be fine. Meraviglioso grazie!!!!!
Good service from workers. Bathroom needs a little attention. Also the beds move very, very easy. Not good!! Pillows way too flat. Breakfast was good, friendly employees.

Black mold growing on the walls and INSIDE the refrigerator. I had nowhere to keep my food. Not sure why the refrigerator isn’t being cleaned between stays but it was jarring to see that it wasn’t. Bathroom is so small that you’ll be touching the walls while in there. Only received one pillow on the bed. Air conditioning was “working” but you couldn’t change the temperature on the thermostat, so if...
Not worth the money. It's true that the hotel has a really good location, close to San Siro and the staff is really helpful and well mannered. The beds are very comfy but everything feels old and the quality of stuff inside the hotel is not what it should be. Even complementary water that each guest gets in his room is in a plastic/paper package (not bottle) that smells unnatural when opened.
There is a certain noise problem exists with the hotel. There is a train station right in front and also a road. Because of that they have put a silencer in the room. Rooms are clean however things are old.
The staff are amazing and always ready to assist guests. Fairly well located and accessible by taxi and public transport. Walkability is also good. Rooms could do with a refurbishment. They are dated.
The only real downsides of this hotel is location and weird air conditioning behavior. It has direct link to all of the major tourist attractions via tram 14, but it takes 30-40 minutes in one direction. Bear in mind if you like to do mid-day hotel stops. A/C seems to be automatic and I haven't figured out a way to manage it myself, it is pretty loud and having it cycle between on and off every 10...
An excellently positioned hotel with quality furnishings and perfect cleanliness. Breakfast service at the level of a five-star hotel. It will definitely be taken into consideration when visiting the beautiful city of Milan again

Convenient to trains. Affordable.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff who all speak English very well. Rooms are basic but cleaned very well on a daily basis. A stone's throw away from the centre of Milan. It's a safe bet.
Nice, clean and warm rooms but quite dark. There aren't large windows in the different rooms I tried..there was a bit dark. Lovely continental, fresh and various breakfast. Good position.
Nice little hotel with good location. Only downside is the rooms could do with some modernisation.
Friendly staff and good breakfast. I have stayed here many times. There is limitation of 2 wifi connections per room. Rooms are quite small and not modern. Room price has hiked up notably in few years (maybe due to expo), so I will be considering other hotels in the future.

Would highly recommend. We stayed for just one night recently and would definitely go back. The hotel is really centrally located, but has great soundproofing with quadruple glazed windows. We were upgraded and loved our room. Staff were very kind and friendly and breakfast had a great range of food. We will definitely come back!
The room for solo traveller was spacious. The location for the hotel cannot be beat. It is close to the Duomo and excellent restaurants and grocery stories nearby. Very accessible to the train station by metro as well. Also, a big thank you to Andrea for his help while i stayed in Milan. As a plus, the hotel offers coffee, water, tea and pastries in the lobby for when you need a break. Note - the...
Definitely an hotel i would recommend, super clean room, great breakfast, good services. Quiet street but at 5 minutes walk from any facility
Loved this hotel! Close to public transport but not in an insanely tourist area. Great for solo travelers; I felt very safe. Modern amenities and wonderful bathroom. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. I loved the pistachio cream served at breakfast and they had a jar I was able to take home.
Hello, i stayed 2 nights and i had a great experience. The room was new and clean and the hotel was 12 min walking distance from the Dumo which was great. Recommend to stay🌹
Convenient hotel for exploring Milan, 15 minute walk to the Duomo and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms small but it's a boutique hotel in the city centre and given you spend most time either out or asleep it makes no difference. Beds comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel is located 20 min drive from downtown or 45 min by public transportation. Luckily, the hotel provides shuttle services in the morning at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and return shuttle at 6 PM. It's better to book it a day or two ahead, but even if it's fully booked, you can still try to get on because some people may not show up at the last minute. Even if you have to take public transportation...
The staff at this hotel are outstanding! Always courteous and happy to help! Breakfast is tasty with a nice selection of foods, and fresh coffee available at any time! The Sheraton Club Lounge is also a nice experience, especially with live music that they have weekly! Amazing atmosphere and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my future business trips!
A+ service. Good Italian breakfast. Nice outside poll, rooms clean and well serviced. Location is 20min outside of Duomo but it is near San Siro Stadium so it's great option for 'football' stay at Milano.
Wonderful staff, excellently maintained rooms and common areas. We've traveled the world in 2022, staying at a lot of Marriott/Starwood hotels, and this one sits right up there (we would say it's nicer than the Ritz Carlton in Tel Aviv, for what it's worth!). Good breakfast, nice lounge area w/ happy hour, and nice pool area. The downside would be the location is a bit far from center of Milan, but...
We spent 6 nights at the Sheraton San Siro, in General the hotel is good and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.. the breakfast was very nice with good ambient and view.. but the rooms were small comparing to a junior suite and executive room !! Nice place to stay, rooms big enough, bed ok, bathroom too... Clean and comfort. Good reception service and delicious breakfast.
4-star hotel for fair prices. Location is ok - traffic is high next to the hotel. Garage available. Breakfast was ok - not the best but not bad. Room was nice and big and very clean (there are two sides of the buildong and the rooms with lower numbers are on each floor moderner and also warmer during winter). Medium size nice bathroom but frankly said, the water was not warm enough for shaving. Nice...
The hotel offers fair pricing. The breakfast is ok, and the service is quite commendable. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The location is a bit far from the center, but it is well-connected to tram and bus stations.
This is the perfect hotel for the people who want to feel like they are in luxury without having to pay so much. The rooms are large; Furnished and decorated in an unusual way. The level of cleanliness is one of the best I have seen. The service of the receptionists is kind and makes you feel at home. The breakfast is fresh and varied so that everyone can find something to eat.
Solid hotel for a fair price. For few days definitely fine. A bit old and located outside.. but close to the tram/bus station and therefore good connected to the center.
Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff is quite professional and friendly. Loved the breakfast offers a variety of items to select from, the only thing I found lacking was a tea/coffee making facility in the room, despite that the hotel and its staff deserve a perfect 5/5

Overall a lovely stay this past weekend with my two best friends. It wasn’t hard to find the city centre as the train is a 2 minute walk from this hotel. We asked for more pillows and towels and they were happy to accommodate. The location doesn’t provide nice views and there’s not much around, you do have to use public transport to go anywhere. I would recommend this hotel though, the room was clean...
Good budget hotel with excellent access to Madrid. We used it for Stray Kids concert and site seeing in city. It only takes 15 min by train to centre. Rooms spacious and clean. Did not try breakfast. I would use it again.
It's a bit out of the way from centre Milan, but the hotel is nice and the staff was friendly enough. The rooms are spacious, with nice beds and great lighting. Bathroom also more than adequate. If I do some nitpicking, the wall next to my bed was quite dirty, with a lot of scratches and black marks. But other than that I liked my stay here.
The rooms are clean, the restaurant is for dinner, I think it does not belong to the hotel. We paid there every time. The hotel is 4 star room, there was no equipment to heat hot water, coffee and tea. Balcony room, coffee table, chair, etc. were not available on the balcony. To get coffee, you have to go down to minus one, pay 3 euro and go up to your room. 4 star hotels in Turkey are better. On...
Very modern hotel, very stylish! The rooms are huge, with all comfort you need! You need 20-30 min to the center, totally ok for the price! The staff is nice / the barkeeper was a little arrogant, but the drinks were well mixed! The breakfast buffet is good, much to choose, but could be cheaper - there is nothing „special“.
Nice hotel, good location, available to use public transport. But one working man on the desk was very mean on the shift 15.12 and spoil the impression. Manager refused to tell me his name, but he was Indian or Italian, I guess and well-fed, half-bold. Recommend not to talk with him at all price. Very negative. Otherwise, hotel is good, sometimes not that clean, but it’s just details.

A very interesting art hotel. The unusual interior, layout and decoration are definitely worth a look. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
I asked for early check-in and they said yes, no additional charge. 1st floor room was quiet, big windows, breakfast had enough options to fit any regular preferences. There are a few restaurants/cafes/bars nearby and a couple groceries too, 5-10 min walk.

Excellent hotel - beautiful inside, great central location with public transport stops right outside. Great bar restaurant on top floor with city views. Particular mention to superb reception staff who quite literally couldn't do enough to help - absolutely brilliant.
**Review:** We chose this hotel solely for its location and only saw the reviews afterward. Initially, I was worried because many of the reviews were quite negative. After staying here for five days, I find those reviews puzzling. Our experience was very positive. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were extremely friendly. There was a small queue at check-in, but that was expected since...
The hotel is very well located, staff really nice, rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is amazing, very well sorted and excellent quality. I was kind of disappointed with this hotel. It’s called 4 star and kind of expensive for the amenities it offers. Check the list of things to consider before you book 1. Hotel reception controls the temperature of the rooms. I have never heard anything like that anywhere in the world. I have travelled lots of countries and continents. I woke up in the middle of the night being hot. It was 23 degrees...
The location for the hotel is excellent. The Duomo is about 5-6 minutes walking. Breakfast was really good and very varied options although it was mostly full of people. A very unusual review as I didn't actually stay, but... Super super customer service. The rooms are modern and fresh. I stayed 2 nights. Order a club sandwich at the main bar, it was really good. Shame I have no pictures.
Convenient hotel within walking distance to Milan Central station. Breakfast spread is very good, family rooms are relatively big compared to other hotels in downtown Milan.
It was a quick pop in and out, ha e not booked to stay there yet, but I must say the staff service was amazing, they were super polite, checked on me a few times and came over to let me know that my guest was not available yet. Sometimes it is the small things too that matter the most. I loved the feeling, they made me feel quite important and special. Thanks ladies. 😎

The hotel is a bit dated but still very classy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast spread is great with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, breads and more. It's located a bit on the edge of the city but is not too far from metro access so is easy enough to get to. There is just not a ton to do around the hotel itself.
A very nice hotel, great rooms, quiet. The bathroom with all the marble is gorgeous. The staff at the reception / breakfast are very friendly and helpful. But, I have one issue; Please be more clear about the spa not being included. After really searching for it, I saw it mentioned on the landing page in the room description, but when booking it doesn't say so in the description and neither is it...
Clean and spacious hotel. Staff are excellent especially Tamas at front reception. Prices are extremely reasonable also.. good buffet breakfast too it’s a winner for me 👍
They had a party when we were there and they were not very keen to shut it down even if all the guesses in the hotel couldn’t sleep. The noise was awful and the answer was not adequate to the situation. Even though they offer us breakfast next morning, not been able to sleep for several hours while we were so tired was not an adequate compensation.
Great location. Has a garage for a fee. Great service from front desk and porters. My issue is they could not turn off the heat in my room, bathroom gets incredibly hot. I asked the front desk for help who tried to remotely turn off the heat but it didn’t help.

"The breakfast is good, with a nice salad option, though the bacon is a bit too salty. The service is satisfactory, but the reception staff could be friendlier and more welcoming with their smiles. The soundproofing could be better, as conversations and footsteps in the corridor are easily heard." Room is a bit old and can be improved.
I don't recall ever being made to feel so special in a hotel. The staff were excellent. Other hotels should strive to be more like the Grand Doria Hotel. The staff here are excellent. A real asset to the hotel. Breakfast was also a highlight. Thank you Grand Doria Hotel - you made our Milan trip perfect.
Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious, the service was fast, kind and polite. We arrived earlier and were checked-in rather than made to wait until the correct time. They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan. I recommend!
Loved our stay here. It was a short walk to and from the main station. They upgraded our room to a Junior Suite. It was very spacious. The hotel has an old world charm and is very good value for money, a buffet breakfast was included. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom! Reception recommended a fabulous restaurant that was a 10 minute walk. We would defiantly stay here again.
Very clean, helpful staff, and close to the airport. On a staff members advice, we walked the first evening until late--we felt completely safe, which may reflect the character of the city. They have the nicest staff. I had issues with my rental vehicle, and Silvia treated it as it happened to her. Overall the hotel and services are good, clean, modern room with good quality complimentary products. However I believe that it doesn’t worth the money , too expensive for what it offers. The rooms are very small and it was also very noisy. At midnight we could hear probably the staff cleaning and tidying up on 6th floor. In the morning you could hear the maids cleaning the rooms next to us.
IQ Hotel Milano is definitely a hotel I would stay in again. It is in close walking distance to the Milano Centrale train station, in which we used for a tour we went on.
