I was impressed with the quality of the bedding and towels and the bed was super comfortable, I had a great night's sleep

Basic amenities ( TV and hairdryer and towels) no fridge, kettle available

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out

They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy

There’s a nice Chinese restaurant nearby called the Shangri La - would recommend that also

Nice hotel in a very convenient location (close to station and city centre). A bit of poor choice of food for Breakfast. But everything else - the quality is noticeably higher prices. Good luck to everyone!

Additionally, part of the first floor appeared to have unfinished bathrooms, which gave it an abandoned feel, and there were significant security concerns since outside visitors could freely enter the building and access the elevators

Overall a lovely stay this past weekend with my two best friends. It wasn’t hard to find the city centre as the train is a 2 minute walk from this hotel

Here is my feedback regarding my recent stay at Da Vinci Hotel. While I appreciated the location, I must express my concern that the rooms did not meet my expectations in terms of value for money

I stayed here for a week and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the suburban line, and the room was spacious and clean

However, there were several drawbacks: there are no nearby restaurants or entertainment options, the soundproofing was poor, and the bed was small while the room was quite cold

However, I would like to commend your staff for their exceptional service. Their professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience during my stay

There are a few restaurants/cafes/bars nearby and a couple groceries too, 5-10 min walk

I was at this hotel for breakfast! This is the best breakfast in my life! The orange cake delighted my taste buds, The interior design gives joy, as well as the chef's signature, which is reflected in every dish and on every presentation table, The selection of tea and coffee, there is even an Orzo drink, champagne and a mimosa cocktail, salmon sandwiches, pizza, nuts of all kinds, superfoods, berries...

The pool was cool but definitely on the smaller side where not many people could swim in the large pool from one end to the other at the same time

The small room is enough for 2 adult max no kids …. The room is clean and modern relaxing 3 min walking to dumo …. Very good location The reciption and staff are very helpful Toilet : door is glass … their is no shataf

The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

James Parry the manager and all employees were very helpful and do a best job to keep the fantastic place running. This hotel is simply one of the best and it’s close to everything you will want to do

5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. A bit of street noise from our 2nd floor location but not enough to really bother us

The rooms are a bit small, and i could hear the guests in the next room 🤦‍♀️ there was no view, as my room window was on the emergency exit staircase, other than that the breakfast was full range and the location was absolutely perfect! 2 minutes walk to the doumo! Which was amazingly convenient and comfortable for me and shopping! The hotel concierge was absolutely delightful and veeeeeeeery helpful...

Central location, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent service. great breakfast with a wide choice of dishes, and high quality of products. Very clean, with a pleasant perfume all around. Recommended!!

It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.

My 3rd visit at the same hotel. The service is super. I had few issued but they immediately made sure to fixe it. The room was clean. Breakfast was perfect. I will again return back.

Has its own underground Parking, although next to the hotel is free, but as in the time of arrival there was a downpour, I have used the paid Parking is 8 euros per day

And however the Breakfast is poor-every day the same, what is not very tasty. But if you're not fussy, then you can eat;) Coffee machines delicious, but like everywhere in Milan. And the ratio price-quality is consistent

In Italy, there is one rule, of course, that is worth remembering: if you take more than you can eat at the buffet and leave a lot of waste, then you will be required to pay an additional fee at this hotel: 10 euros

They have also small fitness room with basic equipment which is sufficient enough, you didn’t come to break a fitness record here😂 The small pool is great for a warmer days but still great to get a coffee or just chill on the outside terrace

If you would like to have a meal like lunch or dinner then you may find the choices very limited but that doesn’t mean you get less for what you pay for. The soup was delicious and portions are generous

It was a short but enjoyable overnight stay. The staff at reception was quick even it was very busy hour of check-in with many people. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable

We also had delivered our cake as we celebrated birthday here from Deluxy Milan -White Gloves Company. I would give 10 out of the 10 for the services. We will be definitely coming back! Ciao!

The Continental breakfast were sensational, so I would advise everyone to have breakfast included, and they are served in sensible time. No rushing people when you just wanna eat and relax

What we really appreciated for just €20 you can extend your afternoon check-out which is usually at 12:00 but we were able to extend to 3pm. I wouldn’t choose another hotel tbh

We had a lovely stay here, I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends! The staff, including the door men, were lovely and super friendly, always ready to help (special thanks to Francesco for all the recommendations on our first day)

One night it was POURING, so instead of getting drenched outside I decided to go to the hotel restaurant (pizza was only ok, the only downside here - but the atmosphere is chic)

I had a wonderful stay here, and I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Viviana for her outstanding support. Her professionalism and care truly made my visit special

Naturally I wanted wine, and Sara listened to my request criteria before expertly recommending a wine that was exactly what my palate was craving

The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options to start the day- thanks a lot to the host, they made this even more great with their excellent services

If I really had to find fault, I'd suggest that the outside courtyard area is cleaned more frequently (it's 2pm at the time if writing this review and half full wine bottle and glasses are still on tables from other guests last night)

Check in efficient. Breakfast Covid average. Would have liked more variety. Hotel is dated and needs some refresh. Area is okay if you need access to Trams and freeway.

No room service, no restaurant, most of the services not available due to COVID measures, but room rate still the same. For this money find some place where you can eat

Well laid out hotel with spacious atrium and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff and across all areas including bar, restaurant and front desk. Hotel located about 15 minutes by taxi from city centre

Coffee, croissants and fruit would be great with the option to pay for the deluxe buffet. Also, while I found the bed to be very comfortable, my wife's back problems were inflamed by the pillow top mattress

If you go to Milan, this is the best hotel to be. Amazing service, genuine staff, fantastic outlets. They made me feel like I was the most important person in the hotel.

Great location, walkable to local shopping, parks, and monuments. Has a great high-end feel to it and the service is wonderful. Be warned pricey for food and drink. Great free breakfast though.

Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious, the service was fast, kind and polite. We arrived earlier and were checked-in rather than made to wait until the correct time

They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan

I don't recall ever being made to feel so special in a hotel. Other hotels should strive to be more like the Grand Doria Hotel. Breakfast was also a highlight

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for six days, and I must commend Mr. Charles at the reception for his exceptional service. His helpful and friendly demeanor truly made my stay unforgettable

We checked in at 3pm and we got our rooms at 4pm because the rooms were not ready, which was not acceptable and the lady in the reception was not as professional with dealing with customers and that was my biggest concern

The hotel is beautiful and unique, but as soon as we arrived no one helped us with the luggage, me and my family had to carry the bags ourselves even though I asked the receptionist to send someone for help

We only had 1 bottle of water for all 5 days and when I asked why they said this is their hotel policy and I had to buy it from them if I wanted more. And the bathroom is not as clean as it should be

Quality of the scrambled eggs was really bad, fried eggs ordered over-easy came undercooked sunny-side up and the hot beverages came out cold

But the manager was nice and apologiesd and solved the situation with a smile. The reception smelled bad for some reason

I don’t want to look for the waiter all the time… especially when I am in a hurry. So autumn and winter the pool is closed. The gym is quite nice and has plenty of equipment

I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi

The plush bed, adorned with crisp linens, provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. And the breathtaking view from the window was the cherry on top!

Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train to Malpensa

Located far from the center, but is easily reachable on the metro (close to c is the turro stop of the m1, this hotel is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been! The room was spacious, equipped with king size bed, large walk-in closet, bathroom with everything you need

I stayed during The One Milano 2020 fair. Very friendly staff who really eager to help, great breakfast( try croissants and cakes! :D ), calm atmosphere, clean and cozy rooms

This is a great hotel, and definitely recommend this to my friends and family. We had an executive suite, the room was large and spacious. The gym is clean, good spa sessions. And swimming pool is nice too

The hotel is located 2 min walking to Milano Centrale. This is a very convenient as you can take tube or get to the airport Malpensa in 55 min.

Parking options are available nearby, with the hotel offering a discount on a private parking facility. However, it is quite expensive, costing more than 30 euros per day

Alternatively, public parking is available at 2 euros per hour from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with free parking on Sundays

Also, Daniel/Danny was a nice/fun staff person and I think him for mentioning the option to share comments online. We came from the United States for work/academic reasons, and I would stay at this hotel any time again!

Overall excellent for me. The food served is great. Dolly’s service in their restaurant is delightful. Location is walking distance to Lidl in case you need to buy something in grocery, easy access for taxis and uber.

A great hotel to stay in Milano. The metro line 5 is just in front of the hotel , so you can access the city center and railway stations easily. A luxury hotel with comfortable, beautiful, very clean rooms

Couple funny things tho: - there’s not plug by the bedside. That’s a terrible design (can’t charge phone or other devices). There is however a plug in the closet 😁 - no drawer on the bedside table - a little odd

Stuff was so helpful and kind all the receptionist especially Philip. We had delicious breakfast everyday and for a small amount (13€ per person). I totally recommend this to everyone who wants to visit Milan

Great hotel, nothing to complain. Great electric blinds, great bathtub and shower, comfortable, silent and the AC works great. It is close to the metro station, has a great breakfast, etc

Breakfast was amazing there was ton of variety the front desk was super helpful they even gave me bandaid when I asked for it. The size of the room was a lil small for 4 but for the price it worked out great

Everything is close(except the metro-10 minutes walk) supermarket to 24 products, also a hardware, a pharmacy. A good restaurant not far from the hotel (very good food) "La Perla del Sud"-an average of one meal 10 euros

Bus stop directly behind the hotel. The thermostat in the room, max of 25 degrees mersley - ask for a second blanket or fold available in half - they are great. Helpful staff(one of them Russian - speaking)

Room was well lit with all the amenities bathroom was huge with everything and for me the breakfast was a highlight they had everything lots of variety and it was good and not just run of mill lousy stuff

Just spent a week at the IH Hotel Gioia in Milan, I think you can’t beat the price/quality level here, they offer free parking while most of the hotels in Milan will charge you €20 or more a day

Its underground, covered(FREE) Parking, WI-FI(FREE of charge), excellent Breakfast until 10 am(a bit monotonous). No Slippers and bathrobes, but are cleaned every day without problems

A brilliant hotel, very close to the Metro station which takes you into the centre. The staff were fantastic and the room was absolutely amazing. It was my girlfriends birthday and the chocolates were a lovely touch.

Me and my group had a wonderful time. All the hotel stuff from the housekeeping personal to the front desk and bar (specially Matteo main maitre) were absolutely fantastic! ,kind,respectful and extremely helpful
