The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

We absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms are clean and the location is very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel. We purchased the breakfast option and we were glad we did

The rooms are a bit small, and i could hear the guests in the next room 🤦‍♀️ there was no view, as my room window was on the emergency exit staircase, other than that the breakfast was full range and the location was absolutely perfect! 2 minutes walk to the doumo! Which was amazingly convenient and comfortable for me and shopping! The hotel concierge was absolutely delightful and veeeeeeeery helpful...

I found it extremely annoying! Because this is a convention type of huge hotel!!! They have never had someone with a charger problem? How come nobody can help! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere!!! I went back to the room and used whatever battery I had left to write down how to get to the places I needed to go that day

I have only made a reservation for 1 night, but I was expecting to be there for at least 3 more and I had said that at checkin. In the morning, I got up very early and again went downstairs to ask for a charger

It's not the fault of the hotel. However, once I arrived, I asked for the wifi and was told instructions were in the room. I tried calling downstairs, but the phone was unhooked and not working

This time, there were 5 people at the desk, all again looking as if I asked for an elephant. All looked at each other, and one then said: we don't have chargers, we can't help

When I was going to plug my phone, I realized all the connectors in the room would not fit my charger. So, to save time, I went downstairs and asked for a charger

The receptionist looked at me as if I had asked for an elephant. " I went back to the room and switched my phone off

I was impressed with the quality of the bedding and towels and the bed was super comfortable, I had a great night's sleep

Basic amenities ( TV and hairdryer and towels) no fridge, kettle available

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out

They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy

There’s a nice Chinese restaurant nearby called the Shangri La - would recommend that also

Nice hotel in a very convenient location (close to station and city centre). A bit of poor choice of food for Breakfast. But everything else - the quality is noticeably higher prices. Good luck to everyone!

We had a lovely stay here, I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends! The staff, including the door men, were lovely and super friendly, always ready to help (special thanks to Francesco for all the recommendations on our first day)

I spoke to Francisco at the front desk, and he listened patiently to my concerns. He apologized and enthusiastically provided several room options, even taking the time to show us each one

It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.

My 3rd visit at the same hotel. The service is super. I had few issued but they immediately made sure to fixe it. The room was clean. Breakfast was perfect. I will again return back.

And however the Breakfast is poor-every day the same, what is not very tasty. But if you're not fussy, then you can eat;) Coffee machines delicious, but like everywhere in Milan. And the ratio price-quality is consistent

In Italy, there is one rule, of course, that is worth remembering: if you take more than you can eat at the buffet and leave a lot of waste, then you will be required to pay an additional fee at this hotel: 10 euros

Nice hotel, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, good plumbing, helpful staff. Near the hotel there is the metro (lilac line) and two shopping centers and a Lidl store. The red metro line is within walking distance

In general, it is a very comfortable and cozy place to live. Cons: no toothbrushes or toothpastes. There are no bathrobes (although I’m not sure they should be in 4 stars). There are no shower gels, only shampoo

Great location, great staff, great property. I revived a very warm welcome upon my arrival off a red eye from Johan. He expedited my room to be ready, walked me to grab breakfast and welcomed me as if it was his home

The property is stunning w a lovely restaurant and very beautiful bar (2 different venues). The rooms are beautiful, updated and clean. The pictures in the website of the gym are a bit misleading

No issues with water pressure/temperature, room temperature, elevators, WiFi or TV. Every other hotel we stayed in, in Italy, should take note. Way to go, Westin Palace Milan!! We will absolutely be back!

The gym is rather small with old equipment. I have to remind myself Americans are use to a different type of gym than in the rest of the world. If this hotel updated the gym it would be perfect

Great hotel. It’s an easy walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan. Johan at the front desk was a big help and made our stay awesome.

Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious, the service was fast, kind and polite. We arrived earlier and were checked-in rather than made to wait until the correct time

They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan

I don't recall ever being made to feel so special in a hotel. Other hotels should strive to be more like the Grand Doria Hotel. Breakfast was also a highlight

I don’t want to look for the waiter all the time… especially when I am in a hurry. So autumn and winter the pool is closed. The gym is quite nice and has plenty of equipment

I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi

The plush bed, adorned with crisp linens, provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. And the breathtaking view from the window was the cherry on top!

Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train to Malpensa

The hotel was a pleasant stay overall. The room was very nice, although a bit small, and the location is excellent, right on the street that takes you directly to the Duomo Square (around a 15-minute walk)

The only downside was that, despite booking through Booking. com with taxes and fees supposedly included, I was asked to pay an additional city tax of about €7 per night upon arrival

I think the hotel should coordinate with Booking. com to make this clearer in the reservation

This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees)

Staff is friendly and very helpful (I couldn’t figure out the AC, but was helped within 5 minutes). Breakfast buffet is ok, I would have preferred something a little bigger though

It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect

a few minutes walk to subway and 4 stations to Duomo. A lot of good resturants to choose too. Nice bath tub with Towels heater. They ,care the services level a lot and closely follow up if services is up to standard

Very much enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Service was good, hotel was nice standard. Pool and spa were enjoyable. Breakfast also substantial and proper coffee as you would expect in Italy

It seemed like, there was some sort of construction going on in the room next door. Besides that, I could also clearly hear my neighbors phone VIBRATE at night and naturally also their alarm clock in the morning

The staff has been very friendly and tried to help with any issues we had to the best of their abilities and we felt very welcomed during our stay. Sadly we didn't find the time to explore the Spa and gym area

During the day, there's been little buffets free of charge in the lobby area, next to the hotel bar. Around noon, you could choose from having a glass of water or juice, a cup of coffee or tea

My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes)

Pros: -got a good price -the common areas in the hotel were clean -the room was clean -it includes a decent free breakfast -they offer a shuttle bus ride to the nearest station -restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner cons: -nothing (no restaurants, stores, or anything else) within walking distance -far from the city center -far from the airport -far from the train station -the restaurant...

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom were all perfect. The only people was the distance from the city center which wasn’t a big deal for us because it gave us the opportunity to explore the city

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere

My flight arrived early morning and the receptionist let me check in early, this was greatly appreciated after 32 hours of flights! The breakfast buffet was also pleasant.

Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time

I was also surprised that to visit the gym you need to book a visit time and receive a separate key, which was not communicated upon arrival at the hotel

I spent a month in this hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The premises are overall clean, they have some good amenities and even a spa on site. The staff was always friendly and helpful

The dry sauna is very nice, but broke down on my second week there (would not get very hot) and was never fixed. The pool was older, but well maintained and nice

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning

Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time

Vittoria at the front desk and her co worker couldn’t have been sweeter to our daughter at check in. They were super friendly and even gave our daughter a toy to play with

The two little black spot would be that it’s bit far of the center of Milan, and the subway is not near the hotel. And the view from my room, wasn’t really nice. Over that, everything was perfect !

The hotel is very close yo subway station ard 5 mins and it is clean. Staff are very nice

The heating in the whole building seems to be unable to be turned off, and the air conditioning is turned on but there is no response It was about 8 degrees outside at night (quite cool), but the room was so hot But I saw that no one else had any reaction and no one felt hot

There are many restaurants nearby, very good But I suggest you choose this one if it's not cold in winter. Maybe I'm not good at heating. It's super hot outside during the day, and even hotter in the restaurant

I asked the counter and he looked puzzled and told me that it was very cool outside. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Other than that, everything is good. The bed is super comfortable and the restaurants nearby are great
