Hotels with pool in Milan

Good location, close to the city center, 10 mins walk to popmart store, 30 mins walk to duomo. Some restaurants around the hotel too. Nice hotel ambiance feels like new hotel. But sadly the room is small.

The making up the room one day surprised us very negatively, the sample of the face oil was (kind of not cheap one) left by the maid upside down and almost all oil was on the dusty table in the toilet when we came back

Good option to stay if the price offer is attractive. Location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. But the room is very tiny, both suitcases should be kept only up, otherwise you cannnot walk in the room

I would strongly recommend the staff not to touch the clients’ belongings and definitely do not cause such loss. So improvements in the service are really expected if we are going to stay here again

The pillows are not comfortable. There was very cold in the room near the window and old air conditioning did not help much to mitigate this

The room was just nice for us. The toilet was not functioning but the staffs changed us a new room immediately. Overall was good.

Additionally, the half screen design (for the shower) caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, making the area even more slippery and further increasing the risk of injury. This is an unacceptable safety issue

Lake Como is not too far and the city centre can be reached at by public transport or hotel shuttle The public transport ticket costs 15 euro for 3 days in Milano. The hotel is close to the stadium btw

I stayed at the Sheraton San Siro from 22–25 November, 2025, and was assigned Room 1203. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, but the drainage was extremely slow

We had an issue just outside the main gate of the hotel and the members provided top notch support despite the fact they had nothing to do with the incident. The only negative is the location

First and foremost the outstanding service from the staff, specially Simone. His companion and professionalism are of the highest level. The rest are nothing but excellent as well

From the front desk to the housekeeping and the food area. All are extremely nice and professional

The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

The rooms are a bit small, and i could hear the guests in the next room 🤦‍♀️ there was no view, as my room window was on the emergency exit staircase, other than that the breakfast was full range and the location was absolutely perfect! 2 minutes walk to the doumo! Which was amazingly convenient and comfortable for me and shopping! The hotel concierge was absolutely delightful and veeeeeeeery helpful...

The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.

The rooms are quite large, comfort, clean and cosy decorated. Beds are sufficiently comfortable and sized. Everything was well prepared and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional

They are multilinguals and can communicate easily. Recommended for all kind of visits and could be for singles, groups and/or families

The waiter was nice, the cocktails were good. The surrounding of the hotel feels like you are in the middle of the crime scene with all the empty buildings

Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun

Really well located in front of central train station if you are traveling with train, very modern and comfortable beds to sleep well and amazing breakfast and good service! Always my first choice to stay in Milano when the rate is normal! Definitely will come back again!

Nice location, close to metro, close to Central Station Room is good, the only problem is very wide border of the bath - just almost impossible to get inside. Very clean. Nice hotel

The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.

My only minor complaint was that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle

The hotel is located right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation.

For a one night stay near the station, it was just great. Very convenient and easy. Lovely shower pressure.

Literally… we come to Milan ONLY to stay in this hotel for holidays because we know they always go above and beyond for us

The staff at reception were cordial and accommodating at check in. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The shower is walk in which is a plus for me rather than bathtub

As such, I most definitely understand that the condition of my room did not get that way overnight, and therefore was surprised that a room in that condition would even be in service and allowed to be rented to guests; 2) I do not recall hearing any mention of "wish you had told us earlier", but regardless, there could/should have been a better response and solution to this issue once it was brought...

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and we loved the hotel for the friendly staff, location and the room, which was excellent. Comfortable beds and nice amount of space. Nice window that opened for fresh air too.

This hotel is a short walk away from the city center - 20 minutes to Duomo. Which makes it just quiet enough, just cozy enough and perfect for relaxing and getting rest

One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible

Thanks to Fabio, the bartender, I had a wonderful experience at the NH Collection hotel in Milano. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home

I was also surprised that to visit the gym you need to book a visit time and receive a separate key, which was not communicated upon arrival at the hotel

I spent a month in this hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The premises are overall clean, they have some good amenities and even a spa on site. The staff was always friendly and helpful

The dry sauna is very nice, but broke down on my second week there (would not get very hot) and was never fixed. The pool was older, but well maintained and nice

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1

Very nice, modern hotel. The only downside is the location, which is near periphery of Milan. However, there is an undeground stop about 5 minute walk from the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants

But there are shopping centers and grocery stores nearby. Where you can buy everything you want very cheaply. Toothbrushes are all nonsense, you can buy them. What pleased me most was the buffet in the morning

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations after traveling from the US for 36 hours we couldn’t wait to get to our room since we were traveling with our 2 year old

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning

Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time

Vittoria at the front desk and her co worker couldn’t have been sweeter to our daughter at check in. They were super friendly and even gave our daughter a toy to play with

I also expected to find a bathrobe in the room, not just towels, and in my particular room, there was no pair of slippers provided. Additionally, the rooms were really cold

Although not a negative I would say for the family room either a darker screen or a curtain that could pull across the glass from the bathroom to the beds would be ideal as you could see the outline of those in the shower, fine if your a couple but not quite as good with teenagers etc

One problem for say a larger party of people is that the elevator is VERY small, fit maximum 3 adults. Only had to wait on it once, didn’t see any stairs in the lobby but I’m sure they are also available

Room on the fourth floor overlooking the back of the hotel so noise wasn’t an issue. There’s a fridge and a kettle but no tea or coffee provisions so bring your own

It was an excellent stay, the room was really clean and quiet the bed confortable and the location it’s near to central station, restaurants, shops and metro.

Outdated but good enough and good location near everything

My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes)

Pros: -got a good price -the common areas in the hotel were clean -the room was clean -it includes a decent free breakfast -they offer a shuttle bus ride to the nearest station -restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner cons: -nothing (no restaurants, stores, or anything else) within walking distance -far from the city center -far from the airport -far from the train station -the restaurant...

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom were all perfect. The only people was the distance from the city center which wasn’t a big deal for us because it gave us the opportunity to explore the city

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere

My flight arrived early morning and the receptionist let me check in early, this was greatly appreciated after 32 hours of flights! The breakfast buffet was also pleasant.

Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time

We stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect it is about 10-15 minutes from the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great as well. Loved our stay.

Very nice, very clean, a 10-minute walk to Chinatown, but Milan is sparsely populated, and so is this area. Some rooms can't connect to the wireless network, but the room is large and quite new.

Rooms: they upgraded our room to a junior suite out of no where which was amazing, and checked us in early. Junior suite was very good Service: very nice and attentive, front desk even gave us feee water

Location: very central, easy for ubers to pull up, easy to walk anywhere touristy or cool, close to train stations Breakfast if not included is 25 euros per person

The room was really spacious and nice. I had a comfortable stay. It was nice. The breakfast was also good. It's close to Bamtree, so it's good for taking a walk.

I don't recall ever being made to feel so special in a hotel. Other hotels should strive to be more like the Grand Doria Hotel. Breakfast was also a highlight

Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations

I've never had such poor treatment in a hotel. Paying over £100 per night it's unacceptable. Especially after paying a lot. Price not worth it cos of her. Lots of nice shops and restaurants. Easy to reach the airport too

Location is excellent because you can even walk to the centre if you want. I did it, and it's really not far. Reception staff 5* but the room given was right by elevator noisy and thin walls

The hotel was a pleasant stay overall. The room was very nice, although a bit small, and the location is excellent, right on the street that takes you directly to the Duomo Square (around a 15-minute walk)

The only downside was that, despite booking through Booking. com with taxes and fees supposedly included, I was asked to pay an additional city tax of about €7 per night upon arrival

I think the hotel should coordinate with Booking. com to make this clearer in the reservation

This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees)

Staff is friendly and very helpful (I couldn’t figure out the AC, but was helped within 5 minutes). Breakfast buffet is ok, I would have preferred something a little bigger though

One of the last hotels in the Hilton chain opened in Milan. Then modern and very clean. Great service. Very good also the restaurant for dinner. The breakfast could be improved. Not easy to find as on a one-way street.

The room is comfy and clean even thought it’s quite far from the town area. The hotel is convenient to buy something needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
