Great location, nice staff, and gorgeously appointed common areas. Rooms could be bigger, but that's to be expected given the location. The restaurant and bar in the lobby are both also very nice.

The spa facility is very elegant, the spa manger was very friendly and attentive. and i had massage with the therapist Juila , she is one if the best masseuse if not the best

We stayed at the Hotel Capitol Milano for a weekend city break and chose it because we didn't want to be too central and we also didn't want to overpay for somewhere that we'd barely see because we'd be out every day and night

In short, the rooms are ok (the bathtub has a jacuzzi in it!) but the location (right above a decent supermarket too, in case you want to fill your minibar with meats and cheeses) and people working there make it

Turns out we chose perfectly because not only is Hotel Capitol Milano a stone's throw from a Metro stop it's also fairly walkable if you like to see the sights by foot from your hotel into the city centre

I love this little gem of a hotel. It’s old school in a good way. Jacob in the kitchen is wonderful. Great breakfast and dinner is worth staying in for! Home made food! The rooms are all ‘80s but comfy

Excellent rooms, fair pricing, outstanding location. the stadium but with closed windows no noise. Breakfast quality is not great but ok, too much sugar orientated. Coffee machine is below Italian standard

Minor issues- We asked for a double bed but got 2 singles that would slide apart when pushed together. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Overall, great! Highly recommended!

Others we know had to walk a mile and then catch an Uber or taxi. Highly recommend this hotel if you are attending an event at San Siro Stadium

Clean but small place, beds are excessively soft and separate bathrooms couldn't hurt but for value is good for this kind of place. I mean, you come out of the Dergano station and there it is!

The hotel is reachable all day, and at night with a bus, which for us was important because we didn't want to pay for a taxi coming from naviglio, the drinks are expensive enough

The bed and pillow were unexpectedly pretty comfortable! I like it! Cleanness was not that bad but at least they could remove the dust from room and put the some soap to toilet! I think it was the costly place for that room with sharing bathroom and wc (40eur)

Checked in with the Armani Spa for a few hours. They hosted us as if we were family and made us feel very welcome. The treatment was amazing! I would certainly recommend a treatment and use of the facilities.

This is as close as being treated as royalty as it gets. The hotel is shaped like the letter A for Armani and as soon as you enter you smell the Armani smell of Mastic (Arabic gum)

They offered us a table in the garden, Ricardo kindly brought me a blanket and made sure that the youngest guest, who is only 2,5 years old, had everything and also masterfully and patiently took pictures on the Polaroid we brought

Beautiful rooms, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with pool! Make sure to go up to the roof early on nice days to secure a sunbed! Friendly and polite staff, felt extremely welcomed the second we arrived.

we spent 4 nights in this hotel at the end of our trip through Italy. we enjoyed our stay very much. the room was lovely and super clean and stylish.

No business rooms, so if you have to work and you don't wanna sit in your room all day it gets a bit difficult

Good breakfast, nice lounge area w/ happy hour, and nice pool area. The downside would be the location is a bit far from center of Milan, but it's easily accessible w/ car or public transportation

The hotel provides a nice buffet breakfast and happy hour, and has all the essential amenities such as swimming pool, fitness room, and even a sauna/spa

The staff at this hotel are outstanding! Always courteous and happy to help! Breakfast is tasty with a nice selection of foods, and fresh coffee available at any time! The Sheraton Club Lounge is also a nice experience, especially with live music that they have weekly! Amazing atmosphere and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my future business trips!

A+ service. Good Italian breakfast. Nice outside poll, rooms clean and well serviced. Location is 20min outside of Duomo but it is near San Siro Stadium so it's great option for 'football' stay at Milano.

The hotel is located 20 min drive from downtown or 45 min by public transportation. Luckily, the hotel provides shuttle services in the morning at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and return shuttle at 6 PM

We've traveled the world in 2022, staying at a lot of Marriott/Starwood hotels, and this one sits right up there (we would say it's nicer than the Ritz Carlton in Tel Aviv, for what it's worth!)

The Mandarin Oriental property at Milan is beautiful and in what I would consider to be the best location in the entire city, but yet still with some privacy! We celebrated our 20th anniversary and the hotel staff gave us a wonderful anniversary spread in our room
