Great location, great staff, great property. I revived a very warm welcome upon my arrival off a red eye from Johan. He expedited my room to be ready, walked me to grab breakfast and welcomed me as if it was his home

The property is stunning w a lovely restaurant and very beautiful bar (2 different venues). The rooms are beautiful, updated and clean. The pictures in the website of the gym are a bit misleading

No issues with water pressure/temperature, room temperature, elevators, WiFi or TV. Every other hotel we stayed in, in Italy, should take note. Way to go, Westin Palace Milan!! We will absolutely be back!

The gym is rather small with old equipment. I have to remind myself Americans are use to a different type of gym than in the rest of the world. If this hotel updated the gym it would be perfect

Great hotel. It’s an easy walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan. Johan at the front desk was a big help and made our stay awesome.

The hotel is very well located, staff really nice, rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is amazing, very well sorted and excellent quality. Bed was not that comfortable, mattress and pillow could be better

There was perhaps a bit more noise than expected for being on the eighth floor, but the views of the city were lovely, and the staff were always very kind

The room was spacious and comfortable! Overall, great standards for Ibis! It isn't in the exact centre but it is conveniently located about 7mins walk from a metro station

The hotel has a very good location and great value for money. Cozy, clean and welcoming. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. Breakfast was wonderful - quality products and especially great espresso and croissants!

Check in was quick, no issues. Outside seating area was relaxing. Drinks were great, breakfast was quiet when we were up early but got very busy later. Aperitif served in the evenings

Had an evening meal which was lovely. Helpful receptionist on checkout. We could leave bags there but she checked for us there were lockers at the station. Great base for Milan discovery

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out

They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy

The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. A bit of street noise from our 2nd floor location but not enough to really bother us

Wonderful location 5 minutes to Duomo. If you go for the more "upscale" side of the hotel (which I believe costs more) you get access to a lovely eating/relaxation area with its own concierge

Everything is fine, even more than you expect for this price

Having said that, it's hardly out in the burbs, and it's only a 10-minute walk from Centrale station if you're coming in from Malpensa airport on the train

Stuff is not very friendly - not sure if its the august high temperatures, but overall they are not welcoming. Room service keep messing up your orders. It is far from the center, not 15 minutes but 30 min by walking

Wow! What an incredible experience we had here. The nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The staff were so accomodating. The shuttle was very conveient as well

Great location, walkable to local shopping, parks, and monuments. Has a great high-end feel to it and the service is wonderful. Be warned pricey for food and drink. Great free breakfast though.

However, pasteries were not diverse and some were a bit dry (it occured on the 3 breakfast We had). However, it was possible to orders special dishes such as pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs done by the chef itself

King deluxe room Nice room, amazing italian shower and comfy bed. Only point here : toilet position : Just in the way of the door making it a bit inconvenient. Staff was welcoming and available

Room check in and check out went smoothly without issue. Coffee was excellent and there was a Nice choice of topping for bread

We checked in at 3pm and we got our rooms at 4pm because the rooms were not ready, which was not acceptable and the lady in the reception was not as professional with dealing with customers and that was my biggest concern

What made me lower the evaluation is the terrible choice to adopt a plastic mattress cover which is absolutely uncomfortable, and that i took off during the night : a four-star hotel should not ever make such a choice

Very modern and excellent location right in the centre of the fashion district of Milano. Metro station 1 min walk from hotel. Room service food unfortunately was very low in standard

The entire hotel is a piece of heaven on earth made with a lot of style and elegance from where you can enjoy an amazing view of the city. You are in the heart of fashion district and walking distance from all sighting

Checked in with the Armani Spa for a few hours. They hosted us as if we were family and made us feel very welcome. The treatment was amazing! I would certainly recommend a treatment and use of the facilities.

Previously Spa on a walk around this Royal Borough's prestigious streets shows centuries of London's history I was now would it. All of the Armani in a unified ambiance is chic and very stylish kitchen

The Grand Hotel et de Milan is an absolute gem. The Belle Époque charm is impeccably preserved, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The bar is simply outstanding—sophisticated and the perfect spot to unwind

Its link with Giuseppe Verdi is completely unique. It is also just a few minutes walk from Teatro alla Scala. Everything about this hotel is completely wonderful; the food, the staff, the rooms and restaurants

They ordered a car to take us to the airport at 5 AM! Every staff member from restaurant servers to housekeeping is very well trained and friendly. The rooms and public areas are beautiful

Overall ok, but small rooms (even with a mezzanine) and beds. you hear the flushing of the toilets above you. There'a a tram near the hotel which brings you near the underground. Center is 20 minutes away per foot

Curtains are very effective, the room gets dark when curtains are closed. Monitored underground parking with direct elevator to the hotel available

Enjoyed breakfast at the 10 floor and evening drink there too. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative is the excessive charge for overnight parking -€55 and a bit to long wait for valet parking

In the upscale hotel category this is by far the best hotel in Milan. Service is impeccable as is at others - but here, there is some additional flare to it. And then on top of that their cocktail bar and lounge garden

Perhaps the only point was the crepes because in the understanding of all of us crêpes should be soft airy and thin, melting in the mouth but these were very crispy and hard. Though the French toast is wonderful!

There was no glasses or cups for drinking in the room, they only provided paper cups which became difficult when having a tea. Location is very good, easy to walk to the center, lots of shops around and convenient

It is also located in the city center (I think about 500 m from the Duomo, right next to the hotel is a tram station, not far away is a metro station). If we ever come to Milano again, we will stay here

Nice, clean and warm rooms but quite dark. There aren't large windows in the different rooms I tried..there was a bit dark. Lovely continental, fresh and various breakfast. Good position.
