The room was spacious and comfortable! Overall, great standards for Ibis! It isn't in the exact centre but it is conveniently located about 7mins walk from a metro station

The hotel has a very good location and great value for money. Cozy, clean and welcoming. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. Breakfast was wonderful - quality products and especially great espresso and croissants!

Check in was quick, no issues. Outside seating area was relaxing. Drinks were great, breakfast was quiet when we were up early but got very busy later. Aperitif served in the evenings

Had an evening meal which was lovely. Helpful receptionist on checkout. We could leave bags there but she checked for us there were lockers at the station. Great base for Milan discovery

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out

They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy

The small room is enough for 2 adult max no kids …. The room is clean and modern relaxing 3 min walking to dumo …. Very good location The reciption and staff are very helpful Toilet : door is glass … their is no shataf

The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. A bit of street noise from our 2nd floor location but not enough to really bother us

Wonderful location 5 minutes to Duomo. If you go for the more "upscale" side of the hotel (which I believe costs more) you get access to a lovely eating/relaxation area with its own concierge

The bartender and chefs were equally impressive, delivering top-notch quality and hospitality. They even went out of their way to prepare something for me after the kitchen had already closed upon my arrival

Having said that, it's hardly out in the burbs, and it's only a 10-minute walk from Centrale station if you're coming in from Malpensa airport on the train

Stuff is not very friendly - not sure if its the august high temperatures, but overall they are not welcoming. Room service keep messing up your orders. It is far from the center, not 15 minutes but 30 min by walking

Wow! What an incredible experience we had here. The nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The staff were so accomodating. The shuttle was very conveient as well

Once again I would like to note the quality of service! The hotel staff does everything possible for your comfort! This alone, is worth staying at this hotel. Perhaps this is one of the best hotels in Milan!

Great location, walkable to local shopping, parks, and monuments. Has a great high-end feel to it and the service is wonderful. Be warned pricey for food and drink. Great free breakfast though.

However, pasteries were not diverse and some were a bit dry (it occured on the 3 breakfast We had). However, it was possible to orders special dishes such as pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs done by the chef itself

King deluxe room Nice room, amazing italian shower and comfy bed. Only point here : toilet position : Just in the way of the door making it a bit inconvenient. Staff was welcoming and available

Room check in and check out went smoothly without issue. Coffee was excellent and there was a Nice choice of topping for bread

We checked in at 3pm and we got our rooms at 4pm because the rooms were not ready, which was not acceptable and the lady in the reception was not as professional with dealing with customers and that was my biggest concern

What made me lower the evaluation is the terrible choice to adopt a plastic mattress cover which is absolutely uncomfortable, and that i took off during the night : a four-star hotel should not ever make such a choice

The hotel is very well located, staff really nice, rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is amazing, very well sorted and excellent quality. Bed was not that comfortable, mattress and pillow could be better

Great location, great staff, great property. I revived a very warm welcome upon my arrival off a red eye from Johan. He expedited my room to be ready, walked me to grab breakfast and welcomed me as if it was his home

The property is stunning w a lovely restaurant and very beautiful bar (2 different venues). The rooms are beautiful, updated and clean. The pictures in the website of the gym are a bit misleading

No issues with water pressure/temperature, room temperature, elevators, WiFi or TV. Every other hotel we stayed in, in Italy, should take note. Way to go, Westin Palace Milan!! We will absolutely be back!

The gym is rather small with old equipment. I have to remind myself Americans are use to a different type of gym than in the rest of the world. If this hotel updated the gym it would be perfect

Great hotel. It’s an easy walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan. Johan at the front desk was a big help and made our stay awesome.

Great location near a bunch of bars and restaurants and relatively close to Milano Centrale train station & the Mercato (15-25 min walk depending on route taken and pace)

One odd event was the security guard in the evening sniffing people as they came in from the smokers section, not sure why ? There was a faint smell of MJ outside but to audibly notice someone sniffing around guests was odd

I called to ask for extra bedsheets because they did not put on new ones (old ones were stained), but I could not receive them because there was one person working at 5 pm and all the cleaning staff are gone

Rooms are Ok, but nothing special, and no view to speak of (except to the next building) if you're into that. Service was good and polite, with the exception of the (apparently new) cleaners not refilling the toilet roll

Do not expect good service here after that time. Room: Wallpaper is coming apart, has stains, AC is okay. My worst issue is the room is incredibly loud at night and I could not sleep at all the first night

Good central hotel in Milan, a few minutes walk from the Duomo, good facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Milan.

Should be 3 star instead of 4. Rooms without safe box, so if you leave your passport with reception be careful not to forget it when you checkout because they wont even remember it! That what almost happened to me

This hotel is very central and quite pricy however the inside in dated. The rooms are of a good size but the walls covered on a cheap wood

Really great hotel in a nice part of Milan. The whole place was clean and modern. Mini bar was free as we booked directly with the hotel. Buffet breakfast was very well stocked

It was a pleasure to stay here at Windsor Milano Hotel. The Hotel location was perfect? less than 15 walking ?‍♀️to Milan central railway station, and about 25 to 30 minutes walking?‍♂️to the Duomo

Our booking was two standard rooms. The rooms were nice in size and furniture. But in The bathroom the showerbox were too small but the the bathroom was good in size. As well as they have delicious Croissant ?

They ordered a car to take us to the airport at 5 AM! Every staff member from restaurant servers to housekeeping is very well trained and friendly. The rooms and public areas are beautiful

The hotel is located near from the train station , the staff were nice and cooperative ( one of them evev helped me to prepare what to visit in the city ( Thank you Chiara)

Overall ok, but small rooms (even with a mezzanine) and beds. you hear the flushing of the toilets above you. There'a a tram near the hotel which brings you near the underground. Center is 20 minutes away per foot

The hotel is correct and everything globally went well. However, it is not as nice as you can expect for a 4 stars hotel. the parking is not free and expensive, 40e per day

This is an excellent hotel choice. Very comfortable rooms and beds, nice location near La scala and duomo and service is spectacular. We asked for restaurant, and shopping choices for dresses to attend a wedding

We paid 378 euros, for 3 nights, 2 people, booked 2 months in advance, no breakfast included (by choice, we could have paid an extra 15 euros per day but we chose to eat out) Our room was a pleasant surprise, we bought a basic standard room, the cheapest one in their offer

Spacious enough, quite elegant, better looking than some of the pictures I’ve seen. You can see some wear and tear: curtains with holes or with some strings, leather of the bed is torn, nothing too bad

Overall, it was an okay stay, but not a 4 star one and we greatly appreciated the option to store our luggage as we had a late flight. Lastly, do not drink the fruit water in the lobby

They had a beautiful lounge chair that was really comfortable. The rooms are poorly insulated and unfortunately we had some noisy girls next to us and at midnight that was no fun

The attention to details is missing here. We had some drinks in the minibar and it was quite nice, but no one replaced what we used during our stay

Also, one day they forgot to leave the second large towel and I had to dry myself with the face towel

Half an hour later (mind you it was 2 a. at night) I got the message that this was absolutely no problem

There was no glasses or cups for drinking in the room, they only provided paper cups which became difficult when having a tea. Location is very good, easy to walk to the center, lots of shops around and convenient

It is also located in the city center (I think about 500 m from the Duomo, right next to the hotel is a tram station, not far away is a metro station). If we ever come to Milano again, we will stay here
