The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat

We absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms are clean and the location is very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel. We purchased the breakfast option and we were glad we did

It's located in the center of Milan, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. I was wondering whether to stay at Spadao or this one, but I think I made the right choice

Check in was quick, no issues. Outside seating area was relaxing. Drinks were great, breakfast was quiet when we were up early but got very busy later. Aperitif served in the evenings

Had an evening meal which was lovely. Helpful receptionist on checkout. We could leave bags there but she checked for us there were lockers at the station. Great base for Milan discovery

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out

They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, the bar is busy and has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are really nice – comfy beds (though the pillows could be better)

The bartender and chefs were equally impressive, delivering top-notch quality and hospitality. They even went out of their way to prepare something for me after the kitchen had already closed upon my arrival

Great location, great staff, great property. I revived a very warm welcome upon my arrival off a red eye from Johan. He expedited my room to be ready, walked me to grab breakfast and welcomed me as if it was his home

The property is stunning w a lovely restaurant and very beautiful bar (2 different venues). The rooms are beautiful, updated and clean. The pictures in the website of the gym are a bit misleading

No issues with water pressure/temperature, room temperature, elevators, WiFi or TV. Every other hotel we stayed in, in Italy, should take note. Way to go, Westin Palace Milan!! We will absolutely be back!

The gym is rather small with old equipment. I have to remind myself Americans are use to a different type of gym than in the rest of the world. If this hotel updated the gym it would be perfect

Great hotel. It’s an easy walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan. Johan at the front desk was a big help and made our stay awesome.

The hotel was a pleasant stay overall. The room was very nice, although a bit small, and the location is excellent, right on the street that takes you directly to the Duomo Square (around a 15-minute walk)

We stayed at Worldhotel Cristoforo Colombo for 3 nights. The location is excellent — very central with easy access to public transport, shops, and dining

The only downside was that, despite booking through Booking. com with taxes and fees supposedly included, I was asked to pay an additional city tax of about €7 per night upon arrival

I think the hotel should coordinate with Booking. com to make this clearer in the reservation

A super clean hotel, close to everything, supermarket too. They have 2 sessions, definitely has to stay in the "new wing". Breakfast room is crowded after 9am, so go early!

Stayed 1 night so far at Hotel Cavour. We are staying in one of the executive rooms and it is great. Everything looks new and there is plenty of space. The bed is really comfortable.

Everything is good except that the rooms have no air conditioner. Summer is hot in Geneva. With a fan, it's okay but AC is preferred. Other than that everything is good.

Except for the old furniture, the rooms are actually nice. The breakfast is average, the style and taste are average. The service is very good, and they will proactively ask what kind of coffee or tea you want

The hotel lobby is quite grand, but a little different from the rooms. The rooms and the hotel are actually quite old, with classic colors and styles. The keys used are traditional keys with big key chains

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which was appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was an extra cost and was very good with lots of fresh fruit and pastries

A great stay overall, but somewhat overpriced. The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable

Good room sizes and facilities. If you plan to be in the porta nouvo area the hotel is conveniently located. Walking distance for the corporate district and even train station if you are okay for a 20min walk

Rooms: they upgraded our room to a junior suite out of no where which was amazing, and checked us in early. Junior suite was very good Service: very nice and attentive, front desk even gave us feee water

Location: very central, easy for ubers to pull up, easy to walk anywhere touristy or cool, close to train stations Breakfast if not included is 25 euros per person

The best place I stayed at while in Italy. If you want a hotel that is more comfortable than one in the US. Ask the staff, I didn't want to go home

We were lucky to book this Hotel, although not exactly at the center but it is almost 10 to 15 minutes away walking from all major attractions in Milan

we recently stayed at Crivi's Hotel in Milan and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close to many of the city's main attractions

On the sunny side, the room is quite spacious and the hotel is very cheap considering how central it is

Great price-performance ratio in comparison to other hotels in Milano! (150 euros per night) Sure, the rooms are old-fashioned, but that can feel like time travel (in a positive way) and everything except for the soap in the bathtub worked

Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small

Overall ok, but small rooms (even with a mezzanine) and beds. you hear the flushing of the toilets above you. There'a a tram near the hotel which brings you near the underground. Center is 20 minutes away per foot

Although the room type is slightly smaller, the room is relatively clean.

The Boscolo Milano is a great 5 stars hotel. The service and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is 25€ per person but the choice is wide it worth the price. The design is colourful, modern and also dark in some parts

Boscolo Milano is perfectly located near the city center. The metro station is only a few blocks away. The rooms are huge and there is a great spa with steam room, sauna and pool.

In short, this place has nothing to do with a five-star hotel, Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people, one night is nearly 3,000, it is better to book carefully, Milan is very convenient, the location is not too remote, it still depends on the room environment and service experience~

It was good to occupy a location~ The room I booked has a carved wall and an external balcony in the picture~ It is completely different from my room. I went to the hotel front desk to ask about this issue

The worst hotel on this trip! Barely one! The hotel room is completely different from the one in the picture. Even the international student who sent us said that it was just like a homestay

Then he contacted me and told me that the room in the picture on my order was occupied and he could give me another one. So he looked at the picture at my request

Enjoyed breakfast at the 10 floor and evening drink there too. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative is the excessive charge for overnight parking -€55 and a bit to long wait for valet parking
