Clean but the room was tiny. Basic amenities ( TV and hairdryer and towels) no fridge, kettle available. Central location. The room had horrible soundproofing ( u can hear every step of your upstairs neighbor and every door slam ) The street where the hotel is located was a bit noisy.
Space was very tight fitting but functional. It was for an overnight stay - fly in and drive away in the morning so it suited us. We don’t hang in a room it’s just to sleep. So would recommend. Always presentable, clean and friendly company. Appreciate the compliment water and tea. Not all hotels in the chain offer this.
Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out. They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy. There’s a nice Chinese restaurant nearby...
Very centrally located. Can walk you most places. We had an issue with our room, and the changed it. Same size but better layout. The air con in this room was far better. Great breakfast. Do wish they did cater to HALAL 😢. The room size was quite small but clean and nice. The pillows were also good and the bed was soft. The only funny bit was that the aircon does not operate all day.
Stayed here last weekend. Check in was quick, no issues. Room was clean. Outside seating area was relaxing. Drinks were great, breakfast was quiet when we were up early but got very busy later. Lots of choice. Aperitif served in the evenings. Had an evening meal which was lovely. Gelato available close by. Tram stops close by. Helpful receptionist on checkout. We could leave bags there but she checked...
The hotel has a very good location and great value for money. Cozy, clean and welcoming. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. Breakfast was wonderful - quality products and especially great espresso and croissants!
It’s close to Central Station, so you are able not only look for main city, but also traver to other cities and regions of Italy (by train) Comfortable bed and quite big room for two persons Very good, everything was fine

It is quite good hotel. I think the price meets the quality. It have everything what will be expected from 3 stars hotel. Therefore, I was satisfied.
Nice and clean hotel that also offers breakfast. In the vicinity a metro station that can take you downtown where most sites are. A fair price for location and good rooms.

Very convenient and comfortable, but s bit anonymous hotel, especially for is vicinity to San Raffaele
If you are not there for the hospital I can't recommended it. It's not that accessible by public transport. There is not much nearby except the hospital complex. The rooms are good, wifi is not that strong and the breakfast could use some variarity.
Good location for those, who plans treatment in hospital San Raffaele. Good rooms, everything of need lays in the room. The Public transport is inconvenient.
Our hotelrooms were well-equipped, clean and cosy. The receptionist were helpful. It's a bit far from the city centre, about half an hour by car, but besides that I absolutely recommend it.
Hotel perfect for patients of the near hospital San Raffaele... But also for People must go near there... Subway for center just near... Taxi stop at 30mts...
I stayed two days in this hotel. That is to say, clean rooms and very friendly staff, I can not say the same thing for any maid of the breakfast. If you need to go to the San Raffaele hospital, there is no hotel more comfortable, you are there. Only flaw is really bad, the water in the shower... in 5 seconds hot and 5 seconds cold. I made the shower intermittently.

Have stayed here a couple of times now when in Milan. Competitive prices when I booked and the rooms were clean and tidy. A couple of little niggles let the rooms down though, silly things like not many sockets in the room. I had to charge devices in the bathroom as there wasn't a plug on one side of the bed. There was also a lot of street noise outside which made it difficult to get a good night's...
My 2 nights stay at this well connected but bit remote from city centre ibis was comfortable and staff was friendly. Albeit the hotel does not correspond to the Regular IBIS standards. It is very tired and warn out and even the best cleaners cannot get it really clean anymore. Old style bathroom equipment is yellowish not white anymore. The curtains have little holes from being used so long. The TV...
Decent prices, excellent breakfast, needs more attention to cleaning and some new TVs in the rooms. Also, something must be done with the big metallic caps that you have over the underground parking that are making extreme noise when the cars run over them.
Very nice hotel. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Very good location in a quiet and peaceful area. it is well connected to the city center and quite close to the main attractions. Another big advantage is the high availability of public transport and a few shops in the area. The team is very nice and helpful. He was happy to talk about the local culture and customs in...
Cheap place, good rooms, a bit far from the centre, but there are a lot of options to get there with a metro, tram, etc.
Very clean, friendly helpful staff, lots of parking at fair price. Bed comfortable with extra pillow.everything you need for price

Very clean, very nice hotel. Service at his top, also breakfast is very good. They have laundry and a fitness room. Room size is very good. Reception is 24/7.
It was a great stay! I spent 1 night here and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was gorgeous - big variety of both fresh and cooked foods, lots of bread and pastries. Highly recommend
All around, a really great stay at this hotel. We booked a Wizard Room for me, my wife, and my 3-year-old daughter. The room looked almost brand new. Spacious. Super quiet, even on New Year's Eve. Large, comfortable bed. Per my request, they had an infant bed placed in the room. In the bed, they prepared a little welcome package for my daughter, which included child-sized slippers! (Never had that...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at 21 House of Stories in Milan, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The coffee served at the hotel was simply divine, a perfect way to start the day. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in its coffee selection...
The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The free snacks/minibar were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very good. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also good. Staff were all very friendly. It's a 10 minute to a metro station. My only issue was that the curtains didn't close fully.
Personnel was very helpful and friendly, they have upgraded our room to a family one for free since we have a little baby. The rooms were quite neat & clean and the breakfast was nice. The only downside was restaurant, dinner menu is so limited (lebanese) and unnecessarily expensive, we ate there only 1 night and even though we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights.

Perfect location between Milan centre and the more rural part of of Milan. Staff were friendly, fresh towels and bed made everyday. Amazing View from the room too!
Clean and the staff were nice. Also the rooms were exactly what you need for a short stay. The breakfast was fine for 9 euro per person. I was surprised about the price to be honest. It was tasty😊
Nice hotel well Connected to the city. Near the Chinatown which is amazing (and not dangerous). Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay but out of the three we ate, only one had a proper buffet with choice and variety. Otherwise it was not enough for the people who were there.
In general it's a good 3* hotel, with good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast. About our room, we like the design, good bed, but not enough things. The only one socket and far from the bed which is very uncomfortable. No minibar, no cattle, no tissues... easier to say what we had in the room, is: a bed, safe, table with a chair and TV (we didn't use). The bathroom was OK, but in the sink we...
Location is fine but our room needed better cleaning. The floors were very dirty and the shower had loose hair when we checked in. The staff are very attentive and friendly, prices are fine which make this hotel a good value. Parking is cheap.
Best value for money hotel to visit Milan. Rooms are clean and with good mattresses. I didn't try the breakfast but it was less than 8eur per person and looked good. The only think to improve is either to procure silent vacuum cleaners or not to start at 7h30 in the morning..many thanks!

The location is quite good, there is a shop, a pharmacy, many restaurants, tram and bus stops nearby. There was no duvet cover, for this price the room could have been better. But now everything is not as bad with the hotel as it is written in other comments, apparently the owner of the hotel has changed or decided not to spoil his image so much anymore.
Nice Staff working there from eygypt and a good place for stay 2-3 day's , close to the metro station called Dateo
It was a good stay especially the employ Emad was very helpful thank you for assisting me. Place is affordable it’s like a little apartment but the TV was very small but who comes here to watch tv🤦🏽‍♂️
Best thing about this hotel is the very helpful lady on reception. In general the hotel was pretty good for our needs. Good value and clean. Basic facilities which is what we wanted. Thanks for a great stay in Milan!

Already in love. After long and exhausting travel and arriving early and in the middle of the rain, these gentlemen had a room ready and I was allowed in. I can't explain how much appreciated this is... The hotel is 5min walk from Centrale station and is very modern and cute
I returned to this hotel after 16 years since I first stayed here - and found it in absolutely great conditions. The rooms are well maintained and very tidy, with modern interior. The reception staff is awesome, they speak good English and explained everything I need for one-night stay within 30 seconds. The place is quiet and suitable for a good sleep after a long trip. Strongly recommended!
Clean rooms, if a little lacking in facilities. No iron or kettles in the rooms, and the front desk staff could have been more helpful. Still very convenient location next to restaurants and close to Milan central station
Great location! Only 5 minutes from Milan central station, lovely room and bathroom. Standard European breakfast.
Ok hotel, rich breakfast not great quality, good Wi-Fi but funny access, small lift, plenty of stairs, well located by main train station. Staff lacks of customer service.
Our room was very noisy. Especially in the morning. Internet over WiFi is a joke. Otherwise our room was quite nice.

Great hotel! We could check-in very late. In room there was everything we needed. Tea and coffee maker, towels, toiletries, hairdryer. Perfect for one night in Milano 👌
Free breakfast and rooms clean. Bus right outside. Would recommend if you're trying to stay a little outside city centre
Excellent cost/benefit. The hotel is simple, but clean and comfortable and offers a very nice breakfast. Service is courteous and effective. I definitely recommend it.
Small but nice room for couple and the price was affordable. It has water boiler (for hot water) and couple bag of tea, which is good for breakfast. The bathroom was clean and excellent.
Really good hotel for a very cheap price. We stayed in a double room with a balcony-terrace for three nights for about 180€. Good breakfast included and very clean accomodations. The area is a bit dodgy but it's very well connected to the centre; it takes about five minutes by tram.
This is a budget hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. Good, regular transport makes this a viable option when staying in Milan. The rooms are basic however are clean and well maintained. Tea and coffee facilities are available for the room - I mention this as it's generally important to most travellers. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental - more than adequate.

We chose the hotel for its convenient location near Milano Central, only 5 minutes walking and also well-connected by metro and trams for easy access to tourist spots, airports and other cities like Como, Lugano and Locarno and it exceeded our expectations. I chose this hotel based on good reviews and proximity to centrale station. Location was perfect for me. 8 mins walk from Bergamo airport bus which was important as I had a 4am return transfer and didn’t want to be tramping the streets at that time. The hotel is very simple and straightforward. It's not built for frills or luxury. The rooms are small but clean and efficient. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. One of the staff at the reception was quite rude and not friendly at all. Her colleagues on the other hand was really kind and friendly. The rooms was ok. It's around 20 minutes walk to the Duomo and the shops. Overall a decent accommodation in Milan.
The staff is super nice and friendly all the time. From the manager to the front desk agents to the night agent they have all been super helpful and always with a smile. The hotel itself was okay, it was quite clean. The parking garage is really narrow and the entry is super steep. The negatives: One of the employees at the reception was very rude and not very helpful. The WiFi was also not pretty good.
It was a great and good surprise at this hotel, I honestly did not expect that kind of high quality bedroom, with a good mattress and shower, and also a modern decoration. I do recommend this hotel!
Well, this is what it is. If you're not coming to Milano for A Milan/Inter match or a concert, don't come here. No view, 10-12 mn from the subway station, the rooms are clean but beds are shaky, comfort is a strict minimum.. And breakfast is super basic.
Booked a room for two in September. Good- Great location (right in front of football stadium and 20min walk to Lotto metro station). Friendly and helpful reception team. Very comfy beds. We stayed at the San Siro B&B when we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. It was the PERFECT location making attending and departing the concert so, so easy. Others we know had to walk a mile and then catch an Uber or taxi. Highly recommend this hotel if you are attending an event at San Siro Stadium.
Excellent rooms, fair pricing, outstanding location. Directly opp. the stadium but with closed windows no noise. Breakfast quality is not great but ok, too much sugar orientated. Coffee machine is below Italian standard. Burger restaurant aside.
