Basically no wifi n even 5G signal in the room. All the guys are go to lobby for internet
Location is convenient. Room is clean and tidy. However, the air-conditioning is not adequate.
Internet didn’t work for two days. Breakfast was not testy and overcrowded
It was an average place, and the location was good. The room was clean.
The location is very convenient, but the air condition does not work very well.
The room was just nice for us. The toilet was not functioning but the staffs changed us a new room immediately. Overall was good.
It’s close to Central Station, so you are able not only look for main city, but also traver to other cities and regions of Italy (by train) Comfortable bed and quite big room for two persons Very good, everything was fine

I always stay here. I am happy to come back again and again. I like everything: location, price, staff, cleanliness
great location, quite clean, but the room is too small. Overall everything is fine for me.
It is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the station and the airport bus terminal. We returned from Venice on the 7pm train and stayed the night before our flight the next day, so it was perfect.
Perfect location 2 minutes away from metro station Centrale. Friendly staff. We stay in the 7th floor room, and it is quiet with a comfortable bed. Ideal choice for three days trip.
The Hotel Canova presents both positive and negative aspects. Among the positive points, there is the excellent location, very close to the train and metro station, Milano Centrale, as well as the comfort of the beds, the spacious bathroom, and the good facilities at the reception. On the negative side, The space for three people is not ample, the cleanliness of the apartment left something to be...
It was clean and the location was good. There are many restaurants around so you won't have any trouble at all.

Good location, near to train and metro stations. easy to move around,
It's near the central station, not far to walk, easy to get to Duomo by metro, not far, not expensive, the shower water is very strong, I like it.
It was okay on the first day so I used it again The condition of each room is different.ㅎㅎ If you get lucky with the draw, it's clean and okay~~ It's good because it's close to the station
Good location nearby train station and very well connected with the city ente by metro
Good location, but facilities are old. I would like to not use this hotel again, because the overall quality is expensive considering other hotels around. Or Milan is expensive
Good location, Good Price, Friendly Staff. Good for the price you pay. Breakfast was ok but not amazing.

15 minutes walk from the central station. The street is very lively, full of shops, but to get to the Duomo you need to use the metro. The welcome from the staff was very good. The rooms are clean, but need some maintenance. Lively restaurant opposite. Overall the stay was very good.
I really liked the hotel, stylish, modern, exceptionally clean. They gave me a spacious two-level room, respect for that. The location is great, close to both the station and the Duomo, lots of shops around. I recommend it!
The room does not have any kettle for boiling water, the flow of the water for the shower is bad, and if u have long hair, it will take years to complete the washing... Pls bring your own toothbrush and cup for your dental maintenance.
The single room I booked was upgraded to a two-story triple room, which was quite spacious, as it was a little noisy on the first floor. The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway and train station, on Central Avenue, very convenient for shopping, and there is a restaurant opposite that has a long queue of locals, and it is really delicious.
I found the location absolutely amazing as I was only in Milan for a short trip and wanted to stay near Corso Buenos Aires. You can easily and quickly get to other parts of the city from this location. The room was quite small, as it's usual with the ibis hotels but I did expect something better since it was a ibis style but the quality seemed exactly the same as a normal ibis. My room was right next...
Being an ALL member I am used to ibis hotels so I know what to expect from them. And this venue was no exception. Staff at front desk was helpful and polite. Rooms were clean although there was only one trash bin available. There is a good restaurant in front, so no need to walk far for a meal. A metro station is around the corner with easy access to Linate airport for a couple of euros only. Finally...

I had a wonderful stay at Genius Hotel Milan, Italy. The room was very nice & clean & the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Milan within a few blocks of Duomo di Milano so, it’s perfect for tourists. There is luxury shopping & plenty of wonderful restaurants & cafes in the area. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the room due to the small size, but that seems to be the norm in...
Very happy with this hotel overall. Great location, right in the centre of Milano and near the metro, various tourist attractions etc. Service was very good. Both gents we met at the front desk were very friendly. One was very helpful in giving us tips on getting to the San Siro. Lady I met at the desk one morning was also very friendly, as were the house keeping staff I met. Room was spacious, beds...
Next time I would choose a different place to stay. It's very expensive for this place! Plus: Great location, friendly and attentive staff, not bad breakfasts, good housekeeping and cleanliness, not bad beds. That’s all. Minus: The rooms are very small and tired. There are no closets, bedside tables, or even hooks to hang things in bathroom , and there's no armchair. The bathroom has an ancient shower...
This spot was a great location, both for our planned activities and to the train station. The room was plenty big enough for two people, and clean. Breakfast was good, with protein options. I'd stay again if I was in Milan.
The location is probably the best that you will get in Milano. It is close to everything: the Cadorna train station is just a 10 minute walk, same for Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. The room is very small but it is ok. However, there is no fridge, the wifi does not connect on the 4th floor (it works perfectly everywhere else for some reason), the safe (although exists...

What a lovely hotel and very friendly. It is nicely designed and has an upmarket feel just off the main shopping street. Mary (I think her name was that) on reception was truly delightful. She was friendly, professional and kind. These are qualities you don't always get with hotel reception staff. It makes a big difference to your stay, especially in a small hotel. Had a great stay at Demidoff Hotel. Always welcoming staff, very helpfull and always in a good mood. They location is just perfect. Close to central station, and even better 50 meters from Lima metro station. Clean and nice hotel. Perfect english. And at last, i forgot my AirPods in the room. They was very helpfull with wrapping them perfectly so i could have them picked up by a courier to bring...
Can you believe there are cockroaches in the bed? The dirtiest hotel, Milan has poor security and the hotel hygiene is disgusting. The tax refund also deducts money from those Italian fans. . This experience is great, don't go if you don't have anything else
After a nightmare morning, I was warmly welcomed at the hotel by a very helpful and friendly receptionist, who recommended a nearby sandwich store (which was tasty) while I waited for check in to open up. Room itself was basic, but clean. Only quibble was A/C didnt work too well. Fine location with a 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale and about 25 minutes to the Duomo plaza. Plenty of eateries and shopping...
Together with my friend we were looking to extend out stay in Milano, as the hotel where we were initially staying was full we decided to look for an alternative to spend an extra night. The hotel was generally okay, and the rooms were generally clean and tidy. However, there were two significant shortcomings: room service was unavailable at night, and the breakfast was average, with limited options, which significantly reduced the experience.
I had an overall lovely stay. The location is absolutely ideal, central, vibrant, and very convenient for getting around. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and welcoming the environment felt. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my visit, which made a big difference. However, I must highlight that construction work was taking place during my stay. Unfortunately...
I booked the Canada Hotel on short notice, but upon arrival, I found it excellent. It's clean and conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room. The windows were not soundproof and I could hear the tram half the night. In addition, you couldn't darken the room. But that only became clear when we wanted to leave the room - there are small switches in the window frames...
Small rooms Hygiene needs some serious efforts The location is far from the real Milan Breakfast I'd very limited but delicious
Surprisingly modern, clean, well equipped hotel. Really no other choice if your takes you to Ospedale San Raffaele.
Simple rooms but hospital-level standards of cleanliness! Probably the cleanest room I have ever visited! Very quiet too, could have heard a pin drop. Breakfast excellent for veggies and vegans (soy and oat milk available). Staff friendly and professional.
Very clean hotel, well located if you need to go to the San Raffaele hospital located opposite, 5 minutes walk away. Courteous staff, cozy, comfortable and clean room. I didn't try the restaurant, nor the breakfast.
The hotel was great !! Rooms and everywhere around hotel inside and outside was perfect and very clean . The staff was very friendly. Breakfast very delicious.. Hostpital san raffaele very close do not need it a car to go there. Higly recommended!!

The hotel is nice and easy to find. It was close to nice restaurants and cafes. Simple walk or metro to shopping and Duomo. The temps were high during the visit but the AC kept my room very cool.
Rather expensive of what is described Small single room with expensive rate.
Good value for the price. Simple and small and clean. I would stay here again
The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback I have is that there is a very loud trolley that runs in front of the hotel, almost 24 hours a day. We barely slept the first night. I asked to switch to a room at the back of the hotel, which was perfect. Hotel is well enough located and has good restaurants nearby.
Our stay at Hotel Roxy was exactly what we needed it to be. Comfortable, clean and in a good position to get into central city. Would definitely stay here again. Also, they stamp your car parking ticket to get a reduced rate. Very good.

Location is quite ok, many public transport (tram & bus stop nearby). Close to supermarket. few unnecessary stairs to reach check in desk & elevator. Room is very small as we have 2 large suitcases + 1 cabin bag with us. Common space for tea time is available for free. Friendly check in staff.
The hotel is not worth the price you pay for it in my opinion. Located close to a Tram stop.
Overpriced. The third star is only for the friendly staff of the cafeteria and the excellent coffee. The room itself was decent but not value for money at all. One toilet paper roll every couple of days per couple. Not convenient at all. We got the room on the first floor next to the breakfast serving area and next to the restroom. Every single morning we woke up from the noises of the preparation...

The hotel is just enough to stay for one night. Minimum effort in room interior, noisy air conditioning. And not comfortable bathroom. But clean, and fresh.
The room was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that my room was on the ground floor and I could hear people talking the whole night.
Very nice stay! Clean hotel, clean and comfortable room. All the staff were very polite and kind. Shoutout to the receptionist who was always super kind and agreed to speak with me in Italian while I was trying, instead of immediately switching to English ☺️

Close to the metro station Loreto and pretty close to the central railway station, about 800 m. Good breakfast, not many options, but good. The room was spacious, with inside View. I paid about 300 eur/ 3 nights, breakfast included. I recommend this hotel.
Basic ok + hotel. Cool rooms with air conditioners. Basic breakfast. We enjoyed three days here and saw Milan. Metro (two lines) are practically right in front of the hotel. Note: entrance to the hotel is unconventional, you need to buzz yourself into a corridor and use the lift to get into the reception.
Staff were brilliant and English speaking, rooms were big and clean and breakfast was OK. Main regret was the location. A little out of the way and in a questionable area. Did it make the hotel bad? No. However it was noisy in to the late hours from the road and general environment. Not great for light sleeps. Be aware you need to ring the buzzer. Press r then 17. You're in the city center in a 30-minute walk or a 6-minute ride on public transport. There are cafes nearby for breakfast, and a Carrefour is right on the corner. In our room, the first day, there was a towel on the floor because the air conditioning was leaking, but they fixed it without any problem on the second day. Overall, the room was comfortable and had a small balcony.
Basic hotel that’s good enough for a short stay in Milan. Everything is about a 20 minute travel from this hotel, but for the price it’s decent and air conditioned and clean
The photo shows one hotel, but they put us in another one in the same building... naturally, the one they put us in was worse. I booked a room with a balcony, but there wasn't one.
Clean and nice rooms, frindley staff and a good brakefast with plenty of healthy options. For the price this must be one of Milans best chocies when it comes to overnight stayes.
Perfect hotel for visiting Milano. Clean rooms. Good service. What else do you want
The front desk staff is very welcoming and the location is very convenient. It would be better if the breakfast was a little richer. The price is more expensive during the exhibition.
This is hands down the best 3-star hotel I've stayed in for a long time; it genuinely strives for a 4-star experience! Even though there was a sign saying that no cleaning was required, the cleaning staff opened the door without permission. I was traveling alone, so this was extremely scary. Also, the actual room was quite different from the photo, and it was bigger than it was in the photo, so I wish they would update their website. It just felt weird.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.
The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer.
