Basically no wifi n even 5G signal in the room. All the guys are go to lobby for internet
Location is convenient. Room is clean and tidy. However, the air-conditioning is not adequate.
Internet didn’t work for two days. Breakfast was not testy and overcrowded
It was an average place, and the location was good. The room was clean.
The location is very convenient, but the air condition does not work very well.
The room was just nice for us. The toilet was not functioning but the staffs changed us a new room immediately. Overall was good.
It’s close to Central Station, so you are able not only look for main city, but also traver to other cities and regions of Italy (by train) Comfortable bed and quite big room for two persons Very good, everything was fine

Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Nice area in a quiet neighborhood a short taxi ride away from the Duomo.
Rooms are good and clean, beds were small and hard. If you prefer a bed for obvious reasons then you would be zufrieden. Furthermore, we paid roughly 500-550€ for 2 nights and still had to pay for parking. And we also paid something like 50€ city tax. Just checking out costed us roughly extra 100€.. Staff is friendly but in a different way. My mother asked for a quilt and they asked for what she needs...
Very pleasant stay. Location is nice and quiet but with restaurants and busy streets nearby - just a few metro stops to the city centre. Hotel was clean and nice.
I generally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience so future guests know what to expect. Unfortunately, the hotel was not as clean as we hoped we noticed a lot of dust in the room and common areas, which made it feel neglected. What really affected our stay was the attitude of the front desk staff in the morning. In particular, a man named Robert (Indian, working...
“Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with metro stations and a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it if you’re planning a visit to Milan.”
This hotel was perfect for a trip to Milano, the metro was close by, and so were the bar's. From the outside the hotel looks like a 5/10, but from the inside the hotel was 10/10. Good service from the reception and the rooms were spacious. We had a good view from the 6th floor, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Hotel breakfast was also really good, very good for the price at least, we paid 2,50...

It has a good location next to the central train station. Because we arrive around 1am so we decide to choose it.
Good location ,Clean, The room is big comfortable for 3 people. Staff also helpful I asked for extra pillows and kettle they brought it not difficult👍 For family it’s a bit dark from Style and decoration but it’s safe.
Perfect location and clean room, the receptions staff are amazing , breakfast also good
Location is good, near to the train and metro station. Hotel is abit old, but overall everything is fine
My room on the first floor is too close to the stair outside the window. It's kinda scared if someone just need one foot step to climb my room. There's no air con during FW period but it's quite warm inside and the ventilation is so bad. But perfect location is for sure that few mintues walk only from the station.
Heating was hit and miss. Don’t think they cared. Floors so cold. Ok room. Elephant upstairs !!!!

We were well looked after by Igor and the team at Hotel Bernina. The room was spotless and just what we needed. Igor the manager was very warm and helped us navigate around Milan. We had a lovely breakfast and most importantly it was super close to Milan centrally which made for an easy commute with suitcases. 30mins walk to Duomo or the metro is 1 min away and an easy trip. Highly recommend...
Hotel has a lot of potential and the location is very convenient to the central train station and a few good restaurants. The rooms are not clean and actually have mold there. We had to move rooms twice and even in their nicest room, we had issues. The gentleman behind the desk in the evenings is very unpleasant. I fell and hurt myself because the air conditioner in our room dripped a big puddle of...
Thank you. They are the best. Super cosy hotel in a convenient location. The Mister in the entrance is very helpful and nice. I had lost an item in the train station and he was readily available to support. I recommend this hotel.
Near the metro and within walking distance of Centrale Station. Free luggage storage provided on the condition of having the same hotel booking after my overnight trip to Florence. Pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade.
Location is excellent because you can even walk to the centre if you want. I did it, and it's really not far. Reception staff 5* but the room given was right by elevator noisy and thin walls. Hearing everyone come up and down. The condition of the bathroom was nothing like the pictures. But I still liked the room it was big enough. Noise and the elevator didn't bother me so much. However, what left...

The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room. The windows were not soundproof and I could hear the tram half the night. In addition, you couldn't darken the room. But that only became clear when we wanted to leave the room - there are small switches in the window frames...
Small rooms Hygiene needs some serious efforts The location is far from the real Milan Breakfast I'd very limited but delicious
Surprisingly modern, clean, well equipped hotel. Really no other choice if your takes you to Ospedale San Raffaele.
Simple rooms but hospital-level standards of cleanliness! Probably the cleanest room I have ever visited! Very quiet too, could have heard a pin drop. Breakfast excellent for veggies and vegans (soy and oat milk available). Staff friendly and professional.
Very clean hotel, well located if you need to go to the San Raffaele hospital located opposite, 5 minutes walk away. Courteous staff, cozy, comfortable and clean room. I didn't try the restaurant, nor the breakfast.
The hotel was great !! Rooms and everywhere around hotel inside and outside was perfect and very clean . The staff was very friendly. Breakfast very delicious.. Hostpital san raffaele very close do not need it a car to go there. Higly recommended!!

Nice location outside but not in the rushed area of the city. Staff was great. there is a cheap and good restaurant in front. Parking not always available
Nice hotel but is far way from the center
Don't be deterred by the first impression - from the outside, the hotel does not look appealing, but everything inside was really nice and good. The rooms are very clean and sufficiently spacious (one star removed for a hanging shower door and a minor electrical issue), and the breakfast buffet caters to various tastes. The best thing about our stay was the staff, who were all super friendly and accommodating...
Rooms are good & clean. Parking is paid. Near to Highway. Breakfast is not that much great. Staff is friendly and supportive.
Staff are really, really helpful and particularly friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room had a nice view out to the Milan skyline which was particularly nice especially at night. Although situated out of the city centre, getting to the hotel was easy; a 6-7 minute bus ride from the local subway station drops you right outside the hotel. We stay every year at the B&B Hotel Milano-Monza. It's a pleasure to work with this hotel and it's friendy staff. Perfect location, close to Monza circuit. Francesco is a really nice person and is always helping with all our requests/needs. We would definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel is very quiet and surrounded by some nice cafes and bars etc. The staff are very polite and it's very close to Milan Centrale if you want to stay the night before a long train journey from Milan.
We had a nice time for a very quick stay in Milan. It is conveniently located near the central train station. Easy train ride in from the Milan airport or to get on a train to another city. Easy walking distance to the metro too, so you can get where you want to go in Milan. Room was a good size and clean. My wife and I felt that was a good deal for the money.
We love Hotel Mythos we stayed twice on our last trip to Milan. The hotel is in an awesome location, no more than 10 mins easy walk from Central Station. Super close to metro stops, too. Easy area to walk to some very good restaurants. The two rooms we stayed in were both very spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a convenient elevator. Amazing hotel and great value for money. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are full of hidden detail. The location is very good for access to main activities downtown. Highly recommend it, comfy clean rooms and helpful staff at a reasonable cost.
Comfortable and beautiful rooms, polite and accurate facilities and services, very near to the basic train station of Milan and to other commodities
This an a super fantastic place to stay. Not a fancy place, but has everything you can possibly need. I arrived close to midnight and, as a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious, especially after reading a few negative reviews, even though the hotel states that the front desk operates 24/7. The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.
The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.
The bed is big and comfortable. It is close to Milan Station and has convenient transportation.
Satisfied with hygiene and environment

Overall, my stay was great. Spending four calm nights in a comfortable place was just what I needed. The room was clean and warm, perfect for January. The place was good, but be careful with your belongings at Piola metro station. Taking the bus is a safer option. The reception staff were very kind and helpful from booking to check-out. I really appreciated their hospitality!
Very small beds, the price doesnt meets quality
When we arrived at the hotel they didn't welcome in the reception, they didn't inform us for the facilities of the hotel, they said only for the breakfast, but they were polite, so, ok! Rooms are small but clean and cosy. Very basic equipment in the room, but rooms have safes. We got a room with broken toilet flush.
