Hotel Paradiso

Stayed with a friend, had a late check-in, received quickly and hospitably, from two long flights I had a headache, the hotel offered a pill 🫶🏼 Thank you, really liked the Paradiso hotel and next time we will definitely stay! I recommend, very beautiful courtyard decorated with greenery, delicious aromatic coffee 🥰 We were delighted ❤️

Old buildings but location is nice just walking distance from Milan Centralo

The room was spacious and clean, and the free wifi worked well. The disadvantages are that there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no toothbrush cup; the old-fashioned elevator is very small and difficult to operate.

Food and service were good, but the elevator was so small.

If you don't like cats, this is not your hotel. The hotel has a 24-hour reception service and will store your luggage after you check out. It is 8 minutes from Milano Centrale, so if you plan to leave Milan by train to various destinations, it is ideal, also for going to and from the airport. The staff is very friendly and kind and the cats are adorable. We had breakfast and it was not a very luxurious breakfast, but there was everything, bread, croissants, yogurt, cheese, cereals, among others, and a very good coffee. For Milan prices, this hotel is good value for money. If you have reduced mobility, it has an elevator, but it is not wheelchair accessible. As for the room, it was clean and adequate, with a small shower and the shampoo-gel was a bit bad, but it did its job. The heating worked great and we were not cold at all.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the subway station. It is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy for the train to reach the next stop. When checking in, the hotel couldn't find the reservation at first. At this time, I have to praise Ctrip's customer service for quickly helping you solve the problem. The service cannot be overstated.

We did not arrange the hotel beforehand, but at the last minute and I requested a discount, since they accepted I just wanted to try it. Though people said that the rooms are not safe, we stayed 101 which overlooks the shared garden side, it was safe and we left our laptop in the room before we visited the city. I did not ask the name of the Italian guy who served our coffee but he was nice enough to give me the name of the beautiful cats of the hotel. The room was clean, and there was no dust. The breakfast consists of a croissant and other packaged foods like ham, butter, jam, cereal and yoghurt. If you are from Turkey, and need a safe place with lower fares you can choose this place since it is also near the stop you will get off from bus coming from the AirPort. Budget hotel near Milano Centrale Station. Good place to stay if catching an early train. Basic facilities but fine for an overnight stay. Room was comfortable with good aircon. For what we paid it was worth it. When we arrived there was a huge mess on the street outside from the end of a market but it was remarkably cleaned by the next morning.
