Very beautiful Hotel. But the very best are the employees. They are so polite and helpful in every situation. Even after your stay as i can tell because i left a bracelet in the bathroom. They found it and will ship it to my home address.
The service is exceptional. We will definitely come back in this hotel at some point and i only can recommend it.

Moreover it is very clean, the food is nice and the parking lot has a roof.

Immaculately maintained, beautiful facilities, constant feeling of luxury. The breakfast buffet is inimitable. The only slight issues we had were several key members of staff not speaking English and poor connections to sightseeing attractions (good bus to Padua). We tried to book an excursion advertised by the hotel, but the staff spent several hours trying to contact the tour operator only to then tell us it won't be running, which wasted an afternoon.

Quite possibly my favorite hotel on earth!! The property is stunning, the thermal pools with the swim up bar is unreal, the meals are perfection and I could seriously live here. Do yourself a favor and run to this place!

excellent hotel the best from abano ! it has a swimming pool four restaurants , in the bar you can play cards , have drinks until late in the night ! live music every night ! Excellent breakfast ! There are four swimmings outside and one inside ,beauty center health center, gym with all the machines you need !massages and physiotherapist specialist!

The cleaning staff does not respond to the do not disturb sign, I was persistently woken up.
The pool was very dirty.

Top class hotel, absolutely value for money. Good food, large rooms, spot clean anywhere, friendly staff. The "wet" section is impeccable, special mention to the "Arquà Petrarca" steam bath, sauna, relax room, cold and hot showers, ice grotto, ecc.

The spa was amazing, very clean and beautiful, with a lot of spaces and different themed areas. The aufguss was a special experience and worth it. The dinner all inclusive is delicious, same as the breakfast. The staff is very nice too. The heating in the room was broken and there were something like 30 degrees in the room. The bed sheets were very low quality. There was no hair conditioner, which should be given in a five star hotel. The furniture is really outdated.

This hotel is spectacular. To be precise, this is a resort. An all-inclusive resort (if you wanted it to be).
The property appears to be recently renovated.

The rooms are large, superbly designed, and incredibly clean.
The beds are king size with high quality linens and comfortable pillows. Mattress is superb.
The bathrooms have dual sinks, comfy showers, and fantastic fluffy towels. Everything is spotless.

Everything inside and around the grounds appears exceptionally well-maintained. It appears the owners and management have extensive hospitality experience.
The building and all facilities within appear to have been purposefully designed by excellent interior designers and architects. Bravo.

There are two exterior pools filled with thermal water and both have water jet enclosures of different kinds. The larger pool is probably as long as 50 meters and well suited for swimming. There is also an interior pool.

The spa facilities are superb. There are two saunas, an ice/snow room, two steam rooms, various rest areas themed in a different way.
This is a common (male/female) facility so nudity in sauna is not uncommon.

There are extensive therapeutic mud facilities since this area is known for thermal waters and mud treatments.

Full board is available and the food is excellent. There is an appetisers bar and then a full menu from which one orders. Food has been great so far.
Everyone dresses up for dinner and an after dinner entertainment is offered.

Service is exceptional and everyone is super friendly. Staff is super helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
