Very nice place to stay.
The rooms seem a bit small but they are very comfortable and look very nice. They have air conditioning, the bed is very comfortable.
The people was extremely nice. The receptionists spoke English and a bit of Spanish and were very very nice at all times. They allowed us to early check-in because the room was already prepared and we were going to Rome just after getting there.
The restaurant was a bit small but could handle all the clients with no problem or waiting times. The people was very nice too. Did not understand English, only Italian, but would try their best to understand each other and make you feel well.
The localization is pretty good. While the exact street the hotel is in looks a bit weird or may not be the prettiest, it's not really a problem. It's really close to the most central train and metro stations, and not too far away from the airport. Also you can go to the airport using an airbus you can take next to the train station, which is less than 5 minutes walking from the Hotel.

Since there was no option to review this hotel on booking.com, nor on its website, I’m posting the review there.
There are NO Elevator, which is mentioned NOWHERE! The check out is at 10:30!!! We travel around a lot and have never seen a hotel with a 10:30 check out. There is NO Lobby! Infact the reception is only a small chair table where one guy sits. The same breakfast was served for Four days straight! No ONE from breakfast staff speaks or understands English. They had no idea what they were serving.
It’s gets LOUD at night. Although the location is good, the area is very dodgy. You have to very careful with your belongings and your own safety!
The pics are DECEPTIVE!! Don’t let yourself get fooled by the pics!!!!

Everything about this hotel is surprising — it looks small, but you can find everything you need in it. The best part was definitely the breakfast. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, but you can ask the staff to help with your luggage. The location is great, close to the old city of Napoli and the train station

I wish I paid a little more money for a better hotel.
This place was in a sketchy area with people and chaos all around. While I appreciate it being close to the train station, I’d rather pay for a cab to somewhere better.
The room looked far better online than in person and wasn’t clean to my standards. The bathroom was the worst to me — there was a weird smell and I showered with my flip flops on because I had no interest in touching the shower floor after seeing the corners of mold. I attached pictures. There is also no sound proofing. If someone walks down the hallway, even with the tv on, you can hear it.
There is also NO ELEVATOR! (Wasn’t a problem for me, but really something that should be emphasized when booking) I think this is more like a 2-star hotel.

I strongly recommend this hotel, not only for the cool (a must in summer) rooms but for the welcoming staff as well. From the receptionist via the cleaning ladies to the marvellous woman in the kitchen, they all walk the extra mile to make you feel at home. The breakfast is tasty and well-cooked.
Also, the location is good only a few minutes from the central station, and in the vicinity of the historical center of Naples.
The room price is quite ok.
If I'm ever back in Naples, this hotel will be my choice.

Clean hotel, but very thin walls. I recommend to walk a lot, so you sleep heavily and not get woken up by other guests.
The location is superb - next to an excellent patisserie with sfogliatelle to die for, and very close to public transportation.

BEWARE!!!!
This hotel is in a very bad criminal area near the train station where are you afraid to take out your bags even.
There is NO parking and there are NO elevators at all.
The outside and the area is absolutely disgusting. They might’ve done good job inside, but just getting to those rooms obnoxious. I wonder how it even got a three star rating.
Avoid this place by all means. It’s the worst of the worst in Naples. You will be shocked

Very good and modern rooms for the price. Location is close to the Trainstation and there are also some bus and tram stops close by for going to the citycenter. The region around the station and hotel isn't the most friendly neighbourhood to walk around in but we had no problems. Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the wifi that didn't work during our stay in the hotel.

Be careful. Very friendly staff, pour breakfast, not quiet. We asked for a quiet non-smoking room and got a room next to the reception and the entrance - and people in this neighborhood visit the hotel a lot. People stand in the reception and with open door and they are having a good time there all evening. Some days until 1 in the night while smoking in the door - so not quiet and with smoke. In addition this hotel got our booking for 1 person only and demanded 25€+tax extra per night, which for our booking with taxes for 3 nights equaled almost 100€ extra and ended up being winner of both the worst and most expensive hotel on our trip. The staff was trying to be very friendly about it though and we had to pay the extra 100€ in cash as they didn't want to accept credit card on the extra.. Did someone say we got robbed.. but we had a train to catch and didn't want anything to do with this hotel in the future. So almost 100€ extra for basically nothing as we didn't really touch the included "breakfast". Besides that we discovered that the neighborhood probably isn't the best of Napoli - garbage all over the streets.
