Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. Nothing inherently wrong but won't be staying there again.

Centrally located, excellent view from room balcony. Spacious rooms with beautiful scented toiletries. Only 1 flaw was the TV had no service until we requested it and there was only 1 channel in English that after 1 movie the service was lost 🙄 😑. Continental Breakfast was good.

Hotel is located in amazing place at the heart of city. Its easy to reach everywhere by walking distance. Rooms are very clean and they have amazing views. The single room was very small. Especially considering the rate per night, it provides very low value for money. The hotel is kind of outdated. I checked in online one day before arrival, but this was totally neglected, and I got another room. Breakfast place is very noisy and has a 'cold' atmosphere. Variety in food is good. Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us. We stayed on Sept 8-10th, 2022. Our room had a king bed with clean sheets and bathroom. Lobby was spacious and service was great. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and facility. About 10 minutes walk from Naples Central Station It wasn't far, but it wasn't close either. It's on a street so it's quiet. I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast. I feel like I would get bored of the breakfast if I ate it three times, but the cappuccino was delicious. It seems like the room is not cleaned or the sheets are changed. There are some places like that, but I think it's worth the price

Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful. If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology. Room was basic, spacious and clean.

The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated.Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.

We were sent here by buses after our United Airlines flight to Newark was cancelled. The staff responded amazingly after having a Boeing 767 dropped on them they gave us a great lunch while the rooms were prepared. The place could use a little TLC but so could my home. Taking us in showed bravery and they went out of the way to make us comfortable. Rooms are clean and tidy.

The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.

We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.

In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.

Set a little out from the main town, this little gem of a hotel is a must stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They offer a shuttle bus to the metro station near by or can arrange taxis if you need them. Food was superb!

We had a fantastic stay at the ranch palace hotel, the staff were very helpful and super friendly, they made us feel welcome from the moment we got there and really did go out of their way to help us in any way they could, we cannot thank them enough for making our visit to Naples so special! The location was perfect, Just out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but at the same time not too...

We went one night for pizza and it was very good. Excellent location. It feels like home. A clean and modern environment to spend an evening in peace. The environment is familiar, kindness is at home. Great for spending an evening with the family.

What a great hotel to enjoy Naples! Front desk Anna has been extremely helpful and kind to us. We both love her so much 😘😘 she gave us the free upgrade since there were no 2 single beds available that night. The supreme room was very spacious and both the queen bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable. We had a very good rest there! Definitely recommended

It’s the best choice to stay in Naples. The environment here is more secure. The hotel is just at Margellina station, it’s very convenient for tourists. There is a best Pizza in Naples which is called 50 kalo nearby hotel. Also, the breakfast is excellent. All staffs are friendly. The room is pretty clean.

Located conveniently at the train station. Hotel Metro 900 was very clean. Staff ofcuz was amazing. Bed was good and everything was perfect! Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, which is located little outside of the hectic Napoli. It is directly in a train station, so connection to city center and other attractions like Pompeii is easy. The team is extremely helpful and offers perfect service. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of high quality food. I recommend the short walk down to the promenade and Pizzeria 50 Kalo.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Metro 900. The location is superbe. The room is lovely decorated/modern/very clean. Breakfast is all one need. The service is TOP (friendly, quick in answering questions,...) Thanks 4 making our stay so relaxing.
