Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. Nothing inherently wrong but won't be staying there again.

Centrally located, excellent view from room balcony. Spacious rooms with beautiful scented toiletries. Only 1 flaw was the TV had no service until we requested it and there was only 1 channel in English that after 1 movie the service was lost 🙄 😑. Continental Breakfast was good.

Hotel is located in amazing place at the heart of city. Its easy to reach everywhere by walking distance. Rooms are very clean and they have amazing views. The single room was very small. Especially considering the rate per night, it provides very low value for money. The hotel is kind of outdated. I checked in online one day before arrival, but this was totally neglected, and I got another room. Breakfast place is very noisy and has a 'cold' atmosphere. Variety in food is good. Personnel taking care of cleaning was very friendly.

Stayed here for three weeks for work. Very nice hotel and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Horrible location if want to walk around and see Naples. You can walk but it will take you about 2 miles to get anywhere interesting and the sidewalks are not good. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the metro or about 45 minute walk for dinner. Solid Mercure Hotel, room size okay, clean, bathroom rather small. Rooms facing the street can hear traffic noise all night long. The airport bus - Alibus has its stop 5 minutes walk away at the harbor. Don't change to the metro at the main station as the Google route planner suggests, it's unnecessary and takes longer. Just drive through to the end of the bus line.

The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.

We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. It is walkable from the central station. About 8 minutes. The area is a bit run down but the hotel feels safe and we had no problems with the neighborhood. I’d stay again.

Our room was mesmerising! The waiter who worked in the restaurant on the top floor was very friendly. The food and drinks were not high quality but certainly tasty. The TV in our room had Netflix! This certainly came in handy when it was raining in Naples. Unfortunately, the hotel was located in a somewhat "criminal" area, but close to public transport.

Stayed here with 55 of my classmates for three nights. They provided everything we needed, and the breakfast was a very welcome addition. It was clean, the staff was kind, and it came at a price us college students could afford.

A very pleasant hotel, not that it responds to its four stars, but still charming. OT has fantastic roof terrace overlooking the botanical garden and the boulevard. And very nice sugar croissants for breakfast, as well as fantastic bread and mortadella. Negatives they don't let outside visitors to the roof terrace, so one can't show it to one's friends ..

Some rooms are renewed, but even so the windows are not stopping the noise from the street. Our room was not cleaned, na laundry were not changed. No free parking available, but one paid is very close. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. The Hotel location is right in City Center but behind a huge door and once you enter the Courtyard, it is quiet and charming. The hotel is also, walking distance from multiple restaurants, shops, and bars, so you don’t have to worry about walking far. Without a doubt, the best part about this hotel is the staff! Best place to stay in Naples! Very nifty boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Tons of space for a family of four with a room that included two sets of single beds and a queen. High ceilings and lots of light. Super clean and very attentive staff. Special shout out to Camilla and Licia who took care of us. Excellent English and very helpful to book restaurants and provide directions. Amazing breakfast...

We LOVED every moment in this hotel - made our experience in Napoli extra special. Giuseppe is an angel - he answered all of our questions about the area and took wonderful care of us. The breakfast was perfection. Highly recommend.

I have to be honest, I read some reviews and I thought: 'What have we gotten ourselves into?'. After the stressful introduction to Napolitan traffic we found the hotel, which is indeed literally next to a busy road, no pavement in between, and checked in. Our room was enormous, with good air-conditioning, a big bed and enough space to relax or play games. Francesco from reception was incredibly helpful...

Visited here for the start of an interrail trip round various cities in Italy, by far the best! Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, lots of options to choose from, even had soya milk along with 2 other types of milk! Lots of fruit on offer and even fresh honeycomb! Staff were very friendly and helpful, big clean room with high ceilings, big en suite bathroom and good aircon! Only problem was the hotel...

Location wasn't great without your own transport. It was a fair way in to the centre. The front door opened straight on to a busy road. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable but not special. The bar was very Fawlty Towers. Excellent breakfast selection including SOYA MILK!!

Fantastic helpful staff - Franchesco was the best. Room was adequet just a bit anoyed by the permanent green light ( fire alarm?) above the bed other than that 4 star ?.

This hotel was a very nice hotel. It had a very nice feel to the room. Very open and spacious we love that the place offered free bottled water and drinks in the mini bar for no charge. They took care of us when we needed a cab and were very helpful

Wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. Fantastic staff who were super helpful. Don't be put off by the short bus ride into Naples.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is good. However the room was very small and all fixtures starting to look worn and old. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and pillows very lumpy.

Fabulous staff, helping store our bags, giving us a map and directions before check in time. Helping with late night munchies and printing our boarding passes. They are brilliant. Theres a fridge and a sowing kit in the room too and a lovely balcony that lights up at night. Loved it. Just a couple of minor repairs in the bathroom needed.

Nice small boutique hotel. Close to the airport, and walking distance from the port. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean, and nicely designed. I'd stay here again, if in town.

Very compact but modern-themed hotel with excellent, friendly staff. Location is perfect -- right in the heart of Naples. WiFi is spotty at times!
