Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. If you like 'classic' taste, stay here. B&B has a 60s, 70s vibe. Room facing into the inner courtyard are very quiet. Breakfast was nice and plentifully. The only thing to consider might only be the bed. If you like a soft bed, you might not enjoy the mattress.

After a long day of travel this nice hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was great, rooms were large, and they got us a taxi for 21 euros to the airport in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when connecting through Naples.

Naples is a dirty place, but this hotel is clean and tidy. It is located between important attractions and transportation hubs in Naples, and it is also convenient to go to the beach. 3 faults that I found in this hotel: the badly soundproofed rooms, the light switch of the neighboring room turns on the light of my room so it is better in the middle of the night to remove the card which activates the light, and the breakfast bad quality. Sadly I have to offer only 3 stars. Service and location are great however the rooms needed renovating 15 years ago. It's in a sad state. Making it worse is the cost for the old room. Value not quite there anymore. I hope it's renovated at some point. It has charm and potential.

The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. It was a pleasure to stay at Grand Hotel Oriente. From the time we checked in until check out we had nothing but a positive experience. Every member of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room and the entire hotel was immaculately maintained. In addition, the restaurant and roof top bar serve excellent food and drinks all while enjoying beautiful views of Naples. We loved our stay at this hotel. Our suite was beautiful and included a nice balcony that looked onto a side street. These were luxury accommodations that did not disappoint. Location of the hotel is perfect for getting around Napoli. We received excellent service from the front desk staff - especially Ruben and Flavia who gave us excellent directions and great recommendations for site and restaurants...

Great location right near via Toledo. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice and good. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The hotel was clean overall, but found dust on the floor. There were stains on some of the furnitures.

A wonderful place to stay. If you have a chance to meet Anna and Paola at the bar, they were very accommodating and helpful. Great people, great personalities and represented the hotel and Napoli well. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to go to. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy a variety of dining options. The only thing this Hotel has going for it is the location...just cannot see a 4/5 star review unless we just got a bad room.. Look this place is very expensive for what I see as a 3 star stay. We paid an average of 300.00 euros a night ( 7 nights). For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms...but you do not. Far less.. For starters the A/C was terrible. It did not work. We complained...

Very nice hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon trip and the hotel gave us a champagne. There is a parking lot downstairs which is very convenient.

We came across this hotel on 1 night stop over through Naples. Hotel staff upgraded our room to the Junior suit. The room and view is amazing! Staff was wonderful.

The room was pretty good, but the first floor is being renovated. The environment is very poor. You should be reminded before booking. There is no place to rest after checking out. So if there is another choice, I may make other plans.

We got the suite with a queen and king bed on the 5th floor. The room was nice and had a big private terrace. It’s close to the train station. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice.

Our stay at the Best Western Hotel was great. Rooms were very clean. We wanted to organize a tour, and Federica went above and beyond by arranging Enzo and Antonio as our guides. They took us on an incredible tour of the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. Both guides were very informative and helpful, making the experience truly memorable. It is walkable from the central station. About 8 minutes. The area is a bit run down but the hotel feels safe and we had no problems with the neighborhood. I’d stay again.

Clean, tidy & comfortable renovation is model and new. location is close to Naples train station, just 7 mins walking distance. Please be reminded to choose main road going to hotel at night, seems not safe to walk in small streets.

Similar to the 7 Days Inn chain in China, the rooms had large windows and small balconies and were quite clean. As everyone has mentioned, the showers were quite small. The location is excellent, with the subway right downstairs, making it very convenient to everything in Naples. The pizza restaurant across the street is terrible and overpriced, so avoid it. I used it for business purposes, and the location is good and the breakfast is great. I plan to visit again, and business travelers also like it. It's a good place I want to use again.

When transiting in Naples, it is an ordinary business hotel, but safe and cheap

Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a great spot on top of the bldg and although small had everything you would want from a hotel breakfast, very high quality items. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in town

About 10 minutes walk from Naples Central Station It wasn't far, but it wasn't close either. It's on a street so it's quiet. I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast. I feel like I would get bored of the breakfast if I ate it three times, but the cappuccino was delicious. It seems like the room is not cleaned or the sheets are changed. There are some places like that, but I think it's worth the price

Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The room and washroom were clean and very spacious with a nice seating area. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and very good, lots of options....

Good location, it’s about 600m from the Garibaldi station.Kind and Friendly staffs, nice recommendations for the sightseeing area. The historical buildings are around the hotel, you can enjoy visit them on foot.
