Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo
Great hotel! Great service. Filled with great looking staff!
First class hotel. Impeccable service. Outstanding location by the Bay of Naples. We had a sea view balcony room which was beautiful.
It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel.
They have good service and are friendly and speak English.
The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food.
There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night.
One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. Everything is amazing. From the great location, to the amazing service and delicious food (one of the best breakfasts ever). You feel part of the family when staying here.
This time we came to watch the last match of the season (Forza Napoli Sempre) and it was a very busy weekend in Napoli...
The room faces the Egg Castle, very good

A wonderful and stunning hotel. Very tastefully designed, beautiful facilities and overall great service. A big surprise was the insanely good gym (very impressive equipment - best hotel gym I have ever seen by far) and the spa which was a mindblowing experience. Super impressed!
We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and were there for 2 nights last week. The hotel is sleek and modern with a very classy design. The room had a very cool design with a glass enclosed shower and bathroom. We had a huge window overlooking the port and Bay of Naples. The pool area on the 10th floor is amazing with an infinity edge overlooking the bay plus loungers, sun umbrellas and a bar with...
The hotel offers a beautiful and comfortable environment, a rich and delicious breakfast, and warm, thoughtful service.
We discovered we had left our backpack in a taxi upon arrival. The hotel staff took it very seriously and immediately helped us find it. We are incredibly grateful for this! Thank you!!!
We had a fantastic stay at the Romeo, for one night, on our way from Napoli to Praiano (via Positano). It was booked on Hilton HHonors points, and I'm more than happy with the value for bed-and-breakfast.
It's a great location if getting a ferry - only about a 5 minute walk. It's also a good location for exploring Napoli.
The rooms are very modern - some reviews make that a negative, but we thought...
Had an incredible stay at the Romeo Hotel in Naples. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable with beautiful bathrooms and thoughtful touches throughout. The location is a bit urban, but fantastic for walking to the port for your cruise ship or ferry.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂
Brand new hotel!!! Nice neighborhood!
Nice hotel. Like the saunna very much. Close to metra station so easy to reach city center
Nice hotel, authentic pizza downstairs
Very comfortable hotel, the spa is also very comfortable
Hotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit.
However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

We had a really lovely stay — the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and all the facilities are excellent. The room was top-notch: clean, comfortable, and very well designed. The overall service and atmosphere were truly at the level of a high-end establishment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Grand Parkers. Breakfast on the terrace looking across the bay with Vesuvius dominating the skyline was such a great way to start each day! The hotel itself is a beautiful building (a wonderful blend of old world charm and modern elements), staff are really friendly and food was delicious - breakfast was enough to set you up for a full day exploring Napoli and...
What a phenomenal stay!
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so we splurged and got honeymoon suite. .. .what a great room!

What a wonderful stay we had here. Beautiful room, amazing view of mount Vesuvius, Sorrento, Capri and the bay of Naples.

Lovely hotel, well located. Amazing view ofrom the roof terrace. Way over priced for what is offered. Lovely and helpful staff, but no one at the curb to help with luggage, a concierge that starts their service at 11:00, very poor food quality and offering at their standard restaurant. Executive room with sea view booked, but a large room with wasted space offered instead of the sea view. No effort...

Just becareful of the texi drivers infront of hotel. They are very aggressive and and will charge you so much. These behaviors just ruins Italy’s reputation so much. But experience in hotel was fabulous

Our stay at the De Bonart Napoli also referred to as the Britanique was nothing short of extraordinary. This hotel is outstanding! After a very long trip in Europe, having stayed in some nice and not so nice places, this hotel was a PERFECT final resting place before our flight out of Naples. This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. The updated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop restaurant and bar are first class with unique menu selections that please the palate. The service is outstanding with attentive waiters and bartenders. The chef even comes out to speak with the guests. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

If you like 'classic' taste, stay here. B&B has a 60s, 70s vibe. Room facing into the inner courtyard are very quiet. Breakfast was nice and plentifully. The only thing to consider might only be the bed. If you like a soft bed, you might not enjoy the mattress.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.
The service was great and responsible.
The food, however, despite its variety, is low quality.
The curtain does not work well.
Superb view and location , close to shopping, right in front of the ocean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was awesome!
It was a pleasant surprise to stay in a room that was one the original ‘museum rooms’. The furniture and the flooring were well preserved in the style of 1952- which we loved .
Spacious the authentic art deco feel for us who grew up in the 70s/80s. We had a sea view from the side of the hotel.
Breakfast was excellent in terms of choices of food and had a beautiful view ,on looking Capri and the bay...
The location is excellent. The car parking spacious and the service satisfactory but fees 40€ per day were high. Food moderate to be improved. Staff helpful.

Good location, just near the central station and easy get on the airport bus. The room is big but no view. The staff is helpful.
Nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms and great facilities. Love the location is directly across from Napoli Centrale and quite central to places to eat.
We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay and found location really convenient.
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Location was very good. Ver close to Napoli Centrale train station. Plenty of restaurants near hotel. We had two single beds joined together. One of the mattress was not so comfortable probably because of wear and tear, otherwise our stay would be more enjoyable. Where do I start? Location: it's kind of in a business center, so on weekends it's dark and empty. There's really nothing to do around there. Rooms: big disappointment, our room was not cleaned properly, the floor was dirty. The toilet didn't flush right and the waste baskets...
The hotel is located in the Centro Direzionale district. There is a metro stop just 300m from the hotel. In some maps this station looks still under construction but it has been open some time ago and it works perfectly. From here with the metro you can reach the center of Naples in about 10 minutes.

Stayed for one night between our Naples to Amalfi transfer and worked well. Very nice hotel on the inside. It is connected to the metro station(but we never used it, just took a taxi to where we needed to go) and a short 8min ride to the Naples Central train station. Rooms are large, modern, and quiet. Worked well for what we needed, but if you want to be more close to the city center this isn’t it
Walking distance to subway .. the room is clean and quiet
Good location and friendly reception. But the ventilation of the toilet is not well facilitated.

I did not enjoy the walk from station to hotel - rough crowd and filthy streets. The concierge could not tell me where to get a wine or meal from! The entire building is tired. No value for money here
The hotel is quoted dated, the furnishings are from the 80s. Having that said, the cleanliness is up to standard. The Wi-fi was working well and the condiments were generous. The breakfast was average but there was a good selection of sweet pastry. The bread was also good.
Excellent location 5 min walk from main station, hotel was quiet, clan and spacious, added bonus was breakfast which was really good, staff friendly
Dangerous location. Poor service from staff. Clean and spacious areas.
Was ok just because is near to the train station and good connection with the transport to the airport..normal 4star hotel
A large, clean room which must have been lovely in its day but for a 4 star hotel the room was in very poor decorative state. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.
I liked there but the building was too old for my taste… so just so so

3 faults that I found in this hotel: the badly soundproofed rooms, the light switch of the neighboring room turns on the light of my room so it is better in the middle of the night to remove the card which activates the light, and the breakfast bad quality.

Naples is only two and a half hours from Rome by car! I stayed for one night and booked a triple room with breakfast for 4,000 yuan. Maybe because the wall bricks are too thick, there is no WiFi in the room...

Recently stayed here for the night. Decent hotel with decent beds. Good breakfast.
Pros
• Really good customer service from everyone but I want to point out Sapna, whos customer service was just exceptional. She had such great energy which made our stay
• Located next to a metro station and bus stops - found it very easy to get about from this hotel
Cons
• Check out is 10am. It didnt affect me as...
My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days while on holiday. A close walking distance from the metro station makes other areas of Naples accessible (though the area might be a bit shady). The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than expected but it was clean and has a spacious bathroom. Plus you can leave the room key at the reception so you don’t lose it while...
We recently stayed at Hotel Vergilius Billia for three nights as a family of four, and we had a very positive experience. The hotel is excellent, especially for families, as the rooms are large and comfortably fit four beds. We appreciated the air conditioning, and the rooms were consistently neat and clean throughout our stay.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and informative, always ready to assist...
Convenient location. But I only found out afterwards that it’s a dangerous neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Really helped us all the way. Some questionable policies - no free luggage storage available and no bringing outside food into the rooms
The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. The meat was grilled pork large piece, fries, big arugula salad. Water is included, as well as limoncello liquor and coffee, all for 18 euro this October 7, 2024.
I stay at this hotel for the second time, close to the station, friendly staff, I recommend

Nice room and convenient location. Restaurant service needs some improvements.
It was a pleasure to stay at Grand Hotel Oriente. From the time we checked in until check out we had nothing but a positive experience. Every member of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room and the entire hotel was immaculately maintained. In addition, the restaurant and roof top bar serve excellent food and drinks all while enjoying beautiful views of Naples. Would definitely recommend...
We loved our stay at this hotel. Our suite was beautiful and included a nice balcony that looked onto a side street. These were luxury accommodations that did not disappoint. Location of the hotel is perfect for getting around Napoli. We received excellent service from the front desk staff - especially Ruben and Flavia who gave us excellent directions and great recommendations for site and restaurants...
Great location right near via Toledo. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice and good.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good.
The hotel was clean overall, but found dust on the floor. There were stains on some of the furnitures.
A wonderful place to stay. If you have a chance to meet Anna and Paola at the bar, they were very accommodating and helpful. Great people, great personalities and represented the hotel and Napoli well. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to go to. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and friendly.
I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was an overall delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy a variety of dining options. The hotel itself has a wonderful historic charm, with beautiful architecture and decor that transports you back in time.
The staff were exceptionally friendly...

The only thing this Hotel has going for it is the location...just cannot see a 4/5 star review unless we just got a bad room..
Look this place is very expensive for what I see as a 3 star stay. We paid an average of 300.00 euros a night ( 7 nights).
For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms...but you do not. Far less..
For starters the A/C was terrible. It did not work. We complained...
Very nice hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon trip and the hotel gave us a champagne. There is a parking lot downstairs which is very convenient.
Love the location. area is ideal for restaurants, cafes and shopping near the waterfront for a lovely stroll
We came across this hotel on 1 night stop over through Naples. Hotel staff upgraded our room to the Junior suit. The room and view is amazing! Staff was wonderful.
Great customer service, excellent neighborhood, enormous and nice rooms.
The stuff was amazing. Welcoming, helpful, caring. Best of the best

Stayed 2 nights, working staff not friendly except the female receptionist.
The room was pretty good, but the first floor is being renovated. The environment is very poor. You should be reminded before booking. There is no place to rest after checking out. So if there is another choice, I may make other plans.
We got the suite with a queen and king bed on the 5th floor. The room was nice and had a big private terrace. It’s close to the train station. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice.
Our stay at the Best Western Hotel was great. Rooms were very clean. We wanted to organize a tour, and Federica went above and beyond by arranging Enzo and Antonio as our guides. They took us on an incredible tour of the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. Both guides were very informative and helpful, making the experience truly memorable. Federica’s service was absolutely exceptional—she made everything seamless...
It is walkable from the central station. About 8 minutes. The area is a bit run down but the hotel feels safe and we had no problems with the neighborhood. I’d stay again.
Clean, tidy & comfortable
renovation is model and new.
location is close to Naples train station, just 7 mins walking distance.
Please be reminded to choose main road going to hotel at night, seems not safe to walk in small streets.

Similar to the 7 Days Inn chain in China, the rooms had large windows and small balconies and were quite clean. As everyone has mentioned, the showers were quite small.
The location is excellent, with the subway right downstairs, making it very convenient to everything in Naples.
The pizza restaurant across the street is terrible and overpriced, so avoid it.
The hotel service was extremely poor. We...
I used it for business purposes, and the location is good and the breakfast is great. I plan to visit again, and business travelers also like it. It's a good place I want to use again.
The room is very small, very small, and the bathroom is also very small, with the shower above the toilet. But the front desk service is good, the location is good, very close to the pier and convenient transportation
When transiting in Naples, it is an ordinary business hotel, but safe and cheap
Facilities: The room wasn't very large, but the balcony had a nice, typical Neapolitan-style view.
Cleanliness: The bathroom was average, but the room was generally okay.
Environment: Located near the pier, it's very convenient for transportation.
Service: The front desk agent was very friendly and even helped us book a taxi for our 5:00 AM trip to the airport.
Bar was closed, so we didn’t receive our welcome drink. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are super kind and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, rooftop garden is a very nice place to have a beer and relax, breakfast was great. All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and made our stay in Naples bearable (the city is not what we expected, very little tourist infrastructure and very hard to get around),
Nice, clean hotel. Located very close to main street. Very good breakfast. Good quality beds. Price very reasonable, high quality-cost ratio
Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a great spot on top of the bldg and although small had everything you would want from a hotel breakfast, very high quality items. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in town
About 10 minutes walk from Naples Central Station
It wasn't far, but it wasn't close either.
It's on a street so it's quiet.
I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast.
I feel like I would get bored of the breakfast if I ate it three times, but the cappuccino was delicious.
It seems like the room is not cleaned or the sheets are changed. There are some places like that, but I think it's worth the price
Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic
streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by.
The room and washroom were clean and very spacious with a nice seating area. Bed was comfortable.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was included and very good, lots of options....
Good location, it’s about 600m from the Garibaldi station.Kind and Friendly staffs, nice recommendations for the sightseeing area. The historical buildings are around the hotel, you can enjoy visit them on foot.
