The interior design is not my style, but it is very personal. The rooms are very good, the location perfect for walking around the city, and the service perfect. The highlight is the restaurant. Although I have not had the chance to have dinner there, the breakfast and the view are superb.

Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!

Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples.

Really enjoyed our short stay here, staff was very welcoming and overall the hotel was beautiful —our room had two balcony views. Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. The single room was very small. Especially considering the rate per night, it provides very low value for money. The hotel is kind of outdated. I checked in online one day before arrival, but this was totally neglected, and I got another room. Breakfast place is very noisy and has a 'cold' atmosphere. Variety in food is good. Stayed here for three weeks for work. Very nice hotel and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Horrible location if want to walk around and see Naples. You can walk but it will take you about 2 miles to get anywhere interesting and the sidewalks are not good. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the metro or about 45 minute walk for dinner. The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges. It is a very big hotel. We stayed for 1 night before returning to the UK. Really tidy rooms, cozy as well! Lots of room! Our room was adjusted for wheelchair users so if you need those adjustments - you should be well taken care of. The entrance to the meal hall also had a ramp with a seemingly good incline but as I am not fit to give the assumption that it's proper for a wheelchair user, I will stop there. The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples. The hotel staff was very accommodating and facilitated our travel on multiple occasions. We had the panoramic view and it was gorgeous.

An excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, shower is powerful, towels are excellent quality and there is a minibar equipped with beer, soft drinks and snacks. Rooms are cleaned and towels and toilet rolls replaced every day (you can display ‘Do not disturb’ if you prefer) and the hotel is perfectly situated for all the local attractions.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Exe Majestic. A Fabulous location to explore Naples, with lots of nearby shops, cafe's and restaurants. The staff were lovely, and the room was exactly what we needed with wonderful turn down service every day. We didn't opt for the breakfast but looked in one day and would say it's not worth the price, would recommend the lovely cafe next door called Ferrarelle.

For a Covid work trip, this hotel did a decent job providing a safe environment. My only complaints: the bizarre arrangement of electrical sockets in the room, with inadequate reading light for the bed, and the bathroom hosted some bad smell from the sink drain, periodically. The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.

We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. But then again, if you look outside of the breakfast room, all is forgotten.

The hotel room was very nice. No parking at the hotel even having the space for it, you need to park outside and its like 25 per day. The small restaurant inside is not worth it but breakfast is pretty fine. Location is very nice but next time I will stay more in the old town center.

Was good for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and room was clean. However I expected better from a Sofitel hotel. The Courtyard area and restaurant is very pleasant, however the ‘deluxe’ room was distinctly average for what we paid and didn’t represent the photo of the deluxe on their website.

It is walkable from the central station. About 8 minutes. The area is a bit run down but the hotel feels safe and we had no problems with the neighborhood. I’d stay again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are super kind and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, rooftop garden is a very nice place to have a beer and relax, breakfast was great. All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and made our stay in Naples bearable (the city is not what we expected, very little tourist infrastructure and very hard to get around),

Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a great spot on top of the bldg and although small had everything you would want from a hotel breakfast, very high quality items. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in town

Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The room and washroom were clean and very spacious with a nice seating area. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and very good, lots of options....

Our room was mesmerising! The waiter who worked in the restaurant on the top floor was very friendly. The food and drinks were not high quality but certainly tasty. The TV in our room had Netflix! This certainly came in handy when it was raining in Naples. Unfortunately, the hotel was located in a somewhat "criminal" area, but close to public transport.

Looked much better on the pictures than in reality, sauna is not going higher than 60C, mosquitoes everywhere, but good sleep and clean room. ... staff not the best but I guess they tried their best.

Everything is perfect. Just what I expected. Friendly and helpful staff, ready to satisfy your needs and give advice on places to visit in beautiful Naples. Very clean room and hotel, and above all, a very kind lady who takes care of breakfasts. Hearty and good breakfast. I recommend room 106 to everyone, wonderful for a rest. After a long day of travel this nice hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was great, rooms were large, and they got us a taxi for 21 euros to the airport in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when connecting through Naples.

Strategically located at the train station. If you can avoid this area, do it! It is extremely dirty, and the surroundings are the opposite of great. The hotel is mediocre. We had a great stay. The superior room was very comfortable, the bathroom is huge, plenty of space to manage suitcases and there’s also a kettle which is nice to have. A large, clean room which must have been lovely in its day but for a 4 star hotel the room was in very poor decorative state. The wallpaper was coming off the walls everywhere and there were brown stains everywhere. This is more like 2 star standards. Valentina, the concierge, made our stay so wonderful and easy. She has such a kind and gracious energy. She smiled and gave us recommendations on what to do, helped us coordinate our taxis and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend staying here to have a great time in Naples! The only improvements we’d suggest are better pillows.

Great location by the main station. Restaurant is great. Bathroom was falling apart! Wall tiles were 'live', taps had no chrome left. Shame really as everything else is good.

This hotel's proximity to the central station makes it an excellent choice for business trips, offering easy access to all areas of the city. While the rooms are clean, they could benefit from renovation (as shown in the photos). Great hotel a 6 minute walk to the airport .straight out the back door into the airport .the hotel was clean, bright , with shampoo ,soap .body cream shower hat, and a shaving kit .

Its not a 4star hotel for this price. Problem with shower head and water draining. It seems no one looks after those problems. You pay for location wich is very good if you have early flight.

This hotel looks to be in a rough area,but behind the doors is a great hotel with very good rooms. It also has great value food if you book it with the room. Great location for the airport. A great night in a great wee hotel.

The Hotel is located near the Airport, about 5min walk! Clean but small rooms, which is okay! But there is a dog punt just on the hotel property an the dog tents do bark all the night long!

Very convenient as the hotel is nearly inside the airport with possibility to access from rent car parking. Quite cheap but good hotel and clean.

Great value for money! Good clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good restaurant and the staff are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. The only down side is the proximity to town centre. But again the staff were quick to get taxis on demand. Super friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Sadly never got to experience the roof top garden - it was February and cold.

Stayed here with 55 of my classmates for three nights. They provided everything we needed, and the breakfast was a very welcome addition. It was clean, the staff was kind, and it came at a price us college students could afford.

Rooms ok , you can go on the roof top to chill and drink. You can even call them and deliver food and drink to you up there. Good restaurant right across the street

A very pleasant hotel, not that it responds to its four stars, but still charming. OT has fantastic roof terrace overlooking the botanical garden and the boulevard. And very nice sugar croissants for breakfast, as well as fantastic bread and mortadella. Negatives they don't let outside visitors to the roof terrace, so one can't show it to one's friends ..

Some rooms are renewed, but even so the windows are not stopping the noise from the street. Our room was not cleaned, na laundry were not changed. No free parking available, but one paid is very close. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. The Hotel location is right in City Center but behind a huge door and once you enter the Courtyard, it is quiet and charming. The room was comfortable and the rooftop terrace was wonderful. The Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was good.

Best place to stay in Naples! Very nifty boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Tons of space for a family of four with a room that included two sets of single beds and a queen. High ceilings and lots of light. Super clean and very attentive staff. Special shout out to Camilla and Licia who took care of us. Excellent English and very helpful to book restaurants and provide directions. Amazing breakfast...
