The interior design is not my style, but it is very personal. The rooms are very good, the location perfect for walking around the city, and the service perfect. The highlight is the restaurant. Although I have not had the chance to have dinner there, the breakfast and the view are superb.
Excellent hospitality, rooms, and amenities. Very modern. Great location too - near the city center and the port (from where you can leave for Capri and Amalfi). Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend.
Wonderful staff that went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel safe, special, and welcomed. Everyone from the front desk, housekeepers and especially the guys serving in the downstairs hotel bar were wonderful. Would recommend if you needed to stay in Naples. Also, very high tech with blinds that close via an IPAD, US plugs, and USB ports.
This hotel is amazing and would have been worth every penny IF the place hadn’t been under construction. The rooftop pool and restaurant were closed for renovations, plus there was a giant crane in front of my window. The breakfast food was amazing (and included) and the sauna/spa was as well (and well worth it!). There was no usable pool, just the spa (which closed kinda early for my extended usage...
The service here is absolutely incredible. The rooms are just ok. They have automated shades and blinds and a panel for the lights but nothing really worked. Couldn’t figure out how to turn off a lamp so I unplugged it. Wine list at the restaurant is extensive but massively overpriced. Very very kind staff though. Breakfast was great.
Only a one night stay but cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at this hotel. We were traveling with 3 kids and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was one of the best ever. Didn't love the decor, but it was trumped by the staff and attention to detail. Highly recco!

We didn’t spend the night at the hotel; we immediately went up to the 6th floor to the Veritas restaurant. In any case, the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, the classic style may be a little old, but that's part of its charm. Instead, Veritas is excellent as a location (breathtaking views of the city and sea), as a service (helpful, smiling and attentive staff) and as a food (two menus with...
Choosing this building as our wedding venue met all expectations. Although the welcome was unconventional - due to covid restrictions - we received the warmth and welcome we equally deserved. Teresa Imperato and all the staff at our disposal were distinguished by their professionalism and courtesy. If you are looking for elegance and sophistication in your event, Parker's Grand Hotel is undoubtedly...
Excellent stay. One of the most beautiful place in Naples to enjoy a magnificent view. Close to everything you need nearby. Breakfast on the terrace and dinner at George’s Restaurant have been amazing! The room are very comfortable and the staff is really welcoming and ready to fulfill all your need. 5 stars well deserved!
Simply the most Amazing hotel i have ever seen
After tying to decide between here and Romeo hotel we glad we went with our 2nd choice Nothing is too much for the staff , the views are amazing , breakfast on the balcony was a joy
Fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Parker's. The reception staff could not have been more helpful catering to any request we had, from ordering taxis to train tickets, recommending restaurants and making reservations, Grand Hotel is 5-star all day long. The tasting menu from the Michelin Star restaurant with panoramic views across Naples and to Mount Vesuvius was simply the icing on the cake. Thank you...

I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!
Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.
The hotel is really impressive. The view from a rooftop bar is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax far away from the busy streets but still close to the city center I would recommend you this hotel. Location is great!
Not a guest -came for a drink. Beautiful 10th floor rooftop bar. Nice selection of cocktails and bottled beer. Serve complimentary snacks. Impeccable service. Would definitely return and perhaps even stay as a guest next time.
Fantastic hotel. We had a beautiful view of the Castello d'Ovo and the bay. The sheets, towels, bathrobes are all first rate. Room was spacious and a nice balcony. Service is the best. They really go out of their way to make the guests feel well cared for. Close enough to the busy old town but also far enough away. Santa Lucia neighborhood is really nice.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Having stayed in 100's of hotels across almost 50 countries, this is by far my favorite. First, the awesome view and location; a close second, the amazing, friendly staff; and third, the history and elegance. Wish I could give it 6 stars!

- Very comfortable bed, modern furnishing - Decently sized room - Spectecular SPA and wellness area - Very friendly staff - Located closely to train and metro stations and not too far away from the stadium - Excellent breakfast (but a little expensive) - Fast internet and sufficient number of international TV channels
Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples.
Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s... they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.
The room was OK, the steak and vegetables in the restaurant was terrible.
My partner and I stayed at Serius Hotel from the 17th to the 24th of August 2017. Ohoo boy!!! what an amazing time we had. We still reminiscing about our lovely summer break in Naples. Very nice hotel with rooftop restaurant with panoramic view of Naples. We had breakfast there included in our stay. Contemporary design a little out of the way from city center.
Beautiful rooms and hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The concierge Caterina Cucuzza was excellent and very helpful with a friendly smiling eyes (she was wearing a mask so couldn’t see her actual smile!) The view from the room and the top terrace is the best in the area.
Really enjoyed our short stay here, staff was very welcoming and overall the hotel was beautiful —our room had two balcony views. We had an early morning flight to catch out of Naples and they scheduled a taxi to pick us up at 3am and had prepared breakfast boxes for us to take when we checked out. Highly recommend.
Welcoming staff, makes you feel like you're visiting family. Went out of their way to give us an extraordinary experience. Clean and modern rooms, nice rooftop with magnificent views of Napoli. Solid food and service at The hotel restaurant.

Stayed there for 6 nights. Overall it is not a bad hotel, clean and with very friendly staff. Although two issues are affecting my rank: Balcony. We switched our room to room with "balcony" (for additional EUR 25 per night) What we got had nothing to do with a "balcony" - see the photo. Happy Hour. The hotel offers "Happy hour" deal for EUR 9 in the hotel bar. But it is not a happy hour you usually...
The hotel room was very nice. No parking at the hotel even having the space for it, you need to park outside and its like 25 per day. The small restaurant inside is not worth it but breakfast is pretty fine. Location is very nice but next time I will stay more in the old town center.
The staff is really nice, you can leave your luggage in the reception and go run errands after you checked out. I extended one more night and I payed the same rate as the previous night. The location is good and I had a front view to the port. The room was very clean and bright. Breakfast was good and various. I was very happy
The hotel is located on the port which is super safe and a meter away from the ferries to go to the different island around. Also only 15-20 minutes away from the old town, the center and other cool areas! The crew is very very nice and professional! Victoria in the breakfast was wonderful and Alessandra in he reception was also great. They even let us check in a bit before time. The hotel is clean...

We had a wonderful few days here. Hotel is stylish and comfortable, though slightly dated. Staff were 100% helpful and helped us have a smooth visit. Pool is very nice, though a little small by modern standards. It’s free to use but you have to reserve a time in person on the day or for the next day. If you’re going out you can also call them to book. The location is extremely beautiful for an evening...
Excellent Hotel on the waterfront with views of Ovo Castle, Capri Island and Mount Vesuvius. Large Air Conditioned rooms with comfy bed, powerful hot shower and spacious. The Breakfast was amazing with everything you could think of to eat and fabulous staff. I totally recommend this place when visiting Naples.
Our room was mostly clean and neat accept of the balcony which had some cigaret buds and the shower had a little bit of mold. BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! Meh! If you choose this hotel because it has a pool, you will most likely be sorely disappointed, especially if you have a family. Nicely designed pool but really quite small so very limited space. Lovely 4 night stay, perfect location. McFit gym was a pleasant surprise. Rooftop pool and restaurant were a great way to both prepare for and wind down for the day. Will come back if I find myself in Naples again. Highly recommend the vegan restaurant Green Mama on the same block as the hotel.
This review does not reflect the staff of this hotel, who consistently provide exceptional customer service. My issue lies with the hotel’s operations. If your work brings you to Naples, this is not an ideal place for a long-term stay. The rooms do not meet five-star standards. The bathroom was so small that I had to step into the tiny hallway to dry off, as I kept bumping my arms on things inside...
Excellent location.. especially if you want to access the Ferry Terminal. It is a 6 min walk while dodging traffic. Beautiful Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. Vista views of the city. Service is very good overall. Morning Breakfast has a nice variety of foods to choose from. The Bathrooms are spacious, however the Shower Glass needs to be replaced with a larger glass. It is too small for a rain head shower...
The rooms were very nice, the service was top notch and that rooftop hot tub was the best way to end a long day of travel. It is located between two metro train entrances so you can go downhill with luggage when arriving and departing. Super easy access to the rest of the city and some good restaurants nearby. The view from the roof was beautiful!
Used our Marriott points to stay 6 nights in mid-April and had a great time. The best service/staff we’ve ever experienced, in all aspects: doormen, bellmen, front desk, restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop breakfast, rooms. Very friendly and efficient. This was our 2nd time at this hotel and it was as friendly as the first time! We enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern room. The staff at reception really helped us out when we arrived, and they were so friendly. The restaurant on site is super handy, the pizza is great.
The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges. It is a very big hotel. We stayed for 1 night before returning to the UK. There is parking available, you can reserve for €17 per 24 hours. The food in the bistro is excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend the prawns, steak and pistachio pudding. The breakfast at 10 Euros person per day was very good. Staff was friendly. Great view from room. Nothing nearby is open Sunday evening; we had wonderful spaghetti at the hotel bar. The only negative is the outrageous volume of trash in the plaza in front of the hotel.
The location is good even though some of the surrounding buildings are being torn down and rebuilt. The shopping in the square beside the hotel was great. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Lots of locals. Great experience
Just a review of the bar here in the hotel; Ciro and Roberta are both awesome and Ciro made one of the best French 75s I can remember having! He's always up for making pretty much any drink though! Highly recommended.

Love the hotel! Beautiful rooms, decorations and service. The staff is amazing and the art in the hotel is beautiful. Highly suggest this wonderful hotel. It is super quiet and it’s in a great location.
After spending 8 nights in a very mediocre hotel in another Italian city, this hotel was a delightfully positive contrast. Fresh and modern, good size room and bathroom, great location and breakfast. Wouldn't want anything more. Added bonus for me is a proper armchair for relaxing and planning the day, not just the bed.
Great location to access the town as well as the ferry port. Staff were amazing, loved the rooftop terrace for sunset drinks.
Perfect hotel, near everything, staff is top-notch and will help you with anything you need. The room was perfect, modernized and very spacious for our stay. We will def it let be back.

Loved this hotel, it had modern amenities and a breath taking view from the terrace and front desk entrance. The breakfast was tasty, ans the front desk was very helpful with arranging a taxi when needed. Had a great stay at Hotel Paradiso. When we arrived and first entered the room the view off the balcony captured us immediately, little did we know that balcony had a further treat for us once the sun set and Naples lit up! First of all the hotel is up a very big hill so you can either pay around €10 euro for a cab up the hill (20 - 30 minute walk) or there is a train station round the corner that goes up and down the hill but only runs during certain hours and the ticket machine doesn't usually work so just get on without. The hotel is located directly across from a major hub for the city, which made traveling by public transportation simple and convenient. Good location, nice rooms-right next to the metro and main train station. Plenty of food outlets close by that are open late. Couple of the streets just behind seemed a bit dodgy; best to be cautious. Street facing so could get noisy at night if you chose to leave the windows open.

There is a pool which is nice, although it is small and closes every day at 5pm. Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in. Excellent hotel and great staff who are really accommodating. The room is clean everyday by housekeeping. The only thing that was annoying was that I had no internet in my room or the whole floor for that matter which has been broken for 5 nights which was my entire stay. Nice hotel, refreshed and renovated. Good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. It was not fault of the hotel but water was sometime missing and sometime brown (not their fault), wifi field absolutely unacceptable (their fault) and internet absolutely unacceptable (fault of the provider, TIM). This hotel looks to be in a rough area, but behind the doors is a great hotel with very good rooms. It also has great value food if you book it with the room. Great location for the airport. A great night in a great wee hotel.
The Hotel is located near the Airport, about 5min walk! Clean but small rooms, which is okay! But there is a dog punt just on the hotel property an the dog tents do bark all the night long!
Very good room service pizzas 👍
Very convenient as the hotel is nearly inside the airport with possibility to access from rent car parking. Quite cheap but good hotel and clean.
Decent accommodations close to the Capodichino Airport in Naples Italy
Convenient location to the airport, but not much else to see or do. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The pool area is nice, and the the hotel seems safe and secure.

For a Covid work trip, this hotel did a decent job providing a safe environment. My only complaints: the bizarre arrangement of electrical sockets in the room, with inadequate reading light for the bed, and the bathroom hosted some bad smell from the sink drain, periodically. Also, make sure you don't require laundry service. The neighborhood has none and the local delivery laundry charges by the item...
Staff is super friendly and great. Rooms are outdated.
Great location. Beautiful hotel. No tea or coffee in the rooms which was a bit disappointing but very glad we stayed there
Very nice hotel. Good Price, good location. Only minus is very small elevators, bad for disabled access.
An old fashion hotel but everything's work here. Good location near to the centre and to the sea. Would appreciate it more when they provide their guests with water cooker, instant coffee, tea and complimentary water ... And I don't think that I'm asking too much since it's a 4 stars hotel
Very old unreserved hotel. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, not even close, rooms feel "cheap". The price is fair and the location is good though

Perfect place
Great value for money! Good clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good restaurant and the staff are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. The only down side is the proximity to town centre. But again the staff were quick to get taxis on demand. Super friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Sadly never got to experience the roof top garden - it was February and cold.
Perfect Service by Guiseppe and delicious food by Fabio 🍲👌 The rooms to the street are quite noisy but that's just Napoli. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time, hope to see you again ☀️👋
Stayed here with 55 of my classmates for three nights. They provided everything we needed, and the breakfast was a very welcome addition. It was clean, the staff was kind, and it came at a price us college students could afford.
Rooms ok , you can go on the roof top to chill and drink. You can even call them and deliver food and drink to you up there. Good restaurant right across the street
A very pleasant hotel, not that it responds to its four stars, but still charming. OT has fantastic roof terrace overlooking the botanical garden and the boulevard. And very nice sugar croissants for breakfast, as well as fantastic bread and mortadella. Negatives they don't let outside visitors to the roof terrace, so one can't show it to one's friends ..

Great beds, great pillows. One of the cleanest rooms I've been in. Very busy hotel. Oasis in a grotty area. Loved our room 322 (twin double beds with balcony) Loved being able to take our own wine onto the fabulous roof 'lounge'. View was amazing. Staff friendly (when you could find them) Restaurant (photo of the 'soup') & breakfast so-so We walked up the hill to what we thought was an independent...
We stayed in the tower b&b behind this hotel. The views of Naples from this place are excellent.
Enjoyed spacious, cool room. Food was delicious. Views from the roof terrace amazing. Would have given 5 stars except it felt like it was only just open for business. Seats outside were dirty. No sun shades were open. Seemed to have a shortage of ice. Local area was a little intimidating. Would recommend though.
The hotel itself is okay, perhaps 3 star will be more aligned with the amenities and overall quality. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and tidy. On the negative side, breakfast is quite simple, and the service could be friendlier. But the worst aspect is the location, too far away from the city centre.
We stayed here prior to flying from Naples Airport. Immaculately clean if a little dated. Staff were excellent and we enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant

We had lovely service from both the from desk staff and the wait staff. The front desk called us a taxi whenever we needed; our breakfast was delicious every morning and the seating area was so quaint and lovely. We were here March 2020 before covid forced everyone home. We thank you for being so accommodating even in a time of crisis. Hope you are all doing well - love from Canada
Very nice boutique hotel on the main promenade. Really nicely decorated with a movie theme. Room very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly, polite and helpful. We were made very welcome. Very near lots of bars and restaurants. We decided to stay here rather than the city centre and a good choice. Good bus service into city if needed. We walked it in 40 minutes.
Not a bad hotel, but it is not in the same level of others 4 stars boutique hotel in Italy. It is a decent 3 star small hotel. We paid US$ 700 for 4 nights in a room looking a Internal square here, for US$ 740 we could stay at the Excelsior that is a lot nicer and better located.
Beautiful place. Great location.
Amazing hotel with great staff in a superb location.
Very nice hotel, clean and well located on a pedestrian promenade. This was our second stay at Partenope Relais. We like the lovely convenient location with a castle, a picturesque marina facing Mt. Vesuvius just a 5 minute walk down the promenade and restaurants nearby including Hache which has wonderful pizza. The breakfast room is lovely with an exceptional assortment of breakfast items including...

Old style, nice people, good breakfast
I have to be honest, I read some reviews and I thought: 'What have we gotten ourselves into?'. After the stressful introduction to Napolitan traffic we found the hotel, which is indeed literally next to a busy road, no pavement in between, and checked in. Our room was enormous, with good air-conditioning, a big bed and enough space to relax or play games. Francesco from reception was incredibly helpful...
Visited here for the start of an interrail trip round various cities in Italy, by far the best! Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, lots of options to choose from, even had soya milk along with 2 other types of milk! Lots of fruit on offer and even fresh honeycomb! Staff were very friendly and helpful, big clean room with high ceilings, big en suite bathroom and good aircon! Only problem was the hotel...
Location wasn't great without your own transport. It was a fair way in to the centre. The front door opened straight on to a busy road. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable but not special. The bar was very Fawlty Towers. Excellent breakfast selection including SOYA MILK!!
Fantastic helpful staff - Franchesco was the best. Room was adequet just a bit anoyed by the permanent green light ( fire alarm?) above the bed other than that 4 star ?.
Old hotel for tourists neprityazatelen! Good Breakfast, small shower (very) squeaky bed??
