We didn’t spend the night at the hotel; we immediately went up to the 6th floor to the Veritas restaurant. In any case, the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, the classic style may be a little old, but that's part of its charm. Instead, Veritas is excellent as a location (breathtaking views of the city and sea), as a service (helpful, smiling and attentive staff) and as a food (two menus with...
Choosing this building as our wedding venue met all expectations. Although the welcome was unconventional - due to covid restrictions - we received the warmth and welcome we equally deserved. Teresa Imperato and all the staff at our disposal were distinguished by their professionalism and courtesy. If you are looking for elegance and sophistication in your event, Parker's Grand Hotel is undoubtedly...
Excellent stay. One of the most beautiful place in Naples to enjoy a magnificent view. Close to everything you need nearby. Breakfast on the terrace and dinner at George’s Restaurant have been amazing! The room are very comfortable and the staff is really welcoming and ready to fulfill all your need. 5 stars well deserved!
After tying to decide between here and Romeo hotel we glad we went with our 2nd choice Nothing is too much for the staff , the views are amazing , breakfast on the balcony was a joy
Fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Parker's. The reception staff could not have been more helpful catering to any request we had, from ordering taxis to train tickets, recommending restaurants and making reservations, Grand Hotel is 5-star all day long. The tasting menu from the Michelin Star restaurant with panoramic views across Naples and to Mount Vesuvius was simply the icing on the cake. Thank you...
Had an amazing time in Naples! The staff were friendly and gave us options on where to eat (other than the hotel) to try typical Napoleon dishes! Marco on concierge in the afternoon/evening was so passionate about the city and what to do! Really enjoyed our stay.. Thank you! Places we tried were: 50 Kalo Di Ciro Salvo - La Montanara pizza (fried pizza, amazing!) Monttazzi - Genovese pasta dish ...

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Good location! Food, roof top bar and Alain Ducasse restaurant were superb. The servers and staff were fabulous! We enjoyed the "9 course" Dinner at the restaurant. Lovely, delicious and elegant. The room was luxurious and comfortable. And the hotel employees at the desk were so helpful, friendly, and professional We had a marvelous time in Naples and at the Romeo Hotel
We had a very good stay at Romeo. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with beautiful sea views. The rooms very modern with usb-c and usb sockets, electric curtains. Nice amenities, very soft towels and bath robes. The location is super convenient, just across the road from the port. The rooftop pool is nice and heated, but quite small. On one hand it is nice that it is directly...
Modern amenities, views, great pool/bar area and the Spa/Fitness Center is the BEST I've ever seen in the world so far! Huge! Has everything & you feel like you're at the disco a bit too! Salt rooms, cold dip pool, sauna, steam, etc.
Beautiful hotel. Eco friendly, amazing artwork, delicious breakfast, close to downtown, Roof top bar with scenic views of Mt. Vesuvios, and super helpful staff. Great experience! Will definitely stay again!
My three-night stay at ROMEO Napoli in October of 2024 exceeded my expectations. Service was excellent. From the front desk agents, to the staff at breakfast, to the housekeeping, everyone did an outstanding job. And in the rare instance where something was amiss, the staff raced to fix it. My room and the hotel were modern, stylish, comfortable and always immaculately clean. Breakfast (complimentary...
The interior design is not my style, but it is very personal. The rooms are very good, the location perfect for walking around the city, and the service perfect. The highlight is the restaurant. Although I have not had the chance to have dinner there, the breakfast and the view are superb.

Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. From a strong welcome on check in, to a stunning room and bathroom (huge and white marble throughout) to the room top bar. Service was incredible. Breakfast very good (a lot of cake). One of the top hotels I’ve stayed at; comparable to The Ritz in London. Thank you.
A very nice hotel with a great rooftop bar that has spectacular views of the city, Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Our room was very comfortable with a peek of the marina from our Juliette balcony. Walking distance from cafe's, restaurants and bars while away for the hustle and bustle of the city center - which is only a few minutes ride away or walkable if you're up for it. Special thanks to Rita...
I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!
Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.
The hotel is really impressive. The view from a rooftop bar is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax far away from the busy streets but still close to the city center I would recommend you this hotel. Location is great!
Not a guest -came for a drink. Beautiful 10th floor rooftop bar. Nice selection of cocktails and bottled beer. Serve complimentary snacks. Impeccable service. Would definitely return and perhaps even stay as a guest next time.

Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples.
Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s... they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.
My partner and I stayed at Serius Hotel from the 17th to the 24th of August 2017. Ohoo boy!!! what an amazing time we had. We still reminiscing about our lovely summer break in Naples. Very nice hotel with rooftop restaurant with panoramic view of Naples. We had breakfast there included in our stay. Contemporary design a little out of the way from city center.
Beautiful rooms and hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The concierge Caterina Cucuzza was excellent and very helpful with a friendly smiling eyes (she was wearing a mask so couldn’t see her actual smile!) The view from the room and the top terrace is the best in the area.
Really enjoyed our short stay here, staff was very welcoming and overall the hotel was beautiful —our room had two balcony views. We had an early morning flight to catch out of Naples and they scheduled a taxi to pick us up at 3am and had prepared breakfast boxes for us to take when we checked out. Highly recommend.
Welcoming staff, makes you feel like you're visiting family. Went out of their way to give us an extraordinary experience. Clean and modern rooms, nice rooftop with magnificent views of Napoli. Solid food and service at The hotel restaurant.

We stayed at the Royal Continental Napoli for five nights and had an excellent experience. Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. Nothing inherently wrong but won't be staying there again.
Centrally located, excellent view from room balcony. Spacious rooms with beautiful scented toiletries. Only 1 flaw was the TV had no service until we requested it and there was only 1 channel in English that after 1 movie the service was lost 🙄 😑. Continental Breakfast was good.
Room was very clean and spacious. We had a beautiful water view. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend them.
I recently stayed at the Royal Continental Hotel in Naples, and my overall experience was positive. The location is superb, offering a spectacular view of the waterfront, and the breakfast was very nice. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, with a crooked TV. On the morning of my stay, the hot water wasn’t working, so I had to take a cold shower. Thankfully, when I mentioned it to the front desk...
We had a wonderful few days here. Hotel is stylish and comfortable, though slightly dated. Staff were 100% helpful and helped us have a smooth visit. I had an incredible stay at NH Napoli Panorama! The room was fantastic – spacious, clean, and offering a spectacular view of the city that made waking up each morning a true delight. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. But the real highlight of our stay was the staff. Hotel is located in amazing place at the heart of city. Its easy to reach everywhere by walking distance. Rooms are very clean and they have amazing views. Breakfast offers nice and delicious food giving variety of options to eat. Finally and most importantly, hotel staff are very friendly. I would like to extend my gratitude to them, especially Rosamaria for her smiling face
The single room was very small. Especially considering the rate per night, it provides very low value for money. The hotel is kind of outdated. I checked in online one day before arrival, but this was totally neglected, and I got another room. Breakfast place is very noisy and has a 'cold' atmosphere. Variety in food is good. Personnel taking care of cleaning was very friendly.
The hostess , Rosemarie, in the restaurant is fantastic! She had a smile on her face always. She brought me decaf espresso coffee because I am not allowed to have caffeine. She also brought us a couple of delicious sweets. She had a wonderful personality. You are lucky to have her work for NH.
The hotel was okay. The location is perfect. The room cleaning service was so-so. Claudia at the front desk was really great! However, what makes this hotel an unforgettable experience is the level of genuine care and hospitality that Pietro provides at the bar at the main lobby. Dude really made it an unforgettable experience, and treated my mom as if it was his mom. If you talk to him he’ll tell...
Beautiful place, all inclusive. Full of vibrant workers and hard workers. However, I do suggest that the mood down at reception needs to be mildly evaluated as some clients were not treated the same as me. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious. Overall amazing experience!!!

Stayed here for three weeks for work. Very nice hotel and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Horrible location if want to walk around and see Naples. You can walk but it will take you about 2 miles to get anywhere interesting and the sidewalks are not good. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the metro or about 45 minute walk for dinner. If you want to eat here at Holiday Inn, it’s not bad but maybe a little...
Actually more far away from Naples than it seems, but still OK (40min walk). Room is good, shower is OKish. One comment, we came back to the hotel at 22pm, 4 customers in line at the reception. 1 employee doing her job. 1 employee chitchatting with a woman with a chihuahua for 10 minutes while customers are waiting, not very pleasant. Breakfast is super good.
Hotel Reception. Can get busy, very quickly but the staff are hard working and will do their best to accommodate any needs. I would encourage anyone who doesn’t carry cash with them to ensure when asking reception for a taxi to confirm the driver can take card payment. Baggage keep beyond the stay is available and super efficient for fast travellers like me. Room. Lucky enough to have been upgraded...
We enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern room. The staff at reception really helped us out when we arrived, and they were so friendly. The restaurant on site is super handy, the pizza is great.
The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges. It is a very big hotel. We stayed for 1 night before returning to the UK. There is parking available, you can reserve for €17 per 24 hours. The food in the bistro is excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend the prawns, steak and pistachio pudding. Breakfast has lots of choice. Despite being such a big hotel it didn't seem overly...
The breakfast at 10 Euros person per day was very good. Staff was friendly. Great view from room. Nothing nearby is open Sunday evening; we had wonderful spaghetti at the hotel bar. The only negative is the outrageous volume of trash in the plaza in front of the hotel.

Typical big and modern hotel, not 100% maintaned efficient but is part of the Naples experience. Good position and close to the city centre.
Really tidy rooms, cozy as well! Lots of room! Our room was adjusted for wheelchair users so if you need those adjustments - you should be well taken care of. The entrance to the meal hall also had a ramp with a seemingly good incline but as I am not fit to give the assumption that it's proper for a wheelchair user, I will stop there. The elevator was rather small but can fit 4 and their suitcases...
The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples. The hotel staff was very accommodating and facilitated our travel on multiple occasions. We had the panoramic view and it was gorgeous.
An excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, shower is powerful, towels are excellent quality and there is a minibar equipped with beer, soft drinks and snacks. Rooms are cleaned and towels and toilet rolls replaced every day (you can display ‘Do not disturb’ if you prefer) and the hotel is perfectly situated for all the local attractions.
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Exe Majestic. A Fabulous location to explore Naples, with lots of nearby shops, cafe's and restaurants. The staff were lovely, and the room was exactly what we needed with wonderful turn down service every day. We didn't opt for the breakfast but looked in one day and would say it's not worth the price, would recommend the lovely cafe next door called Ferrarelle.
For a Covid work trip, this hotel did a decent job providing a safe environment. My only complaints: the bizarre arrangement of electrical sockets in the room, with inadequate reading light for the bed, and the bathroom hosted some bad smell from the sink drain, periodically. Also, make sure you don't require laundry service. The neighborhood has none and the local delivery laundry charges by the item...

Great hotel with excellent location and amenities. However, it is expensive for a 4-star category. The view from the rooftop restaurant and spa is amazing. Breakfast is okay. The hotel is very clean, but the rooms are a bit dated. Additionally, there is no way to open the windows in the rooms, which causes poor air circulation and room dryness. What a wonderful hotel. First, it is in a great location. We walked virtually everywhere we wanted to go other than the airport and train station. The hotel have excellent location and marvelous view from the restaurant. During the breakfast you can enjoy your meal with a view of Mount Vesuvius and the Port of Naples. Lovely 4 night stay, perfect location. McFit gym was a pleasant surprise. Rooftop pool and restaurant were a great way to both prepare for and wind down for the day. Will come back if I find myself in Naples again. Highly recommend the vegan restaurant Green Mama on the same block as the hotel.
This review does not reflect the staff of this hotel, who consistently provide exceptional customer service. My issue lies with the hotel’s operations. Old warm charm, good service. 1960s decor but clean and charming (not shabby). We loved the big pool, which has a bar and snacks. The location up on a hill above Naples gets a breeze and it’s easy to park (though you are outside the city center). The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. Near main train station so very convenient. Rooms very basic. Staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was OK.. good choice but bread was stale. Great if you have an early train to catch to get out of Naples.
The rooms were minimalist but clean. However, there were no glasses provided in the room or bathroom. The air conditioning was only moderately effective, and the rooms were quite noisy. We first came here on a romantic impulse about 14-15 years ago. Trina’s inaugural visit to Italy. (Nine months later we had our first child…) The hotel remains as good now as then. I can see why some people might be taken aback: it’s up a hill; there is little contemporary chic; there are a few quirks depending on how many guests are staying… Yet the hotel is splendid. The sense of place and history...
The most beautiful hotel with authentic, historical features that made my heart happy. The service is impeccable. My room with terrace offered the most stunning views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The fine dining restaurant was beautiful, had fabulous service and delicious food. The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.
Excellent service and stay here. Beautiful views overlooking Napoli and the entire bay. The rooms are a bit older but it is a very historic building and it has all modern amenitiesyou would expect. The reception was fantastic, and Jon Carlo, who helped us with our bags and car, was exceptionally wonderful. I would definitely stay again.
We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. But then again, if you look outside of the breakfast room, all is forgotten.
I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Napoli. The views are amazing on the terrace, 7th floor, and in most of the rooms themselves. There is a pool which is nice, although it is small and closes every day at 5pm. Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in. The hotel room was very nice. No parking at the hotel even having the space for it, you need to park outside and its like 25 per day. The small restaurant inside is not worth it but breakfast is pretty fine. Location is very nice but next time I will stay more in the old town center.
The staff is really nice, you can leave your luggage in the reception and go run errands after you checked out. I extended one more night and I payed the same rate as the previous night. Was good for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and room was clean. However I expected better from a Sofitel hotel. The Courtyard area and restaurant is very pleasant, however the ‘deluxe’ room was distinctly average for what we paid and didn’t represent the photo of the deluxe on their website.

It is walkable from the central station. About 8 minutes. The area is a bit run down but the hotel feels safe and we had no problems with the neighborhood. I’d stay again.

The hotel drivers, Antonio and his dad, were the best. Knowledgable about Naples, safe, and very friendly. We used them several times highly recommend!

Enjoyed spacious, cool room. Food was delicious. Views from the roof terrace amazing. Would have given 5 stars except it felt like it was only just open for business. Seats outside were dirty. No sun shades were open. Seemed to have a shortage of ice. Local area was a little intimidating. Would recommend though.
The hotel itself is okay, perhaps 3 star will be more aligned with the amenities and overall quality. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and tidy. On the negative side, breakfast is quite simple, and the service could be friendlier. But the worst aspect is the location, too far away from the city centre.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are super kind and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, rooftop garden is a very nice place to have a beer and relax, breakfast was great. All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and made our stay in Naples bearable (the city is not what we expected, very little tourist infrastructure and very hard to get around),
Nice, clean hotel. Located very close to main street. Very good breakfast. Good quality beds. Price very reasonable, high quality-cost ratio
Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a great spot on top of the bldg and although small had everything you would want from a hotel breakfast, very high quality items. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in town
Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The room and washroom were clean and very spacious with a nice seating area. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and very good, lots of options....
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They serve a continental breakfast, good variety and everything is tasty. The best part is the rooftop garden at night, where you can get a drink, appetizers, and enjoy the view. The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town area, metro, and there are a lot of cafes...
Our room was mesmerising! The waiter who worked in the restaurant on the top floor was very friendly. The food and drinks were not high quality but certainly tasty. The TV in our room had Netflix! This certainly came in handy when it was raining in Naples. Unfortunately, the hotel was located in a somewhat "criminal" area, but close to public transport.

Nice place inside, renovated in 2020. Very comfortable and quiet even though a block from the street action. Nice sitting area/Garden outside. One of the only places with free parking. Neighborhood is pretty bad, but safe

Looked much better on the pictures than in reality, sauna is not going higher than 60C, mosquitoes everywhere, but good sleep and clean room. ... staff not the best but I guess they tried their best.
Everything is perfect. Just what I expected. Friendly and helpful staff, ready to satisfy your needs and give advice on places to visit in beautiful Naples. Very clean room and hotel, and above all, a very kind lady who takes care of breakfasts. Hearty and good breakfast. I recommend room 106 to everyone, wonderful for a rest. I will definitely come back! 😻😻😻
Excellent place to visit Naples historical sites! Very clean, friendly staff and incredible terrace with the garden 👍

After a long day of travel this nice hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was great, rooms were large, and they got us a taxi for 21 euros to the airport in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when connecting through Naples.
We chose this hotel for a weekend stay in Naples and don’t regret it at all. Our room was spacious and clean, as were the common areas like the lounge. Despite being close to the central station, our room was very quiet. The location is convenient for getting around, especially if you're planning to visit sites outside Naples by train. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. If we return to Naples,...
Booked as a last-minute getaway with my partner, this hotel turned out to be a delightful surprise. Nestled in a central location, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. Our room exceeded our expectations in both size and presentation. It was spacious...
Hotel location was perfect for us given that it was the meeting point for multiple day trips we had planned. It was also right across the street from the train station. Having said that, the staff was a bit direct and not overly friendly. Quite the difference from this hotel and others we stayed at during our Italy trip. They almost seemed a bit bothered. Rooms were ok overall. I might consider staying...
Strategically located at the train station. If you can avoid this area, do it! It is extremely dirty, and the surroundings are the opposite of great. The hotel is mediocre. The staff is not nice at all. The bedrooms were ok. Two elevators for the whole building, which meant a long waiting time. The breakfast offer was under mediocre, and the staff was even worse. Rude and not caring at all. Wifi didn...
We had a great stay. The superior room was very comfortable, the bathroom is huge, plenty of space to manage suitcases and there’s also a kettle which is nice to have. The breakfast is amazing and there’s so much to choose from. Great location just a few steps away from the station. Vittorio from front desk was super helpful in getting us a transfer to Sorrento!

A large, clean room which must have been lovely in its day but for a 4 star hotel the room was in very poor decorative state. The wallpaper was coming off the walls everywhere and there were brown stains everywhere. This is more like 2 star standards. If this is what Ramada classes as a 4 star room we will not be using them again. However, the beds were extremely comfortable and the heavy curtains...
We didn’t even stay here however wanted to mention - we were scammed by our initially booked hotel - so we came to Ramada to try and get a room. Unfortunately they were fully booked - however - Maurizio at the front desk went above and beyond for us. He called 2 other hotels and assisted us in finding a place to stay late in the evening. We want to say thank you so much for your kind service. 🙏🏽🙏🏽...
Valentina, the concierge, made our stay so wonderful and easy. She has such a kind and gracious energy. She smiled and gave us recommendations on what to do, helped us coordinate our taxis and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend staying here to have a great time in Naples! The only improvements we’d suggest are better pillows.
Great location and a very comfortable room. Everything you need in the room all in very good working order. It's just a short walk from the train station. Excellent breakfast if you choose. Very helpful staff.
Great location by the main station. Restaurant is great. Bathroom was falling apart! Wall tiles were 'live', taps had no chrome left. Shame really as everything else is good.
This hotel's proximity to the central station makes it an excellent choice for business trips, offering easy access to all areas of the city. While the rooms are clean, they could benefit from renovation (as shown in the photos). The staff was attentive, although there was a minor issue when requesting a knife to cut cheese in our room after midnight. They explained they couldn't provide metal cutlery...

Great hotel a 6 minute walk to the airport .straight out the back door into the airport .the hotel was clean, bright , with shampoo ,soap .body cream shower hat, and a shaving kit .
Its not a 4star hotel for this price. Problem with shower head and water draining. It seems no one looks after those problems. You pay for location wich is very good if you have early flight.
All of you haters are crazy. This is a good hotel. Location good news and bad news: right next to airport, good. Lots of plane noise and iffy neighborhood, bad. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is great, but make sure it's included or you will pay 10 euros per person.
This hotel looks to be in a rough area, but behind the doors is a great hotel with very good rooms. It also has great value food if you book it with the room. Great location for the airport. A great night in a great wee hotel.
The Hotel is located near the Airport, about 5min walk! Clean but small rooms, which is okay! But there is a dog punt just on the hotel property an the dog tents do bark all the night long!
Very convenient as the hotel is nearly inside the airport with possibility to access from rent car parking. Quite cheap but good hotel and clean.

Great value for money! Good clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good restaurant and the staff are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. The only down side is the proximity to town centre. But again the staff were quick to get taxis on demand. Super friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Sadly never got to experience the roof top garden - it was February and cold.
Perfect Service by Guiseppe and delicious food by Fabio 🍲👌 The rooms to the street are quite noisy but that's just Napoli. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time, hope to see you again ☀️👋
Stayed here with 55 of my classmates for three nights. They provided everything we needed, and the breakfast was a very welcome addition. It was clean, the staff was kind, and it came at a price us college students could afford.
Rooms ok , you can go on the roof top to chill and drink. You can even call them and deliver food and drink to you up there. Good restaurant right across the street
A very pleasant hotel, not that it responds to its four stars, but still charming. OT has fantastic roof terrace overlooking the botanical garden and the boulevard. And very nice sugar croissants for breakfast, as well as fantastic bread and mortadella. Negatives they don't let outside visitors to the roof terrace, so one can't show it to one's friends ..
Some rooms are renewed, but even so the windows are not stopping the noise from the street. Our room was not cleaned, na laundry were not changed. No free parking available, but one paid is very close. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. The Hotel location is right in City Center but behind a huge door and once you enter the Courtyard, it is quiet and charming. The room was comfortable and the rooftop terrace was wonderful. The Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was good.
Our hotel was very nice and great location. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. The rooftop was breathtaking.
This is a hidden gem in the bustling center of the city. It’s beautifully designed and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The building itself is beautiful with a rooftop terrace that gives you an intimate 360 view of the city. Will recommend anyone who comes to Naples to stay here.
AMAZING HOTEL! This has to be, by far, the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! The rooms were clean and stocked with whatever you needed. The hotel is also, walking distance from multiple restaurants, shops, and bars, so you don’t have to worry about walking far. Without a doubt, the best part about this hotel is the staff! They are absolutely wonderful and friendly! If you stay here, I highly recommend...
Best place to stay in Naples! Very nifty boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Tons of space for a family of four with a room that included two sets of single beds and a queen. High ceilings and lots of light. Super clean and very attentive staff. Special shout out to Camilla and Licia who took care of us. Excellent English and very helpful to book restaurants and provide directions. Amazing breakfast...
We LOVED every moment in this hotel - made our experience in Napoli extra special. Giuseppe is an angel - he answered all of our questions about the area and took wonderful care of us. The breakfast was perfection. Highly recommend.
