Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!

Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.

The interior design is not my style, but it is very personal. The rooms are very good, the location perfect for walking around the city, and the service perfect. The highlight is the restaurant. Although I have not had the chance to have dinner there, the breakfast and the view are superb.

This hotel is amazing and would have been worth every penny IF the place hadn’t been under construction. The rooftop pool and restaurant were closed for renovations, plus there was a giant crane in front of my window. The service here is absolutely incredible. The rooms are just ok. They have automated shades and blinds and a panel for the lights but nothing really worked. Couldn’t figure out how to turn off a lamp so I unplugged it. Wine list at the restaurant is extensive but massively overpriced. Very very kind staff though. Breakfast was great.

Only a one night stay but cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at this hotel. We were traveling with 3 kids and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s... they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.

Really enjoyed our short stay here, staff was very welcoming and overall the hotel was beautiful —our room had two balcony views. We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. Excellent hotel and great staff who are really accommodating. The room is clean everyday by housekeeping. The only thing that was annoying was that I had no internet in my room or the whole floor for that matter which has been broken for 5 nights which was my entire stay. Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of the old town in Naples so perfectly located for exploring narrow cobbled streets, museums, finding Italian food. We received a warm welcome from helpful staff. The roof terrace has great views over Naples, out to Vesuvius and across the bay.

Adorable hotel in an amazing neighborhood! I'm so glad we stayed here, we were able to walk to the water and to great shopping. We had a delicious dinner two doors down at Umbertos, shopped across the street at a local market, and enjoyed strolling the quaint and safe cobblestone streets. A great spot!

Lovely hotel, which is located little outside of the hectic Napoli. It is directly in a train station, so connection to city center and other attractions like Pompeii is easy. The team is extremely helpful and offers perfect service. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of high quality food. I recommend the short walk down to the promenade and Pizzeria 50 Kalo.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is good. However the room was very small and all fixtures starting to look worn and old. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and pillows very lumpy.

Fabulous staff, helping store our bags, giving us a map and directions before check in time. Helping with late night munchies and printing our boarding passes. They are brilliant. Theres a fridge and a sowing kit in the room too and a lovely balcony that lights up at night. Loved it. Just a couple of minor repairs in the bathroom needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Santa Brigida, it has a great location and the facilities in the room were great. That said, I could hear too much from outside the hotel and inside which meant that I was disappointed at how little sleep I got. On 3rd floor of historic building with elevators but I don’t think you will find any better place to stay! Fantastic. Our experience was great! It is located between two metro train entrances so you can go downhill with luggage when arriving and departing. Super easy access to the rest of the city and some good restaurants nearby. The view from the roof was beautiful!

Used our Marriott points to stay 6 nights in mid-April and had a great time. The best service/staff we’ve ever experienced, in all aspects: doormen, bellmen, front desk, restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop breakfast, rooms. Very friendly and efficient. This was our 2nd time at this hotel and it was as friendly as the first time! One of the Doormen, Marcello, actually remembered us from 5 years ago, retelling the story of how he walked to the city center to get our car and drive it to the hotel for us because the streets were so congested (rush hour), we couldn't make all the turns and kept getting turned around with all the one way streets. Stayed here for three weeks for work. Very nice hotel and breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Horrible location if want to walk around and see Naples. You can walk but it will take you about 2 miles to get anywhere interesting and the sidewalks are not good. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the metro or about 45 minute walk for dinner. Actually more far away from Naples than it seems, but still OK (40min walk). Room is good, shower is OKish. One comment, we came back to the hotel at 22pm, 4 customers in line at the reception. 1 employee doing her job. 1 employee chitchatting with a woman with a chihuahua for 10 minutes while customers are waiting, not very pleasant. Breakfast is super good.

Hotel Reception. Can get busy, very quickly but the staff are hard working and will do their best to accommodate any needs. I would encourage anyone who doesn’t carry cash with them to ensure when asking reception for a taxi to confirm the driver can take card payment. We enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern room. The staff at reception really helped us out when we arrived, and they were so friendly. The restaurant on site is super handy, the pizza is great.

The area around the hotel is a little rough around the edges. It is a very big hotel. We stayed for 1 night before returning to the UK. There is parking available, you can reserve for €17 per 24 hours. The food in the bistro is excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend the prawns, steak and pistachio pudding. The breakfast at 10 Euros person per day was very good. Staff was friendly. Great view from room. Nothing nearby is open Sunday evening; we had wonderful spaghetti at the hotel bar. The only negative is the outrageous volume of trash in the plaza in front of the hotel.

The location was great. 1 minute walk to train station, 1 minute walk to the supermarket and 1 minute walk to the restaurant 😀

Excellent hotel with friendly and efficient staff, very clean (the ladies on the floors are a real treasure), the girls in charge of breakfast are very nice and willing to cater to every need. I've lived with them for four years and every time I go to Naples I go to them.
