Good location in the city centre. But definitely not a 4 star as advertised on Hotels.com. Room is small, especially the bathroom - the shower is half the size of normal, difficult to bathe in! Breakfast was quite poor.

Nice hotel, extremely well located. We had a problem with the room and had to change it twice. It was handled in a very professional way. The breakfast deserves to be improved, however it might be limited due to Covid measures

In an excellent location and great for people travelling on a budget. Rooms were cleaned each day and the reception staff tried to help as much as possible even though they couldn't speak much English.

Very good option if you want to explore Napoli.The hotel is recently renovated. All instalations worked perfect. The room had refrigerator, air conditioned, a safe and a new Samsung tv set. Was ok for the price. We only stayed one night and the hotels close proximity to the train station was ideal for our onward trip from Naples. The rooms were clean enough, but very tired, as was the whole hotel. We had a family room but didn't trust the wooden bunkbeds for the children as they were rickety and broken, including the ladder to the top bunk. Breakfast was very sparse, but coffee was good...

Nothing very wrong. The bed was two doubles pushed together and one was firmer than the other. Was clean. A good amount of street noise comes in and they could use some sound proofing. Good location and staff was responsive. Was worried about security before going but once there, not so much. Wifi was a bit slow. Pretty good value all things considered. Not bad for a few nights of staying in Napoli. Clean enough but if you're picky you won't like it. Very basic breakfast. Convenient distance (about 5-6 minutes of walking) to the nearest metro station (Dante station).

Although not much to look at, the rooms are comfortable, and well maintained. It's in the heart of Naples, just off one of the main streets, so extremely convenient, with restaurants literally just downstairs.

They had a basement parking which was ideal. And the location is very close to the airport and its a perfect airport hotel with 24hr check in/ check out. It was our last night in Naples, Italy and was a perfect end to the holiday.

Came to Buono Hotel straight from the airport. It's only a 10 minute drive away and made the perfect stop off. The staff were very lovely especially the young man at reception who was very eager to give us tourist tips. The area itself does not seem the safest but it's situated only a 30 min walk to the center of the old town. Rooms were small but OK, I'd happily have another short stay here again

Nice hotel, just not the nicest area. Niue there are no close train stations or bus routes to take your to the airport.... I'll be having to pay a lot if money to get a taxi. You are better off booking a hotel close to a bus route it train station if you are airport bound. Nice clean good hotel though. Just location wasn't the best for my beds

Beautiful Hotel in the center of Vomero. Right above the Funicolare Station. The backside rooms have a beautiful view. Breakfast is only sweet but they offer even some gluten free Cornflakes. The Staff is really friendly and helpful. All together we were happy to stay there.

It's ok for a 3 stars hotel, but definetly not the best I stayed in. It's close to many attractions, has multiple bars and restaurants near by.

The hotel is renovated and looks great. Rooms are big, clean and comfy but lack a fridge, and the matresses could be better. The windows do a great job blocking the noise from outside. The location is great, a few blocks from Napoli Centrale. The area is really dirty, seedy and chaotic. But almost all of Naples is, so... yeah. You have to go up some steps to get to the elevators, so bear that in mind

27 degrees is too hot to comfortably sleep, the air conditioning would not get the room colder then 27 and it powered bown every 4 hours durong the night even though you could set it to 18. It's a shame because otherwise the location to the train, subway and buses and views of mt. Vesuvius were amazing. If you are staying not in the summer this place would be 5 stars for the price.

Stayed over for a few days on a football trip, it's well priced, clean and close to the station. Perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep while you go out exploring. Would definitely stay here again. Must add the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Well priced and very close to the central train station (5min walk), but that does mean it's a little further from the tourist areas (15-20min walk to the duomo, etc). Great place to stay as we were looking to hop the train to go to Pompeii the next day. The service was great, clean rooms, and breakfast was good, with Nutella filled donuts that we can’t get out of our heads still. I was surprised that I got an older room old tiles and wall instead of the newer room shown in the website with wooden floor and new walls. Good hotel in the busiest street in Naples. You leave the building and you are in the steeet filled with people! Our room was big and quite clean. The stuff were nice to us and we had a good breakfast there. The only minus is that one can hear any noise coming from the hall, so this was not that fun when we wanted to go to sleep. Other than that, I can recommend this hotel.

Great location and delicious breakfast.

It was one of the safest place in the Naples however our shower didn't work properly we reported it and they didn't do anything. Staff isn't well educated in English language. We met one guy on street who was selling socks and he was speaking much better than staff in hotel. But they were really nice and helpful people (except shower) but we enjoyed our stay in that hotel. Recommend it.

Me and my mum got cat-called a lot around here and didn't realise why until we saw prostitute's down the road. Made us feel very unsafe with us being 2 girls, we never stayed out late. This hotel was over the top amazing!!! The staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms were so fresh and clean, you can tell they put in a lot of work to make sure the sheets aren’t wrinkled too! This is a great little hotel exactly where you want to be if you’re a tourist in Naples. Welcoming and helpful staff who gave us good dining suggestions. This hotel met all of our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the "Family" room and it was plenty comfortable and roomy for the four of us. Good location, a short cab ride from the central train station. In a vibrant and active neighborhood, so you get the real Naples feeling. Despite being in this neighborhood, room was not noisy at all.

I would give 10 stars if I could, loved the hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Location is PERFECT, walking distance to everything, food, shopping, ferries. We arrive at the hotel without reservation, the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel lobby and the room was very clean, modern bathroom, walking distance near the port. Stefania was kind and patience, as well as Massimo. Good variety in the breakfast, and the coffe excellent. If I go to Napoles again I will be there, strongly recomended if you are looking for a simple and clean room.
