Good location, friendly staff, nice terrace, clean rooms and comfy beds. Only one very slow lift which causes a lot of delays. Breakfast is a free for all, with no logic to the queueing and often not many options left to choose from. No towel drying rail so lots of soggy towels.

My husband and I spend one night at Grand hotel Europa and we were pleasantly surprised! The price was more than reasonable and the room was lovely, clean and large. Most of the staff was very kind and serviceminded, especially Gino who was serving breakfast. The neighborhood seems a little rough, but inside Grand hotel Europa it seems safe though.

The staff is very professional and extremely helpful. It is close to central train station and so easy to access to different part of Italy. I love the breakfast too. There are staff to serve you breakfast, and guests just have to point to the staff what you want on the buffet spread table.

This hotel met all of our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the "Family" room and it was plenty comfortable and roomy for the four of us. Good location, a short cab ride from the central train station. In a vibrant and active neighborhood, so you get the real Naples feeling. Despite being in this neighborhood, room was not noisy at all.

I would give 10 stars if I could, loved the hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Location is PERFECT, walking distance to everything, food, shopping, ferries. This hotel is a very nice, remodeled building within walking distance of the train station. The rooms are beautiful and clean. This hotel is 3 star hotel and so on is the rating. We were searching for the place where we can check in later (around or after midnight) and found this one to be centrally located and with good deal. We cannot fault the hotel - polite staff, good room, extremely clean and well priced. Courtesy bus in the evenings is a bonus if you want to avoid the walk down from the Gianturco station at night through the quiet industrial area but daytime is perfectly ok. School trips were a bit noisy 1 or 2 nights but a quick "shut up" soon sorted them. Teachers should perhaps be doing this instead of residents...

This is a good place to stay for the night. It is well organised, friendly receptionists and free parking on the ground floor! There were some people loudly taking on the corridor but that's not the hotel's fault. You get free amenities such as soap, shampoo, shower caps.
