This hotel is 3 star hotel and so on is the rating. We were searching for the place where we can check in later (around or after midnight) and found this one to be centrally located and with good deal. You get what you pay for. + Comfy bed, centrally located, we had good deal on price - old looking rooms, bathroom was very old, very poor breakfast choices, noisy due to traffic outside on the street

It's average and definitely looks outdated. The rooms were alright and clean. Receptionist was helpful as well. The hotel doesn't have the best decour either. It seems close to everything though which is a plus.

B&B Hotel Napoli is very close to Napoli Centrale. The room is clean and spacious.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and closed to the main station. The room was fair and quite clean, can’t complain for a quick stay of a night or two. But it’s pretty small without any facilities and amenities, there are no teethbrush, toothpaste, fridge, flip flops, bottle water, kettle, tissues. Not convenient for tourists and not up to the standard of a normal hotel in Asia lol

Simple and basic B&B. No dental kit provided, can be purchased from the front desk. The location is okay, did not feel unsafe. Police and military presence even at 11pm+.

This location is a big fat NO. I felt safe inside the hotel and the service was so lovely. However, take a step outside the hotel and it’s the unsafest I’ve felt my entire trip. I’m sorry to put this in the hotel review. However, I MUST warn other solo female travellers. Stay safe!

Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from. Take note the toiletries are not provided. I would highly recommend the Ibis at Napoli Garibaldi. Well-located, safe area near the train station with access to a shopping plaza. The hotel had everything I needed. It was modern, clean and so easy to stay in. I felt right at home even though I was travelling alone. The staff were personable and helpful.

Perfect central location, great team members from reception, breakfast and housekeeping, bedroom was very spacious with a balcony. Watch out for the hotel policy to take first nights payment if you selected to pay the higher premium to pay on arrival - took 6 days to refund this amount.

This is a good place to stay for the night. It is well organised, friendly receptionists and free parking on the ground floor! There were some people loudly taking on the corridor but that's not the hotel's fault. You get free amenities such as soap, shampoo, shower caps. This hotel is close to a few shops down the road and the airport.

This hotel was over the top amazing!!! The staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms were so fresh and clean, you can tell they put in a lot of work to make sure the sheets aren’t wrinkled too! We arrive at the hotel without reservation, the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel lobby and the room was very clean, modern bathroom, walking distance near the port. Stefania was kind and patience, as well as Massimo. Good variety in the breakfast, and the coffe excellent. If I go to Napoles again I will be there, strongly recomended if you are looking for a simple and clean room.

Ci siamo stati solo per 3 notti, ma ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera pulita e spaziosa e con comandi computerizzati, l'albergo ristrutturato da poco è situato in una ottima silenziosa e sicura posizione da dove puoi visitare Napoli a piedi, la colazione buona e abbondante sicuramente da ritornarci.

I stayed at this pretty good Albergo Del Golfo for 6 nights, and everything was perfect. Location may be the best hotel in Napoli. My hotel room was nice and very clean. During my stay, i felt like stay my home. 7/24 available, friendly and warmful staff.

A small hotel near the centre of Naples, situated in a small side street, it was clean, quiet and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Guglielmo who was part of the staff taxied us to and from Pompei and to the airport was a very steady driver and spoke English well. Our room was very spacious with a large double and two single beds with an excellent bathroom.

The personnel are polite and helpful, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is a ten-minute walk from the city center. Overall it was a very positive experience, the only slight inconvenience is that the car they provide to travel to the airport is a little more pricy than taking a cab.

One advantage was that it is very close, and an easy walk, to the central station area where a huge number of tours have their pick up point. Good hotel in the busiest street in Naples. You leave the building and you are in the steeet filled with people! Our room was big and quite clean. The stuff were nice to us and we had a good breakfast there. The only minus is that one can hear any noise coming from the hall, so this was not that fun when we wanted to go to sleep. The location is not bad, it's a 10 minute walk from Naples Central Station. The surrounding area is a little dark, so it's a little scary at night. The rooms are clean and the amenities are sufficient, so there are no problems.
