Good location, friendly staff, nice terrace, clean rooms and comfy beds. Only one very slow lift which causes a lot of delays. Breakfast is a free for all, with no logic to the queueing and often not many options left to choose from. No towel drying rail so lots of soggy towels.

My husband and I spend one night at Grand hotel Europa and we were pleasantly surprised! The price was more than reasonable and the room was lovely, clean and large. Most of the staff was very kind and serviceminded, especially Gino who was serving breakfast. The neighborhood seems a little rough, but inside Grand hotel Europa it seems safe though.

The staff is very professional and extremely helpful. It is close to central train station and so easy to access to different part of Italy. I love the breakfast too. There are staff to serve you breakfast, and guests just have to point to the staff what you want on the buffet spread table.

We cannot fault the hotel - polite staff, good room, extremely clean and well priced. Courtesy bus in the evenings is a bonus if you want to avoid the walk down from the Gianturco station at night through the quiet industrial area but daytime is perfectly ok. The Hotel Correra 241 is fascinating, if not quirky hotel in a reasonably quiet residential neighborhood. Nicely situated near the Piazza Dante, it is close to much of Naples intensity and charm without being bothered by it!

This is a great little hotel exactly where you want to be if you’re a tourist in Naples. Welcoming and helpful staff who gave us good dining suggestions. This hotel met all of our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the "Family" room and it was plenty comfortable and roomy for the four of us. Good location, a short cab ride from the central train station. In a vibrant and active neighborhood, so you get the real Naples feeling. Despite being in this neighborhood, room was not noisy at all.

Great location with train and airport minutes away. Less fortunate hang around the area. Showers were not functioning properly with intermittent hot water. Single small elevator is a challenge and no stairwell lights. Probably historic building making it a challenge to renovate, but lighting and water should be fixed.

It's average and definitely looks outdated. The rooms were alright and clean. Receptionist was helpful as well. The hotel doesn't have the best decour either. It seems close to everything though which is a plus.
