Because we took 4 trains from Napoli Central Station to here, and caught up with the strike on Sunday or the cable car was closed, we climbed a long mountain road to arrive. Great Service! Agent that I booked with processed our booking with the wrong Room type. The Hotel understood the situation and did their best to rectify. Amazing Views , Good restaurant with wide selection for Breakfast. Ample parking for car. Cafe & Bars within walking distance.

The view from the hotel overlooking the bay was stunning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us useful info about the cable car service which saved us money on taxis. They also gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was decent. Personally, it was hard for me as I am vegan but upon request they whipped up some roast potatoes. We stayed three nights to attend a wedding. The church was just a few feet away and the reception was held at the hotel. It was a lovely stay with amazing views. We were able to see much of Naples either by walking or taxi.

The hotel is huge and cavernous- religious artifacts everywhere and awful ‘modern art’. Oddly arranged rooms not like the photos on website. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Honestly we fell in love with this hotel. So much to explore with art and hidden corners and history. We dined in both nights and it was extraordinary. Giuseppe and his team took great care of. I highly recommend the Chateaubriand.

Management yelled at us when we thought breakfast was on the bottom floor & we started making our coffee. Breakfast was upstairs. Would be nice to have that written in room.

The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.

Nice hardware but poor service.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

Hotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit. However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

Excellent place to stay, we stayed for one night! Great air conditioning, everything was spotless! Shampoo, soap, linens, TV, and Wi-Fi were excellent! I recommend it and would return again and again! The service at check-in and check-out was fantastic!

The stairs are a challenge but other than that it's perfect.

The room was large, well lit, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The reception member of staff was helpful. We enjoyed staying near the cathedral and other architectural attractions. The downside was the the three flights of stairs up to the Smart Suite.

Naples is … a little crazy … but this place was terrific! A convenient location and wonderful staff! Marcella was especially helpful turning us on the to the very BEST eats! We enjoyed the breakfast which offered a large array of fresh food and baked treats.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

It was a pleasant surprise to stay in a room that was one the original ‘museum rooms’. The furniture and the flooring were well preserved in the style of 1952- which we loved . I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter. Everything was good. We got upgraded to a suite. Kind hotel management. However the location for local transport is not accessible, the metro station right outside the hotel was closed by Metro operators for a while

The location is OK, the floor is high, the window is small, but the view outside the window is good.

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us. We stayed on Sept 8-10th, 2022. Our room had a king bed with clean sheets and bathroom. Lobby was spacious and service was great. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and facility. The location is central, and it’s next to a subway. If you are staying here, please check out the rooftop at the sunrise where they serve breakfast. We loved the continental breakfast, and the view made it better!

There was no drinking water in the room, only in the minibar. We gave our clothes to the laundry - we had to remind the reception to wash them. The Internet worked fine, the room was quiet.

Naples is a dirty place, but this hotel is clean and tidy. It is located between important attractions and transportation hubs in Naples, and it is also convenient to go to the beach. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very good. There is an observation deck on the roof, where you can easily see Mount Vesuvius, the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. The hotel service is very good, the service staff are very enthusiastic and speak English very fluently. The room is very comfortable and hygienic. The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.

In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.

Very nice and well-equipped hotel. Unfortunately, the location is a bit out of the way so it takes a while to get to the city center. The best option here would be to take a taxi or train.

The place was clean, but the breakfast was quite average as the croissants were burnt and there was no milk or bread, which are very basic breakfast items. There is parking available inside, but it fills up quickly. Another downside for me was that the pool closes too early in the afternoon.

Its a bit far from the center but the hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest metro station. It was all ,good staff was amazing and friendly. Set a little out from the main town, this little gem of a hotel is a must stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They offer a shuttle bus to the metro station near by or can arrange taxis if you need them. Food was superb!

Well-located near the centre and the train station. Room was decently appointed with modern fittings, bathroom good but the thin sliding doors don't provide much privacy. Room door itself let a lot of sound in; perhaps could be insulated so you're not woken at 5am by staff preparing breakfast a floor above? Wifi wasn't working while we were there; staff were friendly but couldn't seem to do anything...

The bar outside is fun and really loud ! The blanket is itchy i dont know why but it’s itchy ! The shower doesn’t have the door. I like how welcoming the empty fridge is especially if you very thirsty. Good luck big poopers out there bc they give you only one toilet roll. The music is breathtakening till 2 at night especially on a very exhausting day when you absoltely knackered. All jokes aside it...

It’s an average hotel, at an average price. We arrived this morning, checked in fine. Requested 2 more pillows as there was only one each, went out for the day and came back to just 1 more pillow. Perfect hub for travelling the city, bus stop and taxi rank outside. Plenty of cafés around. Rooftop café at hotel not open, maybe because there were very few staying. Staff friendly, rooms serviced every day.

Not anywhere as bad as the reviews on Tripadvisor had warned us. Staff was very serviceminded, hotel clean and nice, breakfast 3 Euros. Maybe a bit too far fra town but still walking distance.
