Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food. There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night.

Very design forward hotel. Staff and breakfast are excellent.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

Hotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit. However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

This hotel is in old historical building, the location is pretty good to visit the old Naples, near Duomo, and some other nice spots, unfortunately the hotel was not renovated, so the rooms and so on are not so nice as before. The staff is kind and the breakfast is pretty good.

Close to the city tourist bus station, the inner courtyard of the hotel is also good

An excellent hotel in a controversial but very colorful area of Naples. Excellent varied breakfast. We had an anniversary and the hotel staff gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and upgraded the room. If we are in Naples again, we will definitely stay there.

Everything was perfect! The view, service and kindness of staff were 10/10!! Just becareful of the texi drivers infront of hotel. They are very aggressive and and will charge you so much. These behaviors just ruins Italy’s reputation so much. But experience in hotel was fabulous

This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. The updated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop restaurant and bar are first class with unique menu selections that please the palate. Had a great stay at Hotel Paradiso! Hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights to attend a wedding. The church was just a few feet away and the reception was held at the hotel. It was a lovely stay with amazing views. We were able to see much of Naples either by walking or taxi.

Excellent place to stay, we stayed for one night! Great air conditioning, everything was spotless! Shampoo, soap, linens, TV, and Wi-Fi were excellent! I recommend it and would return again and again! The service at check-in and check-out was fantastic!

The stairs are a challenge but other than that it's perfect.

The room was large, well lit, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The reception member of staff was helpful. We enjoyed staying near the cathedral and other architectural attractions. The downside was the the three flights of stairs up to the Smart Suite.

Naples is … a little crazy … but this place was terrific! A convenient location and wonderful staff! Marcella was especially helpful turning us on the to the very BEST eats! We enjoyed the breakfast which offered a large array of fresh food and baked treats.

The hotel itself is very good , the stuff are very friendly , the rooms are very modern and clean. But it is not suggested for people the have problems with stairs because there isn't an elevator especially since all the rooms are on the second floor.

We really enjoyed our room! It was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and we slept very well. A great landing place in between activities in Naples, especially given its perfect location right at centro storico and near everything. We had a great experience with the stay. B&B is very different to what we have seen before. Interior was creating an impression that we traveled back in time. The only downside is that bathroom is not directly connected to the bedroom, therefore every time you need to take keys to open the door to the personal bathroom. Perfect location for exploring Naples. The hosts are great. Gave us some good recommendations of places to see and kept our room clean and neat. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I had some issues with the WiFi connection in my room but it wasn't a significant issue. Overall, a really good value B&B for a short stay in Naples. Though we went for only one night, our overall experience was quite enjoyable. The bedroom & our private bathroom were well arranged and clean.
