Amazing place for a family with children. Great location (close to zoo and amusement park), peace and quiet. Spacious rooms (I stayed close to the pool). Rooms are cleaned every day. Superb service, very helpful, instant support. We really enjoyed the stay, we felt like at home.

Stayed there in September 2017. Excellent customer service. The young Lady Paula at the front desk accommodated us very well. Excellent service with a smile. Restaurant was also very nice and great prices as well. Definitely will return.

The views from the hotel are outstanding, and the hotel has retained a lot of the history from when it was a monastery. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate. It's easy to get down to the main areas in Naples. If you can't manage the climb back up, there's always the funicular.

Excellent service and stay here. Beautiful views overlooking Napoli and the entire bay. The rooms are a bit older but it is a very historic building and it has all modern amenitiesyou would expect. The reception was fantastic, and Jon Carlo, who helped us with our bags and car, was exceptionally wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. But then again, if you look outside of the breakfast room, all is forgotten.

I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Napoli. The views are amazing on the terrace, 7th floor, and in most of the rooms themselves. There is a pool which is nice, although it is small and closes every day at 5pm. Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in. Looked much better on the pictures than in reality, sauna is not going higher than 60C, mosquitoes everywhere, but good sleep and clean room. ... staff not the best but I guess they tried their best.

Everything is perfect. Just what I expected. Friendly and helpful staff, ready to satisfy your needs and give advice on places to visit in beautiful Naples. Very clean room and hotel, and above all, a very kind lady who takes care of breakfasts. Hearty and good breakfast. I recommend room 106 to everyone, wonderful for a rest. Great Service! Agent that I booked with processed our booking with the wrong Room type. The Hotel understood the situation and did their best to rectify. Amazing Views , Good restaurant with wide selection for Breakfast. Ample parking for car. Cafe & Bars within walking distance.

The view from the hotel overlooking the bay was stunning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us useful info about the cable car service which saved us money on taxis. They also gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was decent. Personally, it was hard for me as I am vegan but upon request they whipped up some roast potatoes. Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples.

Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s... they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is the best, walking distance to all major attractions, really in the centre but the room was still nice. Was a bit I afraid of the street noice but all good. Would definitely come back.

I haven’t stayed in this hotel but the lady at the reception From Ostia Veronica or Virginia proved to be a valuable asset for this hotel.

The hotel itself is very good , the stuff are very friendly , the rooms are very modern and clean. But it is not suggested for people the have problems with stairs because there isn't an elevator especially since all the rooms are on the second floor.

We had a really good communication with the hostess. The room was clean and the location was great. The apartment was really safe, as it was inside the building.

Very central location, I recommend it especially to young couples who want to fully enjoy their intimacy. The bathroom is certainly the most particular detail. I recommend reading the specifications of the room you are planning to book because two of the three rooms available have a private bathroom outside the room. The manager is always ready to solve any problem, very kind and helpful.
