Everyone is wearing them, just put it on and enjoy the pool! -room service food was great, same menu as the lobby bar - on-site parking was easy, not expensive, and the attendants were helpful Definitely recommend staying here in Naples

We stayed at the Royal Continental Napoli for five nights and had an excellent experience

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Castle. We had a balcony room for 3 of us and it was perfectly sized, huge bathroom, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was magical

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff—reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams—were extremely polite, professional, and attentive

BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! The breakfast was amazing everyday with an amazing view! The pool was a bit on the expensive side with €4,50 a person

I liked the hotel, but there are drawbacks. Although the sea and the castle from the 25th floor, the little things can be forgiven! By the way, there is a local saying: "Italian strike"

We had a beautiful view of the Castello d'Ovo and the bay. The sheets, towels, bathrobes are all first rate. Room was spacious and a nice balcony. They really go out of their way to make the guests feel well cared for

I loved this hotel! My first time in Naples and traveling alone. I felt very safe at the Vesuvio. I got a sea view room and had the castle right in front of me. The room and view was phoenominal

Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.

But on the plus side is the fantastic AC (which is rare in European countries’ hotels). And one of the best beds (the linen is high class) that we have known. Don’t be fooled by paying a prime on sea-room views

Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. From a strong welcome on check in, to a stunning room and bathroom (huge and white marble throughout) to the room top bar

Breakfast very good (a lot of cake). One of the top hotels I’ve stayed at; comparable to The Ritz in London

My only point of contention would be the bathtubs, they use the small half door style barrier for the shower so what happens is the water leaks from the door all over the floor, not a big deal because the hotel supplies a number of towels

The place and the location is perfect. The view from the hotel is everything, and the staff were friendly. Stayed there for 5 nights and the only problem was with the breakfast

It would have been perfect had it not been for the middle-aged female staff , who was managing the morning buffet on our last day of stay - She was very rude from the start and her behaviour felt very racist

Beautiful hotel right on the sea front. The room has a very large comfortable bed. The show/bath was powerful and hot.

Will definitely stay at again the next time I am in Naples! Must mention this as well and I wish I would have taken pictures but the laundry service is outstanding! I had the hotel wash a T-Shirt and a pair of jeans and they came back almost gift wrapped in a nice little box

A most pleasant hotel in a great location. I've used this hotel a few times now and on all occasions, the experience has been very good. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean

I'd say 3 at best considering the AC barely worked, and the WiFi didn't at all

The restaurant is functionally very good, the location is fantastic - it's on the Bay of Naples and within short walking distance of the major attractions, including Via Vittoria

I was looking for a hotel with a pool in Naples prior to flying out the next day. Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the location- was able to walk everywhere I wanted to that day. Really enjoyed the Spanish Quarter

The hotel have excellent location and marvelous view from the restaurant. During the breakfast you can enjoy your meal with a view of Mount Vesuvius and the Port of Naples

The staff is friendly and the reception staff is very helpful, with some native Neapolitans who can direct and recommend a places to visit and local restaurants

First, it is in a great location. We walked virtually everywhere we wanted to go other than the airport and train station

The room was far nicer than I imagined and we enjoyed the roof top restaurant and bar with amazing views, great food and drinks at reasonable prices

Theres a fridge and a sowing kit in the room too and a lovely balcony that lights up at night. Just a couple of minor repairs in the bathroom needed

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is good. However the room was very small and all fixtures starting to look worn and old. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and pillows very lumpy.

Instead, Veritas is excellent as a location (breathtaking views of the city and sea), as a service (helpful, smiling and attentive staff) and as a food (two menus with original dishes)

Comfortably hotel in a prime location close to the seafront and walking distance from all the sights.

You get a complimentary breakfast every morning which is very generous. The rooms are cozy and fairly quiet. I didn't like Naples at all unfortunately, but I really enjoyed Rex Hotel and that helped a lot!

Rex Hotel is great and especially a good bargain. It's located in probably the best area of town, at least the best we saw. It's right around the corner from a 6 star hotel and close to the water

Great value. Nice modern room. In a nice safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff who helped book our excursion to Pompei and Vesuvius very easily. Breakfast was satisfactory. Nice little bar.

Very clean, good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was on first floor near road but was not loud

The breakfast was amazing! There would be pictures but it was too good to take picrures of! As I'm lactose intolerant and prefer hot milk with my coffee, the staff would indulge me in heating up lactose-free milk every morning which is incredibly wonderful and helpful of them! The location is near the centre and you can easily walk to some lovely streets and public transportation to go anywhere you...

The entrance to the meal hall also had a ramp with a seemingly good incline but as I am not fit to give the assumption that it's proper for a wheelchair user, I will stop there

The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples

The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, shower is powerful, towels are excellent quality and there is a minibar equipped with beer, soft drinks and snacks

The hotel staff was very accommodating and facilitated our travel on multiple occasions. We had the panoramic view and it was gorgeous

The elevator was rather small but can fit 4 and their suitcases a bit snugly

Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples

Many thanks to all Hotel Serius staff who made our stay joyful. We arrived way early, they agreed to keep our language and had an opportunity to change from British clothing to fantastic Napoli weather

Check in was swift and pleasant. Our room was standard , bed, shower, clean, a safe and aircon that was all we needed as we never intended to go spend time in our hotel room but to explore Napoli

We will be back! I highly recommend this hotel however the young ones and those who enjoy night life might find it boring. Am in my 40s been there done it all, just need a bit of calmness now

My partner and I stayed at Serius Hotel from the 17th to the 24th of August 2017. Ohoo boy!!! what an amazing time we had. We still reminiscing about our lovely summer break in Naples

Staff were very helpful each day, one lady directed us where to get the best PIZZA. They were always willing to help us with all we needed

The location is good and I had a front view to the port. The room was very clean and bright. Breakfast was good and various

Also only 15-20 minutes away from the old town, the center and other cool areas! The crew is very very nice and professional! Victoria in the breakfast was wonderful and Alessandra in he reception was also great

Best Hotel in Napoli! Very very nice and lovely staff! The hotel has a modern and new interior and its very clean. Super location near the city central and the ferry.

They even let us check in a bit before time. The hotel is clean and not expensive

No parking at the hotel even having the space for it, you need to park outside and its like 25 per day. The small restaurant inside is not worth it but breakfast is pretty fine

The staff is really nice, you can leave your luggage in the reception and go run errands after you checked out. I extended one more night and I payed the same rate as the previous night

What a great hotel to enjoy Naples! Front desk Anna has been extremely helpful and kind to us. We both love her so much 😘😘 she gave us the free upgrade since there were no 2 single beds available that night

Lovely hotel, which is located little outside of the hectic Napoli. It is directly in a train station, so connection to city center and other attractions like Pompeii is easy

Fantastic breakfast on the rooftop terrace with truly Italian food, great coffee, and an amazing view over the gulf of Napoli, the Vesuv, and islands. The rooms are not huge, but comfy and always cool

We had lovely service from both the from desk staff and the wait staff. The front desk called us a taxi whenever we needed; our breakfast was delicious every morning and the seating area was so quaint and lovely

Whatever we needed, we asked and we got. All requests were cheerfully met by the front desk. Adelaide was particularly lovely. The street noise did not bother us as we closed our window and were quite comfortable

We took short taxi rides of around 20 euros for 4 people to Spaccinapoli for a street food tour and to the Archeological Museum with all the Pompeii treasures. The staff at Partenope Relais was totally wonderful

Great weekend exploring the treasures of Napoli! Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent staff, specially Romina who did everything to help us organize and plan to explore Naples even in this pandemic time where most of tourist spot were close! She also help us to booked a PCR test, that is very difficult to have specially if you are a foreigner

I haven’t stayed in this hotel but the lady at the reception From Ostia Veronica or Virginia proved to be a valuable asset for this hotel.

I had some issues in the phase of booking and in my opinion the situation was managed with too much anxiety, nevertheless I guaranteed that I would have been there by the end of the day and would have surely been able to pay

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. My room had a balcony with an Eastern facing window over looking the water. So I was able to watch the sun rise. The room is very clean and a good size

The bathroom has a cool neon light setup. They café where you get free breakfast is excellent. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful

At the end my staying there was nice thanks to the receptionist who welcomed me and was able to manage the situation pretty well. The hotel is in a nice and quite place with a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood

The H Rooms Boutique Hotel is situated along the sea front of Naples, within a 5 minute walk of the Mergellina train station, which is great for commuting into the city, or just enjoying the restaurants etc in the area

I loved this place, the perfect location, easy to find. The hotel has an amazing water view and there are very good restaurants nearby. Located in a central position on the Caracciolo seafront

The rooms are comfortable, though none face the seafront, however that allows for more privacy and a quieter time (local drivers will still use their horns even at 2-3am)

Breakfast was served (room service style) between 8am-10am and offered a fruit yogurt with a packet of cereals, a muffin, an expresso coffee, some biscottes, a wrapped cake and a glass of freshly pressed juice (blood orange, I think) per person, plus a croissant along with some Nutella and jams

During our visit, the temperature outside was 30 degrees on average, and even at night it was still in the high twenties, so it was definitely a well needed thing. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis

There is also a safe for those expensive/dear items that you want to store, too. The shower in our room was somewhat small, even for one person, but I felt that it added to the charm
