You can walk to the historic sites along the sea in 10-15mins. There were a lot of very good restaurants, both serving excellent seafood and pizza

We stayed at Santa Lucia for three nights before our cruise. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the bellman stored our luggage until our room was ready. When we entered our room we were extremely pleased

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food

3 faults that I found in this hotel: the badly soundproofed rooms, the light switch of the neighboring room turns on the light of my room so it is better in the middle of the night to remove the card which activates the light, and the breakfast bad quality

Great hotel, lovely rooms, and facilities. Also the breakfast in the morning is sensational. Be sure to ask the staff for a cappuccino instead of drinking the filter coffee provided!

The hotel belongs to the core area. There is an indoor parking lot near the hotel for a fee. The breakfast is average and everything else is very good.

We came across this hotel on 1 night stop over through Naples. Hotel staff upgraded our room to the Junior suit. The room and view is amazing! Staff was wonderful.

Very nice hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon trip and the hotel gave us a champagne. There is a parking lot downstairs which is very convenient.

Smallest shower ever in our travels. !!! Walls are thin, floors thin. you can hear your neighbors talking, coughing, flushing toilets, taking showers. And forget about opening the window. !!! The building is old, dated

Its controlled by the front desk. 00 euros per night and lie in bed sweating. !!! For this price you should have a water kettle or espresso machine in the room. I think they want you to pay for breakfast

what a great room! This is the best hotel to stay in Naples without a doubt! Everyone is so friendly and service oriented. The concierge Marco and Giovanni are amazing! Both are witty, lively and so helpful

Especially Marco & Vincenzo who helped us book trips to Pompeii, Ercolano and Mt Vesuvius and we always had a good time in their company. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated

Very compact but modern-themed hotel with excellent, friendly staff. Location is perfect -- right in the heart of Naples. WiFi is spotty at times!

The hotel is very close to the historic center, Santa Lucia, the Duomo, Via Toledo, the Maschio Angioino, and Piazza del Plebiscito. The street it overlooks is busy, but the windows are well soundproofed

The rooms are a bit small, and especially those facing a side street require you to keep the curtains closed. The curtains are heavy and make the room dark. The bathroom is small, but well-designed

it's beautiful! The reception staff were also excellent and no request was too much for them. The room and hotel in general were very clean and the room we had was nice, clean and spacious

There's also a small pool / tub at the rooftop if you wish to take a dip

Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me

Convenient location and good breakfast. Unfortunately the WiFi was very unstable and the window in our room faced only a tiny light well, so not much light enters the room and there was no view at all.

It's well placed halfway between the Royal palace and the archeological museum. Rooms are small but modernish and quiet. The breakfast is plain but a nice start to the day

The room itself was really nice and spacious but the shower was tedious as the drainage was not working properly and you could only leave the water running for a minute and then wait for the water to drain in order to not completely flood the bath

The listing on ******* mentioned “Parking available” - there is none. We wasted an hour trying to find the one indicated by the reception, but our GPS brought us to a tunnel quite far from the hotel

What we liked: The hotel is situated in Via Chiaia, a few steps from the Palazzo Reale and the San Carlo Theatre as well as Piazza del Plebiscito and Mergellina (the seawalk)

The room is right by the sea, with a beautiful view. But there are a few shortcomings. The shop owner's English communication is a bit difficult and his accent is a bit heavy, but he is very enthusiastic and responsible

Great location and value, everything you need, in the room, safe area especially for a solo lady traveler, bus stops near, about 15/20 minutes walk to the port, 15 minutes behind the building up in to the centre of Naples for the shopping and historical buildings

In addition, the toilet of this room type is outside the house, which requires a key to open, which is very inconvenient. I am always worried about losing the key and being locked out

There is no breakfast, and there is no place to buy breakfast nearby. They get up very late to open the shop, so you need to prepare food in advance or buy milk for breakfast

It was located inside an apartment-like building and was a bit old, but it was a satisfactory place to stay. Above all, the room was spacious, which was nice.
