Everyone is wearing them, just put it on and enjoy the pool! -room service food was great, same menu as the lobby bar - on-site parking was easy, not expensive, and the attendants were helpful Definitely recommend staying here in Naples

We stayed at the Royal Continental Napoli for five nights and had an excellent experience

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Castle. We had a balcony room for 3 of us and it was perfectly sized, huge bathroom, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was magical

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff—reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams—were extremely polite, professional, and attentive

BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! The breakfast was amazing everyday with an amazing view! The pool was a bit on the expensive side with €4,50 a person

From the guest relations team to the breakfast staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and attention to detail made us feel truly special

I liked the hotel, but there are drawbacks. Although the sea and the castle from the 25th floor, the little things can be forgiven! By the way, there is a local saying: "Italian strike"

especially if you want to access the Ferry Terminal. It is a 6 min walk while dodging traffic. Beautiful Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. Morning Breakfast has a nice variety of foods to choose from

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us

They even loaned me an electric converter at no charge, since I had brought the wrong one; although with the usb outlets I could have done without it. Plenty of hangers and closet space for two people

Great room, amazing amazing staff, great breakfast and incredible views from the roof restaurant. I don't think we would pick a different hotel in Naples

After 2 weeks of traveling and having a variety of experiences, it was comforting to know that I could count on the consistency of a Marriott Renaissance experience for our last two nights

The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in)

The rooftop breakfast view is good, but the food quality is not good, and there are a lot of flies. The Italian service staff was lukewarm to us, a kind of politeness to keep a distance

Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee within five minutes

The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault

Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website

A most pleasant hotel in a great location. I've used this hotel a few times now and on all occasions, the experience has been very good. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean

I have had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Santa Lucia. The location is excellent, right by the waterfront, with beautiful views and easy access to many of Naples’ main attractions

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and relaxed

The website said complimentary but it’s not complimentary (free). They charged 120 euros for a 12 minute drive. We were told the drive was 30 minutes (which is still a lot and we should have checked it ourselves)

The restaurant is functionally very good, the location is fantastic - it's on the Bay of Naples and within short walking distance of the major attractions, including Via Vittoria

I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay in Naples

What a great hotel to enjoy Naples! Front desk Anna has been extremely helpful and kind to us. We both love her so much 😘😘 she gave us the free upgrade since there were no 2 single beds available that night

The team is extremely helpful and offers perfect service. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of high quality food. I recommend the short walk down to the promenade and Pizzeria 50 Kalo

Lovely hotel, which is located little outside of the hectic Napoli. It is directly in a train station, so connection to city center and other attractions like Pompeii is easy

Located conveniently at the train station. Hotel Metro 900 was very clean. Staff ofcuz was amazing. Bed was good and everything was perfect! Highly recommended

Fantastic breakfast on the rooftop terrace with truly Italian food, great coffee, and an amazing view over the gulf of Napoli, the Vesuv, and islands. The rooms are not huge, but comfy and always cool

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Miramire. Excellent location, very professional staff, beautiful room and view of the bag of Naples. The rooftop breakfast alone is worth the price of admission

Breakfast on the roof with spectacular views of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples. Being a kiwi was pleasantly surprised to find a stuffed toy sheep in my room. Little touches but appreciated

The chef was terrific, he prepared all meals for us. Our host Juicy made sure everyone was having a good time and all our needs were being met. I highly recommend as the best way to visit the Amalfi Coast

We are a family of 19 and spent 4 nights boating from port to port, sleeping on the boat. We visited Sorrento, Positano, Naples, Capri and Ischia. The kids had a blast jumping off the boat and swimming

The view out the balcony is phenomenal. You can watch the sunrise right over the bay. But there is no common area, and no laundry facilities. It's a great place to for a bed with a view

Staff was super helpful and nice & the wifi worked well for me (then again I was on the 6th floor). It was just a little confusing to find and the room layout was a little cramped

Clean, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Good value for money and damage deposit was repaid without issue.

You feel part of the family when staying here. This time we came to watch the last match of the season (Forza Napoli Sempre) and it was a very busy weekend in Napoli

One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. From the great location, to the amazing service and delicious food (one of the best breakfasts ever)

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food

However, the hotel still worked amazingly well with an amazing service from everyone

There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night

Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples

Many thanks to all Hotel Serius staff who made our stay joyful. We arrived way early, they agreed to keep our language and had an opportunity to change from British clothing to fantastic Napoli weather

Check in was swift and pleasant. Our room was standard , bed, shower, clean, a safe and aircon that was all we needed as we never intended to go spend time in our hotel room but to explore Napoli

We will be back! I highly recommend this hotel however the young ones and those who enjoy night life might find it boring. Am in my 40s been there done it all, just need a bit of calmness now

My partner and I stayed at Serius Hotel from the 17th to the 24th of August 2017. Ohoo boy!!! what an amazing time we had. We still reminiscing about our lovely summer break in Naples

Staff were very helpful each day, one lady directed us where to get the best PIZZA. They were always willing to help us with all we needed

Will definitely stay at again the next time I am in Naples! Must mention this as well and I wish I would have taken pictures but the laundry service is outstanding! I had the hotel wash a T-Shirt and a pair of jeans and they came back almost gift wrapped in a nice little box

Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is very satisfactory. Of course, the inconvenience of transportation is exchanged for unbeatable sea views and fascinating rooftop dining scenery

STAFF The staff were very attentive and kind. The reception team were exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming

The breakfast was amazing! There would be pictures but it was too good to take picrures of! As I'm lactose intolerant and prefer hot milk with my coffee, the staff would indulge me in heating up lactose-free milk every morning which is incredibly wonderful and helpful of them! The location is near the centre and you can easily walk to some lovely streets and public transportation to go anywhere you...

Rooms are cleaned and towels and toilet rolls replaced every day (you can display ‘Do not disturb’ if you prefer) and the hotel is perfectly situated for all the local attractions

The entrance to the meal hall also had a ramp with a seemingly good incline but as I am not fit to give the assumption that it's proper for a wheelchair user, I will stop there

The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples

The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, shower is powerful, towels are excellent quality and there is a minibar equipped with beer, soft drinks and snacks

An old fashion hotel but everything's work here. Good location near to the centre and to the sea. Would appreciate it more when they provide their guests with water cooker, instant coffee, tea and complimentary water

it's a flat in an old Napoli apartment. The has modern minimalist design that you don't expect from outside the building. Rooms are not small, very comfortable

Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me

The room is big, it is no problem for four people to stay in it, and it is very clean. The front desk is very polite. I arrived at the hotel early, so I left my luggage at the hotel

As for the facilities, although there were no toothbrushes or things that were already incorporated, they were generally complete, the room was spacious, and there were many shelves, so it was very convenient to use

3 faults that I found in this hotel: the badly soundproofed rooms, the light switch of the neighboring room turns on the light of my room so it is better in the middle of the night to remove the card which activates the light, and the breakfast bad quality

Great hotel, lovely rooms, and facilities. Also the breakfast in the morning is sensational. Be sure to ask the staff for a cappuccino instead of drinking the filter coffee provided!

Loved our stay here for two nights. We love to walk and made it to plenty of our desired attractions with a 10-20 min walk. Front desk is very informative and helpful. Excellent grocery store next door
