The location is good and I had a front view to the port. The room was very clean and bright. Breakfast was good and various

Best Hotel in Napoli! Very very nice and lovely staff! The hotel has a modern and new interior and its very clean. Super location near the city central and the ferry.

They even let us check in a bit before time. The hotel is clean and not expensive

No parking at the hotel even having the space for it, you need to park outside and its like 25 per day. The small restaurant inside is not worth it but breakfast is pretty fine

The staff is really nice, you can leave your luggage in the reception and go run errands after you checked out. I extended one more night and I payed the same rate as the previous night

Everyone is wearing them, just put it on and enjoy the pool! -room service food was great, same menu as the lobby bar - on-site parking was easy, not expensive, and the attendants were helpful Definitely recommend staying here in Naples

We had a wonderful few days here. Hotel is stylish and comfortable, though slightly dated. Staff were 100% helpful and helped us have a smooth visit. Pool is very nice, though a little small by modern standards

It’s free to use but you have to reserve a time in person on the day or for the next day. If you’re going out you can also call them to book. The location is extremely beautiful for an evening stroll

BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! The breakfast was amazing everyday with an amazing view! The pool was a bit on the expensive side with €4,50 a person

-free breakfast was incredible! -rooftop pool is salt water and requires a reservation, we never had an issue reserving and loved the retro style -The pool requires swim caps, no exceptions

Furthermore the pool doesn't open until 11am!!! Why not open at 8am for example, in order to maximise availability for everyone

Instead, Veritas is excellent as a location (breathtaking views of the city and sea), as a service (helpful, smiling and attentive staff) and as a food (two menus with original dishes)

Choosing this building as our wedding venue met all expectations. Although the welcome was unconventional - due to covid restrictions - we received the warmth and welcome we equally deserved

Had an amazing time in Naples! The staff were friendly and gave us options on where to eat (other than the hotel) to try typical Napoleon dishes! Marco on concierge in the afternoon/evening was so passionate about the city and what to do! Really enjoyed our stay

Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.

I loved this hotel! My first time in Naples and traveling alone. I felt very safe at the Vesuvio. I got a sea view room and had the castle right in front of me. The room and view was phoenominal

We had a beautiful view of the Castello d'Ovo and the bay. The sheets, towels, bathrobes are all first rate. Room was spacious and a nice balcony. They really go out of their way to make the guests feel well cared for

I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!

If you are looking for a place to chill and relax far away from the busy streets but still close to the city center I would recommend you this hotel

Lovely 4 night stay, perfect location. McFit gym was a pleasant surprise. Rooftop pool and restaurant were a great way to both prepare for and wind down for the day. Will come back if I find myself in Naples again

Used our Marriott points to stay 6 nights in mid-April and had a great time. The best service/staff we’ve ever experienced, in all aspects: doormen, bellmen, front desk, restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop breakfast, rooms

The AC works well as the temperature outside was in the 90 to 100 F degrees. Minibar is located in your room. There are not a lot of Rooms with a decent view. Many rooms are looking at small Side streets

especially if you want to access the Ferry Terminal. It is a 6 min walk while dodging traffic. Beautiful Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. Morning Breakfast has a nice variety of foods to choose from

It is located between two metro train entrances so you can go downhill with luggage when arriving and departing. Super easy access to the rest of the city and some good restaurants nearby

The Bathrooms are spacious, however the Shower Glass needs to be replaced with a larger glass. It is too small for a rain head shower. This issue causes flooding on the floor

Nice and cozy hotel

Fantastic location, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well appointed but a few things broken or not working properly. Having said that I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is generous and acceptable.

Nice and clean in a really good part of town. Breakfast not that good. In a city like Naples you are better off going to Caffè bars around the hotel.

Convenient location and good breakfast. Unfortunately the WiFi was very unstable and the window in our room faced only a tiny light well, so not much light enters the room and there was no view at all.

It's well placed halfway between the Royal palace and the archeological museum. Rooms are small but modernish and quiet. The breakfast is plain but a nice start to the day

Most of the staff was really cool, but the person we saw the most is rude and unhelpful. The wifi didn't work and the air conditioning barely functioned

It is simple and basic and good for short stays but it is a bit rough on the edges and needs improvement.

Good location and price, but needs more maintenance

Not quite 5* as the brochure says, probably 4* however the staff are amazing and really look after you, especially Mario, who is a real asset, its close to most amenities and is affordable, I loved it and would more than likely stay here again if I am in Naples

Check in was swift and pleasant. Our room was standard , bed, shower, clean, a safe and aircon that was all we needed as we never intended to go spend time in our hotel room but to explore Napoli

We will be back! I highly recommend this hotel however the young ones and those who enjoy night life might find it boring. Am in my 40s been there done it all, just need a bit of calmness now

Staff were very helpful each day, one lady directed us where to get the best PIZZA. They were always willing to help us with all we needed

Spent 4 days and nights here earlier this month. The staff is outstanding, very helpful and prompt with any requirements. Restaurant is very good, rooms are spacious with nice views from the balcony

The front desk staff was excellent, helping me pick restaurants for delivery and also printing out all prescriptions and work documents. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've encountered in Italy

Also, make sure you don't require laundry service. The neighborhood has none and the local delivery laundry charges by the item

Really lovely staff and amazing rooms. It's in the perfect spot to go sightseeing and shopping. We've been there at least 3 times and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Also the breakfast buffet is amazing!!

An old fashion hotel but everything's work here. Good location near to the centre and to the sea. Would appreciate it more when they provide their guests with water cooker, instant coffee, tea and complimentary water

Very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were very welcoming and offered a good room on the seventh floor with a (just about) sea view

We had lovely service from both the from desk staff and the wait staff. The front desk called us a taxi whenever we needed; our breakfast was delicious every morning and the seating area was so quaint and lovely

Whatever we needed, we asked and we got. All requests were cheerfully met by the front desk. Adelaide was particularly lovely. The street noise did not bother us as we closed our window and were quite comfortable

We took short taxi rides of around 20 euros for 4 people to Spaccinapoli for a street food tour and to the Archeological Museum with all the Pompeii treasures. The staff at Partenope Relais was totally wonderful

Good accommodation: perfect location (close to the sea), spacious room, helpful host. The downside is bad noise insulation: you hear noise from the shared hall and barking dogs on the street.

Amazing authentic neopolitan style property. Lovely antiques around the place and lots of style. The rooms are amazing, the owner very friendly and helpful. I would go back in a second! Great location too!

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is great. I didn’t have any problems with noise during my time there. The owner and staff are very nice and personable. Good AC, good wifi! And it was a really charming place

The only problem I had was the shower pressure wasn’t good and it would go from hot to cold during my showers. I’m not sure if that’s common for the area though since it is in a building in the city

The view out the balcony is phenomenal. You can watch the sunrise right over the bay. But there is no common area, and no laundry facilities. It's a great place to for a bed with a view

Staff was super helpful and nice & the wifi worked well for me (then again I was on the 6th floor). It was just a little confusing to find and the room layout was a little cramped

Fantastic breakfast on the rooftop terrace with truly Italian food, great coffee, and an amazing view over the gulf of Napoli, the Vesuv, and islands. The rooms are not huge, but comfy and always cool

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Miramire. Excellent location, very professional staff, beautiful room and view of the bag of Naples. The rooftop breakfast alone is worth the price of admission

Great weekend exploring the treasures of Napoli! Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent staff, specially Romina who did everything to help us organize and plan to explore Naples even in this pandemic time where most of tourist spot were close! She also help us to booked a PCR test, that is very difficult to have specially if you are a foreigner

Lovely hotel, which is located little outside of the hectic Napoli. It is directly in a train station, so connection to city center and other attractions like Pompeii is easy

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. My room had a balcony with an Eastern facing window over looking the water. So I was able to watch the sun rise. The room is very clean and a good size

The bathroom has a cool neon light setup. They café where you get free breakfast is excellent. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful

At the end my staying there was nice thanks to the receptionist who welcomed me and was able to manage the situation pretty well. The hotel is in a nice and quite place with a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood
