位置好，離火車站及渡輪碼頭近，服務人員態度好。但房間一般，第一間門關不上，第二間保險箱不能用，浴室裏連塊肥皂都沒有， 淋浴房裡沒有任何架子放沐浴露等用品。早餐還行，有不少選擇。

Hotel in centro a stresa ma non in ztl per cui facilmente raggiungibile in auto.Il parcheggio è da cercare con pazienza nelle vie vicine ma volendo hanno un garage privato a pagamento. L appartamento che ci hanno assegnato era molto pulito, accogliente e grande.Dotato di angolo cottura.Riscaldamento autonomo. Bagno enorme. Alla reception ragazze giovani ma preparate. Non ho visto le camere dell hotel ma Sicuramente lo consiglio.

I booked a room in the morning. Only ½ later a message that the hotel was closed and had been given a room in another hotel.
I missed the mail. Came to an empty hotel.
The replacement was not bad. Actually better situated but further from the station.

The journey from the airport to hotel was terrible, but the stay at the hotel was very good. At midnight, the hotel owner welcomed us and tells us the most important information. He invited us for a tasty breakfast and the service in the restaurant was nice. The room was very clean and you could relax. The hotel is located in a quiet location.

The receptionist upon our arrival was very welcoming, as was the waitress at lunch and breakfast. The staff were very friendly.
Beautiful dining room.
Hearty meal. The same goes for breakfast.
The only downside was the privacy of the guests in the rooms. The walls must not be thick. We could hear the shutters opening and closing in the neighboring rooms.

Great value for money. The family room was very comfortable and the price was amazing value given the season and the central location. The room was clean. Don't expect luxury. The balconies are nicely decorated. The breakfast was simple but good. Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the apartment next to the hotel. Spacious and modern rooms, in the bathroom and living room a knob was missing from the furniture. Bathroom with very spacious shower and washing machine. Kitchen with dishwasher and kettle. Breakfast: croissants are given per person directly from the kitchen and are really small. Variety of cakes (the chocolate one is sublime), jams and creams with bread and biscuits. Wide choice of cereals. Little fruit. We also used the restaurant for dinner and apart from a friendly waiter who took away the plates in front of my little girl, who was very slow to eat, we had a good time. The first courses always include soup, pasta and an appetizer (bresaola or caprese), while the second courses always include meat and fish. Good desserts but small portions. Starters and vegetables buffet.

Cozy place. Modern hotel including a restaurant that has a bit of an 80's feel to it. Very spacious, bright, clean rooms. Wi-Fi connection and technology from 9. Comfortable bed and almost non-existent noise level. Breakfast from 8. Reception and friendliness from 8. Very useful night service. Despite the streets not being very wide, you can always find a place nearby. To say very very well borders on excellence
