I stayed at the Hotel Montchalet and, I had a wonderful experience. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and two private balcony overlooking the downtown and mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. With its beautiful location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities, it’s a great choice for families, couples, or solo travelers. I would definitely return!

This was the best hotel I ever been to! I’ve been to few hotels during my vacation and business trips but this was far the best! You will notice that it’s has a cozy vibe as you enter into the chalet. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
My family and in-laws stayed in this hotel during our visit to Ortisei. Obviously, as a 5 start hotel, it’s not cheap but if you are looking for quality then it’s worth spending it. Rooms are huge, you have jacuzzi on your balcony, you have 2 tvs, two king size beds, swimming pool, great view and so much more! I really like that fact that they bring you tea in the evening and they will clean your room every time you leave the chalet.
Highly recommended for families! They also have private shuttle van so that you can travel to the town centre and elsewhere you want (within Ortisei)!

I had a very great experience and wonderful stay at montchalet hotel .
they upgrade our reservation to gold 😍
They have amazing staff , professional service including shuttle to downtown , delicious breakfast , cinema , spa & afternoon tea & sweet .
I had an amazing experience with the lovely & the professional Anna in SPA 👌🏻👌🏻excellent massage and facial care 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅I recommend it for all (one of the best massage i have ever done ) thank you 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷and big thanks to the reception team & drivers they are very helpful and welcoming 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

This is one of the few hotels that I would plan a trip around returning to. Everything about it was truly fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help answer questions, make plans for us, or give recommendations based on what we wanted to do in the area.
We booked the room with the Finnish sauna, and it was exceptional. The room was very large with incredible views from the balcony, and the sauna got truly hot! (80-100 celsius)
It's a little walk from town (~12 minutes), but the staff are more than happy to drive you to the center, or if you want a little morning / evening walk, it's a great way to start or end your day!

Beautiful hotel and attention to details is impeccable. We loved everything about our stay. View from the room is jaw dropping, heated pool is amazing, breakfast was great, ample and convenient parking garage (free). They offer free shuttle to the town or cable cars which is very convenient. Above all the staff is simply amazing and they take care of everything you ask of them. They truly make you feel like a VIP.

The staff is extra nice, the food is delicious, the prices for extras are very fair, ebikes are even complimentary which is such a game-changer to explore the beautiful area. It is elegant yet comfortable and you feel like home away from home. Privacy and well-being are at the center here. We particularly recommend the suite with the private sauna.

I can't recommend Hotel Montchalet enough! Beautiful rooms, amazing spa, incredible restaurants, super helpful and friendly staff. I plan to go back. One tip-- some bookings come with free breakfast and/or dinner. I don't usually eat at hotels but this food was incredible and so convenient to have a full breakfast before going out to hike or ski. Also of note-- the cappuccinos.

The VIP suite could have been nice but it's important to know that apart from salon with a terrace and jacuzzi the room is underground there is NO WIDOW you are all day with light and I feel claustrophobic ! When I went down to reception the answer of the host was we didn't ask at booking to have a window !!!! We finally after 3 days subterranean had a gold suite with 2 window that was nice . Very good service and excellent food at breakfast & dinner, I wish they change the menu after one week we knew by heart . It's remote from the city but this is clear in the description the bad point is that they have only a five seat car to do the transfer so generally everyone goes skiing more or less at same time do be ready to wait a lot or take a taxi. Overall the place is nice not whaouh and for now is missing charms anima . I would not return there . Cinema room was closed at all time of our stay .....
