Hotel Alpha

Had a beautiful mountain view from our very spacious balcony. The location is pretty good regarding its close to Sorrento (took us about half an hour to walk into Sorrento) and very close to the train station. The food within the restaurant was great! We did half board so each night we had a different reduced set menu. Definitely regret not ordering the pizza more because I'm missing it. On the Saturday the restaurant gave us a fancy gala night, with a set menu which was delicious!! However I'm not sure how that would've worked if you were vegan, vegetarian, gluten free etc. On our first night they had a band playing out by the outdoor restaurant where we sat and listened to on the outdoor seating. The atmosphere was lovely and we even had our drinks delivered to us! pool-wise we spent ALOT of time here each day after our very hot trips out (notable trips were golden tours Amalfi coast and Pompeii, both I highly recommend). It was great to cool off, the pool was the perfect temp and very spacious with lots of seating around and access to shade when necessary, we never had issues getting a seat. Only complaint is the pool playlist, which seemed to play the same 4 songs on rotation! But the staff were all very professional and kind and it was a lovely experience.

We stayed here for three nights during our European vacation. Some of the best nights of our long trip. The train station is an easy five minute walk, just one stop away from Sorrento station.
Our room very clean and felt brand new. The room was hillside and still such an incredible view. The staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. We were blown away by this property, such a pleasant surprise! A fantastic value. Also, supermarket/pharmacy is just a couple minute walk away!

Also, the on-site restaurant is top notch!

Comfy, clean, and beautiful. The hotel is well-situated with a short walk (5 mins) from the station.

Excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. The reception staff are knowledgeable and happy to assist. The restaurant staff especially are very hospitable and made us feel welcome.

Highly recommend to people who would like to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento while still being able to easily visit a wide range of areas.

Like most Italian hotels, the rooms and the hotel itself are pretty outdated. Everything was clean and neat, so that’s definitely a big plus.

The pizza’s in the hotel restaurant are really good. The breakfast was mediocre (at least for our taste). The service (restaurant/reception is good and very helpful though!).

Had the most amazing one night stay here last weekend. Incredibly beautiful location, combined with a super friendly & helpful staff. Extremely hard to beat for a romantic get away

Great hotel. Convenient for everything you need without being in Sorrento central.
Absolutely fantastic reception service, especially when one of our party became ill.
