I have nothing negative to say! The staff were always friendly and always happy to help with anything! The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would expect. The location couldn't be more perfect and the parking was a huge bonus. Breakfast was great and again with great staff. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel if you go to San Gimignano.

What a beautiful property just inside the main gate! The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. It had a balcony with an amazing view of the countryside! The breakfast and dinner were excellent! I cannot say enough about the wine steward. He is classy and refreshing! What a Gentleman! We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Very enjoyable stay. Breathtaking views from the balcony looking over the countryside. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Hotel is friendly, well equipped and well situated within the town walls. Hotel car park needs pre booking and is very convenient. Sister hotel in the valley a few km awayhas a nice pool and grounds which we were able to enjoy.

Nice hotel in the heart of this fabulous town. We had a room with a shared veranda, which had a fantastic view over the town and local countryside. Only downside of the visit was that we were not able to get a table at the restaurant for dinner. Not much effort from the hotel reception desk to fit us in

Beautiful hotel just inside city walls, friendly welcoming staff, clean well equipped rooms, fabulous restaurant with vista views, breakfast spread to accomodate everyone. Pity only here for one night - will definitely return.

Stayed July 2022, Daniela is always available, varied breakfast and plentiful clean room, very comfortable bed .... the only flaw if this heat continues, air conditioning will be required. If possible we will return.

These are the nicest people. They have a lovely location close to San Gimignano. Highly recommend. And if you come across them when you're hot and tired after hiking 15km they are life savers.

Truly a gem! Our room was beautiful with a lovely view. It is very close to the main road and restaurants. Definitely opt in for the breakfast it was absolutely delicious.

The owner was very sweet by trying to pick us up due to having to park far away. The area gets busy so parking can be a bit of an issue. The room was very cool and had a lot of space and was clean. It is a bit dated and has more of an old school Italian vibe to it. Very centrally located so walking is very easy. You can walk out your door and be on the main ***** in about a minute walk.

This is honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed! After many weeks of travelling it felt like coming home! The staff are so welcoming. Our room was very oldschool but clean, well maintained and comfortable. Location is perfect just behind one of the gates and within the old town. Breakfast can easily compete with 5* hotel.

Very, very nice place to stay! Beautiful location and hospitality beyond expectation by Cristiano. Felt instantly at home. Only 15 minute walk to San Gimignano enables you to leave the car at home. What a nice place! We loved staying with Cristiano. The house had a lovely view of the vineyards and olive fields. Couldn’t have wished for a better place. The house was only a 15 min walk from San Gimignano. The couple had such a cute old dog (Luna💘). We felt like home, Cristiano was very hospitable, and would really recommend anyone to stay here!

We had a lovely stay at Totti. The rooms are located perfectly within San Gimignano, at the end of town, a bit away from the crowds, but close to everything, also the bus stop and parking, if needed. Excellent experience. The room is well equipped and clean. Clean bathroom, with shampoo, soap and good towels. Super well located and the girl who received us was very kind, explained to us about the unpaid parking in the city and gave good indications of the city.

The location of the property is perfect, the staff is very kind and the room I stayed in is equipped with every comfort. The only flaw is the possibility to park for free in the area, impossible, but you can reach it in 10 minutes on foot. The rental price is slightly expensive, but given the average of the place I highly recommend it.

The hotel is well located near the city, has a gorgeous view and it is very quiet place during night. The pool Needs better care and to be heated, it is too cold in April, the garden needs a better maintenance and the service staff restaurant needs a more polite supervisor Asap.

Like all of the reviews available this property overall was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and could do with a paint: however the rooms are still comfortable. Great location for Tuscan discovery. This is rural and central to majority of points of interest. Just finishing 16 day stay here.

Only did the cooking class since there were no rooms available when we were there but the cooking class was a lot of fun (did option to go truffle hunting first, our guide was also very friendly) and the teacher/host was very kind and patient with us!

This place is great if your into country style living and want to get away from it all. Great pictures of the city center from the property and awesome view of the stars at night. If you have time I highly recommend the cooking class.

This was our second time staying at Poggiacolle Agriturismo and it never disappoints. The first was in March, which is a chilly time in Tuscany and the second was in May, which was glorious. The place is immaculate. The amenities are outstanding. It is the perfect agriturismo experience. Highly recommend.
