Hotel Bruman in Salerno

We have stayed in this hotel before, but today we had to ask our child to use the toilet. They refused, which we did not like. Every hotel owner has a responsibility. If a tourist has to use the toilet, he cannot refuse, and they refused in a proper way!

Arrived to a very loud drip in our room. We called the front desk to resolve issue and at first the person claimed he couldn’t hear it. It was incredibly loud. Then he promised to fix it the next day. We slept with white noise on our phone to drown out the noise. The next morning we remind the front desk to resolve the issue and they inform us that the room has an issue and they cannot resolve it. They offer to move us but we paid for an upgraded room and they were not offering us a discount to downgrade us. We slept with the white noise the rest of the trip. The shower had mold all around it. Not sure if that had to do with the drip, we could not locate the source. The staff was not friendly at all nor did they care about any issues. I would never stay here nor would I recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other 3 star hotels which I am sure provide better service since this hotel was a zero for service if I had that option.
