Hotel clean, comfortable and reasonable price. Breakfasts were great - lots of options. Restaurant has a *very* short menu of traditional dishes, but they are beautifully prepared and delicious! Hosts are the owners, and are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We were in B12, a one bedroom with a King bed, sleeper couch and balcony facing the lake. Balcony was very spacious, but had quite an obstructed view of the lake which was disappointing. If the lake view is important to you, look into a room or building further up the hill/mountain as the property is pretty spread out with lots of things to potentially block...

What a wonderful 8 nights at PSM. Great location with easy access to Como, Lugano, and beyond, but with none of the crowds. Great for families. Lovely dining and the lake beach and pools make it an ideal place to while away the time in a stunning location.

A very beautiful place with a magnificent view!! Perfect for admiring the heights of Menaggio. A small negative point for the bathroom which was right next to another bedroom, which must not have been very pleasant for our neighbors.

Hotel Adler was a dream! The hosts are so friendly and incredibly considerate and helpful. We had some problems with our car and they made sure it was fixed in no time! They also had great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit! Needless to say, the hotel offers amazing views and breakfast buffet! Would recommend it to anyone!!!

A nice place to stay at, if you are planning a trip around Lake Como. The view from the top room over the lake was simply stunning. Included breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the pizza at hotel’s restaurant was delicious. Friendly stuff made the stay a pleasure. Prepare for a steep ride up the narrow, windy roads to reach the location! Overall it is totally worth it, though.

Our room was very clean and nice to stay at. No daily change of towels and bedsheets for shorter stays. The breakfast is simple but nice. ~20 min down/uphill walk to/from the lake, which can be a little exhausting in the sun. Very friendly owner who is willing to make calls for reservations or requests.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff that really go above and beyond. Breakfast was lovely. It is a little further from the main part of lake como, however we found that the buses were frequent, straightforward and a fair price. We got taxis in the evenings as the buses don't run that late, which was a little more expensive but not too bad.

We loved the location and it was very convenient for our friend's wedding at the Lido di Lenno! We enjoyed using the garden for BBQs. The office in Menaggio were very helpful assisting us with our questions about restaurant bookings and the San Mortiz tour. Rooms are clean but need some new interior

Hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the village center. Very quiet area, between some residential buildings. The rooms are a bit dated, furniture and ammenities could use some updating, but everything is clean and tidy, especially the bathroom. The people at the front desk were nice and the coffee excellent. It has a pool that looked ok to swin in, but we did not get a chance to try it.

A wonderful welcome in a clean, comfortable hotel with a quality breakfast. Don't forget: the hotel is a bit away from the city center: don't forget the sports shoes (20 minutes of slope). The swimming pool will be there to cool off when you arrive. Thank you for your reception. I recommend.

This hotel is bed & breakfast only and is very popular. Be careful how you park on the lower ramp. When leaving by car turn right to join flow of traffic and do a safe u turn in the small waterside public car park 100m away. We stayed here for the week of my wedding and this place exceeded all of my expectations. It was spacious, clean, beautiful views, close to center of town and local grocery store. This place was absolutely amazing.

Great place to stay when you have a large group. We had 11 people and we had plenty of room. Our family stayed upstairs and the beds were a bit hard for our liking. Major plus - the views of Lake Como and the mountains from any part of the house were amazing. The owners were very helpful in booking our excursions and answering any questions we had about getting around in town.

Nice, convenient apartment almost directly located at Lake Como and Lenno’s boulevard. Also, there is a possibility to park the car in front of the apartment complex. Furthermore, the boat stop/pier is also in close proximity, allowing for easy visiting of Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna (and others).
