The location was beautiful. 20 min walk into the nearest town with choices of restaurants and bars, and a small market on a Tuesday night. Breakfast was superb - so many choices. The facilities were great. The indoor spa was lovely. We liked the relax pool and the lakeside beach. There were plenty of sun loungers wherever you chose you to be. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

It was amazing and beautiful resort..in the lap of nature..jst felt refreshed and recharged .and heartily grateful for the warm welcome offered by Mr roberto.. It was pleasure being his guest..😊and specially m touched with his service of clown therapy.. i wish him good luck and hope he continues the good work..world needs more people like him..someone who needs who needs smile on face should vissiit...

There is a world of difference between the Parco San Marco and the depence del parco. The parco is a 3-4 star hotel. The dependence would rate 2 stars maximum.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We were in B12, a one bedroom with a King bed, sleeper couch and balcony facing the lake. Balcony was very spacious, but had quite an obstructed view of the lake which was disappointing. If the lake view is important to you, look into a room or building further up the hill/mountain as the property is pretty spread out with lots of things to potentially block...

What a wonderful 8 nights at PSM. Great location with easy access to Como, Lugano, and beyond, but with none of the crowds. Great for families. Lovely dining and the lake beach and pools make it an ideal place to while away the time in a stunning location.

Went here to complete my PADI open water diving course. I had already completed confined water dives but needed somewhere to do open water dives. Brilliant instructor and the people were very friendly. Great equipment and run very well. Some cool dive sites aswell! Would definitely recommend and I really enjoyed it!

We had a suite with a king bed and nice sofa bed in separate rooms. Large balcony facing lake and very spacious. Provided water and large bathroom. Beautiful quiet location. Staff is above superior and fine dining was superb. Great front desk supervisor Laura and restaurants. They have beach chairs in front of property. I loved it and family loved it and would go back in a heart beat.

Family of 5 with young kids and this was a DREAM vacation. This would have also been a dream vacation for just my husband and I. It was SUCH a gorgeous property. Hotel clean, comfortable and reasonable price. Breakfasts were great - lots of options. Restaurant has a *very* short menu of traditional dishes, but they are beautifully prepared and delicious! Hosts are the owners, and are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

very good experience! 5 days with a 3 years old and 1 year old son. we stayed in a flat with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. the restaurant just great and the staff super friendly. the hotel location close to the lungolago of porlezza and main supermarkets. I recommend it!

Lovely hotel very clean, staff very helpful, nice view of the mountain's, lake five minutes drive, we were very happy with our four nights stay.

Everything about our stay was great! Massimo and Luisa are a very friendly and helpful couple who were excellent hosts. The apartment was very well equipped, super clean and has a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano. They even had a welcome basket prepared for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation in Lake Lugano! Will gladly stay again 😊

Our stay at Casa Bellavista was great! As the name suggests the house has awesome view of not one but two lakes - Lago di Lugano and Lago di Piano (a small lake nearby). The hosts are very nice and welcoming people. The two apartments are called and decorated in green (for the mountain) and blue (for the lake). Mrs Louisa and her husband are very friendly and cooperative and welcome to the children the cleanliness of the place and the view is very amazing .. We were hoping to make this place a secret, but they deserve a high rating.

Very nice place for relax and.enjoy the lake. Rooms are very clean and huge. The supermarket is very close. We rent bikes for 2 hours for free and spent nice time with kids driving near the lake

One of the best campgrounds I have ever seen. We stayed here for 5 days. The toilets and bathrooms are very clean. The staff is caring. But it is very difficult to fill water in the caravan. They need to increase the number of water filling taps.

Very nice place with local grocery shop and restaurant. Food in the restaurant is pretty good and reasonably priced (pizza 8 euro). Very nice and welcoming stuff. The parcel was 35 euro for 2 persons and a car (per day). There is no need to book a parcel as there were quite of them free (september 2022). There are also washing machine and laundry dryer available.

One of the best camping I have been staying at. The camping is perfectly located between Lugano’s lake and Como’s lake. You have access to a very clean beach. There are plenty of bathrooms and restrooms in the camping, that are cleaned at least 3x per day. The supermarket belonging to the camping is helpful, but most importantly you can find every morning fresh breads and croissants that are coming...

I am giving 5 since the the water in the kake is very clear. Camping is big, but not to loud. Spaces with good size and clean. The only minus swimming pool that you have to pay extra for. The restaurant also nice with nice food choice.

Wow what an amazing location! It overlooks Lake Lugano and its so quiet and beautiful. The owners were really nice and always happy to see me as well as help me when needed. The room was nice and spacious. Had a little kitchenette with a basin and stove. There was a fridge and a mocha (espresso pot) to make coffee when you want to. The location is great, the staff exceptionally friendly. The hotel itself is OK. The rooms are clean with no frills (e.g. no fridge or kettle). Please note the restaurant is currently closed due to Covid, breakfast only possible. That being said, this is probably one of the few hotels in Porlezza altogether, so the only other choice would be renting an apartment.

Definitely beautiful place, looking at the lake I felt like I was in kattekat. The village, on the other hand, is very unkempt with many abandoned and unsecured premises. Too bad because the chalet's are very nice.

Been 1.5 weeks, beautifully situated on Lake Lugano. The location, the accommodation (booked through casa de casper), nothing to complain about, but the maintenance of the campsite leaves something to be desired and they almost only speak Italian, even at the reception you just have to find the right people . We found this to be the biggest improvement. The toilet houses on the campsite also smell...

Nice place..family friendly....good for people loves nature...Pizza restaurant very tasty..pricey to eat in..takeaways is good value..the cottage we rented was unclean.. Kids loved the pool..
