Very nice place for relax and.enjoy the lake. Rooms are very clean and huge. The supermarket is very close. We rent bikes for 2 hours for free and spent nice time with kids driving near the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We were in B12, a one bedroom with a King bed, sleeper couch and balcony facing the lake. Balcony was very spacious, but had quite an obstructed view of the lake which was disappointing. If the lake view is important to you, look into a room or building further up the hill/mountain as the property is pretty spread out with lots of things to potentially block...

What a wonderful 8 nights at PSM. Great location with easy access to Como, Lugano, and beyond, but with none of the crowds. Great for families. Lovely dining and the lake beach and pools make it an ideal place to while away the time in a stunning location.

Hotel clean, comfortable and reasonable price. Breakfasts were great - lots of options. Restaurant has a *very* short menu of traditional dishes, but they are beautifully prepared and delicious! Hosts are the owners, and are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Delicious and fresh Italian dishes. Really wasn’t expecting this quality of food, definitely recommend it! Try the fried mixed seafood and the pasta with octopus.

very good experience! 5 days with a 3 years old and 1 year old son. we stayed in a flat with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. the restaurant just great and the staff super friendly. the hotel location close to the lungolago of porlezza and main supermarkets. I recommend it!

Haven't stayed at the hotel, just dined in the restaurant and it was delicious. To cut it short - the best spaghetti carbonara I've ever had. Pizza and other dishes looked great as well. Reasonably priced.

The location was beautiful. 20 min walk into the nearest town with choices of restaurants and bars, and a small market on a Tuesday night. Breakfast was superb - so many choices. The facilities were great. The indoor spa was lovely. We liked the relax pool and the lakeside beach. There were plenty of sun loungers wherever you chose you to be. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

It was amazing and beautiful resort..in the lap of nature..jst felt refreshed and recharged .and heartily grateful for the warm welcome offered by Mr roberto.. There is a world of difference between the Parco San Marco and the depence del parco. The parco is a 3-4 star hotel. The dependence would rate 2 stars maximum.

What a fabulous location! Incredible views, and a wonderful town to explore. The staff kindly gave us a surprise upgrade to a corner room with a double balcony/window. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.

The location is great, the staff exceptionally friendly. The hotel itself is OK. The rooms are clean with no frills (e.g. no fridge or kettle). Please note the restaurant is currently closed due to Covid, breakfast only possible. That being said, this is probably one of the few hotels in Porlezza altogether, so the only other choice would be renting an apartment.

Everything about our stay was great! Massimo and Luisa are a very friendly and helpful couple who were excellent hosts. The apartment was very well equipped, super clean and has a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano. They even had a welcome basket prepared for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation in Lake Lugano! Will gladly stay again 😊

Our stay at Casa Bellavista was great! As the name suggests the house has awesome view of not one but two lakes - Lago di Lugano and Lago di Piano (a small lake nearby). The dining room is really nice. In the summer, the view is beautiful. The risotto is their specialty, very tasty. Also their “affettato” is amazing. Service is friendly and prices are fair.

One of the best campgrounds I have ever seen. We stayed here for 5 days. The toilets and bathrooms are very clean. The staff is caring. But it is very difficult to fill water in the caravan. They need to increase the number of water filling taps.

Very nice place with local grocery shop and restaurant. Food in the restaurant is pretty good and reasonably priced (pizza 8 euro). Very nice and welcoming stuff. The parcel was 35 euro for 2 persons and a car (per day). There is no need to book a parcel as there were quite of them free (september 2022). There are also washing machine and laundry dryer available.

One of the best camping I have been staying at. The camping is perfectly located between Lugano’s lake and Como’s lake. You have access to a very clean beach. There are plenty of bathrooms and restrooms in the camping, that are cleaned at least 3x per day. The supermarket belonging to the camping is helpful, but most importantly you can find every morning fresh breads and croissants that are coming...

I am giving 5 since the the water in the kake is very clear. Camping is big, but not to loud. Spaces with good size and clean. The only minus swimming pool that you have to pay extra for. The restaurant also nice with nice food choice.

Been 1.5 weeks, beautifully situated on Lake Lugano. The location, the accommodation (booked through casa de casper), nothing to complain about, but the maintenance of the campsite leaves something to be desired and they almost only speak Italian, even at the reception you just have to find the right people . We found this to be the biggest improvement. The toilet houses on the campsite also smell...
