My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cervo hotel. This hotel has it all! amazing views, great restaurants, secluded beach, and breakfast. Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one. If you want to have an unforgettable experience in Porto Cervo, you should stay at the Cervo hotel!
Its comfy, in the city center, service spectacular and has absolutely everything human can want.
On arrival i came to reception asking to check in , the chap (believe name Matteo) remembered my tone of voice (turns out i booked a room with him) and instantly (without looking at my passport) said “Welcome mr Martin” to me that is a service beyond Michelin or stars its something that only exceptional facilities offer. Its an extra mile that employee is willing to go (although they dont have to)
Piano music in the bar (live) been searching for piano bar whole trip.
All in all dont think twise , get this hotel and have top time as we did.

For €400 a night I did not expect a room above the taxi rank with noise and taxi phone ringing constantly. We were moved to a room with more privacy and when we opened the curtains on the morning a gardener was on our balcony - not private at all!!
The private beach is dirty and unkempt!

One of the standout features is the private beach, which you can reach via a pleasant boat ride from the hotel. The beach is truly stunning, like a natural swimming pool, and offers comfortable mattresses along with the option to have lunch brought to you. There was always plenty of space, contrary to the public beaches! The hotel also has a pool with modern showers and a gym. The pool area was always quiet (we visited at the end of August). The walk from the hotel to the promenade is delightful, with a great atmosphere and the amazing yachts. I highly recommend this place.
My recent stay at this so-called "5-star" hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The property is outdated, with decor and amenities that feel like they haven’t been touched since the 90s. The rooms are stuffy, and to make matters worse, there’s no functioning AC. In the middle of summer, this made our stay unbearably uncomfortable.
The staff is poorly trained and borderline incompetent. Any time we needed assistance, it felt like we were a burden rather than valued guests. The level of service was shockingly bad, with staff that either didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t care.
As for the food, it was a complete joke. Every meal was bland, poorly prepared, and far from what you'd expect at a 5-star establishment. We ended up eating out most of the time because the on-site dining was such a letdown.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. It's a waste of money, and you'll be far better off staying somewhere else. This place is not even close to deserving its 5-star rating—more like 2 stars, if that. Absolutely terrible.
