First and foremost lets clarify - this is the best hotel in Porto Cervo.
Its comfy, in the city center, service spectacular and has absolutely everything human can want.
On arrival i came to reception asking to check in , the chap (believe name Matteo) remembered my tone of voice (turns out i booked a room with him) and instantly (without looking at my passport) said “Welcome mr Martin” to me that is a service beyond Michelin or stars its something that only exceptional facilities offer. Its an extra mile that employee is willing to go (although they dont have to)
Piano music in the bar (live) been searching for piano bar whole trip.
All in all dont think twise , get this hotel and have top time as we did.
Thanks to the whole team once again! Legends.

We had an exceptional stay at the Cervo Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the port's promenade. We had no parking issues, as the hotel provided complimentary valet service in their private parking area. The staff was naturally friendly, and the concierges were extremely helpful. Our rooms were spacious, featuring a large and very comfortable king-sized bed. Contrary to some reviews, our rooms appeared to have been recently refurbished, while still retaining a charming rustic Italian style that we loved. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay.
One of the standout features is the private beach, which you can reach via a pleasant boat ride from the hotel. The beach is truly stunning, like a natural swimming pool, and offers comfortable mattresses along with the option to have lunch brought to you. There was always plenty of space, contrary to the public beaches! The hotel also has a pool with modern showers and a gym. The pool area was always quiet (we visited at the end of August). The walk from the hotel to the promenade is delightful, with a great atmosphere and the amazing yachts. I highly recommend this place.

Let me start by saying we travel, often, are Titanium Marriott members and do not take time to write negative reviews.. but are making a special effort for this property because we were so disappointed.
My recent stay at this so-called "5-star" hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The property is outdated, with decor and amenities that feel like they haven’t been touched since the 90s. The rooms are stuffy, and to make matters worse, there’s no functioning AC. In the middle of summer, this made our stay unbearably uncomfortable.
The staff is poorly trained and borderline incompetent. Any time we needed assistance, it felt like we were a burden rather than valued guests. The level of service was shockingly bad, with staff that either didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t care.
As for the food, it was a complete joke. Every meal was bland, poorly prepared, and far from what you'd expect at a 5-star establishment. We ended up eating out most of the time because the on-site dining was such a letdown.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. It's a waste of money, and you'll be far better off staying somewhere else. This place is not even close to deserving its 5-star rating—more like 2 stars, if that. Absolutely terrible.

Nice spot. Dining okay for the cost. Service was attentive and on point. Nothing Spectacular. The surrounding area has some really nice spots to explore. Watch out for the Wild Bore. The landscape is unique and beautiful. We enjoyed our experience.

Location is as good as it gets. You walk out and you are right next to all the designer shops and restaurants. Concierge here is top notch. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very nice. They gave us a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast was excellent too.

We were really impressed and it definitely exceeded our expectations by miles!
A special mention to Davide, Antonella, Matteo and the rest of the staff, who made our stay truly memorable! 🙏🏻 We found at Hotel Cervo levels of quality, attention, professionalism and hospitality that are rare to find even in the best, oldest and most exclusive hotels!
The rooms were beautiful and elegantly decorated (with local artisan/handmade embroideries and ceramics), all the staff we met were impeccable throughout, and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant (Pergola).
As we were short on time we sadly didn’t get to visit it, but the hotel also has a beautiful private beach on an island nearby which is reachable with a quick boat “shuttle”.
Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone of our friends!

A welcome that left much to be desired 😔 but the tone changed as we went along.
I just have one question: Are you going to let my husband drink this beer that's been out of date since December 2023?!

The first beer I didn't check, but the second beer I just happened to look at the date.
"I said to my husband, but your beer's been out of date for 3 months!!!..."
I know that you offered the beer to my husband when he paid the bill, but I can tell you that it's forbidden to serve expired drinks to customers. Especially in a renowned hotel restaurant bar like yours!!!! I know you don't give a damn about my opinion, but you should know that we're paying for it anyway and I don't think you'd appreciate someone doing the same to you.
In any case, thank you, but in the future we won't be as interested in coming to an establishment like this because it's always the same old story.

We had a great holiday with our friends, the welcome was great and the staff were very attentive. Incredible breakfast of wonderful variety and quality. The transfer from the hotel to the private beach made us feel privileged. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Cervo Hotel for two nights and it was awesome! The private beach was super chill, and the restaurant had some really good food. The people working there were super nice and everything was well-organized. Plus, they sent a birthday cake to my husband, which was a really cool surprise, very thoughtful :) . We're definitely going back!
