The hotel is incredible, the location is amazing, and to top it all off the staff are wonderful people.
The value for your money is incredible here. Free valet parking, free breakfast, free boat ride to a private beach, the list goes on.
The only thing that isn’t that great is the drink prices by the pool and at the bars 32€ for a cocktail is a bit absurd.
The rooms are nice and have everything you could need. Very clean and well appointed.
The concierge, Alessandro, was incredibly helpful and gave us great Restauraunt recommendations. He was super kind and very passionate which helped us find our favourite dinners of our trip.
Roberto the valet was also amazing. He helped us with all of our bags, always had a smile and was always very on top of grabbing the car for us. He was awesome.
The beach has a bit of a rocky area in the water, but it has free chairs and umbrellas along with towels. The pool area is similar. The staff are all amazing.
Overall amazing we will be back for sure.

Breakfast was varied with a menu, and they even prepare what you want even if it’s not listed.
The location is perfect, and the transportation facilities are very convenient.
I feel lucky to have stayed in such a hotel, it really made my trip more special.
The restaurant offers great choices, and the beach service was excellent , even though they provide transfers to private even though it’s accessed by shuttle, everything was still perfectly available.

I stayed at the Cervo Hotel in Porto Cervo expecting a five-star experience under the Marriott Luxury Collection. What I got was closer to a rundown Sheraton with a luxury price tag.
• My room had visible mold in the shower. The staff told me to sleep there anyway because they “couldn’t do anything that night.”
• After complaining, I waited over an hour in the lobby the next day just to be moved into the exact same room layout—only difference: no mold.
• No refund. No discount. No accountability.
• Their idea of making it up to me? A beach pass and a boat day—both of which I still had to pay €2,000 for.
• I requested a clothing steamer and it sprayed boiling water on my hand. When I asked for the signed check-out form, I was told they ripped it up.
I paid over €5,000 for three nights, and I wouldn’t pay €500 for this experience. The hotel is dated, poorly managed, and misrepresented. It is not a luxury resort—do not be fooled by the branding.
Stay anywhere else. You’ve been warned.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cervo hotel. This hotel has it all! amazing views, great restaurants, secluded beach, and breakfast. Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one. If you want to have an unforgettable experience in Porto Cervo, you should stay at the Cervo hotel!
Having stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide for business and personal travel, I can say that Cervo Hotel Costa Smeralda Resort is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The service was exceptional—every detail was flawless, and the staff was incredibly attentive to our every need without intruding.
The location is absolutely breathtaking. From the charming surroundings of Porto Cervo to the unforgettable sunsets over the water, it felt like we were living in a dream.

If I could leave more than five stars, I would. This hotel didn’t just exceed expectations—it redefined them.
Its comfy, in the city center, service spectacular and has absolutely everything human can want.
On arrival i came to reception asking to check in , the chap (believe name Matteo) remembered my tone of voice (turns out i booked a room with him) and instantly (without looking at my passport) said “Welcome mr Martin” to me that is a service beyond Michelin or stars its something that only exceptional facilities offer. Its an extra mile that employee is willing to go (although they dont have to)
Piano music in the bar (live) been searching for piano bar whole trip.
All in all dont think twise , get this hotel and have top time as we did.
