I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. Yesterday I asked them to print my boarding pass and emailed the file as requested, but after sending it, I waited 10 minutes with no update. This unnecessary delay caused me to miss my scheduled train. For a hotel of this level, basic services like printing should be handled more promptly and efficiently. Room has no sound proof.

Excellent location, 7 minutes from the station, one minute - the Castle, the embankment, restaurants. The rooms are new, clean. We liked everything very much!!

Two nights in Rapallo Hotel is in a great position. Whilst it doesn't looks the smartest, everything works. The Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The rooms with a sea view are lovely.

A fabulous small hotel tucked away just a few hundred yards from town centre. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Parking is available at €30 per day and they have an electric charging point. The only issue was the very noisy air conditioning. Definitely a hidden gem.

This hotel was adorable and in a great location. Bruno, the night shift concierge, was wonderful and so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious. The only bummer is they want to charge $35 Euros Per person to use the hottub? When we got out there it was cold and not able to be used. Other than that we loved the place! The team at the hotel were outstanding, nothing was a problem for them. They provided excellent local knowledge when we were considering different walking options and recommended several great restaurants and activities. The facilities were very good, the location great. This place is a gem, we stayed six nights - we wish it was six months!

Hotel Riviera is in a wonderful location; as close to the water as you can get. It had parking out front so we didn't have to walk far and it was free. Really good value for money. I stayed in the single room as a solo traveller. Room was clean and comfortable. Small, but comfortable. Water was hot and there was a small fridge in the room. Staff were very warm and helpful. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option.

Loved the location of the property. The breakfast was good. Staff is really nice and helpful.

A fabulous family run hotel who welcome you with open arms. From the start, they took time to explain the sights and were always there with a smiling face to greet you in the morning and when you returned during the day. Nothing was a bother for them. They happily got us a kettle for our room and brought us milk so we could make ourselves a cuppa on our arrival late afternoon. Location is perfect....

Wonderful hotel! Clean, nice rooms, amazing view from the balcony to the sea! Everything matches the photos. Wonderful hospitable staff who are ready to answer any question. Breakfast was also very good and varied (you can have breakfast right on the terrace overlooking the sea)

The perfect location to base yourself rather than Portofino - the walk to Santa Margarita and Portofino is amazing and a must do. So much more to eat/drink and the other towns Hotel staff were great, the hotel rooms had everything you needed - good value for money

Property is on the waterfront with excellent views from the front rooms. Property manager is the perfect host and all staff were helpful and courteous. We visited at the beginning of the season and were greatly impressed with the hotel and surrounds. The breakfasts were excellent and coffee and drinks were available in the bar. Thankyou for a wonderful three nights.

This property is well maintained and convenient to anything one would want to access during their vacation in Rapallo. I want to especially thank the entire team at Hotel Vesuvio. Everyone my family encountered was friendly, informative, and willing to assist.

The best hotel staff I've ever met. The receptionist helped us for entire 2 hours to help us get a Covid PCR test!

Very nice, clean room. Breakfast was surprisingly great, despite it not being a buffet. They offered croissants, focaccia, yogurt, cereal, hot chocolate and coffee, jams, butter, nutella, and fresh fruit. And the lady serving it was the nicest person you could ever meet! She was so sweet, our mom called her a "sunshine"! Overall great place!

Recently renovated accommodation facility. Tasty breakfast. However, extremely high prices. Moreover, no parking place in front of the hotel. It's extremely challenging when travelling by car and trying check in or out.
