Hotel Graal

Really enjoyed our two night stay! It has a beautiful view of the coast from every room and is a very short walk to the main city area. The staff were very friendly whenever we had questions. There is a pool, which we didn’t use because of the weather, but it also looks over the coast. We really enjoyed the breakfast (included with your room cost, which is hard to find!!) and thought all the food options were great! We did not try the restaurant so we can’t speak to that. Overall, I’d stay again!!

Couldn't recommend this enough. The views from the room are incredible - we got up to watch the sunrise and there are some beautiful sunsets too.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Graal. First of all, the location is unbeatable and the views are amazing. It's right next to one of the best restaurants in town (Da Salvatore) as well as the bus stop (which is very useful) and across the street from a pharmacy and cafe. The pool area is great -- it's a nice size for swimming and overlooks the coastline -- and we enjoyed breakfast. Some people complained about the rooms, and while ours wasn't one of the renovated rooms, we didn't mind. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, and we spent most of our time exploring Ravello and the other towns on the coast.

Also, a special shout-out to Marissa who was beyond helpful and friendly. My boyfriend forgot his suit in Sardinia and she helped us track it so we could send it back home. Additionally, when there was rough water in Amalfi and our ferry was cancelled, she helped us organize transportation to our next location. Her sense of humor was always welcomed and we enjoyed our conversations with her and the rest of the staff!

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient. The views are amazing, especially from the pool however the downside is that the pool closes at 6pm. When you're out exploring Amalfi Coast all day I would have loved to have had a moonlight swim when I got back to the hotel. But I recommend staying here. The breakfasts were fantastic and we also had dinner in the restaurant our first night and it was superb.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! My husband and I stayed here last week and it is lovely. Great breakfast and views. I think they have two types of room and we paid for the newer renovated room which had a great balcony.
It’s right near the bus stop too which is helpful if you’re trying to get to other areas.
The only negative for this hotel is that the pool is only open 9-6 and as we were out most days we didn’t really get to use it. Wish it opened earlier and stayed open later.

Wonderful view and kind staff in the reception and breakfast. The owners seem very sweet.
The breakfast was AMAZING and the interior a bit old fashioned but very charming. We LOVED the morningmusic at breakfast
The pool was unfortunately too cold in may and wasn’t cleaned until the the day we left.
The bed was way too hard for my back. But everything else was charming. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our balcony view was fantastic! The reception staff were knowledgeable and eager to be of service. Breakfast was superb! The location to town square was wonderful and very few stairs. Thank you

Hotel Graal was everything we could have hoped for. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the pool area is fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again - our room had breathaking views! Location was also great and walkable!

We’ve been there week ago and was absolutely lovely ! Great view from balcony, comfy room and bed. All I wanted was there.

Room was a little different as on website - different balcony, small and without table. But still it was ok, look at attached video.

I would recommend it to all of you who read it :-) Worth it !

An overall pleasant stay in Ravello. Staff were kind and responsive upon our arrival and departure. The view from our room was incredible with a cute balcony to relax on. AC worked great and kept us cool in the summer heat. Room was clean and tidy, however the bathroom was a little out-dated. The pool was clean and quiet with an equally mesmerizing view of the coast. Having a bit of Italian helped with the pool staff, but they were responsive and polite to us at all times. Breakfast was the best we had across all major Italian cities during our trip.
