Beach Hotel Clerice in Rimini

Absolutely fantastic customer service, from receptionist to owners, everyone was kind and very helpful always smiling. Room was always clean and tidy with mini fridge,air-conditioning, comfy bad and clean bathroom. Breakfast nicely presented with delicious food and plenty options to choose from. Easy check in and check out process. Great location (9min walk from metromare, 3 min from bus 11) beach 4 min walk distance as well. Some restaurants offers discounts also "bagno 96-97" gives you discounted price for umbrellas and sunbeds due to corporation with the hotel. Overall had a fantastic stay at Rimini. Were on vacation with mom on 27.08 till 07.09.2024. I booked double room. Room was clean, not big but everything for comfortable stay is included (air conditioning, little fridge and tv, small balcony). Maids came everyday and in general room and bathroom was very clean.
Breakfast is great, large varieties of pastries for those who has a sweet tooth as myself😊
Staff is very friendly and supper supportive. Ladies Natalia and Aline are speaking ukrainian, was nice to have a chat.
Special thanks for support with taxi. We had early flight, at 6am supposed to be at the airport. Lady from front desk ordered a taxi and gentelmen in the morning helped with check out and luggage.
There is possibility to book 3 course dinner, 15 euro per person which will be in the next hotel. But also there are plenty restaurants in this area.
Free beach is nearby, approximately 5-7 min., next to the beach 94.
Little improvement for future - better Wifi.In reception area it's working great but in room could be better.
Nevertheless everything else was perfect.

Clean room, new bathroom, excellent breakfast..

Very polite host and staff, they were smile all the time! Clean bed and bathroom. Various and delicious breakfast. We arrived late evening, but the guard and receptionist were very helpful with the check-in. I warmly recommend this hotel for everyone!

Close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Air conditioning in the rooms and a good breakfast. Be sure to book a parking place in advance if you travel by car because it's extremely difficult to find anything free in the close vecinity.

We met two workers from Ukraine who told us a lot of interesting things about the city and its attractions. The hotel has a great location and a very tasty breakfast. The best: the buffet breakfast. From salty to sweet. There is a lot from where to choose, eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, croissant, bread, fruit juices, coffee machine from where to choose from an espresso, capuccino, macchiato, american or any other type of coffee. They have a garage inside and my personal advice is to leave the car inside while you go to the beach because is almost impossible to find a parking place near the beach. The rooms are clean. They give you towels, soap and toilet paper. There is a man who takes care of the security at night.
