Amazing hotel nestled in the hills above Sorrento. Small and welcoming with gorgeous food, and the staff are second to none, especially Gilda, Antonio, Giuliano, and our driver,Fabio. Free shuttle bus to Sorrento town centre too. Faultless.

Spectacular views, very clean rooms and amazing service. We loved being away from the crowds but took advantage of the free transport into Sorrento town center when we wanted to explore or dine. Also utilized tour pick up options from the hotel three times. Free breakfast with lots of options was a great way to start the day.

The service at this hotel was amazing starting with Angela at the concierge to Giuliano and Antonio with the service staff they went above and beyond I would definitely recommend this hotel. I wasn’t 100% happy with. The location because there is downtime in the transportation from downtown Sorrento to the hotel but if you don’t have to leave, it’s a beautiful place to visit

Prestige Hotel Experience
First I have to say that Sorrento, Italy it’s beautiful and the food is great, the view is breath taking. Now, if you want to experience all the good vibes, STAY OUT OF THIS HOTEL AND THEIR GROUP OF HOTELS. We did a reservation through Booking.com, when we got to the hotel, we find out that they changed our room for an “upgraded view” without notification. Which leads us in the need to book an additional room paying more of the bed, because the put one person in a kid bed. Second we needed to extended the stay and we got another day in a new room. Everything was setup they said they didn’t had any room available so they were going to give us a single room with bunks beds for the say that extra night. After we were SLEEPING they called us asking us to leave the room or get an extra one for more money because they miss understood and they can’t put 3 people in a room. WHAT? Our reservation was for 3 people since the beginning. Other thing is DO NOT OVER PAY FOR THEIR VIP TOURS, they all cost $109 with them, but they are really 49€ and everyone were doing us but they never offered to us and they charged us for the premium. LIES. So they do FRAUD to us, making us book 4 rooms instead of one, they personnel is not educated, they don’t know good English so almost all the time they say yes without understanding what are you saying. The beds are BRICKS hard, not recommended at all. Please STAY AWAY to have a better experience in Sorrento and what the city and their surroundings offer, this hotel is also far so you will have to pay a lot to move around if is not in the free Shuttle to the center.

Absolutely bland rooms for the money we paid, we've been to much nicer hotels in Napoli for a lot less than what we paid here.
Getting the bare minimum overall for a lot more than it's worth.
P.s: Extremely tasteless choice of "flag" to brandish on your hotel when a humanitarian crisis is literally still going on. Absolutely ruined the mood and our stay. Never going back again.

The staff were very kind and attentive, the view was incredible, being able to see the bay of naples, Vesuvius, amalfi coast and Capri. The breakfast was really nice and the bedrooms were spotlessly clean. The reception staff were amazing and Antonio behind the bar was exceptional. The shuttle bus to Sorrento was great and they offer a great variety of day trips.

We had initially only booked for one night but ended up extending for 3 more nights as we were so impressed with the hospitality from the front desk staff and aswell everyone else that we came across in the hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff always went above and beyond and found ways to help us out with anything we needed. We were so glad we choose this hotel. The views are also great from the hotel rooftop. The location is also very central it's a 17 min drive to sorrento city center and 27 min to positano. The hotel provides free shuttle service to sorrento aswell and they have free parking.
The restaurant at the hotel had delicious food. We tried the appetizer platter that had different types of fried vegetables and croquettes, it was sooo good. We also had the bolognese pasta and the Zucchini pasta - they were both super delicious, literally the pasta we had in the amalfi coast area and we did try pasta in two different restaurants in the sorrento area.

A great place to stay, away from the humdrum of busy Sorrento below. High in the mountains with beautiful scenery looking down on Bay of Naples . Staff very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. Free shuttle bus from hotel into Sorrento & back. 1st Class. Recommend
