Where to stay in Salerno

This is an ok hotel. It was clean with hot water but low water pressure. Ac works well. Needs an upgrade. Beach across the street and a grocer nearby. The bar in the lobby is nice and the daily breakfast was good.

The view of the balcony of the room was amazing. The bathroom was clean, and the room was big. Breakfast was fine. But in the room the air conditioning was not functioning well, the bed was not soft and pillows not good as well. The lights were not working in our room as well.

Good location away from the crowds but still 10-15 min walk from downtown Salerno. The public beach is also a walking distance or across a road for a fee. The rooms are OK, just a bit too much on plug-in air freshener. Strangely, there is shampoo but no conditioner provided. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as a family for the weekend, it was close to the sea, the rooms were cleaned every day, good service and abundant breakfast. The city tax seemed a bit high for the place we were and the noise of passing cars could be heard all the time.

The very old matrace, it really hurt to sleep, you could feel every individual spring. we asked for an exchange and got a plaid on it, then it was better. The room needs to be painted, no pictures, no nice details to make the room cozy. Three hangers in the closet (all different, looked like left overs from other guests). Breakfast was also very poor, unfriendly staff. Shower was very small, no way...

I have stayed here for 22 years. It is showing age. Bed & pillows are ROCKS. Convenient to visit family walking.

Nice hotel near beaches of Salerno. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good position with bus stops and metro station in few hundred meters, we left the car in hotel's garage and went to center by train. Very kind personnel who gave us a lot of advice and information.

You will want to know that when arriving at the building, you will want to make your way to the fifth floor where you should meet Enzo. Beautiful hotel in Vietri with a 20 min walk along busy road to town. Staff here are very helpful and made the stay wonderful. The train station is just up the steps from cafe fame and is cheap and cool. The sister Hotel up the hill has a lovely spa and restaurant

Great experience at the hotel! Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were tasty along with an exceptional staff. In addition, the taxi services to and from the hotel were very timely. Highly reccommended to anyone traveling to Amalfi Coast.

Great accommodations, beautiful balcony with ocean view. The pool was very clean and a little chilly but it did feel good on the hot relaxing days. It would have been nice if they had some preset tours for the guests but the staff was very helpful in finding things to do and getting transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Elegant hotel with access to a beach though it is difficult to get to the beach. Difficult ultimate to get around in the hotel also.

Lloyds was wonderful. Such accomodating friendly staff the food was good quality and we stayed in one night and had the seafood pasta OMG amazing... will definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it. Close by to the Famous Vietri Ceramic hand made markets its over looking a fabulous view and harbour.

Great place and location as long as you don't mind stairs down to the old town. Rooms are big and fantastic views of the harbour thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

What a beautiful hotel! We spent a great week here, it's far from everything which is both a blessing and a curse. Big rooms and a great pool. Breakfast was too expensive so we decided to opted out of that experience.

Very clean and very nice family everything is freshly served and the breakfast was quite tasty ...and you will be offered free shuttleservice to the central station....

3 stars is the max I can give to this place. Sure, nice view and nice marble in the inside. But the room we got was outdated, the restaurant was never available to guests as there was always an event, the pool is just a tiny thing, very often dirty and cold. Personnel was actually the worst thing about the staying. Rude and annoyed to death. The WiFi in the rooms won't work, forget it.

I arrived on Saturday evening from Rome and the owners welcomed us, giving us a free place for the car, they accompanied us to the b&b, wonderful and very clean…. Good place, central...right on the shopping street with a cafe at the entrance and restaurants all around and short distance from the seafront. However, strange layout, e.g. front door leads straight into the bedroom and the bed was super squeaky.🙃

I loved this hotel. I really loved how affordable it was to stay here and the views and the rooms were very nice. The beds were really comfortable. The rooms were okay and you can tell many people have smoked inside so it smelled like tobacoo but other than that, the hotel was worth it. you CAN bring your dog along inside for a small fee and there is FREE breakfast. Nice hotel with a great view over the Med from our room. Restaurant wasn't bad, and cheerful waiter made our evening. The garage was a bit stressfull but we managed to get in and out again. Good value for money. (and my apologies again for setting off the alarm...... twice 😂😂😂⏰)
