The location of the hotel was absolutely exception! What a view. The hotel staff were really kind and happy to help. The room has everything you needed, including a fridge, even if it all was a bit dated!

Hotel is spotlessly clean, the host/owners are friendly and very helpful and they have a beautiful pool with knockout views! The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be just outside the busy San gimignano but within a 15 to 20 minute walk which for us was ideal. Really love this place ...would highly recommend!

We had been driving around Italy for a few days and arrived at San Gimignano without a hotel reservation. There was a festival in town and we were concerned we would not find a place to stay. We spent 3 days in this property during a vacation in Tuscany. We stayed in the upstairs apartment which was very cozy and well furnished in style. From the terrace of our apartment, as well as from the whole farm, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills and feel an immense sense of peace and tranquillity. We happened here by chance and found hospitality and courtesy from the staff. The apartment we were assigned was clean and spacious, beds with comfortable mattresses, a beautiful swimming pool available which enjoyed a fantastic view. A perfect place to relax and to visit this part of Tuscany.

Very clean, very nice, incredibly calm. The ONLY downside (if it could be rated as one) is that the wifi is very bad. Incredibly relaxing !!!

Place was beautiful, but was a little upset with customer service. I booked and paid for 7 nights but only stayed 4 due to the fact that we booked one night in Venice, one in Florence and one in Chinque Terrre. What rosette is the fact that the room was ready when we arrived a few hours before our check-in but they wanted to charge us another 10 euro a person to check in early when I paid for 4 people...

We had a lovely stay at Totti. The rooms are located perfectly within San Gimignano, at the end of town, a bit away from the crowds, but close to everything, also the bus stop and parking, if needed. Excellent experience. The room is well equipped and clean. Clean bathroom, with shampoo, soap and good towels. Super well located and the girl who received us was very kind, explained to us about the unpaid parking in the city and gave good indications of the city.

The location of the property is perfect, the staff is very kind and the room I stayed in is equipped with every comfort. The only flaw is the possibility to park for free in the area, impossible, but you can reach it in 10 minutes on foot. The rental price is slightly expensive, but given the average of the place I highly recommend it.

Superb location on the square, large and welcoming room. The property oozes ancient history. The mustache of light with the spotlights and the armchairs in front of the window is very nice. Right price. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Great care for the rooms, furnishings and details. Beautiful bathroom and cozy room. Fantastic location, right in the centre. The owner is kind, welcoming and helpful. The only negative note: mattress in very bad condition (the springs looked like they were broken).

Our stay at Mormoraia was truly unforgettable. Our patio and room faced the city of San Gimignano and it was breathtaking. The food was incredible (the truffle pasta was my go-to each night). We did the lunch + wine tasting and were so glad we decided to do it. I cannot recommend Mormoraia enough - we will definitely be back!

This place is fabulous beyond words. The setting the view. The ambiance are so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is phenomenal. And the food. Was a beautiful picture of perfection. I would return here again and again if i could.

It is a beautiful property, but unfortunately we didn’t feel very welcomed by most of the staff. The only person who made us feel truly welcomed was the one who checked us in. During dinner service, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced, resulting in long wait times and a lack of warmth. Because of this, we decided to dine elsewhere after the first night.

We had a fantastic stay here in the middle of the beautiful landscape of tuscany, very close to San Giminano. The apartment was very spacious and convenient, the buldings are impressive and the views extraordinary. Checkin and checkout worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place.

Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking....

An amazing stay, we could not have asked for a better experience. Great location for exploring the hill towns. The staff and property were amazing. Clean, comfy, simple and homely welcome in a great location overlooking the vineyards. Excellent breakfast of fresh fruit, homemade cakes and focaccia with local tomatoes. Firm comfortable bed and great shower. What more could you need.

Great little family run hotel. It's a bit rough around the edges but we had a fabulous stay. The rooms are large and spacious, you get a great breakfast and it's only a 5 / 10 minute walk into the centre of San Gimignano
