Everything was excellent. We were two people. The room was very decent, the breakfast was quite good, and the area was perfect for exploring everything. 50 meters from the L026 bus station to Lake Garda. If we return, we would stay at this hotel again. Another important thing is that they have luggage storage.

Good hotel in excellent location. Staff efficient and friendly. Rooms very clean. Bathroom in particular looks new compared to rest of room. Breakfast good and wholesome. Would definitely use again.

Good location in the centre of Verona and minutes away from the main squares. Rooms are little run down in some areas and Aircon struggled to keep the temperature down even though it wasn't particularly hot outside. Fine for a short stay and decent value for money.

If your looking for a hotel with a great location this might work for you. However, we did not stay at the actual hotel but the apartments complex near by. If you like a motel 6 vibe… you are in the right place. The whole apartment needs to be updated. The tv is like a 18 in computer monitor, the couch was lumpy as hell and the a/c worked sometimes. The little kitchenette was super outdated and the twin beds that made into a king felt like a Grand Canyon between the two. The hotel itself was nice and the people friendly, however, I would not use the Apartment complex until they modernized it. Yet, the location was great and this might be the reason they don’t. Say in the hotel, but not the Apartments.

The location was really good. The best value for money! The opera at Arena ended past midnight, so I could walk back to the hotel without any problems. The food was good and there was nothing to complain about. The staff was also very kind, giving me a map and pointing out places to go. I also want to watch the opera for a few days while I'm staying. The downside is that it's so popular that it's hard to make a reservation!

The rooms are very nice, but quite dirty, mold in the bathroom, clogged drains... The bed is comfortable, however, the overall personal impression of the hotel is not very homey, the breakfast is ok. The location is great, but to park we were sent outside the hotel to a public parking lot, from where we had to bother with our luggage along the street and pay 21€ per day.

The location is excellent and the room was tidy and clean. The bathroom smelled a bit bad after few nights, but otherwise nothing to complain. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Location is very central to main activities and attractions however the room was very noisy. Could hear neighbours in the room next door as well as traffic and outside noise even with the window closed.

Continental breakfast was very good and convenient.
