We had a nice stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Florence Metropole. The executive lounge was definitely an added bonus! Just some small pointers that made this stay slightly disappointing. 1) parking costs 10 euro. now you might tell me, bro, 10 euro!!! that's nothing. We got a small hotel just outside Florence. We booked two rooms, one for me and one for my teens. The room was pretty big, and the bed was great, super comfy and cozy. Excellent staff. Rooms are as expected; old and tiny. That is more of a Florence thing as it's a city built on top of several different era ruins from its past. I love it here and I'll come back here. I'm not quite sure about the Hilton Honors benefits though. I have been questioning whether it's worth it so far. Quiet inside in our room - clean - Well maintained

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, excellent wifi. The hotel is far from the city center, but it is possible to connect by bus 15 to the "Villa Costanza" tram stop, which takes you to the very center of the city. Also, you can get to the tram station by car, as there is a vast and cheap parking lot. Excellent price-quality ratio and if we visit Florence again, we will revisit this hotel.

Stayed a couple of nights during a trip across Europe. Very comfortable accommodation and extremely helpful staff. I left a purse behind and hadn't realised until they rang me while enroute to our next destination. They promptly arranged to post it back to me.

Small but fine hotel with secured parking lot near hotel. Fine room, not big, clean and quiet. No facility for those don't want to go out during stay. On the road, small supermarket and Gas station available. Good food at the restaurant next door. Lot of local people enjoy food there during weekend evening.

After some shock that we are to live with the owner, it turned out to be very pleasant. A lady favorable to Poles, because her father loved Poland. The breakfasts may be a bit modest, but relatively cheap and close to the tram.

Hosts were very friendly and provided us a lot of usufel information on how to get to the city and where to shop and eat. It’s a cozy place up on the hill. You can order some activities in neighbourhood. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge,cutlery, pots and pans, gas stove and electrical oven, kettle) so we just shopped in a local supermarket and cooked at home. Spacious.
