The hotel is located a bit outside the center, near the airport and they have a free shuttle bus into the center. A clean hotel and friendly staff.

Fantastic (distant) views of the whole of Florence, including the Duomo etc. Great facilities and high quality of service, as to be expected from Hilton, I love this hotel! If you are not compelled to stay in the centre of Florence, this is the place to choose.

A modern hotel outside the city of Florence. They have a good and regular shuttle to the city. The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. Nice bar. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful rooms.

Great service, nice well-kept facility, good executive lounge with great terrace and views. Location is questionable, even an once-an-hour shuttle at €5 a day per person cannot change that. No pool, no spa, choice of restaurants nearby is very limited. But for a quick stopoved in a familiar brand hotel it is very good!

I often go to this hotel for work. It is very close to the tram that takes you to the centre and I have always found it very good, staff polite and helpful.

Quiet inside in our room - clean - Well maintained

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, excellent wifi. The hotel is far from the city center, but it is possible to connect by bus 15 to the "Villa Costanza" tram stop, which takes you to the very center of the city. Also, you can get to the tram station by car, as there is a vast and cheap parking lot. Excellent price-quality ratio and if we visit Florence again, we will revisit this hotel.

Stayed a couple of nights during a trip across Europe. Very comfortable accommodation and extremely helpful staff. I left a purse behind and hadn't realised until they rang me while enroute to our next destination. They promptly arranged to post it back to me.

Small but fine hotel with secured parking lot near hotel. Fine room, not big, clean and quiet. No facility for those don't want to go out during stay. On the road, small supermarket and Gas station available. Good food at the restaurant next door. Lot of local people enjoy food there during weekend evening.

After some shock that we are to live with the owner, it turned out to be very pleasant. A lady favorable to Poles, because her father loved Poland. The breakfasts may be a bit modest, but relatively cheap and close to the tram.

Service is friendly and fast. The price in the media, interesting and good menu. Clean bathrooms and comfortable interiors.

Everything. It was spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big kitchen, with everything there which you might need. A big veranda, with huge dining table, where you can invite your whole family if you like! Large garden. Olive trees all around. Lots of atmosphere and a very nice and responsive owner! Easy access to Florence with the tramvia, 2 km down the road. Tuscany at your doorstep!

Quiet holiday home in the middle of Tuscany is like a small oasis surrounded by olive trees. For those who want to relax and enjoy the absolute peace, the house is a direct hit. A perfect base for exploring Florence and it's surroundings. Cosy living and very hospitable hosts. Cook your own meals and eat them outside your room with a breathtaking view or walk up the hill to the local restaurant. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

We stayed with Tina and Franco in April of 2018 and we could not have been better taken care of. Tina was very helpful in planning our days in Florence and the Tuscan countryside. Excellent holiday. A 2 week stay in a tranquil area, the apartment was excellent, Tina and Franco great hosts- helpful, un intrusive but present- and the whole property well cared for and relaxing. A central place to visit other areas such as Sienna, Certaldo and Florence. This was our 3rd visit and we plan to return.

Hosts were very friendly and provided us a lot of usufel information on how to get to the city and where to shop and eat. It’s a cozy place up on the hill. You can order some activities in neighbourhood. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge,cutlery, pots and pans, gas stove and electrical oven, kettle) so we just shopped in a local supermarket and cooked at home. Spacious.

Nice place and nice rooms. A little neglected the accessories: no paper rolls in the kitchen, no paper napkins, no additional toilet paper in addition to the mandatory roll. It could be more taken care of. But the houses are beautiful and spacious.
