Hotels in Lastra a Signa

Ideal starting point point for Venezia sightseeing, as you can leave you car in the parking lot of the hotel, and take local transportation. But the biggest plus is the restaurant and the friendly staff.

Romantically comfy and in the middle of the country, this b&b is the ideal location if you want to relax and at the same time discover the beauty of Tuscany. Ideally near Florence, reachable in only 15 minutes by car, and a lot of typical and pictoresque medieval towns and villages, you can combine tours in the area around and some time at the swimming pool surrounded by trees and meadows. It could be greatly improved. The 3.8 star rating speaks by itself. The room feels a bit greasy, and old. There's some smell in the toilet. The good side are the clean sheets. But I couldn't shake off the feeling I wouldn't want to touch the furniture or things in the toilet.

Large rooms in quiet and beautiful surroundings. Poor maintenance Lousy Wi-Fi and very poor mobile data coverage. Good if you want to get lost

Nice and clean rooms, great balconies, bathrooms could be improved. Excellent choice of food and drinks in restoran, great swimming pool. Wi Fi is poor. Very good location for exploring the region, nice and quite place and very friendly staff.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We were pleased with everything. Very comfortable position, close to the train station ( 5-7 min. by walk ) and it takes you to the center of Florence. The view is great, apartment is clean, made of quality materials and we even got 2 small bathrobes for our kids, it was very sweet! 😊 The host is very helpful in all what we asked.

Fantastic apartment with modern design and full amenities, located in scenic Lastra a Signa. The hosts Simone and Laura went above and beyond with the service, especially when we had problems booking a taxi they booked it for us! We were met with complimentary alcohol on our arrival. I HIGHLY recommend it. The whole building and rooms are super clean and nice (modern style), the view from the balcony is beautiful and the service is REAL good (they give you a book with recommendations of places to go to eat or visit, maps and everything you can think of). One word, PERFECT!! Never been in such a nice accomodation before for such a good price! No 5 star hotel can even come close to this!! The rooms are super tidy and clean. Superb modern design, large and nicely decorated balcony with great view on the hill top! The details in the apartment are just amazing. What a lovely place to stay. The apartments got everything you need for a longer stay. We stayed for two weeks and never needed for anything. Particularly the outdoor areas are amazing: four gazebo's with bbq areas that you can use and plenty of high quality sunbeds near the pool. We loved hanging out here but also exploring Tuscany. Residenza Piandaccoli is located in an awesome area, surrounded by stunning views, vineyards and olive trees, and served by great staff, always helpful and kind. Rooms are big, very clean, amenities are suitable for long stays and families, with a pool and pavilions where you can barbeque and spend time having a glass of the regional wine. A countryside location that offer one of the best view on Tuscany. The location is gorgeous and the hosts very friendly and helpful. All the rooms are very clean with all the amenities for a long stay. Easy access to Firenze by car.

Lovely place to relax or explore the beautiful Tuscanian area Lovely apartments on a hilltop next to a vineyard. Apartments nicely furnished and in a good state. Nice pool and BBQ area. Very friendly host, easy to reach and willing to help. A lot of nice cities easy to reach (Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence, all within 30 - 75 minutes drive). It is a really beatifull place, the rooms are really confortable, the owners are really nice, they give a lot of options to check in and check out. It is a good place to stay in.

From August 20 to August 27 2022 we had the privilege to stay at Villa Lysis in Lastra a Signa. We really appreciated Andrea’s hospitality, friendliness, kindness, helpfulness and of course the house. The house is a perfect location to relax, to enjoy and to explore Tuscany. We spent hours on the terrace in the evening enjoying the beautiful view over the valley and the dancing lights in the evening...

I’ve never felt so welcome in any hotel/b&b before! Excellent communication, very accommodating host and the warmest welcome possible by Alberto who made sure everything was explained clearly. He provided maps and great advice on Florence. The property is a 5 minute walk to the train station, Florence is 15 minutes away by train. The area is quiet but full of friendly locals - going back there...

Big room with balcony. It’s near a busy street however soundproof is great. Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and not fully occupied. Breakfast was included. A coffee and pastry in the near cafe was nice.

Lastra a Signa is a small village in an excellent position for those who want to visit Florence, Pisa and the surrounding area. The room is well decorated and clean.

Excellent family-run B&B in the center of Lastra a Signa. 15 minutes by car from Florence, but we used the train, which takes very little. Large, bright rooms with parquet. Careful and simple, it offers breakfast at the bar, but above all the precious welcome of the owner Alberto, whom I thank very much! :) Recommended.

A stone's throw from the train station; one step away from the bus stop, where you can easily access the city of Florence and Pisa. Close to shops and shopping center, and to the Tuscan countryside. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. ❤️

I lived there for 3 days. A huge mushroom on the ceiling. It was in the air. Nice service, the owner spoke English. Location 17 km from the center, close to the train station. Price ok, looking at it's far from the center. Overall cool.

Nice clean, my friends stayed

We stayed one week in this amazing podere. Infinity pool was breathtaking. The owner are very friendly. You find all you need in the BBQ area and in the kitchen. Unfortunately it is not allowed to spend your holiday with a baby there.

Me and my friends had such a great time at this place. The view, the nature, pool, room, breakfast.. everything was perfect so we had everything we needed to have a super relaxed, awesome vacation. Thank you so much!

What isn't there to like about pedere gattabigia. From the welcome to the beautiful room, best pool I have ever been to with the most amazing view to a breakfast no one should miss out on! I would like to thank Cristina from the bottom of our hearts she went above and beyond for my friend and I. Thank you for a great stay wished we stayed longer but will definitely be back!

Valentina was extremely prompt with any requests we had. Florence was accessible by train but a car or transport is a must to the nearest station.

Beautifully maintained, peaceful property . Front (and back) garden space. Thanks for the welcome pizza and wine. And starter packs of tea/ coffee/ spices and Mosquito plugs. Loads of possibilities for day trips in the vicinity..or just to chill. Easy access to Firenze by train ( use own vehicle to train station) Valentina is super.

We had the house for 6 people. It is located in the Tuscan hills about 15 minutes outside Lastra a Signa. Nice big house, with air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. With a beautiful large garden and use of a lovely swimming pool. For those looking for tranquility but also an ideal base to Florence and other cities (Lastra has a train station). Furthermore, nothing is too much for the owners, compliments

Simply the best!

The property is lovely with stunning views and surroundings. The pool is amazing and the apartments are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, we are not likely to return as firstly, we had 1st story apartment with a wide stone staircase, which with a 1 year old was very dangerous. We had to buy a stair gate for €100 which we had to leave behind. Secondly, the front desk clearly do not like being...

Stunning property, great location and spectacular views of Tuscan hills. The interiors of the apartments are really well refurbished and beds are comfortable. Easy taxi to and from Florence if you don’t have a car. The pool was our favorite! Guido was an incredibly accommodating host and helped us throughout our stay. Would definitely come back, 5 stars!

This wonderful agriturismo is beautiful! The owners are so welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and it got better and better. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed all the home made cakes. The place is quiet but so close to Florence. We will definately come back very soon.

Great place to stay for food, winetasting, relaxing and having great trips around wonderful towns.
