We stayed here in July 2022 and had a fabulous time. The owner is lovely and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

It is a really beatifull place, the rooms are really confortable, the owners are really nice, they give a lot of options to check in and check out. It is a good place to stay in.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We were pleased with everything. Very comfortable position, close to the train station ( 5-7 min. by walk ) and it takes you to the center of Florence. I HIGHLY recommend it. The whole building and rooms are super clean and nice (modern style), the view from the balcony is beautiful and the service is REAL good (they give you a book with recommendations of places to go to eat or visit, maps and everything you can think of). I’ve never felt so welcome in any hotel/b&b before! Excellent communication, very accommodating host and the warmest welcome possible by Alberto who made sure everything was explained clearly. He provided maps and great advice on Florence. The property is a 5 minute walk to the train station, Florence is 15 minutes away by train. Big room with balcony. It’s near a busy street however soundproof is great. Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and not fully occupied. Breakfast was included. A coffee and pastry in the near cafe was nice.

Lastra a Signa is a small village in an excellent position for those who want to visit Florence, Pisa and the surrounding area. The room is well decorated and clean.

Excellent family-run B&B in the center of Lastra a Signa. 15 minutes by car from Florence, but we used the train, which takes very little. Large, bright rooms with parquet. Careful and simple, it offers breakfast at the bar, but above all the precious welcome of the owner Alberto, whom I thank very much! :) Recommended.

Unfortunately, we are not likely to return as firstly, we had 1st story apartment with a wide stone staircase, which with a 1 year old was very dangerous. Stunning property, great location and spectacular views of Tuscan hills. The interiors of the apartments are really well refurbished and beds are comfortable. This wonderful agriturismo is beautiful! The owners are so welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and it got better and better. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed all the home made cakes. The place is quiet but so close to Florence. We will definately come back very soon.

Valentina was extremely prompt with any requests we had. Florence was accessible by train but a car or transport is a must to the nearest station.

We had the house for 6 people. It is located in the Tuscan hills about 15 minutes outside Lastra a Signa. Nice big house, with air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. With a beautiful large garden and use of a lovely swimming pool. For those looking for tranquility but also an ideal base to Florence and other cities (Lastra has a train station). This place is beautiful. It is a holiday home surrounded by the countryside. All very nice and the owners are very kind and helpful.

Ideal starting point point for Venezia sightseeing, as you can leave you car in the parking lot of the hotel, and take local transportation. But the biggest plus is the restaurant and the friendly staff.

Romantically comfy and in the middle of the country, this b&b is the ideal location if you want to relax and at the same time discover the beauty of Tuscany. Ideally near Florence, reachable in only 15 minutes by car, and a lot of typical and pictoresque medieval towns and villages, you can combine tours in the area around and some time at the swimming pool surrounded by trees and meadows. It could be greatly improved. The 3.8 star rating speaks by itself. The room feels a bit greasy, and old. There's some smell in the toilet. The good side are the clean sheets. But I couldn't shake off the feeling I wouldn't want to touch the furniture or things in the toilet.

For those who travel with their own car and have no problem with using public transport, Hotel Marzia is a very good option to visit Florence. Clean rooms and bathrooms, TV, AC, good wifi, indoor parking, free. Tram station T1 at 1.5km, tickets from the tobacco shop next to the hotel or from the machine in the tram station. I would have appreciated only better blackout in the rooms, where the blinds and curtains didn't work quite as expected. stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful

Hosts were very friendly and provided us a lot of usufel information on how to get to the city and where to shop and eat. It’s a cozy place up on the hill. You can order some activities in neighbourhood. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge,cutlery, pots and pans, gas stove and electrical oven, kettle) so we just shopped in a local supermarket and cooked at home. Spacious.

Stayed a couple of nights during a trip across Europe. Very comfortable accommodation and extremely helpful staff. I left a purse behind and hadn't realised until they rang me while enroute to our next destination. They promptly arranged to post it back to me.

Small but fine hotel with secured parking lot near hotel. Fine room, not big, clean and quiet. No facility for those don't want to go out during stay. On the road, small supermarket and Gas station available. Good food at the restaurant next door. Lot of local people enjoy food there during weekend evening.

Stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are quite nice and spacious. Wifi is good. Breakfast is 7.50 euro and reasonable.

So, as you pull up to the hotel you'll ask yourself if you've made the right choice. I believe you have. The outside may be nothing to write home about but the overall atmosphere is nice. It's modern and cosy in the same breath. The rooms are clean albeit a bit under maintained. It's a good bus ride to the center of Florence but for the price it was worth it.
