Valentina was extremely prompt with any requests we had. Florence was accessible by train but a car or transport is a must to the nearest station.

Beautifully maintained, peaceful property . Front (and back) garden space. Thanks for the welcome pizza and wine. And starter packs of tea/ coffee/ spices and Mosquito plugs. Loads of possibilities for day trips in the vicinity..or just to chill. Easy access to Firenze by train ( use own vehicle to train station) Valentina is super.

We had the house for 6 people. It is located in the Tuscan hills about 15 minutes outside Lastra a Signa. Nice big house, with air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. With a beautiful large garden and use of a lovely swimming pool. For those looking for tranquility but also an ideal base to Florence and other cities (Lastra has a train station). We stayed here in July 2022 and had a fabulous time. The owner is lovely and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place to stay. The apartments got everything you need for a longer stay. We stayed for two weeks and never needed for anything. Particularly the outdoor areas are amazing: four gazebo's with bbq areas that you can use and plenty of high quality sunbeds near the pool. We loved hanging out here but also exploring Tuscany. Perfection! Our 3rd stay and this time we opted for the larger apartment with full kitchen so I could cook with the wonderful produce available. We stayed one week in this amazing podere. Infinity pool was breathtaking. The owner are very friendly. You find all you need in the BBQ area and in the kitchen. Unfortunately it is not allowed to spend your holiday with a baby there.

I HIGHLY recommend it. The whole building and rooms are super clean and nice (modern style), the view from the balcony is beautiful and the service is REAL good (they give you a book with recommendations of places to go to eat or visit, maps and everything you can think of). I’ve never felt so welcome in any hotel/b&b before! Excellent communication, very accommodating host and the warmest welcome possible by Alberto who made sure everything was explained clearly. Big room with balcony. It’s near a busy street however soundproof is great. Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and not fully occupied. Breakfast was included. A coffee and pastry in the near cafe was nice.

Lastra a Signa is a small village in an excellent position for those who want to visit Florence, Pisa and the surrounding area. The room is well decorated and clean.

Excellent family-run B&B in the center of Lastra a Signa. 15 minutes by car from Florence, but we used the train, which takes very little. Large, bright rooms with parquet. Careful and simple, it offers breakfast at the bar, but above all the precious welcome of the owner Alberto, whom I thank very much! :) Recommended.

A stone's throw from the train station; one step away from the bus stop, where you can easily access the city of Florence and Pisa. Close to shops and shopping center, and to the Tuscan countryside. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. ❤️

Quiet inside in our room - clean - Well maintained

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, excellent wifi. The hotel is far from the city center, but it is possible to connect by bus 15 to the "Villa Costanza" tram stop, which takes you to the very center of the city. Also, you can get to the tram station by car, as there is a vast and cheap parking lot. Excellent price-quality ratio and if we visit Florence again, we will revisit this hotel.

Excellent staff. Rooms are as expected; old and tiny. That is more of a Florence thing as it's a city built on top of several different era ruins from its past. I love it here and I'll come back here. I'm not quite sure about the Hilton Honors benefits though. I have been questioning whether it's worth it so far. The plus is the reception. Very kind people. The minus is the location, close to the airport but far from the center of Florence. Rooms are comfy but not very clean and a bit noisy those facing the street. Besides that I had a nice stay.

Hotel is looking tired. Inexperienced or unprepared staff on the whole, although polite. Guests continuously smoke in non-smoking rooms - so have a whiff before getting too comfortable.

It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night. This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. They will not care about you. You either give in or don't park.

Hosts were very friendly and provided us a lot of usufel information on how to get to the city and where to shop and eat. It’s a cozy place up on the hill. You can order some activities in neighbourhood. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge,cutlery, pots and pans, gas stove and electrical oven, kettle) so we just shopped in a local supermarket and cooked at home. Spacious.

Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in. Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌

Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

The hotel is very close to the airport, making it ideal for air travelers. Clean, and the staff was friendly. The taxi we ordered arrived on time.

It was what I was expecting, a place to stay near the airport, comfortable, clean, and decent. The only con for us is the shower which is very small, but it works. I liked the view in the balcony we could see a real neighborhood, there was soccer camp and buildings.

I stayed in this hotel in Florence for a weekend. The hotel, despite many negative reviews, has fortunately been recently renovated. Average rooms and in my opinion the price is still high even though we are in Florence. Breakfast is just enough for an international clientele. Convenient with public transport to get to the centre, practically impossible on foot. In short, so-so.

Lovely spot out in the Tuscan countryside with vineyards and olive groves all around. It was very peaceful. I can't imagine a more gorgeous pool, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The apartment was also extremely clean, which was much appreciated. Antonio gave us some lovely suggestions for meals out.

Immersed in nature, it is the ideal place for those who need to switch off, away from the chaos and confusion. Antonio, the owner is always helpful and friendly but never intrusive. The apartment is equipped with everything and the cleanliness is impeccable.

We stayed at this farm in June this year to play a soccer tournament. We booked the entire hotel we were 7 families. We had a great time at the wonderful clean, welcoming, excellent location. The beautiful pool. The owner very very kind. We really enjoyed it, we'll definitely be back.

Stayed a couple of nights during a trip across Europe. Very comfortable accommodation and extremely helpful staff. I left a purse behind and hadn't realised until they rang me while enroute to our next destination. They promptly arranged to post it back to me.

Small but fine hotel with secured parking lot near hotel. Fine room, not big, clean and quiet. No facility for those don't want to go out during stay. Nice little hotel near bus and tram lines, convenient to old Florence. Included breakfast is good for getting the day started. It is also a restaurant at lunchtime & again at dinner. The room was more than adequate, though I found the shower a little small to fit my broad shoulders in. A very good value overall. Convenient parking, clean room

The room is OK, the elevator is old, the breakfast is poor. The only advantage is that there is a private parking lot, which is large enough and free. The other hardware facilities are really not suitable for a star hotel, they are too old.

The accommodation is quite convenient. It's close to the airport and I have an early flight, so it's more convenient to rush there.
