Quiet good, however, the location is a bit inconvenient, as it’s about a 40 minute ride to the city center by public transport.

It's best to take the tram to the central station, but the closest station to the hotel is a little far away. The room was clean and large.

We loved the location! It's only short walk to the T2 train that takes directly to the city center (20 minutes). You buy the train tickets for €1.5 at the train track and you stamp it on the train. Get the T2 train to the airport for 1.5 euro :) 7 min walk. Rooms are quite well done. My room seems to be next to the stairwell and it's very noisy. I got it to be walking distance to the airport but they recommended getting a taxi. 15 euros for a 5 min ride.. Nothing else close by.

It's a really lovely place. Nice and quite. It's great for a night or two, but if you want to stay longer the distance to the town gets a bit annoying. If Florence hadn't banned Uber or had decent public transport that would really not be a problem.

A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!

A comfortable hotel conveniently located near the airport. The service is excellent, and the bedrooms are clean and spacious. We even had a big balcony. They also have delicious cocktails and dinner options. While there may be some noise, this seems typical for hotels in Florence. Their airport shuttle service is only 15 euros per room. We booked it for 4.30 AM and the driver arrived at 4.30 sharp

We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a rental car but realized that it was not useful due to the restrictions placed on vehicles entering the museum zones. Located just an 8 min walk from public transportation, it was very convenient for us.

It's a clean and inexpensive place to stay with friendly staff and nice big towels. I've read other reviews on it they are not being fair you can expect a top shelf breakfast when you are only paying twenty-five euros a night. You get what you pay for.

This wonderful agriturismo is beautiful! The owners are so welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and it got better and better. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed all the home made cakes. The place is quiet but so close to Florence. We will definately come back very soon.

We had a lovely stay and was warmly welcomed. A bit of a walk into old Florence but worth the return to a comfortable place.

It's very close to restaurants and supermarkets, and the shared kitchen, complete with appliances and dishes, is very convenient. The host is also very kind and met all my requests. Having stayed in Milan, Rome, and Paris, I highly recommend this place. The only downside is that you have to walk up two or three floors, and there's no elevator. But overall, I'm very satisfied. The boss is very nice and the location is very good, very close to the main attractions. The 24-hour front desk is worth praising and the breakfast is also good.

The drain in the bathroom is a bit clogged. The sound insulation is average. The hygiene is OK.

The room is very clean and comfortable, host very helpful. We reach to the city center by walk. It takes you about 15 minute to reach to Ponte Vecchio.

Fairly cheap accommodation but comfortable and spacious. A fifteen minute walk from the city centre but there are lots of cafes and small restaurants nearby. A large supermarket is close by which is very convenient.

Very comfortable large rooms. Costanza was very accommodating and a great host. The only reasons I have not given 5 stars are minor - shower head wouldn't stay put and kept falling forward until we jammed in place and sometimes it was difficult to move around the breakfast area if everyone decides to go for breakfast at the same time. There are only 7 rooms, all beautifully decorated.

It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night. This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. They will not care about you. You either give in or don't park.

Terrible hotel, I couldn't understand why I paid so much money and there was no water in the room. The breakfast was also bad. Don't pay for breakfast. There was nothing in the breakfast.

Very clean hotel and very easy to reach, strategic location. Spacious and modern rooms

The room was very clean and the price was right. It was a good experience. A good choice. There is a bar downstairs. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while.

Location-wise, for those travelling with an aeroplane, I would say this hotel is quite a good choice. When you have a car, it probably doesn't make that much of a difference. However, for the given price (350 euros for a double according to the price tag behind the door), I found the well sized room wear and tear a bit marked, with a subpar cleaning service.
