The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center. Upon arrival when I asked if there were any upgrades available, they had already upgraded our room which included a great view from the 14th floor and access to the Concierge level with snacks. We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient for staying in Florence the night before our flight home.

We have been there for 6 days. Room was cold and we asked them a portable heater. Once ww arrived there, I kindly asked a room power card to keep the refrigirator on while I was out of the room. They put card to room for two days but İ dont know why, someone took it away from the room. My whole stuff was melted and gone bad. I asked them the reason why they took it away, they appoligiesed for this and told me they will put it again. Unfotunately, no one did this. Short of long, this hotel named Hilton but it will take only 2 stars from me ang my group. Customer satisfaction is none.

stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful

I stayed at this hotel in 2016 when it had just opened. The property itself was new and quite nice, but the service left much to be desired. During breakfast, one of the staff members didn’t seem to understand that our room rate already included breakfast. Despite my efforts to explain, she continued to ask me to sign a bill and repeatedly interrupted my meal. Upon checkout, we were charged for breakfast without any confirm. It took an additional 15 minutes for the reception staff to correct the error, as they confirmed our breakfast was indeed included. Unfortunately, this frustrating experience could have easily been avoided with better communication from the staff.

Like 10 min from Airport. Outstanding ugly rooms in a very bad shape and extremely dirty. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Please see fotos. And this is a „deluxe“ room for 20€ more. Deluxe in a different way. If you have a need to stay here, everything above 40€ is too much. 5€ for a small bottle of coke is usury. Nice view but ugly windows as well. Old, used, dirty and broken are the words to describe this hotel. Do not book the hotel. You will be disappointed! Room 1201 the good reviews here must be very old or fake?! Worst Hilton ever! ZERO POINTS! I was offered to see different rooms. Unfortunately they are mainly the same. Broken, dirty and outdated. We decided to leave hotel after first night. Friendly staff but they cannot compensate this horrible rooms. Huge compliment to Alessandro who managed this situation very professionell!

The hotel is located a bit outside the center, near the airport and they have a free shuttle bus into the center. A clean hotel and friendly staff.

Fantastic (distant) views of the whole of Florence, including the Duomo etc. Great facilities and high quality of service, as to be expected from Hilton, I love this hotel! If you are not compelled to stay in the centre of Florence, this is the place to choose.
