Galleries including Uffizi Galleries and Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore are half an hour away. Hotel opened in 2004, renovated in 2012.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful service during my recent stay.
Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free.
The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my luggage and were very supportive during both check-in and check-out.
Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the hospitality.

Just some small pointers that made this stay slightly disappointing.
1) parking costs 10 euro. now you might tell me, bro, 10 euro!!! that's nothing. And you might be right, but still, it just seems like a small way for this hotel to make another 10 euro per customer when the parking can just be free.
2) BEWARE: the whirlpool is not free!! It costs 20 euro per person.
3) We had some issues with our ac. Although we were able to adjust the settings and to put it on, it kept on going off after 10 minutes or so. Bummer!
Overall we had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and neat. But there is some small things that just made our stay slightly less than perfect.
The room was pretty big, and the bed was great, super comfy and cozy. The room and bathroom were clean too.
Just a small thing, my kids' room (403) smelled really bad from the toilet, stinking up the whole room. But we called, and the guy came and took care of it. He cleaned it with some stuff and sprayed some air freshener.
But I think the toilet's connection to the pipe in the wall wasn't sealed properly. The smell was from the septic tank, not like pee. Hopefully, this helps if it smells again.
The shower pressure was good enough.
The parking was big and clean.
The reception was really nice and helpful.
They have a shuttle to the train/tram to the city, close to the Santa Maria Novella church.
They will give you the map when you check in.
A very nice bar area but very understaffed for the number of residents. We would expect a hotel of this standard to have enthusiastic staff but they didn’t seem to care about customer service.
The one evening meal we ate at the hotel was poor. There were 5 in our group with only some ordering starters but starters and main meals all came together. There were no condiments and no bread with a Tuscan charcuterie.
There was a good choice on the breakfast buffet but hot food was not of a good standard.
The hotel is very convenient for the motorway but not close to the city. It does offer a shuttle bus service to the tramway which worked well and the driver was very helpful.
I'm not quite sure about the Hilton Honors benefits though. I have been questioning whether it's worth it so far. Im planning on using my Amex card benefits more going forward
1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm.
2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately.
3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.
