It’s a good hotel, the food is good, the bar is nice. The beach is pretty and the views as well. Everything was good, they even changed us from rooms since the first one was a little odd. Room 52 is not very family friendly since the shower is in the hallway and has no privacy. The shower door is glass and anyone in the apartment can see you showering. The air conditioner in the room doesn’t work well...

Great hotel with access to wonderful beach and town. Beautiful breakfast and lunch access and our room for our family of 5 (loft suite) was very comfortable. Only issues is that our air conditioning barely worked to cool the room and the concierge not as helpful as hoped. Make sure to reserve beach chairs in advance. I highly recommend going to dinners in Santa Margherita and Portofino and a boat tour...

This is one of our favourite hotels on the coast, and during this cold and wet visit in March, it did not disappoint. This place is magical. We got a huge room with views of the city and our own large outdoor space. The best memory from this hotel is finding the elevator that takes you through the rock down to the swimming bay below. We still talk about our slow afternoons with wine and appetizers in the garden.

Nice staff and good location but a leafblower and trimmer going outside the hotel for three-four hours in the morning which ruined the experience. I won’t be coming back.

Superb location with a park on a hill dominating the sea, yet very close to the town. Good restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. The park is a pleasure to walk in. They even have one of the locations that Marconi used for his early radio experiments.

Rooms are varied in size with minuscule bathroom/showers unless you get an Elegance room or a Suite where the rooms are far better and bathrooms as you would hope for. We cannot recommend Hotel Villa Agnese enough! We stayed for 10 nights as a base for travelling around Liguria and the staff went above and beyond for us. They were happy to book boat trips and kayaking for us, provided bikes for us to use daily and gave us a map with the route into the main town. This was our second time in 2 years we have stayed at Villa Agnese. As wonderful as last year. The rooms are always clean and well laid out. There is a fantastic selection for breakfast and the hotel do food from the bar until late evening. The pool is clean and very well maintained. The staff can not do enough for you. Villa Agnese is a little difficult to locate but it’s worth the effort once you enter the gates and see the property. Located outside the center of town, the property is a little slice of paradise with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms and suites are spacious as are the bathrooms and ground floor terraces. The reception staff will assist you with dinner reservations or whatever your needs...

we stayed there for three nights and it was so pleasant. everyone working there was so friendly and we felt so welcomed! hardly ever stayed in a hotel, where the staff was so honestly friendly. the breakfast buffet was very rich and the rooms were clean. we definitely gonna stay there again.

A wonderful find for our trip to Sestri Levante. Close to the train station for access to riviera. The best water pressure and hot shower we have experienced. The staff are helpful and the rooms were cleaned and beds made daily. If you get the chance to have breakfast the ricotta cake with your coffee was a highlight. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

It was my first stay in the city, it was lovely!!! I loved the beautiful furnishing in common spaces. It is very modernist. One cons was that upstairs in the lounge area the AC was never on so it was hard to use it. I think I would definitely come back!

The hotel is less than 100m from the sea. It has small but comfortable rooms and the staff is always available for any eventuality and always very courteous. The breakfast is rich and plentiful. Wish we had found this restaurant earlier. Staff were a perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. We went there two nights in a row which we never do . The hotel is in a fantastic position to reach the beach of baia del silenzio, it Is also close by a lot of small restaurants and this makes the visit to the city walkable and easy. The person's working over there are very nice and the breakfast is good but small compared to other hotels

The food was the best we had in Sestri! They treat their customers like family. We ate there 4 times in 8 days if that tells you anything. My favorite was the bolognese but try their pesto dish. It’s like eating a cloud!

Nice place, perfect service. Some miles ouside of Sestri Levante on a hill with bay view. Hotel is located at historic Via Aurelia, driving in direction La Spezia go left at the hotel and follow the road through a picturesque landscape. Don't miss a walk through Sestri Levante.

Wonderful hilltop location with views to mountain or sea. Rooms are comfy and the staff rate Gold Stars. They go above and beyond expectation. They will serve you a simple supper if you do not want to travel down into the town. My meal was cheese and pepper pasta. Simple but filled the gap. Moretti beers and a very good bar. I will go back.

Nice and cosy hotel on the hills over Sestri Levante. To reach the main beach is 15 min by car. The staff was really nice. Rooms are clean, pool looked really nice but I didn't have the chance to try it out.
