Hotel has great bones but needs an update. Beds were very hard and the WiFi was terrible. Also the AC could not be lowered below 22 C. On the plus side the location is great, shower was good and so was the breakfast. The pool also looked cool although I didn't use it.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a family. Great location. A place for senior Italians more than families with kids. We had a jr suite but unfortunately it was without a balcony which made it a dark room. Very friendly staff with great level of English.

The hotel is alright but it has its best days behind it. The lobby is nice but the rooms could use some refurbishment. The breakfast is not great and parking costs 15€ per night extra

Historic building with irresistible charm right at the sea and promenade. Beautiful rooms, helpful staff. We loved it. Great for kids too. Huge garden with pool and easy parking. Breakfast was not that impressive though - my advice: enjoy the lodging and the views, and in the morning walk to a bar close-by for cappuccino and brioche.

My husband and I got married in Sestri Levante on 2nd June 2024. We hosted an aperitif welcome party the day before in the Restaurant Esedra, on the beautiful patio. The best parts about this hotel are its grounds (beautiful pool area, restaurant, roof terrace and well-kept gardens) and its location right near the Bay of Silence. We came there looking for a place for an aperitif: we found a spectacular place for both the environment and the service, and above all a spectacular view of the two bays of Sestri Levante. And then the bartender Angelo at sunset pleased us with a very original and excellent afternoon dinner, accompanied by magnificent sweets. To enjoy the view of Portofino and beyond.

Very good hotel, centrally located on a small hill, with beautiful panoramic view, excellent service and food. To go up & down there is a nice lift, so it's quite comfortable. Recommended!

Ideally located on the beach in Sestri Levante. Walking distance to everything you could want to see and visit. The bar area and common areas are a highlight of the hotel. The restaurant area is also very nice with beautiful views. The rooms vary in size considerably. Bathrooms are the same. Some are snug some are more spacious. Make sure you ask when you book so you understand what you're getting...

LOVED this hotel and the view/location! The room was one of my favorites ever, if I could copy it for my own house I would. The lady that checked us out (I wish I got her name) was also really really kind as well.

5 star experience! Extremely clean hotel in the most beautiful part of Sestri Levante. Polite staff and perfect food. Sunbeds are very expensive but the beach is fabulous so it's totally worth the price! Will be back as soon as possible!

We had a wonderful stay with our children at the Miramare Hotel in Sestri Levante. Excellent service, nice and clean rooms and a fantastic view of the bay with exclusive access to the Bahia del Silencio. Definitely a unique place along the Ligurian coast.

This place is magical. We got a huge room with views of the city and our own large outdoor space. The best memory from this hotel is finding the elevator that takes you through the rock down to the swimming bay below. We still talk about our slow afternoons with wine and appetizers in the garden.

Great Dinner with a fantastic View. Come early right after Opening and you catch the best table even without reservation.

Nice staff and good location but a leafblower and trimmer going outside the hotel for three-four hours in the morning which ruined the experience. I won’t be coming back.

Incredible property and location. Very helpful staff. The bar is amazing - sit outside and enjoy a wonderfully crafted cocktail. Beds could be more comfortable, but overall a great locations and we would happily stay here gain.

Superb location with a park on a hill dominating the sea, yet very close to the town. Good restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. The park is a pleasure to walk in. They even have one of the locations that Marconi used for his early radio experiments.

Can be hard to find, not clearly signed. It actually sits right on the water, in front of the main street. Parking is shared with the hotel across the street. Staff very friendly We had an odd, two level room, with the bedroom upstairs. It's right on the water, but we didn't have much of a sea view. And European hotels, without many exceptions, really don't like allowing guests to control the room...

Hotel Nettuno Is the best place in Sestri Levante to have a breakfast. Its ice cream is also delicious: don't miss the panna gelato flavour!

Very good hotel right on the beach. Staff was very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was included and the restaurant and rooftop bar were particularly good. I would go back highly recommended.

Comfortable and clean attached to the sea, just cross the street. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. Great for quality and price. The added value is that you can take your four-legged friends with you and let them have fun on the adjacent beach. I spent days in total relaxation The owner Fabrizio is also very nice.

The hotel is less than 100m from the sea. It has small but comfortable rooms and the staff is always available for any eventuality and always very courteous. The breakfast is rich and plentiful. Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, always offer the possibility of choosing between fish or other dishes both for first and second courses.

Nicely placed hotel close to the beach with a very sweet, friendly and flexible service. I believe it's a family owned business. We got free breakfast and barista coffee included in the price. I had never thought of going to Neigra, honestly, then a friend told me that you eat great fish so I tried. The restaurant is an anonymous dining room of a restaurant but it is really worth going there to eat !!!! Augusto, the owner, is one of the few nice Ligurians and the proposals are really interesting. Excellent fish ravioli and spaghetti allo scoglio and to try the bonnet as a dessert !!!!!!

Wish we had found this restaurant earlier. Staff were a perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. We went there two nights in a row which we never do . Every dish that came out of the kitchen was perfect and I never say that normally. Wish we weren't going home tonight or I'd be there again tonight.

Why would you want to leave! Hotel Helvetia is warm and inviting in every way. This is a beautifully located boutique hotel that is meticulously cared for. The staff is so friendly and anticipates your every need. A cool drink poolside quietly shows up just as you realize you are thirsty. Now that's service! The terrace welcomed us back at the end of each day and we truly did not want to leave...

This is a great family-run hotel. Very clean and well-located! We had a wonderful stay overall. The only downside was an unpleasant experience with the breakfast lady, who was extremely rude. Other than that, everything was amazing.

An amazing experience. Not only the room was nice, quiet and clean also the people there are amazong. They give me advice for the parking spot nearby, the give me the taxi number, give me breakfast even if I was late. The day I have t leave they let me take a shower and use the toilet after the check out. Amazing.

This place is amazing, staff make you feel part of the family. So so friendly, highly recommended, first class. After a stay in Genova, we found this place to be fantastic secure parking for motor bike.

The hotel is in a fantastic position to reach the beach of baia del silenzio, it Is also close by a lot of small restaurants and this makes the visit to the city walkable and easy. The person's working over there are very nice and the breakfast is good but small compared to other hotels

The food was the best we had in Sestri! They treat their customers like family. We ate there 4 times in 8 days if that tells you anything. My favorite was the bolognese but try their pesto dish. It’s like eating a cloud!

Good, but missing the finishing touch. In general a great place to stay for a few days at the pool and easy to go to the beach by bike which are available for free. Things that could be better is the breakfast; it all looks quite nice but it is quite limited and full of sweets instead of healthy (besides the fruit). They even did have candy's at the breakfast which I have never seen and would hold...

Very nice location in Sestri Levante in a private estate - if you travel with a car this is a perfect retreat to discover Cinque Terre region - I will definitely recommend this place and the breakfast is delicious. Thanks for the great hospitality and very friendly staff!!
