Pretty sure this is the #1 hotel in Sestri. The sea view from our room was absolutely unbeatable waking up to that view felt magical. The rooms are beautifully unique, full of character, and every detail feels special. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. I loved every single moment of our stay.

We stayed at the hotel in early August. The hotel is conveniently located on the first line and has its own beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. We highly appreciated the work of Marino, Giovanna and Elisa. They are very welcoming and always ready to provide useful information. We liked the general atmosphere of the hotel and we definitely recommend it to families with children.

Charming ocean-front hotel in the heart of Sestri levante. We had a great time here. The private beach access was excellent, and the property is walkable to everything in town.

perfect location. sandy beach and beautiful sunset! the guys at the reception are so kind! you can consume breakfast outside with a perfect view!

Unfortunately, the service throughout our stay has proven to be disappointing. Starting from lack of small detail in hotel’s restaurant with not bringing salt, pepper, not being able to explain a menu onEnglish, food being tasteless (octopus), to not being able to adjust thermostat in the room (blasting 25 degrees in the room), to not working mini fridge in the room and extremely uncomfortable mattress.
The cherry on the top: there is a parking space dedicated to hotel guests and a shuttle car driving you to and from it. (2km) On our day of checkout (at 9:00 am) front desk staff told that shuttle will be in 10-15min. At 9:30 still no shuttle. After number on times indicating that we are running late for our travel, manager continued to again prolong the time of arrival, 20min more minutes etc.
Hour later no shuttle…. There was also no initiative to find a solution, no taxi offered, just asked to wait even though we indicated that we will miss our commute.
Terrible! Only token of recognition- housekeeping staff was extremely friendly.

Very good hotel right on the beach. Staff was very pleasant.

Service and attitude of staff was bad. The rooms offered was stinking from the attached bathroom. There was such a resistance for change of rooms and only after embassy intervened they gave alternate rooms. We checked out the very next day into a nearby hotel. This place may have been good once upon a time.
