Everything we needed was in the hotel or close to it. The gentleman at the reception was especially nice and helped us with all our needs and questions with great patience and smile. Me and my family felt welcome. The garage ramp might really be problematic for some drivers but it's not that bad. And the garage itself is locked and monitored so if you're travelling with a lot of luggage in your car, this is a great advantage.

This B&B Hotel felt like home. The rooms were very clean with all the accommodations needed. It was central with easy transit access to all the popular tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from and as someone who is celiac, there were many gluten free options made available.

The staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Hassan made our stay extra special! He was kind and always had a smile on his face. We have lots of love for him and will definitely be back to stay here!

We stayed at this place as group of 4 and honestly it was a great location with accessible transit service. The rooms were fairly big and pretty clean, and were serviced well.

We had great staff, who accommodated specific food allergies and offered a great breakfast buffet with great options and fresh food.

The best place to stay in Florence for both a business trip and a pleasure trip. I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years because I value everything that it has to offer: great service, clean rooms with a comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, free parking space, proximity to the airport and easy access to the city center by direct tram. It’s also very easy to drive from the hotel to other cities like Prato or Pisa. The best price quality ratio that I find in Florence! Will definitely come back in the future.

It is our 3rd time using this hotel when in Florence. It is a good option if you are a business traveler. Friendly people in the reception, clean, free parking for small cars and a good option for breakfast. Just what you need to have a comfortable staying in Florence. The girls from the breakfast, Lidia and Urma, are super nice and extremely caring to every need.

Very great Hotel, warm welcome, Clean]n and easy to manage. Special recognition to Serena ad the reception, She support me with my iPhone very promptly. Great example of Client Oriented.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at your hotel! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was truly amazing, especially the front desk team. Lucia and Manuele stood out for their exceptional attention to detail and their help in suggesting great activities to do with our kids—they made our trip so much more enjoyable. Also, thank you to Young very tall male receptionist- sorry- didn’t get his name- he told us about the mall nearby.

The parking was a huge plus since we drove in, and the location near the tram station made getting around incredibly easy.

Our room was modern and beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows, in particular, were a dream—hands down the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on! I even made sure to get the name of the pillow so I can buy and ship it home.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day off right.
